Breakfast for dinner anyone?!🥞🍳🧇☕️

One of my favorite easy dinners to do when I don’t feel like putting any thought or work into cooking, is a simple, yet classic, breakfast for dinner. It is the perfect way to bring nostalgia and comfort into your life after a long day.

Here’s how:

Ingredients:

Pancake Mix

Bacon

Eggs

Butter

On medium to high heat, cook your bacon in one pan for about eight minutes on each side. My favorite type of bacon to eat is turkey bacon but I like to cook it for about 10 minutes on each side because it’s a little more difficult to tell when it’s done.

On medium heat in another pan, follow the classic pancake box mix, according to instructions, and make one large pancake. This pancake should be large enough to create an entire face with to make your breakfast. A little more fun!

 In a third pan,  with low heat, make two sunny side up eggs. Make sure the yolk is centered and not broken for the “eyes” of the smiley face.

Assemble all together and put a heaping square of of butter in the middle as a nose!

Make sure syrup is ready and heated. Enjoy!
