Also since we’re just getting to Rin here’s my thing

Of course the push for toriko/rin was Not Good in the series because it was so badly written

But I want to like rin. I want to like Rin especially because it feels so sad to dislike one of the main lady characters in a series. But I can’t like cannon Rin because guess what she doesn’t have a character outside of liking toriko. The only thing she ever does is talk about toriko and be super thirsty about him and I’m like. Come on guys. She’s a whole scientist who works with dangerous animals, we can give her something. A fascination with beasts that could and would kill her maybe. Some kind of determination that ALL creatures are cute to contrast with Sunny’s super high beauty standards. ANYTHING.

And like I still would have been like ugh if she and toriko ended up together if she was more of a character, but at least we would have had something to work with here

Tsuna : then how do kids get parents ?

Midora : easy , the parents choose a child and start to parent them . And some people get adopted very young so young that they don't remember , other older and some never get picked . That's why there are orphanages after all .

Tsuna : but then why do some kids look like their parents ?

Midora thinking of himself and Starjun as looking alike and Ichiryu and his hoard as not looking alike : A coincidence .

Which isn't tall of course but it's not that short, I thought the guy was like.... 4 feet tops. He's just a bit under average and surrounded by GIANTS

Im not fan of BL, but i swear that Toriko and Komatsu have more chemistry than Toriko and Rin.

SUNNY: mean. Regina George but buff and with rainbow hair. Probably runs a version of gossip girl.

COCO: this man is so very good and nice. Probably should remember to take his meds though.

ZEBRA: absolute hell towards hospitality and retail workers.

STARJUN: thinks a measure of violence solves everything

KOMATSU: cries when you make him order his own pizza on the phone

RIN: some pick-me tendencies. Girl, stand up.

TEPPEI: thinks being aware of his red flags makes them better instead of fixing them.

ICHIRYUU: professional gaslighter but in a fun way

JIROU: drunk. Obviously.

MIDORA: won’t go to therapy.

Wait .

Komatsu ?

WHERE IS KOMATSU !?!?!??!?

He hears a scream and he knows with his soul it's Komatsu's.

With a bat in hand and fully ready to commit atrocities in Komatsu's name he steps in a street and meets eyes with Komatsu . Komatsu whose eyes are full of Tears ! Komatsu Who Is Severely Bruised ! KOMATSU WHO IS HURT !!!!!!

THEY WILL PAY FOR HURTING HIM !!!!

" Oh Hey Takeshi ! Going home with a bat out I see . Mind lending it to us for a moment ? We have a lesson to teach to Dame-Tsuna about running away , you see . He thinks he can run from us . And we're thinking that his leg is an adequate payment ."

They tried talking . Talking about Hurting KOMATSU .

A crunch was heard , not the head unfortunately but the ribcage still works .

Coco was getting ready for another strike when suddenly everyone even Komatsu fell asleep with a tud on the floor .

He dove down to stop Komatsu from hitting his head on the floor .

And that's when he felt her ...

Rin his little sister .

" Hi big bro ! "

And with a cheerful attitude he was greeted .

"Rin did you see everything?"

He has to ask no matter who it was he had to ask if they knowingly let someone hurt Komatsu .

"Only after you got the blue fire thing but I should have watched over him better so it is my fault ."

That is a relief . He wouldn't have to choose between his sister and Komatsu . She just didn't calculate those things stupidity.

"Also congrats on getting your memory back . Close times both of us , maybe the rest will get it soon too ."

"The rest ?"

" Yeah , you , me , Zebra , Brunch , Starjun and Komatsu as for the rest I don't know ."

"When did you get the memories back if I might ask ?"

"2 days ago . But we have some more important things to do at the moment , like getting rid of the bodies of those things and offering poor little Komatsu emotional support and a little medical attention ."

"You are right , we do have more important matters at hand ."

And so they started getting rid of all the evidence and preparing for Komatsu's waking up .

Komatsu was so adorable trying to be as polite as possible . Even if they felt bad having had to lie a little to him about what happened , but a small white lie to protect Komatsu's innocence is worth their the sadness a hundred times over if it means he is happy .

He didn't like the fact that Komatsu tried to downplay himself and even insult himself . Hm that won't do . He needs someone to lift him up a little and would you look at it Coco has more than enough time with baseball out the picture .

And he succeeded in getting Komatsu to be his friend . Even taking him to his home and making plans to escort him to school from tomorrow onwards .

The moment he stepped into TakeSushi he felt it . The killing intent of his father , not as intimidating as he thinks in comparison to what Coco deals with daily and obvious in the fact he wouldn't actually hurt him .

He did get a rather informative talk about the little fire from his father along with congratulations for his first kill .

Rin got the information the next day . The same day Coco resigned from the baseball club and became Komatsu's shadow .

Pode parecer estranho a ideia começar sua adaptação com uma história original mas um dos maiores animes/mangas da história te promover na sua estréia é STONKS. Um especial feito pra introduzir geral (eu incluso) a Toriko: caçador gourmet, Komatsu, Terry, fork! knife!, ranking de espécies, frases de efeito, super golpes, mundo, vibes, etc. Só sinto pelo pessoal coadjuvante, em especial os de Toriko (Sunny, Coco, Rin), tiveram segundos de tela... faz parte. Assistiria Toriko? Talvez. Parece uma torta de Dragon Ball e One Piece com pitadas de Fist of the North Star e cobertura de culinária. Gostei mais da parte 1 em geral. Divertido como eles mesclaram trilhas de um anime no ep. do outro. Apoio essa ideia de crossover hein (e não manjo da área mas COM CERTEZA fãs já fizeram fanfic crossover de monte). Enfim, itadakimasu.
