Ok not something i normally post about but im rewatching one one of my all time favorite childhood movies, Treasure Planet it has to be in my top 3, order going, Toy Story, Treasure Planet, then Hercules, anyways, we all go on about pixar moms and shit but i day Disney has some top teir moms also, case in point one Sarah Hawkins from as i said Treasure planet i mean LOOK AT HER she is stunning, and you cannot change my mind, i will die on this hill.

Saw some of the grossest parenting today in the bus

#this dad was on his phone the whole bus ride ok #and his two kids were screaming arguing #at most he would periodically tell them to lower their voice while still on his phone #one time he told them to stop the one sitting next to him hit him 😭 and he went back to look at his phone with no reaction #my guy something is seriously wrong with you #your kids are screaming at each other doesn't even matter all that much that we are in the bus rn #theyre not just being loud kids you need to do smt!!!!!! its too early for this!!! i could hear them even with my noise cancelling headphone #anyways #ive never seen smt like this #and i work in a mall i see lots of parents and kids #idk smt really disgusting about a parent just not even interested in engaging with their kids #dude no wonder they're loud they probably want ur attention #also this one lady once who came in wjth a big stroller #and the store where i work has little moving rooms between the aisle so this woman decided TO LEAVE THE STROLLER WITH A KID INSIDE AT THE #FRONT OF THE STORE #the kids started crying and his hrother (toddler not in the stroller but not following the mom for some reason) started exploring and i #i had to watch them until the mom came back but like the woman just left them there???#i just stepped in but what if i hadnt??? lady?????????#i see lots of cute interactions of course #like this little girl who came with who i think is her grandpa and he asked me to help her chose her next manga read 😭💖#i basically work in a book/toy store #theres a lot of candy as well the kids love it #idk i like seeing kids being happy ok it is healing #like all the kids sitting on the floors deep in their books while the parents shop 😭😭😭 makes me smile every time top tier behavior

that was the most disappointing escape room ive ever done

#so #my family really likes to do escape rooms #(well not my brother but it doesnt matter)#and my moms friends also like to do escape rooms #so i went with my mom and her friends to do this escape room tonight #it was supposed to be a horror room #and we were all really hyped #and my mom and i have done some horror rooms before #some better than others #but all of them were somewhat mentally stimulating and challenging #but this one was Not It #my family and i had done a room at this location before #and that room was a kids room so we werent as surprised when the room told us what to do and then we did it #but for this one it felt disappointing #and like they dumbed down the room #and there were even remnants of puzzles that seemed to have been taken out!!#and they kept giving us hints without our asking!!#60out as a company has never been top tier #but this location specifically we will NEVER return to #because of how badly they have fumbled their rooms #$40 is too much to get out in thirty minutes im sorry

So I'm catching up on Spy x Family, and while I absolutely love twiyor, it's actually not nearly as overt as I was expecting based on the fan content I've seen. Like I'm on e22 right now and they're still barely being romantic or showing signs of falling for each other

I'm not complaining though! I actually really enjoy the slow burn especially given they're literally already married and co-parenting a kid -- the proposal scene was SOOOOO romantic & sexy too -- yet ever since it's been a very very gradual change in their dynamic, most of which is just done for appearance sake rather than of their own volition

To make it even more interesting is Loid is showing signs of genuinely falling for Yor faster than she's showing back. It's just fun the way the story is subverting my expectations while also falling in line with them, like I have no doubts they'll actually explicitly fall in love and stay together with Anya in the end, but I'm also pleasantly surprised by how much slower the complications of meddling their missions with their feelings are coming up.

#I'm so irrationally angry about the bamamorgan situation #as an active sister (i also hold relevant director positions and have been on recruitment member selection and director/exec selection #committees) in a much smaller and more relax led chapter than any of bamas we would have still be cautious about extending a bid to her #her fanbase is so emotionally involved in her sorority success (like a bunch of 35-50 year olds went to walk around the old row houses in #the summer these are literally just fancy dorms which is so creepy) like you don't want to be living with and partying with and doing phil #with someone who is giving reports to the tiktok moms #like as sisters we are constantly told to be careful about what we post that is related to the org and in these big chapters EVERYTHING you #post is considered a reflection so you shouldn't be calling certain houses top tier (because zta and phi mu wouldn't have been kind to her)#and It's really frustrating to see her continue to milk the situation by posting what she would have worn each day #like it's encouraging her fans to go harrass sisters in all orgs!!#also she rushed last year and turned down the bid she got from a “bottom tier” org #she's not going to get a COB bid because everyone knows her and there's a very limited number of non-first years allowed in #like i feel bad for her but this process works the way it does so you aren't desperately trying to find a place in a chapter that didn't #want you it's called running home for a reason #also the tiktok sorority moms/aunts need to stop constantly talking about greek life #it makes it so much more awkward for our social media teams knowing their ideas are now discussion pieces for women still angry about being #rejected as young adults
