anyone up for a paranormal investigators au? basically, c.c. dies not because of michael/fredbear/freddys in general, and liz and mike survive. liz is a medium of sorts, very empathic and mike just. follows along. its basically a dead files au now that i think of it. he does the research, she talks to the ghosts. c.c. haunts freddys and tries to help them figure out what was up with their dad and those missing kids

Going insane thinking about both of Leigh Whannell’s character in the saw franchise: Adam and David. They’re both biblical names (and the most common names ever but bear with me)

In the Bible Adam is The First, just like Adam is the first character we see in the Saw franchise. In most depictions Bible Adam was also punished for what were arguably Eve’s actions (just like Adam was for Lawrence’s, being just a part of his game.) Yeah he ate the apple, but he wouldn’t have had Eve not suggested it. Yeah Saw Adam’s job was shady, but he never would’ve been taken had he not been photographing Lawrence specifically.

And then in David’s story, he overcomes great adversity (Goliath) against all odds, just like David from Saw 0.5 (the bear trap.) Which may sound like a bit of a stretch but considering survival is so rare in this franchise it sticks out to me.
