Hoffs and Hanson + Hopps and Wilde (21 Jump Street x Zootopia)

I’ve been thinking about the similarities between these two duos for a very long time. Hopps and Wilde have always reminded me of Hoffs and Hanson from the Jump Street series. I seriously don’t believe that the whole Hoffs/Hopps thing was simply a “coincidence” as Disney says. Regardless, I hope the new movie contains many references to the show! I think it would be very fitting. Watching Zootopia is like watching a movie about Tom and Judy in another universe.

Maybe we’ll just start calling you Crudey Hoffs instead, hmm?” Hanson had absolutely no real feelings of indignation from Judy’s eagerness to hear the rest of the poem; he just saw an opportunity to tease her and seized it. But actually, he loved whenever they took an interest in each other hobbies and activities outside of the necessary lies they both were mired in due to making a living out of undercover detecting.

Tom cleared his throat, proceeding to recite.

what was your first ship, and what fandom is it from?

first. first first.

okay, so here’s a brief thing about me: i’ve been shipping since before i even knew what romantic love was. so i don’t really know what my first real ship was. i wanted EVERYONE to fall in love and get married. so hmm… maybe it was data/geordi from star trek generation, storm/wolverine from x-men the animated series, or hanson/hoffs from 21 jump street.

i’m going with judy hoffs and tom hanson from 21 jump street because johnny depp was one of the few people i remember being deeply deeply into when i was a kid and there weren’t a lot of people i was into at that age.  

it didn’t get serious for me though until i joined the harry potter fandom and fell in love with the idea of ron/hermione after reading prisoner of azkaban. i have never wanted two people together so much in the most lovingly gross history of people getting together.
