Few things will make your belly more sore than this. Like with a lot of core-centric exercises, if you cannot create a neutral and braced spine, and then engage your psoas muscles, this will either be drastically more difficult for you while simultaneously putting you at risk for injury. Or you just simply wont be able to do it. Breathe. Squeeze your butt, squeeze your belly. Keep your belly tight and relax your butt. Grab the bar overhead and break it... crwate external rotation in your shoulders. Pull your legs up and up until your feet reach the bar. Weekend Workout
My weekend workouts look something like this.  They are the longer workouts and I try to incorporate movements that I want to work on.  I’ve been focusing on toes to bar, overhead squats, and snatches.
Got this from my former gym’s website. Saved it for the weekend because I knew it would take me longer.  I really wanted to work on my toes to bar, even if it meant doing singles at the end. I almost gave up, but it felt so good to push through them when I was only able to get one or two at a time.  (I had the hubs and kids saying “get it, girl” and “get strong, mama.” Support system matters!)
FOR TIME:
75 AIR SQUATS
50 BOX JUMPS
25 TOES2BAR
800M RUN
25 TOES2BAR
50 BOX JUMPS
75 AIR SQUATS
And then I moved on to the second part:
42-30-18
KB SWING
HAND RELEASE PUSH UP
