Few things will make your belly more sore than this. Like with a lot of core-centric exercises, if you cannot create a neutral and braced spine, and then engage your psoas muscles, this will either be drastically more difficult for you while simultaneously putting you at risk for injury. Or you just simply wont be able to do it. Breathe. Squeeze your butt, squeeze your belly. Keep your belly tight and relax your butt. Grab the bar overhead and break it... crwate external rotation in your shoulders. Pull your legs up and up until your feet reach the bar.
