Today, I was able to finish scanning my entire English SMTIV art book! This book is weirdly hard to find so I'm glad I was able to do this, and I hope that everyone enjoys being able to read the official translation of this incredible art book!

tattoo artist soap who owns his own shop. he’s proud of his achievement and all the work it took to get to the level he’s at today. displays it with the same pride and joy a parent has for their child. a litany of different art styles adorns his body and he keeps a close relationship with regulars.

most of his regulars, at least. the newest one is a man shrouded in mystery, and he only ever comes in for last minute appointments. rarely is he talkative, preferring to let their time together be taken over by the buzzing of the tattoo machine. soap doesn’t mind though. the man always pays with cash and leaves a hefty tip alongside it.

but there’s a pattern, one that’s taken soap a few weeks to notice. the man books an appointment only a few hours before the news breaks out with a highlight of a new murder in town.
