I cannot believe young Gooze looked at Johnny Ghost and said Yeah, that’s my entire personality now, and then it WAS. Please don't put ice on it immediately, it could cause shock depending on how bad the burn is. Submerge it into warm water, and slowly progress to lower and lower temperatures. After that, don't cover it. Covering it is bad or something (idk, it's been a while since I had to deal with a burn).

Legionary Toast

Upon recommendation of a traveler from the southwest, I've tried my hand at making something called Legionary Toast. The recipe is rather simple.

Take thick slices of bread, remove the crusts.

Soak bite size bread bites in Brahmin Milk.

Fry in cooking oil in a skillet.

Once done, cover the bites in honey.

It didn't turn out well for me, I had only thinly slices bread so it just fell apart in my pan. The traveler laughed at me and called me a degenerate so I split his head open with a rock.

Tinky lifts the toasting bread up with a used spoon. It’s browning, but not done. He sets the spoon back into a pot resting on the ground, absently mixing its contents. On a large plate next to the pot, two toasted - and cooling - pieces of bread wait. Karaxis fidgets in place, tapping his fingers on his crossed legs. He could stand and walk off energy, but that would mean risking burnt toast.

Can’t this go any higher?

He knows it can’t. Deciding that toast less toasted was better than over-toasted toast, T’noy takes the spoon and carefully turns the toast to tepefy the untouched tops. It would truly be tragic if these two pieces of toast were to torch.

Fucking…are you done yet?!

He’s talking to the bread. This is too time-consuming for his taste. Tinky lifts the pan and drops both semi-brown slices onto the plate. He turns the stove off after setting the pan back down and grabs the pot. Scooping out some macaroni and cheese, he dumps what is hopefully enough onto one piece of bread and spreads it on evenly with the spoon. He tries to grab one of the hotter slices without burning his fingers and moderately succeeds, accidentally dropping it on the pasta.

Ow-

He straightens out the top piece of toast after letting it cool and nudges the completed sandwich aside to prepare the other one. He continues the same process - bread, pasta, spread it on evenly, bread - making two sandwiches.

Yes!

After meticulously balancing the other sandwich’s top piece so it doesn’t fall, T’noy Karaxis holds the plate up with triumph.

I’m kinda upset with my current activity on Tumblr. I keep blaming it on other things but in actuality I don’t have health insurance anymore so I’m not able to get the meds I need which has tanked EVERYTHING for me. Can’t enjoy games, rp or work cause my brain is a dummy. Plus also my schedule change fucked me over too so I’m just kinda in limbo which sucks so much. I miss the threads I had and being able to be on top of replying to them and interacting and such, I’m just upset and feel exhausted as all hell. Anyways, rant over
