BEHIND THE SCENES!

Only because I don't see enough posts like this and I think they're neat so logically at least one other person will think they're neat! This isn't a tutorial or anything just "here's what you didn't see me struggle bus through" THERE WAS SOME STRUGGLE! LOL

This man's mouth...... Around 7 hours of of work went into his face and mouth. But please don't mistake that for some kind of brag - it's literally because I'm so out of practice and unfamiliar with the face bones! Getting the lips "just right" is....ugh.

The ACTUAL shoulder used vs. the crunchy hidden shoulder. I fake stuff like this all the time. MAYBE if he'd been either shirtless or wearing something with detachable pauldrons this would've been fine, but I REALLY needed him to be wearing that armor.

In total 18 layers went into making the saliva. Part is cut up and re-assembled from a (paid) stock photo, part is hand drawn. It's so small on the image that it comes down to counting pixels. 5 may belong to a cut from the stock image but 2 were added haha. This was so tricky because the major difference between saliva and "other bodily fluids that might drip off a tongue like this" (eyebrow waggle) is that saliva is clear and tends to be bubbly. So I was REALLY going out of my way.

Actual size snip of the (paid) stock photo I was using. So this was HILARIOUSLY high res for what I was using it for. This was the part I really started laughing. I went to design school for this. I have a degree. And what am I doing? I'm carefully photoshopping spit bubbles onto Elezen.

see what’s so funny is im writing about her tragedy for one of my uni assignments rn and im actually doing a good job of being concise and focused about it!! but my Point: ‘her tragedy’ the episode sharing its name with ‘her tragedy’ the comic theme that scores nanami’s silliest most devious and absurd moments. ‘her tragedy’ being tweenaged anxieties, vanity and snobbery, an over-attachment to an older brother; ‘her tragedy’ being the alienation this thirteen year old girl experiences such that she is completely isolated in her abuse and unable to understand it, or anyone else’s. being disarmed by this comic presentation of nanami’s character such that when she stares at you in the lift she seems to be asking you, how could this happen? and you cannot answer her because you know you have left this narrative slowly unfold, laughing at her tragedies until they become too uncomfortable for you. and you have to live with that. and you have to live with that. this is the story of a spirit who was happily dwelling in the world they loved, when a person in authority bound them to a body. Not surprised at all that they're taking a break. They more than deserve it and this stadium era has been insanely successful.

Historically, they never pre-plan new album. They go into rehearsals/studio whenever the feeling strikes so who knows when that's gonna happen. Could be in a year or 5 or 10!

Ramm4 is a nice "surprise". Wonder how it will sound since it's more of a live song.

And absolutely amazing news in the documentary! I'm glad they didn't abandon it. I'm sure it's definitely coming out this year, but again, historically, they announce things like "premiere in 2 days". Just dropping bombshells 😂

I rhink they were already talking about the album that eventually became Untitled [released 2019) as least as far back as 2017...things in the Rammstein democracy take their time...

(but 10 years....? when they are nearing their 70's? we'll just have to light a few🕯it might be a bit sooner... 😊)

That documentary i'm really looking forward too, but i'm sure we'll have to be patient for that too....
