Get jumpscared y'all, we're back to Jon! More specifically, the Jon of @candlecoo-sideb-art's Somewhere Else (In Space) AU! I do not know why, but the idea of the Fears in the Mechanism universe is something that slightly unnerves me, but luckily, we have two resident traumatized folks to help out. I kinda went and experimented with his pupils specifically, given that candlecoo's pupil style is to make them white instead of black, which actually helps with bringing attention to the eyes oddly enough. I instead added the white pupil to his Eye power usage (and have it somewhat eclipse his iris like a cat's pupil), as it gives a sort of 'inhuman' feel against the art style I got going. That and I'm a coward who refuses to break tradition sometimes. Overall, I love the AU that they are forming and the shenanigans that could ensue excite me to no end. Maybe I just have a thing for Magnus blorbos meeting Mechanism dummies in their own space, who knows. Anyway, there will be another art from this verse a bit later on in the day, and then I'm jumping back into Redeath/Search Through the Stars to tackle a few of the ocs 👀 (if you've read it, you might know who is on the agenda).

Silly TMA X MECS fanfic where Jon and Jonny look basically the same and are switched and the Mecs automatically know that some shit happened to Jonny because he isn't in the ship and still there was no repports of mass violence and only of Jonny asking random questions and are worried about him (even more when the found Jon because he is definitivally not Jonny, no eye shadow, no alcohool close and he tried to stop a bar fight? "Ew who is this nerd?" mutters Gunpowder Tim) but the Archieve Crew just looks at Jonny and decides Jon finally went murderhobo insane for at least a whole ass week until Martin is just too distressed over Jon having a totally different tea taste now that they have to consider that maybe this really is a different guy.

WHOOPS FORGOT ok swap au rant praying that some ppl are still online idk what time it is in the us 🤞🤞 (under the cut :3 written in notes app in like 5 minutes so i can change stuff if needed)

-parrot (pre/early uu?) starts his clown-type putting people in boxes thing by trying to make his own escape rooms (not that well but don’t tell him) and asks wifies(evilfies) to test them

-evilfies uses these for pre-video clone testing

-he asks parrot to watch one of them at one point, parrot gets bored and starts rambling to clonefies (uu clonefies!!!) and trying to help him not softlot, and within like 5 minutes he goes ‘this is NOT wifies wtf is happening’

(optional middle plot point?: parrot goes straight to evilfies about it, finds out about clones and goes ‘can i keep this one :3’ but gets fucking rejected)

-THEN he goes to ken to ask for help to figure it out (or if you exclude the middle part he just goes straight to ken bc he knows there’s a chance evilfies will just lie and he needs to find out everything or he’ll die ((👁️))), cue wifies debunk lore

-^ parrot isn’t that involved in any of the actual kww lore stuff beyond those small interactions just to meet them that way in uu instead of scavenger hunt

-if he WAS though he’d straight up kill evilfies (birds first crashout maybe) but i don’t wanna get rid of the loyalty trident trivia ☹️

-will make more plot points at some point but like every escape room parrot puts clonefies in after this he’s either just outside or in the escape room the whole time so he can yap

-you 100% could create parfies angst out of this bc swap!parrot probably treats everyone he puts in escape rooms like lab rats a little bit BUT this is me and an anons way of coping so im choosing joy FOR NOW bc no one fix-it-aus like tma fans B)

Jon with a sword is giving me life right now, I'm so glad I stumbled upon this image again–

I honestly love Jon's sword and the event it relates to.

plus if Martin is allowed to have a big gun then Jon is allowed to have a sword.

Here we go with a bit of an experiment, utilizing the Martin of @candlecoo-sideb-art's Somewhere Else (In Space) AU!

This one was a bit tricky, since I have been deliberately avoiding giving characters glasses due to their eye profiles being the more important part of the equation. Yet, stubborness is annoying, so I tried a version with glasses and... I don't know, felt like I overdid it tbh.

The idea of Martin being the defender of the duo and hyper enhanced by the nature of The Lonely's growth was too good, I love it. Martin should be allowed to go Kill Bill and we are in no position to stop him. Would be kinda funny if he got to dual-wield powers from both The Lonely and The Slaughter... but I think that idea is a bit too logistically odd so I'll just save it for my own AU.

Anyway, now this is posted, it's back to the Redeath/Search Through the Stars to tackle a few of the ocs. If you've read the fic (please do btw), you can take a few guesses who is next :3
