was very glad to see this on my timeline today as it gave me a great reason to procrastinate

God it would rule to be an early 70s hitman, cruising up to the location in my black 1965 Lincoln Continental, getting out, black suit, sunglasses on a cloudy day, walking to the back to retrieve the briefcase with my disassembled rifle before heading inside to the vantage point. No expression, fully dead inside. The dream.

I based it loosely off of illustrations of various sun gods like Apollo and Sol, and his hair is inspired by Ra’s falcon head :D

they don’t have a name, I’ve just referred to them as The Artist, and they were a concept character for a video game jam my brothers and I did! the idea didn’t make the cut but I’m in love with it

this is Casey-Lloyd Cardstock, they’re a papier-mâché sculpture puppeteered by magical sapient ribbons. their clothes and face are painted on, they’re very nervous because they’re about as durable as cardboard, and they usually are unable to talk (because they don’t have a mouth).
