is healthy weight loss real or is it a myth and everyone who ever lost weight actually had an ed, maybe I’m very wrong but this is something I’ve been thinking lately bc I genuinely can’t understand how it’s possible without being obsessed
also I’ve tried the healthy way and the only thing that works for me is restricting massively soo like is everyone else lying? 🤣 or maybe just maybe I fucked my metabolism from being malnourished all through my teens, we shall never know (it’s definitely that)
Not to discredit anyone’s hard work doing it the healthy way I just can’t relate 😭

Guys I have a really strong urge to binge today I just want to go to the shop and buy all of the snacks. I’m hungry even though I ate yesterday and I’m going out for dinner tonight with friends so i really don’t want to eat before but I’m just craving everything rn help why am I like this

Hey y’all I’m excited to be starting @justwater4meeeeeeeee December challenge
Couple things first off so sorry about my toes I’m getting them done in a few days promise, second I do eat junk food, no judgement please you will not see me eating a cucumber I wish I was that girl but I’m not, also I ate quite a bit today because I literally fainted at badminton lol but I’m not mad bc I did a lot of exercise and my period is kicking my ass ok that’s it let’s gooo:

I’m doing so shit at work and I think I’m gonna get fired lol it’s actually not funny
I’m so not the type of person to be fired I’m genuinely hard working and reliable but I just find this job unbearable my boss is awful and I’m so lonely here and I know I’ve been doing shit I just can’t motivate myself to do better and I haven’t told anyone how bad it’s gotten
But yday my boss was screensharing and I saw he had a slack channel called ‘*my name* productivity’ which obviously means they’re talking about how shit I am right?
Every now and then I look at jobs bc I know I can’t stay here but I’m trying to move house I just can’t switch jobs right now until I’ve moved and I seriously can’t get fired it would actually be devastating it would ruin everything I’m freaking out
I’m gonna be ok I think I just need to get my shit together

I’ve asked for a smartwatch for Christmas but if I don’t I need to get myself one, what are people’s recommendations? I basically just want it for steps and calories burnt working out and throughout the day. Preferably under like £60. Hopefully something will be on sale after Christmas

I’ve already planned my first 4 weeks of meals next year. On Wednesdays I go to my mum’s in the evening so it’s basically going to change each week with a full meal on Wednesdays.
Week 1: Huel only
Week 2: omad (soup/smoothie + eggs + protein bar)
Week 3: liquid fast up to 200 cals daily
Week 4: water fast
That’s the plan I’m very excited oh and you best believe I will be a hermit I will be saying no to any social events honestly i don’t wanna see another person until I’ve lost 25lbs that would be ideal
