i'm like waayy too late on this, BUT i hope you all had a merry christmas and an even happier new year! i can't believe we're in 2024 already like wtf can we slow down? DAYUM.

this update is kind of long, so i've put it beneath a cut if you're interested in reading further and knowing where i stand writing/bot making wise for the foreseeable future. :)

guys idk what the FUCK happened to me, but i'm dealing with the worst writer's block known to man and i cannot get out of this funk for the life of me. i think i either burned myself out somehow, or graduating nursing school made my brain shut itself off so that it can recoup for the year and a half of punishment i put it through-

i've made MANY bots to compensate for my writer's block, (bnha/kny/jjk/ow) but as of right now, they're all on private since one, they're on the darker content spectrum of things, and two, i REFUSE to put something out there that i'm not at least 99.8% certain is perfect. #perfectionismisadiseaseendmenow

idk, thinking about it i might make a poll to see if you guys would like more dark content bots (NUTHIN TOO CRAZY NEOW) but i also don't want to be sniped by c.ai-

as far as things look in the (hopefully near) future, i have a gojo x geto x reader threesome fic in the works for my 2k special, and, whenever i get around to it, or whichever comes first, a few bots for my brat tamer!blue lock bot series in the works as well. as of now, there are no promises as to when either of these will be published, but i hope to at least have ONE by the middle of the month. especially since i start my job towards the end of this month-

✧ let's face it, mikey has a whole different outlook on life now. because of this, he's determined to make everything right, and he starts with the person he's been crushing on for years. he's spent so long trying to keep you away from him because he's been so scared of his dark impulses & what he could become that now he can't even wait. one of the first things he's doing is convincing takemichi to come with him to your house to introduce himself (and shoot his lil kid shot) so he can weed his way into your life quicker. you're stuck with him whether you like it or not.

✧ you asking him who tf he is and why he's banging on your little eight year old self's door at 5 pm on a tuesday definitely humbles him but mikey's just so happy to see your face that it's all worth it.

✧ his eight year old self 100% proposes the idea of 'getting married and being together for ever and ever'. you obviously go along with this idea and you two have silly talks of emma being at your wedding and all your lil barbies and shit will be there too. it's all innocent and so sweet and mikey cannot believe he took all of this for granted the first time.

✧ once you two are considerably older and actually a couple this time around, mikey is HUGE on touch. like, mikey's constantly wrapping his arms around your waist, hugging you from behind, grabbing your hands, etc. he's gotta hold you constantly b/c it's a nice reminder to him that you're real and you're HIS, finally.

✧ actually, as a matter of fact, i would bet my life on saying he never even technically made it official. you two started hanging out romantically and one day he just referred to himself as your boyfriend and you went along with it. you're the person he wants to be with for the rest of his life and he's gonna make damn well sure this happens.

✧ because of everything he's gone through and how scared he is to lose you (even if you don't quite understand it) he's super protective. he's giving every single person who even has the audacity to look at you the nastiest glares he can muster up. if someone's flirting with you, he'll walk up to you, wrap his arm around your shoulder, kiss your cheek and play super dumb. 'whatcha talkin' about?' cute puppy head tilt and all. this, somehow, scares people off more than his nasty glares.

✧ mikey can't stop talking about you to other people. like, i'm sorry to say, but draken is definitely sick of hearing your name because you come up every other sentence. takemichi hears about how beautiful you are and how you and mikey are gonna go to the park later or shopping or whatever -- and, of course, this honestly makes takemichi happier than anyone, because in this timeline, everyone has finally gotten the happy ending they deserve. you and mikey are no different.

"It's too bad," Hinata speaks as she picks at the frosting on her cake. Her lips poke out absentmindedly as she scoops a glob onto her fork. Takemichi tilts his head with a tap to her shoe — Hinata jumps, as if remembering he was with her. "That [Name] is leaving. That Chifuyu never felt the same. We became close friends and now..."

Takemichi blinks, memories that don't feel like his racing into his head. Flashes of you — a friend of a friend that Kazutora vouched for — and the pinkened, lovey-dovey eyes you always had set on Chifuyu popped into his mind. Along with the pining — from the other side, it seemed. "What do you mean?"

Hinata takes a sip of her drink. "[Name] never made a move because Chifuyu was always going on dates with other people. Took the hint, you know?”

"There was a chance," Takemichi blinks dumbly. Hinata sits up in her chair. leaning closer as her own eyes widen. "Chifuyu has a crush on [Name]. Always has."

The red-head sits frozen for a second before she sinks into her seat, closing her eyes in defeat. "What idiots."

Bloody, bruised knuckles greet Takemichi when he comes back. He's panting and staring up at the sky, then at Chifuyu. The blond holds his hand out, pulling Takemichi up with a grunt. "All good?"

"Yeah," Takemichi breathes. His memories come back with a blink — past him decided to run his mouth again and couldn't put up a fight. "Thanks. Did I win?"

"Oh, yeah," Smiley pops up. His grin seems to widen — Takemichi thinks he's laughing at him. "Won big time. Always do."

Chifuyu clicks his tongue, looking away before slinging an arm around the timeleaper. "Let's get patched up. See you later!"

It's with alcohol stinging his cuts and a cold, pre-boiled egg on his eye that Takemichi remembers. There was a drink — your favorite that Chifuyu always brought home ; there was an ice cream — one that matched the color of your eyes.

You — he couldn't fight well, but maybe he could change your future. Make sure your heart is accepted ; your pining and Chifuyu's finished.

“Chifuyu.” Takemichi holds onto his shoulders. The blond blinks, eyes wide and confused. Michi sighs, “you have a chance with your roommate. You always have.”

He walks away, leaving Chifuyu confused. “Roommate…?” Something must’ve happened in the future, he thinks with a finger held to his chin. Chifuyu nods to himself, I’ll stop it!

The shower is running when Chifuyu finishes getting ready. He waits on the spritz of his favorite cologne — he waits, for what, he's not sure. His shoes stay by the door — socks fresh on his feet as he runs a hand through his hair.

"[Name]?" He taps on the bathroom door softly with his knuckles. "I'm heading out now."

"Sure you don't want to join me first?"

It's something you always say — sly, flirty invites that he always denies. Chifuyu smirks, tugging on the sleeves of his shirt. Little did Chifuyu know, the sound of the shower muffled your sniffles and hiccups. He didn’t know then, but now—

Takemichi’s voice echoes in his head.

Turning on his heel, Chifuyu welcomes himself into the warm, steamy bathroom.

The curtain slides open, revealing you with your mouth agape, staring in shock. Chifuyu slots right under the shower, the water drenching him and his clothes. He lets out a sigh, cupping your cheek. “Why are you crying?”

“I’m not,” you deny. Your nose scrunches as you sniffle, “s’the water. Why are you in here with your clothes on?”

Reddened, lithe fingers shake as they unbutton the top he’s wearing, slinging it onto the bathroom floor with a plop! His pants and underwear go next — you avert your eyes quickly. Chifuyu chuckles, “why are you so shy now?”

“Didn’t think you’d actually get in here,” you mumble. Blinking as his hands latch onto your hips, you frown. “What about your date?”

Chifuyu doesn’t think as he says, “want you more.” He’s fighting the urge to bury himself into your neck and take a nibble — your body wash smells so good and you look divine.

“What?”

“[Name].” It’s said with a loud, exasperated laugh as Chifuyu’s head falls back. “Do I have to spell it out for you?” One hand shoots to your cheeks, gripping them softly as he connects your eyes. “I like you — so much. I want to share a room and go on grocery store dates and get so lovesick it’s annoying. Got it?”

Your eyes are wide and almost pink as you speak through puffed cheeks. “Got it.”

Tokyo Revengers as Red Flags Pt.2

Kokonoi, Inui, Shinichiro Kokonoi - Come on we were all thinking the same when we saw Koko on this list. - He loves Akane still, and even if you may not look like her it's like her soul possessed you and he sees her in you. OR - You both had this enemies to lovers thing going on. Kokonoi did grow up to be a snarky asshole afterall. (You're telling me this jerk didn't acknowledge Takemichi's resilience until the big Tenjiku battle?) - He can be hella mean to you sometimes and favors Inupi over you. In turn, you're mean back and give him the cold shoulder. Things usually die down then but if they escalate then... - He'd call your gifts to him tacky in the heat of an argument and says things like "I put in more effort for your ungrateful ass." Inupi - He sometimes gets icked out when your childish or cheeky side leaks out. - It feels like he's embarrassed that he even knows you when you're like that. - He's stoic and thinks that his love for you is a known fact, plus actions speak louder than words. As a result he doesn't say nice things about you or to you unless you're having a deep convo. - He talks about beating people up, sending them to the hospital, that 1 dude that killed himself for betraying BD, torturing people etc during his dark times with Izana and Taiju. - You take it lightly but wonder if dating him really was the right idea, especially with his snarky best friend that seems distant with you. That is his only friend. Shinichiro - He wasn't rejected because of the way he looks or because of his gang. - There were girls dating uglier guys, or with gangsters because they loved the status, protection and "bad boy" type. - He was rejected because he asked many girls out and his love didn't feel genuine, it felt shallow. - Now that you're both dating it still feels like he doesn't even see you. I might have accidentally put "He" somewhere in here for the reader, but I'm illiterate so don't come for me

Y/N was always so quiet. They weren't an ordinary member, but they never stood out like a sore thumb. The only person attention they ever seem to steal was Mikey and an ever so curious Takemichi. Whenever Takemichi didn't know someone or their position, he would ask his trusty, right-hand man, Chifuyu.

"Who's the kid, the one leaning against the pillar." Takemichi turned towards his partner with an egar look on his face.

"That's L/N Y/N. They're not the most talkative, if I'm being honest. But they show up to just about every gang meeting and division captain meeting." Chifuyu mentioned off as if this should be common knowledge.

Takemichi looked at Y/N, now talking to Mikey. They were deep into conversation, yet they would only ever talk to Mikey, maybe on the rare occasion would they be caught talking to another founding member.

Chifuyu leaned closer to Takemichi to mention something in a loud whisper, "There's rumor stirring that they're actually dating, or at the very least crushing."

Takemichi continued to stare at the two as Mikey left to officially start the Toman meeting.

Y/N seemed to be keeping to themselves throughout the whole meeting, every once in a while people would usually turn to talk about what their captain said, but Y/N didn't seem to have interest in that.

When the meeting finished, Y/N hoped on the back of Mikeys back as they went home. Takemichi was dead set on uncovering their relationship. Why would Mikey be so interested in someone who barely spoke, and why would anyone be into Mikey...

Takemichi walked over to the few remaining captains, which consisted of Draken, Mitsuya, Smiley, and Angry. They all left shortly after Mikey, aside from Sanzu, who left the exact second Mikey did.

"Hey Draken, can I ask you something?" Takemichi walked closer to the group who were previously lost in conversation. "Does it have something to do with Y/N?" Draken questioned like he already knew.

Takemichi was taken aback by his response, begging to know how he knew... was Draken a timeleaper, too!? Takemichi was quickly brought back down to earth when Draken spoke, "It was kinda hard not to notice how intently you were staring at Y/N almost the whole meeting." Takemichi was a bit embarrassed by this. He knew he was staring, but he didn't know it was that obvious.

"Yeah, do you guys know what's up with Y/N? They don't seem to talk to anyone but Mikey." Takemichi let out in what seemed like one breath. A few in the group looked at him dazed, others with a curious look to hear the answer. "Well, I think it's normal to feel most comfortable around you, partner." Draken uttered like it was the most obvious response in the world.

Takemichi looked at Draken dumbfounded with his response, though he's not shocked, Drakens acting like he knows every last thing about the personal lives of the Toman members. "Oh yeah, Y/N and Mikey are dating...if you didn't know." Draken says, still making direct eye contact with a dumb founded Takemichi.

Takemichi sighs, thanking Draken before heading over to wear Chifuyu had parked his bike so his partner could take him home. He made sure to tell Chifuyu that his suspicions about Mikey and Y/N were true, earning a loud yell in excitement from Chifuyu over his correct assumption.

As Takemichi was dropped off at his house, he made a note to himself to get to know the person dating his best friend.

So, ik this wasn't confirmed in the manga but I was wondering what ur opinion on the topic is..

So, in the final timeline, does Shinichiro (or haruchiyo) remember anything? Like, did takemitchy and Mikey travel back to a point before shinichiro ever timeleaped, or did they travel back to after he time leaped but before Haruchiyo got his scars? Does that even make any sense??? Idk how to put my thoughts into words....

This actually was confirmed! Well kinda, the dates/ timeline bit was confirmed. Takemichi and Mikey time leaped back to the 10th of September 1998 (hbd Senju). The incident with Sanzu's scars and the day Shinichiro time leaped to was the 30th of July 1999, 4 years before Shinichiro got his ability. In this timeline there was no accident, Shinichiro never met the first leaper and never time leaped.

However they could still technically remember random things because we know Chifuyu still has some of his memories.

Similarities between Mikey-Takemichi (Tokyo Revengers) and Achilles-Patroclus (The song of Achilles)

I think before I start with the post I should specify that this is solely based on Madeline Miller's book The Song of Achilles which while staying close to the original source (The Illiad) has made a lot of divergence from it most particularly in an aspect of the portrayal of Patroclus. So this post is not for those who dislike this particular aspect of the book

Mikey and Achilles

"He is a weapon, a killer. Do not forget it. You can use a spear as a walking stick, but that will not change its nature"

Mikey and Achilles being this glorious fighters who are undefeatable (The Invincible Mikey and Aristos Achaeon). Both are also charismatic leaders who are able to easily change the opinions of their respective teams and motivate them, like Mikey in Tenjiku arc when Toman was losing hope and Achilles did something similar in the fourth year of the Trojan war when the soldiers were losing interest and went against Agammenon. They both are also fated to be doomed by the narrative. Because of Shinchiro timeleaping to save Mikey he was cursed with Dark Impulse which in every timeline destroyed his own and the lives of others around him. Not quite different from Achilles' rage which claimed the lives of others and eventually himself.

Despite their glory both takemichi and patroclus is everything to them. everytime they both are separated these two glorious fighters loses his humanity and becomes a monster, once again as we see Achilles' rage and Mikey killing his own gang members after Black Dragon arc for keeping him away from Takemichi.

The Song of Achilles portrays its titular hero as an easily gulliable man which also stands true for Mikey, something which is evident from how easily he had been manipulated by Kisaki in multiple timelines.

Takemichi and Patroclus

"You do not give things up so easily now as you once did,”

While Mikey and Achilles were destined to destroy ane kill, Takemichi and Patroclus being pacifists were destined to save lives.

Takemichi and Patroclus are not famed as fighters (as Chiron says he is not destined to gain glory from his fighting) but they both are still glorious in their own ways. Their glory lies in their kindness and their selfless desire to protect and save their loved ones even if it leads to their own demise or them getting hurt in some way. They both are actually more stronger than the glorious warriors because of their emotional resilience kindness and will power. They both grow from ones who easily quit to someone who do not give up quite as easily Both Michi and Patroclus also have low self esteem because of their traumatic upbringing and see themselves as "lower" beings. Even then, when they both die, everybody mourns their deaths such impactful were they in people's lives.

Both Takemichi and Patroclus followed Mikey and Achilles respectively everywhere despite how dangerous it had been (Takemichi following Mikey to Manilla, to the Bowling alley where he nearly died and back in time after being stabbed. Similarly how Patroclus followed Achilles to Mount Pelion, to Skyros and finally to the Trojan War where he meets his fate).

While Takemichi is younger than Mikey (in contrast to Patroclus being older than Achilles) they both played a role as a guiding force in the lives of their other halves putting them in the right track. Without their existence both Mikey and Achilles end up in the path of destruction.

In the last arc Takemichi dies similarly as patroclus did (being stabbed in the stomach) i dont remember if Michi was wearing mikey's Toman uniform in the last arc if so then that adds another parallel (Patroclus dying in Achilles' armour). The reason they die is also because of their other half (directly from mikey indirectly from achilles).

(While this post mainly compares the takemichi and mikey to the characterisation of the greek mythology characters from TSOA specifically, I cant help but realise that Takemichi is also quite similar to the Iliad characterisation of Patroclus

Although unlike him Takemichi is not physically strong when it comes to fighting, he matches Patroclus' sheer determination and boldness especially during the Tenjiku Arc. Takemichi's constant attempt to defy fate despite the number of times he fails is reminiscent of Patroclus climbing the walls of Troy over and over despite being pushed down by Apollo.

Patroclus mocking Hector and prophesizing the latter's death after being stabbed reminds me of two specific occasions- First, when Kisaki pointed the gun at Takemichi and the latter taunted Kisaki to shoot him and when Kisaki shot his foot Takemichi taunts him further that he is not going to die from a bullet to his foot and chases him after that. Second when Kakucho punches Takemichi and he mocks the former saying how he punched like a second grader punk)
