Nothing would've made the relationship between vi and jinx better other than isha and vander, isha gave jinx the opportunity to be happy, carefree and be at peace, yes silco loved jinx but he was also fucked up that nothing he could've done would've helped jinx get to this point. Vander being brought back to life as this beast that needs help, gave vi and jinx a very important mission for them to do together, nothing is more important to those characters than saving their father!

All of this made it so that those two characters actually spend a good amount of time together, back in season 1 they only got few minutes together, at the very most an hour, and jinx always needed up getting triggered in some way or another but in episode 5 and 6 of season 2, vi finally got to see the best version that jinx could ever be!

When vi said that jinx killed powder back in act 1, i think she truly believed that, that's why she was willing to let caitlyn kill jinx (even though deep down it probably was still hard for vi), but now that's completely out of the window, powder is only dead the way the child version of person dies, she got older, life molded her, but given time, space, free will and the responsibility of a small child made jinx flourish and vi 100% sees that and now nothing is ever gonna turn vi against jinx!
