In a race that was neck-and-neck for a while, "Rose Tyler and Clara Oswald are exes" beat "Rose Tyler and Clara Oswald are exes" at 63:37 with 17 out of 27 votes.

While I doubt anyone voting disagreed too firmly with "outing Yaz was bad", 21 out of 34 voters, or 61.8%, thought having Grace as a companion instead of Graham would be the bigger improvement.

And last but not least - while 13 out of 34 voters felt Ace flirting with Graham was a bigger issue, 61.8% of voters felt that "one of Chibnall era's biggest problems is there's not enough hanging out" was more correct.

There are many planets that worship the Doctor.

There are those who build shrines to the Oncoming Storm, who burn offerings and kneel humbly to pray for deliverance from his vengeance. There are those who erect statues to the Ancient One, who lay gifts at its feet and reverently touch the idol in the hope that it will bring them luck. There are those who hold festivals for the Traveller from Beyond Time, who dance and sing of his great deeds and revel in memories of his salvation.

But when the Doctor is in need, these are not the planets he visits.

Instead, he navigates his way through the vortex to land on an insignificant, sparsely populated planet ignored by the rest of the universe. Leaving his beloved ship behind, he makes his way to a small settlement, barely big enough even to be considered a village, where he lingers just outside as he waits for the moon to rise. When he’s sure he won’t be seen, he slips through the gates and into the empty streets.

The people here have built no shrines and erected no idols, nor do they hold vibrant festivals in honour of their god. Their worship is subtle, but the Doctor sees it all. Strands of ribbon in shades of pink and yellow entwined around doorframes; small, four-legged figurines tucked into the corner of windowsills. The same flower, in reds or whites or pinks, planted in every garden, painted on every storefront, and patterned on every pair of closed curtains.

Like this planet, the Doctor worships the Bad Wolf.

"Please, just make it stop!" The princess yelled in agony as she held her head. All the memories rushing through her mind, all the pain, all the hurt, everything bad she had done in her life ran through her head. But it was intensified by a trillion, this was on purpose, they wanted her in be pain.

Adara and Eila laughed manically, "Oh poor little baby, is something wrong?" Adara baby talked, chuckling in between. The princess yelled out, closing her eyes, trying to fight it, but she can't, she couldn't. The girl was consumed with guilt, making her walls around her mind tremble, they were weak, ready to fall down at the slightest of touch.

She had been tortured for years and years, after her mother banished her from the Void, they had sent her to Heaven. Her parents left her there as they hadn't finished their final punishment for their youngest daughter and child for her crimes. Until then, she would be tortured, just for laughs, just for entertainment.

"You know, for the Goddess of All Creation, you are weaker then I thought you would b-"

"Esme!" The Gilbert broke out of her thoughts, she fell into her head and she looked at the mirror in a weird angle, making her eyes shine like a golden-yellow. Making her the olden days, the years that started all of this. "Esme come on, we're gonna be late!" Elena shouted once more, the two, had school, as always, and were back into cheerleading, the younger twin seemed more willing to go then the oldest. But it made sense, things were different now.

Esme grabbed her bag and water,"Coming!" The middle child yelled, running out of her room and downstairs. "Let's get this show on the road." Esme mumbled under her breath, seeing her sister, not in her cheerleading costume.

As time went on, Elena and Stefan had gotten much closer, dating now, which led to Esme of course threatening him if he didn't anything back to her sister. But all in all, Esme liked Stefan, trying to get close to figure out what he wanted in the end.

But days went by and she had met Damon as well, sensing he was also a vampire. But Jordan also noticed Damon looked at her with some sort of admiration, or maybe some sort of love. She had no idea was this was about, but she would definitely find out soon. As it was all too weird, now that her best friend, Caroline Forbes, was dating this Damon, who was eyeing her.

Right away she didn't exactly like him, he was a cocky and arrogant man who liked to stir up trouble. For instance, when Elena had a little dinner party with Bonnie and Stefan, Caroline and Damon had arrive unannounced, soon the blonde pulled the younger twin downstairs to join the fun. Which was a very awkward introduction between the raven haired and brunette.

It was even more awkward when the oldest Salvatore brother talked about their past live affair. Who was named Katherine, Elena had informed her sister on the love triangle, whilst the two watched and dried dishes when everyone else was in the living room. Then he walked in, and then Elena left the two alone, awkwardly.

During the time, Damon and Esme got to talk a bit, trying to get to know each other, but the girl felt very uncomfortable as Damon had this weird look in his eyes, a softness, with a genuine smile on his face which was rare for him in his case. Luckily, Bonnie had came in to ask if she needed more help, as Esme was taking quite a bit of time in the kitchen.

But that was awhile ago, and now it is the day of the football game. And the girl needed to be on her game for the cheerleaders and her best friends. Though it didn't help with the Tyler and Jeremy fight, and Stefans cover nearly blown with the cut on his hand, with Elena as witness.

"God guys, I'll be back, I left my jacket and water in the car." Esme rubbed her forehead, Caroline and Bonnie nodded, the Gilbert quickly ran out the field and into the parking lot. The game was to start soon, and if she wasn't present soon the Forbes girl would have her ass. Esme quickly opened up the trunk, grabbing her maroon colored jacket and her big water bottle, that's as surprisingly still cool after being left in the car.

She swiftly turned around, gasping as she was face to face with Damon Salvatore. "You scared me. W-What are you doing here?" The Gilbert questioned, Damon looked over his shoulder quickly, then putting his hand to the side of his mouth,"I'm hiding from Caroline." He whispered. Esme quirked a brow,"And why is that?" She playfully whispered as well.

"I needed a break. She talks more then I can listen." Damon widened his eyes for a second. "That could be a sign." Esme nodded her head, kind of uncomfortable. "Well, she's awfully young".

Esme narrowed her eyes at the Salvatore,"Not much younger than you are." She responded back, Damon chuckled a bit. "I don't see it going anywhere in the bigger picture. I think she's drive me crazy." Damon spoke, Esme rose her brows and tilted her head a bit. "Caroline does have some really annoying traits, but we've been best friend since the first grade and that means something to me." The Gilbert defensively spoke, sternness in her manner.

The girl watched as something switched in the raven haired man,"Duly noted. I'm sorry if I make you uncomfortable. That's not my intention." Damon talked in the soothing voice, as if he was trying to persuade her. But the girl didn't fall for it, Damon was already on her bad side,"Yes, it is. Otherwise you wouldn't put an alternate meaning behind everything you say."

Damon smiled, shaking his head,"You're right. I do have other intentions, but so do you." Esme folded her arms across chest,"Really?" She questioned, wanting to see where he was going with this. Damon hummed as a response,"I seem 'em. You want me." Esme scoffed, feeling offended,"Excuse me?"

"I get to you. You find yourself drawn to me. You think about me when you don't want to think about me. I bet you even dreamed about me." Damon looked straight into Esme's eyes, the girl immediately knew what he was trying to do. "Compulsion." The voice in the back of her head reappeared for her once again. The girl was confused, what was this little voice, and most importantly, what the hell was Damon trying to play at here.

She snapped back into reality when she heard his voice once again speak,"And right now.. You want to kiss me." Esme had this emotionless look on her face, though it was pure anger, Damon smiled as he succeeded or he thought. He slowly leaned in with a smirk, Esme looked at his lip, before her face was painted with a scowl, and without thinking, Esme raised her hand and slapped him hard.

"What the hell?" Esme scoffed, glaring at him,"I don't know what game your trying to play here. Maybe trying to mess with Stefan, I don't know. But I don't want to be a part of it. And I don't know what happened in the past, but let's get one thing straight." Damon was in complete shock, Esme locked eyes with the man, who was holding his cheek,"I am not a pawn." Esme glared once more before tightly holding her water and jacket and walking away.

She didn't even realize what she had just done, she had blown her own cover...

The blonde haired vampire watched as Matt walked away, feeling slightly more happy and comfortable with the complicated situation between him, Elena and Matt, but it was short-lived as he heard someone clapping behind him. He swiftly turned around, to see his older brother leaning against the brick wall.

"Isn't that nice? Stefan joins the team, makes a friend." Damon announced, pure sarcasm out of his tone of voice. "It's all so,'Rah, Rah, Go Team, Yeah'!" Damon raised his arm in a fist bump, clearly mocking his brother. Stefan shook his head, turning his body to leave,"Not tonight. I'm done with you." As he turned he was met face to face with Damon, who used his vampire-speed. Damon tilted his head, "Nice trick with Esme. Let me guess— vervain in her bracket? Necklace or ring maybe?"

Stefan was confused, he never gave the girl any vervain, only Elena. But he made sure to not show any unsureness, as he didn't even know why he couldn't compel her. "I admit, I was a bit surprised. It been a while since anyone could resist my compulsion." Damon lifted his eyes, throwing a innuendo in there. Stefan kept a cold, and stern face, unfazed,"Where'd you get it?" The older brother asked, "Does it matter?" Stefan started to walk away, going around his brother.

"Guess I could just seduce her the old-fashioned way. Or I could just..eat her." Damon cockily spoke, knowing that caught his brothers attention. Stefan stopped, turning around, confidence in his body,"No, you're not gonna hurt her." He slowly walked towards him as Damon turned around to face him.

"No?" Damon arrogantly asked,"Because deep down inside there is a part of you that feels for her. I was worried that you had no humanity left inside of you; that you may have actually become the monster that you pretend to be." Stefan with confidence, knowing he wouldn't hurt her, not if she looks the way she is.

Damon squinted his eyes,"Who's pretending?" Stefan looking him in the eyes,"Then kill me." Damon smiled,"Well I'm— I'm tempted." He looked up, shaking his head as he looked as if he was deciding. "No, you're of. You've had lifetimes to do it, and yet, here I am. I'm still alive. And there you are. You're still haunting me. After one hundred and forty five years. Katherine is dead, and so is Natasha. And you hate me because you love her, and you torture me because you still do. And that, my brother, is your humanity." The two had a tense stare off, but it was quickly interrupted by the annoying douche, Mr. Tanner.

"Salvatore!" The blonde haired man turned around with a stern expression, the teacher walked towards him with open arms,"What the hell? We've got a game to play!" He yelled, frustrated, Damon looked at the teacher with an idea popping in her head. "If that's my humanity..the. What's this?" He gulped, flashing a quick and sarcastic smile towards Stefan.

Then using his vampire-speed to Mr. Tanner, his vampire fad slowly unraveling, his fangs then digging themself into Mr. Tanner's neck. He yelled in pain,"No!" Stefan yelled, seeing as his brother slowly drained the teacher for all he was worth. Then just like that, he was dead, Damon turned around, blood all over his mouth, dripping to his chin, his vampire face still out,"Anyone, any time, any place." Stefan blinked in shock, this was going to be a lot more tougher.

Dread...that's what filled the Gilbert body as she was in the field with the rest of the cheerleader, practicing. Until that emotion she knew all to well filled her body, it nearly paralyzed her when she felt the sense of death. She could smell it in the air, feel it in her finger tips, taste it on her tongue.

She held her head as a pain rushed through her body, she walked away from the group, though no one noticed, luckily. Then aloud ringing filled her head, making her groan, she opened her eyes, but shut them immediately when the lights hit her. "Fuck!" Jordan clenched her eyes in pain, she then moved further away from her group, feeling a sudden breeze of wind hit her face and body. She opened her eyes as she heard no one, and felt no light on her.

"What in the?" Jordan looked around her new surrounding, seeing she wasn't even on school soil anymore. No, she was in the empty park of Mystic Falls, far away from the school. She then felt a rush of power surge through her veins, Jordan gasped as she lifted up her hands to see scarlet red flares dancing around her hand.

"What's happening to me?"

Bits of Sunshine is my favorite Vampire Diaries fic, it has a really funny and charming OC and gives you a different perspective of the main characters and it really inspired me with my own TVD fanfic, it’s still on hiatus but it’s nearly 500k makes up for it 

The Bystander offers a unique view to OCs, where the OC is separated from the main plot for the most part but interacts with main characters that eventually pull her in

Crimson Peak is really good if you love a powerful Bonnie Bennett, it explores the magic of Expression more and her family background and OC Bennetts and it offers a interesting plot and a rare pairing of Klaus/Bonnie

The Next Chapter is a Buffy crossover fanfic, it puts Buffy in the Vampire Diaries, and though I still haven’t finished it was pretty good at meshing the two shows and exploring more of an older Buffy ~

My Paper Heart is really good if you’ve been trying to look for f/f in this fandom and haven’t found it, it not only explores the oc’s sexuality but also their supernatural identity

beneath the steady waves of fearless hope and grace is also a really good queer bennett witch oc, the oc wakes up in TVD in the body of her parallel fictional universe self I guess you could say, and it has a lot of angst like whoo boi, prepare yourself, it’s so good! 

Human is pretty good, love their oc, it hasn’t been updates in a very long while but it has 100k+ and it’s 100% worth it if you’re looking for something different

Harry Potter:

Changes Everything is really good at addressing the potential problems in the Wizarding World through the lenses of an OC, and it has Harry getting the family he fucking deserves sooner rather than later, and it goes into amazing detail and depth over the magics of the universe. also, lots of lgbt+ characters~

@nonchalantxfish ‘s Rose Petal Red is so good, like, you want Slytherins being amazing and devious, this is the fic for you! you want ocs galore?? this is for you! you want changes to the plot but with serious consequences?? this one is for YOU! Although it’s on haitus rn, it has a shit ton of words, like 500k+ and it’s 100% worth it~

The Clockwork Locket is so good guys, it’s an Marauder era fic, and it has an amazing mix of humor and mystery and romance and friendship and by the end you’ll be shipping the oc with literally everyone lmao, but overall it’s just really good if you’re looking for a Sirius/OC but still want to read about the mysteries in Hogwarts and the OC has her own plot and storyline. The second installment is still in progress but the first installment is like 270k words

Daphne Greengrass, Side Character is what it says on the tin, it’s about daphne and takes a different approach to the character with humor and wit, it’s very enjoyable, still not finished but it’s at 100k+ words

To Be a Slytherin, pretty sure everyone’s seen this one at one point, it’s a really good oc potter twin fanfic, goes into detail with magic and it’s just really good and has one of the longest word count i’ve ever seen at 1,166,349 

The Observer Effect is a MCU crossover with adult fem!Harry, it hasn’t been updating in a while, but from what I remember it’s super good and funny!

Naruto:

A Holmes in Konoha is super good, an Holmes OC is reincarnated as a orphan in Konoha, it explores the Nara’s more and it’s just so good at meshing investigation, friendship and relationships, action and drama~ 

Deja vu no Justu is a time travel fic, it’s really good, have not caught up to it since it first started but it has 500k+ words written and from what I remember it was very well written, like holy shit that was good writing ~

How to Obtain a Reverse Harem in Naruto by @burntpetal16 is pretty freakin good at making me laugh, it’s a remake of their finished fanfic, Sakura, which is equally as good, it’s about an self-insert OC suddenly waking up as Sakura, and Sakura def does what it says on the tin but also there’s an air of mystery surrounding the OC and how they got in the universe who she was before

The Yondaime’s Assistant is finished at 165k+ words and it’s good, like so good, it’s an OC reincarnated into Naruto fanfic, and it’s different from a lot of other OCs in the fandom because the OC goes into the Genin Corps instead of going out into the field, the writer manages to enthrall you with paperwork basically as the OC saves people from the background, it’s also endgame poly relationship between her, Genma and Kakashi!

After the Rain is a fem!Naruto time-travel fanfic, another fic which i haven’t finished, but from what I remember it was it’s done really well and has a lot of angst and drama and action and it’s just, prepare YOSELF for HEART wrenching ANGST!! also it’s 500k+ words!

The Witcher:

The Sorceress, The Witcher, The Bard and a Girl is what it says on the tin, it’s AU and an established ot3 situation w Yen/Geralt/Jaskier and it’s just,,, family fluff, disgusting domestic with all the drama that comes with three emotionally... complicated people trying to raise a young girl who has powers, starts off in a small town

Lullaby of the Isles is more so the game/book fandom, but it’s so good that I just didn’t care about that small fact, it’s still only four chapters but all together those four chapters have 17k+, and it’s about an OC suddenly waking up as a siren, a boss monster siren to exact, right after the siren had killed someone, and it’s just really good and different

And Yet Here We Are  is a collection of more ot3 fanfic of Yen/Geralt/Jaskier, it’s basically a lot of sexy times, but also some funny situations

to grow in adversity is the only fanfic that on this list i haven’t actually read, but the premise seems interesting enough, it’s about Renfri surviving and it has Jaskier as her baby bro

Better Love is surprise! another ot3 fanfic, only this time, you get to feel the pain of an unestablished relationship, it’s basically just Yen & Jaskier bickering while Yen tries to get Jaskier to fuck Geralt. It’s v horny, with a big hunking side of angst and some fluff. Completed and waiting for me to finish the last two chapter!

Teen Wolf: 

Sonder is @musiciatee​ ‘s OC fanfic, and it’s so good??? like every update I get to read blesses my imaginary crops, cures my depression and makes my skin glow like an goddess. If you’re looking for a good POC OC in this fandom, this is it okay. 

Kerosene Hearts and Matchbox Bodies is an OC fanfic, by @thegalanerd​, it’s being reworked right now, but 100% worth the read, but like, I would recommend any of their fanfics, it’s all very good like HOLY SHET it’s good. 

Red Rover, Red Rover is a pretty damn good OC fic, it’s on hiatus but it has 73 chapters and like nearly 500k words, it’s very dramatic, angsty, slow burn, mysterious, and the OC has their own little drama to deal with outside of the main plot

The Unconventional Life of Abigail McCall is probably one everyone has read by now, but if you haven’t, give it a shot, it made me smile a lot

Doctor Who: 

Three of a Kind, The Stuff of Legends is an male OC Tyler fanfic, and by god it is so good, very angsty, lots of drama, very AU, lowkey domestic, this drama gay OC must be protecccted at all costs

London Born is another Tyler OC, but Rose and her have different dad’s and she’s a character of color and bisexual, it’s just such a good fucking story and a favorite of mine, it’s also very AU and has a lot of original stories that the OC goes on, sometimes by themselves. It’s the first in a series, but this first installment is finished so I’d suggest subscribing to the collection for the second installment~

The Blonde Girl is the first installment of an AU of Rose’s start in the Doctor’s life, starting with them meeting randomly during different parts of their life and it basically slowly weaves Rose into the Doctor’s life/past. It’s really good, haven’t finished it yet, but I liked how they changed/expanded Rose’s character. Once you finish that you’ll want to start Defender of the Earth and The Companion Connection, the other’s I haven’t read yet so I don’t know the order they go in, but they’re all like 100k+ words and the author is still regularly updating their newest installment so enjoy~

Alexander-The Seer and Changer of Time is probably the longest DW OC fic out here, and was only last updated early last, but at a word count of  1477k+, I’m sure we’ll survive. This is another fic I haven’t finished reading, but one I’d high recommend either way. If I’m remembering correctly, don’t like quote me on this, but I believe their OC was non gender conforming.

The Dread of Tomorrow and Yesterday  was sadly cut short before the author finished, but the OC is so amazing and just my hero, and a character of color, will fight everyone and probably win, and just I love this OC so much and even though it probably won’t ever be finished it’s worth the read and it’s at nearly 800k so, enjoy each word~

Sailor Moon:

Rabbit of the Moon, is literally the ONLY fic I’m rec in this fandom, mainly because it’s the only fanfic I’ve ever read in this fandom, but it’s so good, like I was just feeling nolgastic over what was my first anime, but the OC is so...scary and smart and cunning and intense af

Twilight:

Twilight'd is a really good OC, it made me laugh a lot, and it makes you love the characters more than the actual writer made you like them

A Hundred Winks of Sunshine by @tsume-yuki​ is so good, like, I don’t know how to articulate how much I love their SI!Bella, like, I don’t read these types of stories a lot, but, tbh any story made them is just worth taking the risk to read because you won’t be let down. It’s very funny and charming and so good!

GOT/ASOIAF:

How To Lose Your Dragon is not really what it says on the tin, trust me I would never read a fic that would have anyone steal Dany’s dragons, it’s just the dragons like Jon, hmm I wonder why?? kind of fic, and I really love the way the writer writes Dany 

Can beauty come out of ashes is another Dany-centric fanfic, and it’s really good so far, but I’m only on the second chapter so I can’t say much but I like the idea of the Starks and Dany becoming pack. It ignores s7-8, so we already love~

MCU:

The Scientist is a good Loki/OC fanfic, like it’s so good because the OC doesn’t put up with any shit, and is very smart and it’s just so freakin good and cute and such a fucking slow burn, like get ready for some slow burn

Just An Old Fashioned Love Song by @izhunny​ is such a good Frostiron fic, like, so fucking good, just THE FLUFF~ THE DOMESTICS??? SO GOOD!! ALSO!! ALMOST ALWAYS MAKES ME FREAKING HUNGRY!!! haven’t finished this, but I’d highly recommend it 

Code Blue by @jarvis-is-my-copilot​ likeee, I haven’t finished reading this either, haha sorry, but I really like the OCs and it’s just.....SO....GOOD!!!

The Wooden Puppet is a really good OC fanfic, very different from ur usual OC, love the way the OC interacts with the characters and I love the way it started, it’s hilarious

Archaic Kinds Of Fun is like, all of my dreams and hopes for the Avengers put into one fic with an amazing OC, like did you want the team as a family, or hell even friends??? do you want them to get fuckin therapy??? HERE YOU GO! It hasn’t been updated in a while because the author has been through a tough time, but it’s at 370k+ and it’s just really good. an inspiration to me. Bruce/OC too, which is rare, but like, it’s just so fuckin cute and the OC is super fucking close w Tony too and Loki joins in later in the fic and it adds some comic book characters but, WOO, it’s just...SO GOOD!

Lilies Say Sorry is another Loki/OC fanfic that I liked that didn’t make me concerned over the power dynamics of Loki being a, well god. It’s the first in it’s installment, still haven’t finished the second installment, shocking, I know, it’s almost like I have a habit of doing that. But I’d highly suggest reading this, it’s just so good and the DRAMA!

I Need You is a Tony/Reader, and like, I usually don’t read Reader fics, but holy shit this is so good and the Author doesn’t do Y/N to address the character, but like, it’s just really good at drawing you in and it’s good at putting the character into the movies in a fresh way. It cured my acne. Very regular updates. almost at 400k. 

Caught Hot-Rod Red Handed is a Stony fic, it’s really fucking good at making me laugh so I’d highly suggest reading this if you’re feeling low, but also don’t read this late at night, you’ll wake up ur family and make them think ur laughing in ur sleep

Life In The Fast Lane is a Fast and Furious crossover fanfic, it’s the first installment, but you don’t need to know anything about the movies to be able to read it, it’s Tony/OC, (hahha you can literally see who I favor from my recs), and it’s so good, and the OC is bisexual and I love her and more people need to read because the author writes romance and action so freaking good

ps: please leave a nice review on their fanfics if you do read and enjoy some of these, because just one nice comment can make a fanfic writers day if not week, it lets them know that real people really are reading their stuff, even if it’s just a ‘good chapter’

Ten and Dark!Ten: Poetry, specifically reading said poetry aloud to people he feels are deserving of it. He also enjoys Disney movies and Musical Theater, and researching various types of, erm, Power Play [ b. d. s. m. ]. He also loves anything in relation to French culture and food, including the language itself. [ Fobwatched!Ten Human AU: Saturday Morning Cartoons, in his jimjams, eating cereal. ]

Eleven and Dark!Eleven: Playing the piano and singing. He's written a few of his own songs as well, but he doesn't feel they're good enough to share with anyone else. Thirteen and Dark!Thirteen: Fixing up old, run-down or outright broken classic Earth cars. There’s a room hidden away on her TARDIS dedicated entirely to building engines, transmissions and other various mechanical or computerized components of vehicles. Rose Tyler: Reality television shows. It started when she was small and had to watch whatever her mother had playing on the telly at the time, but since then has transformed into an actual interest of hers. Sometimes, late at night, she can be found hiding away with the telly on and the latest reality show on binge. [ This is true for every other Rose Verse and Rose AU that I’ve got, with the exception of: Fobwatched!Rose Tyler AU: Taking things apart and putting them back together in the wrong order, on purpose. Golden Goddess AU: None.]

Jackie Tyler: Cheap romance novels that likely should've stayed in the shop. Not even Rose knows about this one but it does explain her slightly skewed opinions on romance, love, and shagging. [ True for all versions of Jackie Tyler that I’ve got. ]

The Master/Missy [Koschei]: Long baths, accompanied by calming music, bubbles, bath soaks and a plethora of complimentary scented candles. They're also quite fond of pedicures and manicures, as well as several other 'mundane' spa treatments.They also very much enjoy the idea of body modifications such as piercings, tattoos, implants, etc.. [ True for all versions of Koschei that I’ve got. ]

Donna Noble: Going to the local hospitals and visiting the Pediatrics unit as well as the Nursery to read books, play games or simply cheer up the lovies. It isn’t so much a guilty pleasure as it is a secret thing that she does when she has free time to do so. [ Doctor!Donna Lives On AU: Theoretical Physics, particularly String Theory. ]

Clara Oswald: The Twilight book and movie series. She's been a fan since the start but refuses to admit it. For anyone who is curious, she's Team Jacob. [ This is true for all versions of Clara that I’ve got, aside from the ones who exist before Twilight was released. For those such Claras that come before Twilight, I generally go with being obsessed with Geoffrey Chaucer, Shakespeare and Poe, respectively. ]

Amelia 'Amy' Pond: Listening to pop music from the 90's, especially British Pop icons, while she's cleaning or taking a shower [ provided Rory isn't around to witness or hear it ]. Most times she'll sing along and dance about, pretending to be a member of whichever group or band she's listening to at the time. [ This is true for every version of Amy that I currently have.]

CHAPTER 20:

‘I’m coming to get you. I want you safe, my Doctor.’ Her first words were for him after she made one with her true self. Now, she could use the telepathy and feel him in her mind. She was warning him about her oncoming arrival to save him from the torture he was suffering from. She could use and feel everything he was going through, and that was infuriating her. She turned to the console and started pressing buttons and pulling levers. She knew exactly what she was doing. Everything was laying there, in her mind. All that was, all that had been, all that could ever be. She was the Goddess of Time, and she had full control of it. She had the full knowledge of the Time Lords. And that power. The power burning in her veins and in her brain. She was powerful, invincible. The TARDIS dematerialised and travelled through the Vortex until she reached the Doctor’s location. She materialised in the lab, close to the glass tank he was locked into, much to the scientists’ surprise. The doors opened themselves and bathed the room in the golden light already surrounding Rose in her new form. She stepped out of the TARDIS. The Doctor hadn’t moved. He was still in his little world and was unaware of what was going on. He would soon. Humans were quick to react. The scientists had run away in another room and were observing through the two-way mirror. As if it was gonna protect them from the rage animating Rose. They had hurt and humiliated her husband. She couldn’t leave that unpunished. Numerous members of the security were surrounding her, their guns pointed at her, but they were confused at what they were seeing. Or was it because she was in their minds, forcing them to stand still? She compelled them to drop their weapons. It was like watching a ballet. She was having fun, but couldn’t wait anymore. She dismissed all of them and only got close to the glass tank when the last one had left the room. She opened it, and her face softened. She took away the sensors, cupped her husband’s cheek, and entered his illusion. She became the Rose of his world to reach him. She found a very confused Maxence waiting for her. “What have you done?” he asked in a bland voice. “What I had to do to save you.” “You’re human, Rose. That power is gonna kill you.” “That was my destiny. Accepting my true identity for you. Life, death… Those are concepts I can’t understand anymore.” “Rose.” He walked to her and cupped her warm cheek. She was crying and he wiped away one of those tears. “I love you too much to let the amazing woman you are die.” His admission hit her right in the feelings. Maxence had loved her, but now he was the Doctor and the Doctor loved her so much he was terrified of losing her. She had absorbed the Time Vortex to save him and he couldn’t let her die. He would never get over it. He needed to save her, to break that illusion and rip the power out of her. “My Doctor…” her voice broke. “Shh. It’ll be alright now.” He kissed her lips and, for a moment, their minds mixed to form one and their chests burnt the way it would if someone was branding them, but they barely noticed it through the tumult of their thoughts until one of them lost it and caused a blackout.

They had seen something extraordinary, they had something unbelievable in their lab and they wanted to take it piece by piece to understand it better even if they had to destroy the beauty of that thing. He wouldn’t let them do. He wouldn’t let them come closer to his wife. He darted on them an icy dirty look. He had been called the oncoming storm by the Daleks, and with the rage burning inside him right now, he truly was. However, humans didn’t know anything about his story, and they were stupid enough not to be scared of it. It follows when Fairy Tales go Wrong based on the prompt Siblings - Dark Ten, Rose and Jack land on the planet Brigadoon.  The planet only appears for a short while before disappearing for years at a time.  Will the TARDIS heal from her crash before they are stuck?  Will the Doctor be able to repress the darkness fighting to control him and finally talk to Rose about his feelings?  Is Rose safe from pesky Eternals?  How much fun will Jack have with a planet filled with kilt wearing, muscled scotsmen?

Jackie I May Have Shrunk the Kids, Sort Of - The TEA Verse - TenII/Rose

Inspired by Honey, I Shrunk The Kids.  Takes place after Crop Circles in my Time Eternals and the Domestic Life Verse.  TenII and Rose's kids, (Jamie and Zoe) along with Tony break into Pete's office at the Tyler Mansion to investigate a piece of movie memorabilia.  Unfortunately, they find it's more than the hokey ray gun they think and it all goes pear shaped.  Will Rose be able to keep them safe until the Doctor finds them?

When the Doctor arrived back in Pete's World with Rose, he knew it was the start of a new adventure.  He just wasn't expecting things to be quite so complicated.  Nor, was he expecting a world where Unit was replaced by a super secret American organization known as Shield and that Torchwood was working with its own notorious super hero known as the Hood or Green Arrow.  When he meets the muscled, brooding hero and sees how Rose looks at him, emotions bubble up that may finally force him to confront his own fears, finally taking that next step with Rose and give her the forever they both deserve. And, maybe even help push a certain green hooded hero toward his own forever with a certain blonde companion of his own.

The pink eye of harmony diamond, like many other famous jewels, had a legendary curse dating back to the mid Nineteenth century.  It was said any who wear it find only misery.  There were whispers, romantic or not so romantic tales, that bespoke of mournful sounds, tears of love lost and feeling of a profound sadness haunting the jewel and any who dared wear the fabulous pendant.  Some said it drove any who wore it mad.  Others said it caused more than one bride to rethink her engagement.  Those that dared to wear its sparkling beauty, didn’t for long.  They would tuck it away in a family vault, pass it down generation after generation as a family heirloom or burden, depending on how one looked at it.  Sometimes it would be auctioned off and stored in a private collection.  Now, fate had deemed the legendary jewel should shine in the light once again.

No Rose on the street.  And Rose solves the Dalek problem in a unique way with the help of Jenny and a few others.  No metacrisis in this one.

There are a ton more which are only a few sentences.  I won’t go into those.  I also have a few ideas on my TEA verse and the Victorian Verse (I had a third one outlined but then tossed it because it involved something that bothered me.  I do have another idea).  I had another nine/rose but someone else wrote the general idea so I’m deleting it.  I also had another story for Dark!Ten verse - #5 I think, but I don’t want to beat a dead horse.  Maybe I dunno.  I also had few requests on other things.  It depends on what I’m in the mood for.

So. Patterns. I have a slight preference for Doctor POV--12/21 versus 8/21 for Rose. I write a lot of established relationship fics--15/21. I apparently like to start with at least one of them in bed, or with them snogging--5/21.

The biggest pattern hasn’t changed in all the times I’ve done this meme. I start with character. I try to give some clue about setting in the opening paragraph, but the most important thing to me is that you know where the characters are emotionally at the beginning of the story. That’s very indicative of the kind of stories I write, I think.

3.) Do you have a favorite AU?

Quite a few! I’m a huge sucker for:

Royalty AUs [especially The Broken Crown]Human Doctor AUs [I’m Only Human ; Fobwatched Ninth Doctor and Addicted To You]Vampire or Werewolf AUs [Hungry Like The Wolf ; Vampire Heart]Fae or Faerie realm related AUs [Something In The Wind]Crossover AUs with other fandoms [especially Harry Potter [The Few The Proud The Magical], Supernatural [Angels Among Us], Lucifer [The Devil You Know], S.H.I.E.L.D. [The Space Between] and X-Files [I Want To Believe]].

I also have a few of my own AUs that I’m quite fond of listed in my Verses, primarily:

11.) What’s one character you’ve thought of RPing but haven’t yet?

I’ve always wanted to write for the Twelfth Doctor and the First Doctor, alongside Sarah Jane or possibly Susan- but I’ve tried my hand at each in various fanfiction [not published] and am utterly incapable of doing any of them any justice. I just can’t find their ‘voice’, as it were. 

I’ve also always wanted to start a Brothers Winchester blog [for Sam and Dean from Supernatural], and while I’m pretty good at writing spoken dialogue for them both I’m not nearly as skilled at the internal dialogue or ‘prose’ of the characters, so I’ve just never bothered.

14.) Is there anything character-wise or writing style-wise that you can’t stand?

Not… really?

I’m pretty easy going when it comes to roleplaying. I don’t mind if I get one-line replies in response to my multi-para posts, so long as the one-line is inspirational enough to keep the thread going. I don’t mind if the posts are heavily formatted or not formatted at all. I don’t mind if there’s icons or gifs, or not. I love plotting but I also love 'winging it’ and coming up with things right there in the posts [so long as I’m not the only one coming up with things], organically. I’m not really all that picky when it comes to those sorts of things.

I do however have a few issues when it comes to certain other topics.

For instance, if someone is writing for a specific canon character that isn’t AU in any way, but when you read their post, it doesn’t feel like that character at all. It isn’t their personality, it isn’t the way they would speak or approach a situation. It seems like another character all together. That sort of thing bugs me just a little bit. It’s like reading a Ninth Doctor fanfiction where he speaks and behaves like Ten or Eleven. It just puts me off. Suspension of disbelief is  e v e r y t h i n g  to me.

I also don’t like it when I establish a scene and mood with a starter or an Ask reply and the person who responds completely changes the scene and mood, ignoring what I’ve written entirely in favor of taking it in whatever direction they wish it to go. It confuses me and pretty much cuts off any inspiration I might have had for the thread.

20.) Has your character(s) changed over the time that you have been playing them? How have they changed?

Not as a whole they haven’t, no. The glory of being heavily Multiverse.

My characters remain at a 'default’ setting personality wise for any and all 'new’ interactions [people/characters they haven’t interacted with before, first posts for AUs, etc.]. That being said, they have evolved individually for ongoing, well established threads, AUs, interactions and things of that nature with familiar Muses.

A few examples being:

My Dark!Eleven has slowly evolved in the default Verse [The Eleventh Hour] when it comes to interactions with @fobwatchedcenturion​ ’s Koschei [Master] and Rory. He isn’t the same he was before- he’s slowly become more affectionate, more calm, has less black outs, that sort of thing, but ultimately is still Dark and Disturbed and very, very dangerous to others. These changes are evident in every other interaction thread between the two, even the AU ones [Addicted To You, The Broken Crown, Vampire Heart, etc.]. He retains his darkness and his natural dominance but there is a gentleness to him as well, one meant only for Kosch. My Nine is also slowly evolving to be a little more open and honest [The Doctor’s Keeper: It Isn’t Over Yet] thanks to this wonderful Muse and his interactions with them.

Likewise, my Dark!Eleven has almost entirely changed in the default Verse [The Eleventh Hour] when it comes to interactions with @goldenwolfgoddess​ ’s Post-Journey’s End Rose Tyler. His personality has shifted, integrated, and he is more like the Eleventh Doctor now, nearly back to who he use to be before he went Dark, with a few relapses here and there. He even goes by 'The Doctor’ again, instead of Theta. He’s learning, growing, striving to be a better man, more like the man Rose knew and even better perhaps than he was when they traveled together originally. He’s even willing to step up and attempt to be a father figure, which is something he never would have considered, even before he went Dark- so it’s safe to say that yes, this Rosie has changed him in these interactions together.

My Tenny [Tenth Doctor] has become much more open and honest about his feelings and has let go of much of the fear and cowardice that held him hostage in the default Verse [The Doctor’s Keeper: The Better Half Of Me] when it comes to interactions with @masterfulxrhythm​ ’s Simm!Master. To the extent where he actually proposed. YES, TEN PROPOSING. I know, right? Not only that but he’s expressed interest in Looming a child with this Muse. Ten. Willingly a father. What is life. He still deflects, he still talks nearly non-stop and at times he’s downright insufferable due to pent-up emotions the few times he has refused to go to the Master and simply confide in him [I’m looking at you forced-to-sleep-because-you-threw-a-fit-in-the-library thread], but he’s closer to the man he use to be before he left Gallifrey in the first place. Long, long before the War, back when he still ran through red fields holding his best friend’s hand. This Muse [and their interactions with other Thirteens] has also helped my own Thirteen [The Doctor’s Keeper: My Sanctuary] find her voice, and was the inspiration for me even starting to write for Thirteen in the first place!

Those are only A FEW examples of what I’m talking about, nowhere near all of them but if I mentioned all of them this post would be a LOT longer than it already is [and ultimately it’ll turn into me mentioning every partner I have and thanking them and describing our threads, which would take DAYS to do] LOL. So yes, while my Muses do evolve and change and grow, it only ever happens in on-going interactions and threads with Muses they’re familiar with, where it’s an on-going storyline Verse type of situation. Otherwise, no- they remain as they are by default until interaction begins.
