I was such a Latin geek in school, my school sent me to compete in a pan-European Cicero competition in Arpino, Cicero's birthplace. I didn't win anything, but I met Latin geeks from Spain and Poland and everywhere, which was immensely cool. Also, I realised that from knowing Latin, I could read Italian and sort of roughly follow speeches made in that language, too.

I learned Finnish because my Gay Best Friend (TM) in my twenties was from Finland, and he had fun teaching me bad language, which Finnish has lots of. Also, numbers, when we were on a student job together. So I thought I could just as well learn the rest.

I always thought I was a dog person until I was in my thirties and a colleague with a horse stable sent an email to everybody in our (small) company with the header "Who wants a cat child?" That little cat child became my huge red cat Lucifer.

I just saw it on the dash and felt like sharing stuff XD 1. I learned Japanese at the university for 4 and a half years because I was so heavily into anime, Japanese movies and doramas, and the culture in general. Imagine deciding your 4 years of study based on a fandom XD Things were easier back then, ahah. Learned how to half-decently read and write, and was good at talking, but halfway through understood that I didn't want to work with the language or with this mentality XD Never got to become a white-collar, but had great fun. Ended up working with English in online marketing. The first time I spoke Japanese outside of uni was in an Ashram in India (!) where I met a Japanese girl XD This is some weird karmic stuff.

2. I thought I was a lesbian all the way through my teens XD Had fun role-playing in anime fandoms. Had my first kiss with a goth girl at uni who was into experimenting. Somewhere along the way realized I was a walking and talking sexual block and had huge problems with men and masculinity. Things started ve-e-e-ery slowly changing from that moment on, until I realized I do love men more, actually))) Still can appreciate a pretty girl and still like BL, but I'm into men now when it comes to relationships. I do believe that we're all born as bi and everything else is conditioning. You love a person's soul and character, ultimately.

3. I have ditched my office job once, took all the money I had, and went traveling to Southeast Asia (my firsts were Nepal, Myanmar and India). Turned into a freelancer, barely had the means to survive, but never looked back XD Have since visited most of Southeastern countries and have fallen heavily in love with India, where I spent 2 years living in an Ashram. I was visiting the country for many winters before the virus struck and I stayed in my home country. Spent one more year there in 2023. Had two Indian boyfriends there throughout the years XD Fully totally mind-blowingly in love))) Now back at home (Ukraine) and wondering what to do with my life next.

I'm 36, and it's been a fun ride up until now XD Tagging everybody who feels like it!

lookie here. wild gets a lot of attention for being a feral arsonist, but unfortunately its often made into his ENTIRE personality in fanfiction (etc). which is an unfortunate, but common occurrence when a 'chaotic' character...well, exists at all.

but when people promote these qualities in wild they often seem to gloss over how smart this man actually is. people forget that out of the chain he is one of the most likely to have received a formal education............... not to mention most of the people he spends time with in game are SUPER MASSIVE SCIENCE GEEKS (Flora, Purah, Robbie, etc etc the list goes on), point being that he likely has extensive knowledge about varying scientific areas, as well as field experience. and in totk he's a freaking teacher.

but the real kicker? Wild is INSANELY creative and resourceful, as shown in game AND in LU canon. he is an out of the box thinker, and while his methods may be...... unconventional....... THEY WORK. and he has fun with it. that's the big one here.

yes, Wild sometimes does dumb things. but doing dumb things doesn't make the PERSON dumb. it doesn't DEFINE them- which I unfortunately see a lot in Wild's fanon characterization. to add on, this man woke up out of a dang cave after 100 years (and before that basically only military training) so LET HIM FREAKIN' LIVE!!!!

he is definitely (at least in my eyes) the most creative chain member, so why does this quality always get overshadowed by "hehe feral gremlin man"??????

I really like the random set ups in the manga for Mirai and what she is inspired from.

The clock keepers reminded us of Pinocchio before and now Cinderella, AidaIro took random vibes from European tales and I am all for it.

And Kako, being born from the grief and guilt of the clock maker, creating little things for the replacement of the niece is so cool too.

She had three mices as pets and Kako created three automatons for Mirai. Which ended up being one of the things he retrieves from Nene right away to give them back to Mirai. He is so gentle with her everytime he holds her too. She also gains a little crown showing how much this clock maker ended up loving her as his own daughter. And of course Akane who compared her before to a mouse because he has no respect.

Just wondering...do you think David thought-spoke privately with Visser Three in #48 and told him the Andalite Bandits were human and that's why he starts looking in #49? Because that's my headcanon

Oh man, I do NOT know what to make of #48, but I do like this take. If David dropped V3 that hint, and if V3 saw mecha-Rachel as a distorted but still human-looking morpher, I could get behind this.

And you're right that Visser Three is the barrier to figuring out the andalite bandits are human. As early as #4 the kids overhear Temrash 114 and Iniss 226 debating: "is Visser Three wrong? What if they're not Andalites at all?"/ ... "Visser Three wrong? Maybe. But I'm not the fool who's going to try and tell him." Heck, as early as #1 the yeerks are looking for "some kids who were shooting off fireworks in the construction site", and presumably they don't mean andalite kids. So like, clearly some of the controllers are at least open to the possibility of human morphers. The only thing stopping a full-scale human morpher search is Visser Three a) having TWO of the galaxy's biggest andalite supremacists in his brain, and b) having absolute power over the Earth invasion.

So I've always headcanoned that some technician controllers start looking for irrefutable proof of human morphers as early as Elfangor's death, and that it just takes them ~2.5 years to come up with something ironclad. Ax's presence may have slowed the process — he's obviously an andalite and not just someone in morph as Elfangor — and Tobias's ability to stay "in morph" for 2+ hours and to go directly from being "in morph" to a different morph almost certainly muddied the waters. But yeah, maybe it's not that the technicians finally persuaded Visser Three; maybe Crayak engineered it that way.

I think motorcycle Transformers are cool and I want more of them, but I also don’t like when they make female Transformers motorcycles as like, an excuse as to why they’re smaller and slimmer than the male characters. Not that a female bot can’t be a motorcycle, it’s just that it feels like that scenario happens too often with motorcycle bots

I think the solution is that we need more male motorcycle Transformers. The only ones I know of are TFA Prowl and Thrash, let’s expand that list a bit more
