A request for this Halloween challenge, and I think I'll do a headcanon this time.

SO! I've been frantically listening to the Thrawn audiobooks I've checked out from my local library before my reservations expire, and I am slowly becoming obsessed. I haven't even watched that part of Clone Wars/Rebels/whatever media Thrawn in yet, so I only have the stories of Chaos Rising, Treason, and like the first hour of Alliances.

He's aight on his own, but once ELI VANTO came into the picture, I was a goner. Smart, slightly oblivious, cool-as-a-cucumber boss + earnest, capable, loyal subordinate who clearly idolizes him??!?!?!??! WHY ISN'T THERE MORE FIC ABOUT THEM?

I WANT THRAWN CALLING ELI TO HIS QUARTERS FOR SOME EXTRA STRATEGY SESSIONS! I WANT SMEXY TIMES OVER REPORTS THAT THRAWN HAS TO DECIDED TO FORGO BECAUSE WAOW CUTE COMMANDER KNOCKS ON HIS DOOR AT NIGHT??? I WANT THE SLIGHTLY AWK ART MAJOR WHO MEETS THE STATISTICS NERD AT CHESS CLUB AND THEY BOND OVER BUBBLE TEA.

Okay, so that's not exactly one headcanon, but I really like the power imbalance between the two 🤌 AND the mutual respect 💕
