We had an amazing outing at the POP schooling show at the Florida Horse Park!! Thisismyday made his first appearance at a three phase, and only his second show post-track (a last-minute stand-in when a stalemate blew an abcess). He finished in a brilliant 4th place after having to swim through dressage, navigating a very twisty stadium, and blasting through cross-country like he's done it all his life. This amazing 4 yo is something special. I am very excited for his future. Passionate Girl continues to improve at every outing. I love how her ridability is improving every day. With once of her best scores in dressage to date, and definitely her best stadium round, she went to cross- country with the confidence I love to feel in my horses.... finishing fourth in a tough group. She got some great compliments today, and i know this is just the beginning. I can't thank my supporters and sponsors enough for all that they do for me and my horses. Grand Meadows supplements Grand Premium Plus has my horses looking abcess feeling their best! My Antares saddle is so amazing, I feel at one with my horses while we are jumping. Tuesday fast and bask!!🌞🌞🌞🏖 2 days of intermittent fasting with a couple bites here and there since Sunday afternoon. Today It's officially Day 1 of my water only fast. It will serve as a place for me to document my path in life, my mindset, my goals, ultimately my reality. 💚😈😈😈 Food is how our bodies derive energy to do things in life, get up, shower, eat, drive, read a book, go to work, study, workout, and every other thing we do! I decided to combine fasting with basking because as I am withholding food from my body for energy I am replacing it with the energy of the sun. It's a way to train your body to use other sources for energy. If the energy of the sun can run the world and feed all plants on the planet it can certainly support my body.
