Just used my astrology phase for some "quality" work and looked up the Gallagher kids' natal charts. You can usually see in there how the relationship to their father works out according to the Sun's position and also how the relationship of the parents is viewed by child.

Both of Noel's sons seem to have a bit of heavy energy surrounding their sun, it's possible the relationship with Noel might not manifest in the best of ways, i.e. bit of conflict and grudge against their father. Also very possible according to Sonny's chart he was already in a bad place with Sara when he was born. Sonny might view his parents as having conflicting personalities. Anais' chart is looking far better in relation to her father. Funnily Donovan shares lots of placements with Liam. I wonder if they will get along if being introduced properly.

What's very interesting tho is despite Liam's hectic private life, there is almost no indication of bad blood in either of his children's charts. I was especially surprised by seeing Molly's chart, who basically grew up without her father, but her sun is in a great position and she possibly regards Liam in a very positive way. I couldn't find the exact date of Gemma's birthday, but looking up January's transits the absentee father is apparent, although if she decides to reconnect with Liam, their relationship prospects are looking great.

WOW this has been ROUGH in the Life Events category of things, but. slowly crawling out of that. hopefully

this was the opening scene for a something I started writing after watching the Manben inverview with Nishi Keiko and thinking back to all the classic shoujo manga I stayed up reading back in the day, like damn that's so true Urasawa Naoki

it's partially a love letter to all the greats of the genre that I read, and also to the late night teleseryses that captivated me over the years lmao. it'd be nice to find the time to tackle it properly as a comic, but I'm having fun working on it recreationally :)

the first character seen is lawrence 'law' valenciano (late 30s), the one with the glasses is cris volante (mid-later 20s). law works at a karinderya, cris is an extremely broke university student.
