▸ here's the thing though. she 100% will do it back. if you're both joking around and losing it over something, you end up hitting each other through laughter. and it'll INTENSIFY. at some points, everyone's wondering if you two are actually beefing or not ur not. itz the way u show affection 2 one another,,, in the strangest manner

when you're assigned on missions with her, you usually end up chatting– and then you find something hilarious to giggle abt and everything goes off the rails

y'all will return to HQ bruised asf like "nah man the anomaly didn't even touch us."

unfortunately– gwen is slowly paired less with you on missions becuz of this. they can't have you distracting one another a girl can never have fun fr </3

nothing that some good behaviour can't fix! just try not to give each other a complete smackdown while on duty and you'll be paired together again in no time! hopefully...

▸ both you and gwen forget that being spider-people involves super strength. and though you're both used to taking a blow or two, it stands plain and obvious that the two of you can get carried away. gwen especially. she's just a little rough sometimes– not like she means to be.

sometimes, the dull ache from the bruises she left leave you wondering if you're both a little too funny for your own good. at least she makes sure to take care of it and hold back,, when she can.

when it's your turn to get carried away, she sees your eyes widen as you splutter a million apologies to her. but every time you deliver one hit too hard, she insists it never hurts much as you think.

"dude, it's okay. you can chill out." gwen reassures. "besides, i'm built tougher than that."

she flashes a grin at you, and it's almost convincing. like she didn't even feel a thing. you know better though– gwen definitely has days where she's more sore than she'd like to be because of you. not like she'd ever admit. she likes the random play fights between the two of you.

though, you will admit that the amount of trips to the infirmary in search of ice packs is getting just the teeniest bit absurd. people are starting to ask questions at HQ-- which is fine. the frozen bag of peas gwen offers to you for your injuries works just as good as any ice pack ...it's been sitting in the bottom of her freezer for God Knows How Long but you don't need to know that

HOBIE BROWN headcanons:

▸ you see how this guy interacts with people???

hobie's used to friendly touches, and initiates physical contact without overthinking it. that little shoulder shake he does w/ miles makes me smile everytime i heart hobie. ALSO AAUWHEHWH LEBRON AND DWAYNE'S HANDSHAKE BEING HOBIE'S AND PAV'S?? I ADORE.

you really think something as little as a few friendly punches and hits bothers hobie "forehead-kissing-the-homies-goodnight" brown??? /lh + /hj but man platonic physical affection hobie. like. hear me on this one.

▸ he's 100% cool with it– actually initiated it before you did. nothing crazy, a light smack on your back or arm as he laughed with

eventually, while joking around with you, realized you had the same habit

you end up hitting each other quite a bit– but he's not as accidentally aggressive as gwen is. laughing with hobie won't get you hospitalized, he's cognizant enough with his strength to know how much to hold back.

▸ then again, there are times where you get carried away. hobie's quick to shake it off, not feeling the effect of the hit until later– if you notice and apologize, he'll just shake his head and shrug

"nah, nah– it's fine." he insists, chuckling a bit as he rubs the spot where you smacked him. "there's been worse."

and yes, objectively, you know that's true– but you both fight villains in your everyday life. of course there's going to be worse than just a hit too hard. he won't accept an ice pack– but will joke that you could just kiss it better instead

that earns a groan from you, smacking him again in the arm for good measure as he snickers

MILES MORALES headcanons:

▸ doesn't hate it!! not against it!!! find it surprising at first. he didn't expect a playful punch to his arm in response to his little joke, but watching as you giggled uncontrollably, hitting him lightly– he decided that he didn't mind too much

he knows you don't mean any harm, so it's cool with him! he's rolling with the punches literally every time you two are losing it

▸ if you land a smack on him that ends up being a little too hard, he'll definitely try to play it off awkwardly, rubbing it and nervously laughing when you ask if he's okay

"oh sh–" you promptly stop, your smile fading as concern floods your face. he winced slightly at your last hit and it was much to obvious to ignore. "you good, miles? i am so sorry–"

you keep it in mind to dial it back a bit when with miles, because he barely hits back and hates admitting when it actually hurts.

you'll get an occasional "ow–" with a little chuckle, but he refuses to acknowledge that you might be a bit too rough. he jus doesn't wanna hurt feelings man :(

you're his friend who gets a little too carried away sometimes– and that's fine!!! besides, he can't let gwen and hobie have all the fun.

"you holding back on me?" he asks you, noticing your hits have gotten weaker.

"i can handle it. 's fine!! really!" miles says. there's a beat of silence as you stare at him incredulously.

▸ because of his stubbornness, you oblige, pulling your punches just a little less when having a little laughing fit with him.

as a result, miles develops a habit deflecting your hits while absolutely losing it. gently shoving your hands away as you smack him, both of you doubling over laughter

miles will say sumn he knows you'll find a lil too funny and just,,, *cue continuous hitting and blocking as he predicts literally Every Movement you make* he's literally learned to parry becuz of u HAJWBDKDNEN

PAVITR PRABHAKAR headcanons:

▸ the type to pretend to beat up his friends while making punching noises when he's bored

he's just lightly tapping u with his knuckles going "pow– pow pow– bam–" under his breath HANWJENDN IM SORRY I FIND THIS FUNNY. i also. do this. (｡･･｡).

he's def not opposed to it!! when he has the energy, he's all for it!!! pavitr's playfully hitting, shoving you away, gasping for air as the two of you giggle over something that's only really funny to the two of you.

▸ when you hit him a little too hard, most of the time, he doesn't even notice until the aftermath manifests as a bruise or two on his arms– but even then he doesn't care.

however,,, there are occasions where he initiates it, laughing and smacking you– and when you're laughing with him, raising your hand to hit back, he'll gasp dramatically, recoil instantly and get all dramatic about it i'm projecting all the things i do onto pav i bet u cant tell /sarc

pav the minute you decide to try and get him back– bar for bar, word for word:

he'll immediately soften the blows quickly at your request, knowing it's probably best for you to remain as uninjured as possible when not doing mission. can't have your shit rocked before you even face a villain!!! his hits end up somewhere between hobie's and gwen's– an almost perfect middle (*´꒳`*)

occasionally, he'll literally just... take the hits. not like miles where he's deflecting. he's jus standing there laughing while you smack him. which is a concerning sight for anyone who isn't used to your antics!!!

my thoughts about the new drdt episode...

I want to start off that this episode has not left me in a great mental state and this piece of fiction is starting to effect my reality in a negative way, currently. I do suffer from mental health issues, so please be sympathetic. If something I say seems too emotional or a bit off, that's likely why. My therapist will be hearing about drdt, lol. No hate towards drdt, it's an amazing project, and I'm amazed at how the piece of fiction is able to make me react in such a way.

1. I am not educated on ASPD or anything like that, so if I say something wrong feel free to correct me. I had a feeling that Levi likely had it from his secret, but this is a cool confirmation. I like that this is represented in a really great way, and that the reactions to his confessions are also very realistic. I like Levi a lot, but now I understand him so much more, and it makes me really appreciate him.

2. I find it interesting how Levi is so detached, as Veronika said, to everything. Even if I was not capable of remorse, I would've remembered killing my own father. I wonder what his father did to be so looked down upon.

2.5. OKAY SO HES KINDA JUST LIKE ME FR. like I stated previously I've had some bad mental health issues in the past to the point I've kicked windshields of cars in and attacked people. It is not my proudest moment, but holy shit I can relate to this a lot. It makes me so good to see someone who's done shit like I've done who's trying to change.

3. Ace really did care about Levi and considered him a friend, which warmed and broke my heart at the same time. I really hope Ace finds another friend, because he deserves to feel some comfort and joy. I hope he learns about Levi's ASPD and realizes Levi has no malicious intent towards him. I find it nice that Ace did really trust and look up to Levi though, it proves him capable of friendship and deeper feelings that people usually overlook. Great complex character.

4. I was shocked that Levi sided with David, but honestly I do too. David is a good person, and we see that later in the ep where he doesn't tell Eden what Arei said.

5. J CALLED OUT HU??? UNEXPECTED. called her a stupid argument moderator. Interesting. I love you J, but watch it.

6. Veronika's secret isn't the worst thing she's ever done- interesting. I think it could be the thing she's the most ashamed of, but you never know. It really breaks my heart for Hu, and I hope we get a backstory on her soon.

I'm coming back after point 14 and adding this: these secrets don't seem to be any of the worst things they've ever done, nor relevant to the killing game (besides "Xander's"). These secrets are personal. I think they each have worse secrets but they are too related to the killing game so they couldn't give those out.

12. Arei needs to genuinely shut up. This is where I get very upset and irrational. I am so fucking mad at Arei for lying to Eden. For the rest of Eden's life she's going to be wondering what she could've done or if her friendship was enough. Why the fuck would you lie and say you believed you could change, only to come back and admit you know you can't. My heart breaks for Arei though, because I believe she could've changed. This especially makes me so upset because as a previously bad person who relates to Arei and tries to change, I feel like I'm going to give up hope to do so too. Obviously I gotta overpower and not let fiction effect my reality, but it really hurts.

13. Arei's worldview that nobody is a good person mirrors David's (though David excludes Xander). Makes me really sad. I can hope, but there's really no hope left.

14. Well we know who attacked Xander (what the actual fuck). I hope we learn how that ties in later. Eden's hidden quote, "you can never go back, no matter how hard you try." maybe it's referring to this incident instead of the situationship with her friends in the past.

16. WE HAD A JRUKO MOMENT!!! So happy about this!!!

17. Why the actual fuck does Whit know so much about how that hanging mechanism would work. You're making yourself look so suspicious. High and low were highlighted, which was interesting.

18. Whit said this murder would've been hard if Arei wasn't a willing victim. If she was, this just makes this case even more tragic. She may have convinced herself to give up hope and cooperated with the killer, which pains me a lot. I think this was due to David's secret.

19. I love the carousel bit! And the banter between Arturo and Whit. They had banter last trial too, so that's a continuation. Maybe they'll have a confrontation in the future.

once again, alive shannon haha - it's just so fun to explore what all those dynamics could've been, and giving Eddie and Shannon some closure, and I love exploring Shannon's character, too, speculating on her thoughts and motivations, and diving into everyone's heads, and I'm so excited to see it all develop!!

5. Which WIP do you find the most intimidating to write? Why?

I think it's either alive shannon or the cheating fic alive shannon bc I've never written s2/s3 buddie and I wanna get their characters semi-right, and I don't remember a lot of details so I need to get on with my rewatch lol - and also writing Shannon's and Eddie's feelings on their relationship and how it all ended is not easy haha and the cheating fic bc it's so not my thing but a song inspired it and it got stuck in my head and it's happening haha and I hope I'll make it make sense haha

6. Which WIP do you experience the most self-doubt about. Why?

tbh all of them - some more, some less, but there are moments, especially lately, when veeeery often I'm just like: everything I write sucks wtf

@giddyupbuck agreed to beta the alive shannon fic, and I spam them with snippets if I'm in doubt and it's sooo helpful fr ily <3 and I'll need alive shannon beta-read bc it's gonna be so long, and I keep changing my mind about things bc of how many ideas I have, so I just need someone else to look at it and tell me if everything makes sense haha - and Ro's helped me so much with some previous fics so they have my full trust with my baby that is the alive shannon fic haha

8. Have any of your WIPs been struck by the curse of writer's block?

all of them at some point lol - a few of these are actually on hold bc of that - I will get back to them tho!

as of now there's no ocs in any of these, but we'll see haha

not sure if i've ever dreamt about a wip, but i do get new ideas in my sleep sometimes lol

alive shannon will have switching povs which i rarely do, so it's gonna be a challenge to write three distinct voices - and diving into Shannon's head and feelings and motivations will also definitely be hard

I think sick eddie - he's so ridiculously stubborn and difficult istg haha or buddie coffee shop with how fucking awkward buck's being

yep, once again, alive shannon - it's as much a buddie fic as it is a shannon fic, so it's not exactly outside pov, bc I'm just excited to focus on her equally as much, on how she's settling into their lives, becoming a better mom, being involved in Chris' life - she's gonna have as much focus as buddie sns it's not easy, bc it's alternating povs and once I get stuck in Eddie's head it's hard to leave, but so far it's been fun

Do you think Gojo and Rie relationship would have lasted long? To clarify before Gojo met y/n.

Like if they gotten together during high school years would they still be together?

Or they met years later like in the current timeline but Gojo and y/n never got together in first. So no cheating with anyone. He and Rie just got together but would the relationship work?

Me personally no. Because I think they have we romanticises each other too much and have so many what if that if they did date each other. The fantasy version that they have each other would clash with real version of themselves.

Rie regrets not giving Gojo a chance because she thought he couldn’t commit in a relationship. Only to find out years later he can commit but he alright in a relationship with someone else.

Gojo is sad that Rie did gave him a chance and never really did get over her. Because who throw away a 5 year relationship just to be a high school crush and can’t help wonder if she was the one that got away. But the moment she showed interest in you years later you don’t hesitate to end things with your current girlfriend.

Also what does Rie feel about y/n? Like everything happens in the story. The cheating, didn’t clear up the misunderstanding with gojo between her and y/n at shoko party and humiliating her, telling y/n in the hospital in a serious condition that gojo cheated on her with her. Comfort confront him and accusing y/n of baby trapped him which y/n mom saw and accusing Gojo is still cheating on y/n with Rie and again doesn’t clear up the misunderstanding instead saying nothing in hopes that y/n would give up gojo for good so that her and Gojo can be together but instead it too much for y/n and cause y/n to be rush in the hospital. Y/n suffer a miscarriage and can’t trust Gojo and doesn’t want to be in a relationship with him again so leave the country. Gojo lose y/n and their baby and want nothing to do with Rie. Rie is fired at her job, lose her friends and has a ruined reputation.

Does she hate y/n? Does she blame her or Gojo for this mess? Does she think she is the victim of the situation and she did nothing wrong? Or does she realise how serious her actions were and regret them and the entire situation in general?

to me, gojorie before yn, hmm maybe a couple of years. if they gave each other a chance. tho it would've been a bit rocky, but they could've made it work bc they're really into each other. it's not impossible for them to have a future.

rie's genuinely curious abt yn. bc she's satoru's first serious rs. she felt bad for what they did but she wanted happiness and w satoru dropping his rs, she liked to think that maybe it's just fate doing it's wonders. (but it didn't last long.) and she's also a bit jealous of yn bc of how much satoru cares for her and the lengths he'd go through for her. she was really frustrated w her, to the point where she tried to find reasons to blame yn for what happened to them bc she really thought her and satoru would be together fr that time. she hated that satoru loves yn more than he will ever love her. she's also frustrated w herself bc she allowed herself to be in a situation like that. she regrets that it has to reach that point but she still pities herself bc she thinks she was robbed of what's rightfully hers which led her to do the bad things she's done.

YEEEAHHHHHH let's get INTO IIITTTT!!! I wanna say these sort of -- build up a little, maybe :3c I hope you like them!!!

Lenny isn't really one to talk about his feelings - he might have the words, but he still doesn't really know how to, when it comes to the more negative and deep-seated stuff. King of intellectualizing his emotions fr.

The only person who ever really gets him is Sean, who wears his heart on his sleeve.

It's not even that Sean tries very hard to understand Lenny; but he has the ability to get straight to the point where Lenny flounders or gets avoidant.

Similarly, when Sean starts blustering and distancing himself from the truly vulnerable parts of himself, Lenny can see right through it.

What really first drew Lenny to Sean was his openness about his father; the common ground of having lost theirs in such violent ways. It's the first time Lenny tells anyone what he did in retaliation, and how he did it - Sean responds in neither horror nor pity, but with a sense of vicarious satisfaction and maybe just a little jealousy. They share a drink in quiet celebration of the karmic retribution delivered by Lenny's hands, and it's the least complicated anything has been for him in a long time.

Sean's story feels heavy with unfinished business, in comparison; turns sweet liquor sour to hear of a man shot in his bed. Lenny indulges him, lets him talk about his father at length, and feels his own sting of jealousy at how close it seems they were - reminded of his own father's words in the letter he still has from him. He's not sure he ever fully understood the 'more tutor than father' line before meeting Sean.

Nightmares; when Sean isn't blacked out to the world from either drink or exhaustion, he has them. Usually he dreams of waking up to his father's dead body, though that has certainly morphed over the years through the death and injury he's witnessed since. It's not uncommon for him to dream about Lenny being dead, now, and waking up panting and panicked just to see Lenny next to him - Sean usually curls right up against him before trying to get some more sleep.

Conversely, Lenny only has nightmares after experiencing something really bad - Sean usually is woken up by Lenny though, and is there to comfort him after.

When Sean returns from the bounty hunters, he spends the first night drinking, partying, and partially avoiding Lenny. He's overly successful as Lenny is gone for the next couple days with Micah, and then gets taken out to drink with Arthur.

By the time Lenny DOES approach Sean and asks to talk, Sean is on the verge of exploding. He doesn't WANT to talk about it, he wants to move on with his life, but he has been anticipating Lenny's question and barely needs to be prodded before he's spilling his guts out.

He tells Lenny about the haze of pain and confusion, about how he had no idea how much time passed prior to getting out - it could've been days or months as far as he was aware. Sean isn't really sure what all they did for the duration he was there - he just knows he was in pain for the most of it, when he wasn't unconscious, and that the burning and pulling was among the easier things to bear.

Lenny asks Sean if he's thinking of leaving, after all that. Sean says no, and Lenny has no idea why he's vaguely disappointed. They both know something is left unsaid there, but neither can bring themselves to push it or bring it up again.

Lenny does still notice how unsteady Sean is on his feet in the time after, at Horseshoe; he does his best to make sure Sean has somewhere to sit down nearby, if he needs it. He also notices how Sean's struggling to eat, and speaks to Pearson about cutting everything in the stew into smaller pieces for a while - he also makes sure there's softer snacks for Sean in the meantime.

When Sean dies, Lenny shuts down in what ways he can. He has never figured out how to handle grief without vengeance, without anger, and when there is no revenge left to take, he has no idea how to handle it. So he just gets quiet.

He was the same when Jenny died, but with Sean it's worse - Lenny becomes a lot more withdrawn, to the point that people notice.

Several of his friends in the gang try to check up on him, but Lenny brushes them off - doesn't want to talk about it. He keeps up with the day-to-day because he doesn't know what else to do, a sort of distant dissociation carrying him through it.

When he has a moment of quiet, he doesn't even know how to identify what he's feeling, he just feels-- empty.

Where before he was foolhardy now he's reckless - borderline careless - with himself. It's not that he wants to die but the rush of adrenaline is one of the purest feelings he has left, not waterlogged by the reminder of his person not being there anymore.

It doesn't help, in the long run - remembering just hits harder once the thrill fades.

But Holy Shit, your art style is so cool. Your whole page is freaking fantastic beautiful. Sorry for just putting random words together. I love the artstyle so much. To be honest i am flabbergasted. Like fr i saw your drawings and was shocked. May i ask are some of your paintings inspired by mythology? Because they remind me of trolls and a book i had when i was a child from Jan Lööf, it was about trolls.

Often I think I'm still kind of searching for an art style that feels most comfortable to me, but thank you for liking where I'm now 💕 But don't put yourself down! It has taken me a lot of trials and errors to be where I am. And I could've saved a lot of time if I had committed myself to learning the fundamentals first, taken more art classes, etc, but hey, sometimes art isn't about perfercting a style but finding something you are so passionate about you cannot stop creating and you end up learning in the process (for me it is stories, I find it very hard to sit down and do a "random" art piece with no background story for the characters in it). And creativity comes in many forms! With a quick glance, writing comes more naturally to you than to me (even though I would like to do that more).

Your ask made me think what exactly has inspired my art. I haven't illustrated mythological scenes or people (only that I can think of kind of referencing myths is the "Mirror" swordtember drawing I titled as "Perseus' End" on my Inprnt), but I'd say mythology definitely is there in sources of inspiration. Not some one and only, but multiple mythologies I think (mostly European, as sources to those are more accessible to me because, well, eurocentrism and language barriers, but also geographical closeness). Mediterranean mythologies, first as a kid through (Hellenistic) Greek, now more nuanced (lately obsessed with Minoan art and clothing, many thanks to Let's Talk About Myths, Baby! podcast). Playing (= @artist-rat playing for me because I was scared) Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice mabe me dig more deeply into Celtic and Norse mythologies. I'm also inspired by Finnish mythology (and I started to write more in depth about it's nuances, but it got long so it probably needs its own post at some point)

In short, much of it's lost or unclear whether it was appropriated from Karelians (or Sámi) people. But after the sources of mythological events and characters are uclear, what is left that inspires me is this kind of animistic belief system and reverence of nature. That if you sing a spell to the trees or rocks, you can shape what is around you. That a everyone has their own soul bird that brings your soul to you when you are born and carries away when you die. And while I also enjoy high fantasy and epics, what also inspires me is finding beauty in ordinary, in everything. Especially in nature. While I get and appreciate the beauty of mountains and sea and steep cliffs, I try and can find beauty near me. Ordinary pines, birds that I see while I walk to supermarket, lake's small waves against small stones. And I also find beauty and inspiration how in many small things near you, one can find marks of something more. Dinosaurs never disappeared nor did their reign ever end: birds are still here and much more numerous than humans. The small exposed piece of rock is part of Earth's foundation, it's grooves and scrapes were left by tonnes ice that passed it ten thousand years ago. The esker made of gravel and sand is not as high as a mountain, but it is still the highest in the entire world and for thousands of years people before you have climbed on top of it and seen the lakes and forests around it.

Mythologies and cultures also inspire me in a way that I love to invent them. Mostly by looking at what has already been. Imagine what all ways people have had or could have to promise to live together, to enter to adulthood. And I don't think of myself as particularly morbid person, but when I have a new story or ttrpg world, I love to think how do people there bury their loved ones. Where do they think they go and what do they need for that journey? Can they ever come back?

I was also about to list some artists that inspire me, but this is already so long that I think that will also be its own post. But I have a side blog @harakkae and there tags "art" and "inspiration" where I have collected some art and artists that inspire me!

They finally found him!! Or well at least where he is. And damn Frederick :( Someone give him therapy fr. He really needs one. I'm so glad the LeoMieCake found him on time because.. imagine what he would've done if they hadn't found him.. You know, isolation can really do some stuffs to you, especially if you've gone through some trauma/experience that can cause your emotions to be unstable. That's why I've been so worried about Frederick since it was revealed he was imprisoned in the that hole by Leland.

LAVERNE 😭 I know she's been pretty hated since the punishment episode, but damn gotta thank her right now. You know, I've been curious about the architecture of the Plaid Kingdom because I was thinking "That's a hole.. but it has a holey roof..??? Where the heck is this dungeon located in exactly?" And now I got my answer. Imagine being the maid/butler just cleaning around like "that hole over there? Yeah that's normal it's for flood"

Isolde :( I can heavily relate with running away from problems and just sitting back. And man I'm so happy Isolde talked to Frederick too and even apologized for using him to ruin Leland's plan. Gosh damn this whole family is in such a bad state just because Leland is so petty. I will never get over that. Also aw man too bad Frederick didn't listen to Isolde :') he could've learn so much.. but that's just him, haha. Allison is back from the dead and somehow stays alive by the end of the movie as if that's not unnatural af !!! Like she's a human? how is that a thing? why did they do this? I love Allison, I really do but her coming back to life and not being laid back to rest by the end of the movie was so psycho and bizarre. Idk why they made that choice but I hated it

Derek apparently had a child 15 years ago and Allison died 15 years ago so somehow he had a child in season 3? When? When would he have time to do that? He was literally with Jennifer that season 🤨 so when did he make this kid who he seemed to have always been in the life of ? the math isn't mathing. ik teen wolf math sometimes doesn't make sense but I excused it bc I like the show but since I hate this fucking movie I will not excuse it. Jeff Davis tell me how the fuck Derek somehow had a kid in season 3!?

Who is the mother of Derek's child? (We all know that Stiles is the other parent) but fr why is she not mentioned at fucking all??? like it felt so unnatural, like they were specifically talking around it or some shit. IK Dylan O didn't want to be in the movie but they didn't have to do everything in their power to pretend Stiles didn't exist. The only references to him were the Jeep and Lydia's dumb dream. It made it seem like Stiles doesn't keep up with them anymore and that they don't keep up with him, and that's including his fucking dad. It's so unnatural and ew. I'm also very sad that Kira wasn't here but ik why Arden didn't want to do it. Fuck Jeff tbh. Kira was barely mentioned also, I don't think they EVER said anything about her at all. It's giving Jeff is bitter or smth.

This movie dragged so bad, it was boring as shit and I struggled to get to the 2 hour mark. It was actually painful for me to watch . I wanted to skip through every scene basically, trying to get to SOMETHING interesting, but it was rare that anything like that was going on

Some of the style choices were weird. The clothes they had Deaton in weren't right, it didn't feel like something he'd wear at all. Also so weird to see Chris in a turtleneck, idk if he's worn one before but it looked weird. Peter ate though, I have to give them that.

them having Allison come back and go back to dating Scott felt very character regressiony for him. like ik he loved allison but so what? you don't need to always end up with your first love. he literally was able to move past her death and get in other relationships. it didn't feel like he was holding a torch for her, it felt like he was able to get past it but now it doesn't. idk it's weird

seeing clips from the tv show made me wanna take the shit off my screen and put on the real show

Jade oh my god, i'd just like to preface this with a thank you for your work because it truly is so beautiful and has nearly always brought me to tears (happy and sad lol) and because this is so long! but i have not read any of your zombie au before the kidnapping fic (and will be getting right on that because i think id die if i dont get more of these two omg) and it was so easy to fall into their world and just know the characters. 

The first part that stood out to me was the ordeal with the soap, when he found the soap in the showers and just put it in his pocket because he knew you hadn't wanted to waste it, that was when it was like oh okay he is so madly in love with her he's not even gonna waste that soap because you wouldn't waste it. 

“The only thing he finds is a slither of soap, the shard of bar soap he'd told you to throw away, lying on the floor. 

You'd insisted you wouldn't waste it. 

He picks it up and pockets it, throwing his gaze around the room in another circle to be sure.” 

Another thing that made my heart absolutely ache was the fact that they were both in so much agony over the fact that, that could've been it, that's all they'll get of each other. 

“What if you've abandoned him? Loved him this long to toss in the towel at the finish line? “ 

“Under all that you're still hoping he's going to save you. You're gonna hear him calling. You hope — you know — Steve won't think you've left. While you haven't been quiet about your doubts living in The College, you wouldn't leave without him. Steve is the safest place in the world.”

When they're in bed together at the end and she's asking if he's okay and he breaks down a little bit but realizes she doesn't need that so he holds himself together through jokes just to see her smile….he's so in love, i don't think you can show that any better than you have already and honestly it's just so beautiful. 

“You have tears in your eyes and he’s flooded with guilt. He brought it up too soon, he knows. It’s barely over — you need to feel safe, and won’t if he keeps reminding you. 

“I’m okay,” he says softly. “How are you feeling, huh?”

I’m so sorry, he wants to tell you. 

You’re finally smiling. He won’t ruin it.”

Part 24 of TT is my new fav of this book....it was so heartbreakingly bittersweet that it rivals Randy's almost death for me. The beginning had my heart literally ACHING, it felt like my heart dropped to my stomach once I realized Y/n was gonna have to watch Mark die. My eyes were BURNING, I could feel this heat behind them, and I had the urge to cry for them 😭 Y/n watching the pics burn and being like 'you watched not only the pictures burn, but what could've been burn with them' had me DONE 💔 she feels like she lost everything bc Mark was supposed to put Billy and Stu in prison. Randy saw that they could've been something and that's SO SAD 😭 Billy and Stu gotta be jumping for joy knowing he's dead 🙄

I thought it was touching how Y/n tried to see some humanity in Neil. She really held his hand and told him that if she could go back in time she would. I predicted Angelina coming back, but I was NOT expecting Y/n to lose it and I LOVED it. Hope Billy and Stu took that as a threat 😌 Not sure if it was intentional, but I love that Y/n didn't let herself cry until Billy and Stu ran out. I thought that symbolized how she refuses to cry in front of them, how she only lets Dewey and Randy see her at her lowest. Not surprised Stu was like you need me after Y/n told them she never wanted to see them again.... like no bro, I'm not joking, the only thing I NEED is you OUTTA MY LIFE. But ofc, these snakes slither themselves back into my life a week later 🔪

Ik for me irl if I was in YN shoes I'd be done too. Mark really was her first taste of a good guy that she actually relates to/ that has baggage of his own unlike Derek. The fact he was so willing to help her and beileved her and trusted her on Billy and Stu something Idk if even Dewey or Randy would do w/o anger....Just to have him ripped away? HURTS. Her freedom from those two, her name cleared, peacefully able to relax in life w/o threats is all gone forever.

Having a man slightly older, not by much (Mark's like 26-30 and we're 23 since I upped it to 5 years since Woodsboro instead of 4), but he's older than our group just enough to be 100 x more mature than Billy and Stu ever could be with his own career dealing with things very connected to our lives. Him trying to be the good guy in horrible situations just like YN did multiple times before and being so protective and brave and gentle with her and trying to help her sm....I WOULD JUST SWEAR OFF OF ANYONE ROMANTICALLY AND BE DONE WITH LIFE FR. It's no wonder Billy and Stu were so threatened by Mark bc he really was their only competition that could have not only took us from them permanently BUT sent them to prison to boot. Not that her and Randy couldn't have been great or that Derek wasn't sweet but Mark will probably always be the big 'What if?' for the rest of her life. 💔 He really was a soulmate / kindred soul she had the bittersweetness of meeting.

And oh yeah....They're fucking elated the pieces of shit 🙄🥱

OKAY SO I wanted to ask what was that made you think about making the vacation ACNH themed? I feel like it's something strange to think of and very creative actually, the fact that you were able to think about stuff for the themed days was actually so cool and the fact that there was always Leoide around even where I'd struggle to fit it, you did. SO like. The acnh theme is partially like self projecting lol. When I first got to play on a switch I was able to play acnh and honestly really loved it. Spent all summer addicted to acnh. Just the simplicity of catching bugs, fishing, hitting lads with nets, and filling my beach front with junk I just "couldn't sell" was the best thing ever. So I kinda thought like, what if Idia was addicted to acnh (projecting), and what if Leona was jealous of that?? The only thing that could pull me away from acnh was pretty much other acnh things (looking up acnh clothes designs online lol) so I thought it'd be neat if Leona and Idia followed the same pipeline where Leona gets Idia away from his switch through the introduction of an acnh themed event. So, tada!! Acnh leoide vacation! I'm glad to hear you found it cool tho!! I was acnh and leoide delusional I just merged my interests lol. I wonder how my villagers are doing now... (Haven't visited in two months)

Planning out the themed days has honestly been the funnest part, and a few of the themed days I planned that I was looking forward to is coming up! All I had to do was think of things I enjoyed doing in acnh and just... Translate it to the fic, I guess? Seashell gathering was fun, so leoide had a beach walk. I also really enjoyed fishing, so I got them to fish in a pool! They could've caught normal bugs in the bug chapter, but I had so much fun snacking comrades with nets that I thought the shrouds should have the same thrill lol. I almost included diving, but the only pleasure of diving in acnh is just the sight of the endless blue. Getting another hunk of seaweed isn't fun... Anyway yeah, you'll see the rest of my favorite acnh activities soon enough hehe!!

I'm so yippee to hear Leona crossing is like, one of your favorites like yeah!!! That's so cool to hear saying that this is my first fanfic and everything YEAHHH!!!!! AMAZING WOOO!!! Oof, I wish it was that cool down where I lived, that sounds way better. Does it snow where you live? I've always wanted to play in the snow like in the movies, it just seems really nice. I agree about bugs, I mean they're terrible here cause of how warm it is and I hate it sm. And maggots are so ew fr. They kinda put me off of eating rice whenever I think about them. One time I watched this goosebumps thing where this guy had worms instead of noodles in spaghetti and I couldn't eat spaghetti for like months. Which really sucks cause I mean I love pasta sm. My favorite flavor is ultra white!^^ though i also like ultra blue, ultra Rosa, ultra fantasy ruby red, and the aussie lemonade ones^^ the only ones i absoloutely wont drink are ultra violet, ultra gold, and the orange one. I can tolerate ultra peachy keen and most other ones, but i cant stand grape flavors. Theres a new one called ultra quava vice or something but i havent tried it yet. My day's been fine, albeit hot. It does ! It mostly rains in winter, but there are snowy days as well ! It usually lasts a day or a couple, but there are times when it stays for longer depending on the weather ! But it can be really ice-y ! Sometimes the snow stays after christmas. A while ago there was really really bad snow it felt like everything was closed for a while in march !! I'm pretty sure it was march, at least, It could've been february. The same thing happened to me actually, when I was younger in school a book we were reading was 'The Twits' by Roald Dahl, and we watched clips of a movie based on the book, and one of the characters put the worms in the others spaghetti . fjfgshd . even just thinking about it gets me so assdfhajja . I couldn't eat it for ages afterwards, either !! I don't think I've tried those flavours before ! They sound and look nice, though. I'll have to get one next time I get a monster (　＾▽＾) The heat is awful . I've been to america a couple of times, but each time after a while I forget how hot it is so when I go back I melt as soon as I take one step outside of the airport . /dram I really hope it starts cooling down soon for you. . .
