I love me a good yandere, and Brainstorm only narrowly escaped being one in canon, so I feel like I don't have to change much XD

Did Brainstorm think about what would happen once the rest of the Lost Light crew found out he literally built a body and stole somebodys spark out of time to put inside it? No, because he's very dumb (and we love him for it).

He didn't cause any time splits, so everything's fine! He left Quark's original body back in Grindcore, meaning that it still looks like he died, thus closing the loop! And besides, what's the issue here? It's not like he killed someone; he saved someone!

And this time he has more people willing to bat for him at the trial too; Chromedome's gonna defend him regardless because that's his buddy, Perceptor isn't happy about the "being a Decepticon for supplies" business, but Drift used to be a con and Perceptor's friends with him so holding it against Brainstorm feels a bit hypocritical, and Nightbeat is just happy his amica is back from the dead ("You know, Quark, I was dead too once-")

Skids would help because he's pretty sure he was also in Grindcore, but for some reason he gets a horrible headache whenever he looks at Quark...
