Fuck it, here is the full The Edge Of Sleep trailer what got leaked back in February. If they don't post it, then leaked it is. If they do, great, late but great. And yes, this is legit one. This was also New Regency website before they took it down. Also 7 days until The Edge Of sleep release.

DP×DC prompt. Pre-Dead on main. Soulmate Au.
Do clones have soulmates? And evil (depressed) future versions of yourself? Only phamily is allowed to know.

Jason wasn’t particularly thrilled to have a soulmate. Of course, it was a rare phenomenon many wanted. But the presence of the tattoo did not guarantee a meeting with the fate promised man. The tattoo was more a clue than a commitment, according to Jason. Meeting a street rat like him would be a good way to form a brotherhood, but that doesn’t mean he could trust a stranger completely just because fate says so.
After he became Robin, owning a soulmate became undesirable. Jason once again made sure that it was best that they never meet. It would be safer for his human. Or rather, so Jason thought, until his inscription suddenly darkened and disappeared. Died. His solmate died, and there was nothing he could do. He knew it could happen, but somehow it hurt anyway. One person has only one soulmate for life. And he wasted his chance by not even trying to find his one.
He didn’t even have time to meet someone for whom fate has chosen this line:
Hoc est vivere bis, vita posse priore frui.
(It is to live twice, when you can enjoy recalling your former life)
And Now it didn’t matter. Would they be lovers, best friends, family? What kind of person was the one whom the universe associated with this quote?Jason is not meant to know.

Todd was suffering from nightmares. No, to be more specific, he was experiencing a completely different life in a dream. A few days earlier, he had hallucinations in which his surroundings seemed to change the appearance of different eras for a few seconds. Strange glitch. Jason blamed the sleep deprivation that Red Robin must have given him through bite. But Robin didn’t know who the hell Red Robin was.
The search for a biological mother, death and resurrection. His work as a crime lord. His madness and envy to the red robin. It was so strange. Life in Gotham never allowed him to be a naive child like the idiots of Metropolis but those dream memories made him grow up to fast again. In an attempt to wash away this nightmare and this blood, Jason stands under a cold shower at five o'clock in the morning. And then he notices that his mark has changed. It looks like a tree crown now.
On top of the old grey line a neon-green quotes lit up in latin, but now Jason can read them without a dictionary:
1)Death pursues the man even as he flees from it.
2) Hail, Emperor, those who are about to die salute you.
3) There is no easy way from the earth to the stars.
When B tries to pat him on the shoulder after the patrol, Robin dodges. Too much has happened, or rather, too much should happen. These dreams are too real to be the result of fear toxin damage or something else. The feeling of betrayal and fear that comes when he just thinks about the damn clown is too intense. And now he's too weak to fight him. He doesn't have his gang or a more mature body, or even the confidence in Batman that allowed Robin to fly without a doubt.

If you were loved by a man when he was alive, then the love of a ghost will be for you either a blessing or a curse. And if the spirit is not at rest because of his hatred for man, then there is no special sense to put up with the dead. They can hardly change their attitude. They don’t think critically. Maddie and Jack expound this theory on career day for Danny’s classmates. And they don’t understand why their boy looks at the presentation with horror.
Danny was fond of the quote on his wrist. It gave him hope many times even in the darkest of times.

Danny never listened to his parents' theories before. But what if they’re right? What if the ghosts of nature are just good liars and his ghost half convinced his human half that he’s still capable of emotion? Were these just residual memories of affection about family and friends that forced him to stay in Amity Park? Was it just his ghost obsession that told him a man behind his mark was important?
For the first time, when Jazz summons all the Phantoms to a weekly meeting, Danny does not seek excuses, but brings the matter up for a discussion.
Truly, it's no surprise to him that Dan’s tattoo is invariable. But it’s a bit of a surprise that Dani shares special human with them. Well, as ghosts, they have zero chance of actually spending their "lives" with the person behind words, so there’s no reason to be jealous of each other.
A lot of soulmates live their lives without each other, and it's not a tragedy. Or so Danny and Dani thought. Until Dan sarcastically notes during a family therapy session in Jazz’s room that their soulmate will not live to be fifteen either.
Their feelings or their absence will wait. Their soul mate is now in real danger, and this is far more important than the existential crisis of a few pieces of ectoplasm. This is the main problem. Jazz doesn’t agree, but honestly, the older sister has always been a bore. Danny panics and Dani also bursts into tears when Dan just shrugs his shoulders.
Danny: So you know who is our soulmate is, right? Dan: Of course I do. And I know the grave won’t hold him forever. Dani: So how is he..going to die? Dan: Murdered. By the Joker. I studied the case. Asked Vlad to still it for me. That was the beginning of the end, I think. So many broken bones and so much blood, and then the explosion. Not the best way to die. The only thing I regret is that I didn't stop playing the hero and kill that damn clown before it happened. It would solve so many problems. And why didn't I throw a temper tantrum a couple of days earlier instead of trying to get rid of my emotions first?
Danny: True. That shit didn't work anyway. Dan: Shut up. Dani: I was hoping that our soulmate would be happy even without us. Does this really have to happen? Isn't there anything we can do? Dan: Ask your time freak. But in my experience, anything connected to Phantom just doesn’t get a happy ending.

Jazz is not surprised when after breakfast with her siblings she's asked to leave so they can talk to themselves alone. Dan: Well, shoot. What else do you want to know? Danny: Like you didn’t figure it out. All right. When you asked Vlad to separate your human half from ghost half, whether you really wanted to get rid of human emotions or.. Dan: Or did I try to kill myself? You are me. You must know the answer. Nobody's left. Could you live with the shame of not being able to save them? Dani: Um, that vile monster who made all this happen with out soulmate, it was still exist in your timeline? Dan: Yes. And Batman too. Even after Jason's death he didn’t get rid of the damn clown.
Danny: You were supposed to be there for him. Dan: I know. Dani: Did you at least avenge him? Dan: I tried. But his paranoid furry dad, with his backup plans for backup plans, was always getting in my way. Dani: Batman? Our soulmate is Robin? Danny: Come on, you terrorized the entire Amity Park, don’t tell me you’re scared of a man in a bat suit. You couldn't get rid of one person under bat's nose? Seriously? We're such a disgrace, man. Dan: Oh please, don’t be ridiculous. Danny: So why not? Dan: Because Batman is his father, like I said. You know how I work. Even if I had only come for Joker, there would be no guarantee that I wouldn't end up getting into a fight with this vigilante as well. Even if the bastard deserved a good beating, it would still be awkward if our soulmate returned to the world of the living and it turned out that this was not what he wanted, right? Danny: How thOughTfuL.
Dan:...I think I told you to shut up.
Danny: Yeah, yeah. So, what’s the plan? Dan: You do realize that if I go to Gotham, I won’t spare Joker or anyone who will try to hurt our bird? Danny: Well, if Сlockwork has a problem with it he should say it to my face. I’m not asking you to hold back. Not this time. Joker is not just a random guy or a ghost who can be talked out of his ideas. Better nip the problem in the bud. Dani: Yeah. We are ghost, so it's our nature to protect what belongs to us. And we are selfish because we are humans. We can’t hide it, well, from ourself, right? Danny: Um, right, but we think you should stay. It's too dangerous. Dani: But he's my soulmate too! Even if he doesn't get to know either of us, I also want to do something to help him. Someone has to serve as a distraction or be ready to help. I'm coming too. It's not up for discussion.
Dan: Just let her. She's just as stubborn as we are. We'll spend more time on pointless arguments than on the mission itself.
Danny: I hate it when you're right.
Dani: Now, should we tell Jazz about our weekend or? Danny: Good question.

summary: For years, you have been the one and only Spider-Woman of your world. However, after being recruited to the multiversal Spider-Society, you learn that there's a version of you in every other universe too. At least that's what you thought until something goes wrong and you end up in a world with plenty of superheroes, but no Spider-Man. You're stranded, alone and glitching. You need to find this world's Spider-Man and restore your link to the Spider-Verse before you disintegrate completely - easier said than done with both a local detective and a hot vigilante on your tail.

Nightwing flew through the night sky with the city that never slept somewhere below him. He sped across rooftops on foot and soared between buildings aided by the grappling hook and ropes. Normally, he would have gone by motorcycle, but he knew he would not have time to stash it somewhere afterward. Besides, every time he kicked off into the air, he got to cherish the few seconds of weightlessness where he could close his eyes and pretend he was back at the circus before gravity forced him into action again. Everything seemed simpler up here, away from the hubbub and smog, and he would have appreciated it more if he had not been on the clock.
With its sprawling 330 square miles, Nightwing still figured he knew every single rooftop in Gotham like the back of his hand, and he made good speed toward the Bowery even on foot. It used to be the main commercial district in Old Gotham and consisted mostly of decayed art-deco high-rises and shopping centers. Plenty of crooks and crannies to blend in with the shadows, something that came in handy as the Bowery was now mostly known for its high crime rate and impoverished population. People only lived there because they could not afford to leave.

My previous post made me realize that not a lot of people here are aware of Endless Ocean's bowmouth guitarfish glitch fiasco, which I think is a shame because 1) it's an interesting look into this game's history, and 2) I find it really funny... long-winded explanation incoming!
So! you see this guy?
You can place him in the game's aquarium, right? I bet if you've played the game, you've done it without even thinking twice!
...Well, in the initial Japanese release of Endless Ocean (known over there as Forever Blue), you couldn't. In fact, attempting to place this little scrimbly in the aquarium crashes your game.
Now this isn't too bad, since you can just press the reset button and continue your game normally, right? well... if you happen to leave the aquarium and save the game after having opened the creature placing menu, selecting a bowmouth guitarfish, and then closing the menu without placing anything... then congrats! you can never use the aquarium again, because it autoplaces whatever you left in that menu on your next visit! :D
In case you're wondering what this looks like in action, this video taken around the game's launch showcases it well, while also using the game's MP3 playback feature to put some anime music in the background, which I think adds to the experience:

So... how does this happen? How could something like this make it into the final game?
Turns out, this is due to how Endless Ocean categorizes creatures internally. Each creature in the game falls into a category, depending on the movements and behaviors the developers wanted to give them. For example, "migrate" type creatures follow a set of coordinate points creating a route around a stage, whereas "swim" type creatures simply swim around the area in which they are placed within a certain radius. Think of a whale shark's movements versus that of a butterflyfish - they have very different AI telling them how to behave.
Now, trying to load a creature of one type as a creature of another... does not make the game happy, to put it lightly. It doesn't know how to handle the request, and so crashes to prevent further weirdness from ensuing. There is only one byte (literally the second smallest unit of digital information storage you could use) per creature responsible for telling the game what type to load the creature as, and this includes when placing creatures in the aquarium. A slip of the keyboard caused a dev to type the wrong number in this byte, making it attempt to spawn bowmouth guitarfish placed in the aquarium as "swim" type rather than their correct "migrate" type. Literally one wrong number caused the game to crash, and for ears to bleed across Japan.
Since the aquarium is unlocked so early in the game, people discovered this on day one, in their first play session... and since Endless Ocean was a launch game for the Wii in Japan, that's even worse. It's not exactly a great look for your brand new console to have a game break so bad you can't use a mechanic anymore. And Wii game crashes are not pretty. So, Nintendo put out a statement on the day of release, notifying people of the problem, how to avoid it, and saying that a recall would be put in place. A week later, they released another statement, which stated people could apply to have their games replaced with an updated version, which would be mailed to them free of charge, by either phoning in or filling out an application online. This service continued up until 2020, over ten years after release! They really didn't want any copies of the broken version around... good thing we have archives of it!
The updated version even has different box art, with an added blue bar at the bottom, showcased in this incredibly crunchy image:
I love picturing Nintendo executives freaking out after a humble diving game causes such a mess they have to print the game again, losing them a lot of money and causing the game to get a lot of negative press...
I've seen old forum threads talking about the game as if it's garbage before it even came out internationally, because this situation was pretty much the only major news coming out about it. Can't have helped sales, at least...
Anyway, the game was patched to fix this glitch, along with a few other minor tweaks, and it was this version of the game that got translated worldwide. Japanese fans love joking about the whole ordeal, and I can see why! For example, on the bowmouth guitarfish's Niconico Pedia page (for which the closest equivalent in English would be something like Know Your Meme), this is recounted comedically as "...probably the most notable moment for the bowmouth guitarfish in the history of the internet", which is probably true! There's even image macros about it!
So yeah. The bowmouth guitarfish's reputation was forever tainted, and some Nintendo execs to this day probably wince when they see one.
tl;dr - A developer for Endless Ocean typed one number wrong in the code, making the game explode if you place a bowmouth guitarfish in the aquarium. Nintendo had to recall the game, and that specific fish has lived on in infamy among Japanese fans ever since.
Next time you use the aquarium, try putting a bowmouth guitarfish in there, and be grateful you can at all!

Talking about Murder Drones in general and episode 8 below the cut. Spoilers ahead.
I'm having a hard time with coping. The spot in my brain between grieving a real life person and a media + it's characters overlaps. I know I can just rewatch the episodes, but to me, it's like how yes you can look at a photo of somebody you've lost, but it's just not the same. I'm neurodivergent and 99.9% chance autistic (diagnosis is expensive) but I just know my brain handles some things at a much higher scale like in this situation.
It hurts knowing we will never see them say new things, go through different stuff, and live their lives. I know there is a potential for Uzi and N to return like Glitch said in the description of episode 8/in the comments, but it's most likely just Glitch Inn shorts/merch stuff. Which, yes, it's fine. I'm grateful to see them at all, but yeah.
I think it's pretty obvious my favorite character of all time is Cyn. I don't know if they'll use Uzi's new or old version if they do decide to bring them back for whatever. If you saw the after credits scene, then you know Cyn is now sharing Uzi's body- in a way. So yeah, I guess she is still there, but I wonder if they'll even use her again.
(Cyn and Solver may have been separate at one point, but it's of my opinion that Cyn is either doing this all herself to follow the Solver's plan or that the two of them are pretty much 1 entity now. The reason I believe the tail is Cyn anyway is because the black hole/NULL that Uzi ate came from Cyn's heart. That is her essence.)
I do plan on writing a post episode 8 fanfic aka my own season 2 tho
TLDR: I'm sad Murder Drones ended, and it's hard to cope.

I've recently gotten really into this genre of ARG that is based around classic nostalgic late 2000 and early 2010 video games. These don't seem to get half as much attention outside of their dedicated communities and I find it a real shame, because if anything I connect more to the timeframe these supposedly take place in comparison to other nostalgic types of video game horror ARGs based on early 2000 and 90s platform video games.
Thought I would list a few of these out. Most of them seem to be incomplete/abandoned unfortunately, but who knows. I really like the stuff that is built up here and hopefully more people start to consider exploring it in a more fleshed-out manner!
Old Minecraft Reuploads - This series hasn't been updated in 2 years, which is super unfortunate because it probably has to be my favorite of the approaches to this format! It is so effectively frightening without depending on any obtuse jumpscares. A majority of its eeriness comes from the ambiance already displayed in early Minecraft games. If you are familiar enough with playing them, you can kind of get the gist that something isn't right here. The immersion is super effective too. I'm not a fan of ARG's that hammer in their fictional and "otherworldly" elements too heavily. It takes me out a bit. All the glitches and discrepancies here feel like things that could actually happen, which makes it more scary! The last episode is especially frightening from the acting of the player alone. I never thought I could actually read fear in a faceless and voiceless screen recording, but it is SO impressive what evoked here. It is sad to me that I haven't heard much about this until now, and that it appears to be inactive. For what it's worth I would love for it to get more attention, even if just to see what is already there!
Gunslingerpro2009 and BadwaterVideos2009 - These two are not connected in any way, but they explore similar subject matter, so I feel it is appropriate to put them together. The format these base themselves on are classic TF2 gmod videos/animations. With the twist though that the ragdolls used in the game are sentient and being tortured/mistreated by the player/uploader. It is a cool concept I am surprised hasn't been played around with more with this genre. Absolutely recommended if you are a fan of that era of gmod content and psychological horror.
gmod9fan reuploads - This one kind of ends in a whimper and I don't think it is being continued (last update was 4 years ago), but the ideas being explored here are interesting. I think of the gmod ARGs it is the one that felt the most "scary" to me. Mostly just creepy stuff happening on someone's old gmod videos.
Classic GM Videos - I'm not the most invested in this one, but it feels worth mentioning nonetheless, and actually appears to be actively continuing compared to a majority of these. I would say my biggest complaint is the narrative that appear to be built here kind of fluctuates and doesn't have a strong amount of focus between the uploads. There is a sense that the creator is still figuring out what they want to say, but the Bob and Bill stuff is really captivating to me enough to keep an eye on it.
Minecraft Alpha 1.0.16 Versions - Still watching this, but it kind of appears to be an account under the pretense of uploading videos of a non-existent variant of Alpha 1.0.16. It feels a bit like a Herobrine-centered ARG, so if you are into that subject it could be fun.
Anyway, just thought I would find a way to bring some of these more into the spotlight since I find the approach really unique and fun. Not that I have a huge audience or anything, but anything to get the word out. I think the effort put into them deserve way more attention. Also, if you know of any other ARG's that fit this bill PLEASE feel free to let me know. I love this stuff.

After reading the Danny Phantom a glitch in time I was in the mood to try to sketch Danny with his Friends Tucker and Sam
And then being as yeah Sam and Tucker did get to join Danny in the nicktoons unite game (heck you can play as Sam in the 2nd game witch is the island game as well as in the toy bots one that came after that ) so they did meet Timmy Turner so had to draw that in
And then had to draw my Fairy Timmy with the nicktoons talking with Sam being as he has met them in the games
Now for years I’ve seen maybe 1-2 artists keep the nicktoons unite fandom alive but most of the time the focus was only on the 1st game not on the other 3 in the series so didn’t see and Sam or Tucker getting added into the lineup (witch is a crying shame because Sam was quite awesome in the games; you could even play as her in at least 2 of the games (not sure about the globs of doom one where they took Timmy Turner out and had invader zim & dib as well as some villains join the team in that one; but then Timmy could and would’ve wished them out of trouble like he does for Jimmy Timmy power hour episodes so the game development team must of not wanting to deal with that tricky story plot )
Like now they’re adding in Jenny XJ9 from my teenage robot life and El Tigre tiger boy but forget to add in Sam and Tucker???
Heck Sammy squirrel; Patrick Sat and Squidward were apart of the Nicktoons unite team up for a lot of the games (also didn’t help that nicktoons started to focus more on SpongeBob Square pants more by the last of the games)
Think you could play as Sammy squirrel in the games too
But then maybe their version of nicktoons unite games aus they like to make Danny have darker life or less supportive friends/ family so maybe that’s why they don’t add them but are adding in Jenny Xj9 and tiger boy before adding in any of Danny’s friends and SpongeBob’s friends or they didn’t know the others games?
Enithr way the games have a order to them apparently (I didn’t know what the order was until some YouTube/ google searches later)
So probably just lack of information as to why it’s this way (( I mean I don’t wanna stop people having their own takes on things I love when people are creative and do their own things))
Just seems odd to not add the other characters that made it into the team or how tragic they make Danny’s life seem in their aus when honestly Danny got a very good supporting network of friends/ family & allies who helps him deal with ghosts and being half ghost (in fact he’s a bit of a adorable dork not really something I’d say is depressing gloomy or something tragic in their life)
Making me think they mixed Timmy turner’s tragic life story with Danny’s being as Danny’s the ghost boy with ghost powers they want to make him tragic when really Timmy’s one with only Wanda Cosmo poof/peri and Fairy world to help him deal with his crazy dumb neglectful parents who forget to feed him and leave him with a abusing awful babysitter; don’t really care to teach him anything and don’t care he’s dealing with awful bullies and a crazy teacher who just wants to fail him all the time to get at his fairies AND he’s only 10 years old and has to deal with all of that without any support whatsoever (if he didn’t have fairies/wanda Cosmo & poof) he’d be a dead ghost child Danny & his friends might’ve had to deal with honestly
Heck because they both been created by butch jerkman the creator once said he was planning on making them cousins (like distant cousins) at one point but gave up on the idea witch probably explains why they do look a little alike
So like Danny has a lot to deal with with the ghost and his own school bullies but his family & friends love and support him
Heck like Jimmy Danny with help of his friend Tucker & Sam after all the ghosts they’re dealing with and how emotion is a driving force for ghosts in his world would pick up Timmy only acts snarky/ sassy to protect himself and is honestly a pretty good kid his life back in his world is pretty bad any nicktoons character who’s life might be a little like Timmy’s is maybe Dib’s from invader Zim but the movie changed how Dib’s father is like (if you’d seen the invader Zim’s cartoon show boy dib has some pretty dark moments and thankfully the show doesn’t gloss over those dark moments like fairly odd parents original show use to like to do )
I mean probably overthinking things here it’s just my opinion after looking into things more and enjoying the shows and stuff
Because lately where I use to love how those artist been keeping nicktoons unite fandom going for such a long time; it’s as I go back and enjoy Danny phantom/ fairly odd parents and the nicktoons unite games that it feels like the characterising of these characters feels a bit off now

I caved and watched an entire playthrough of Sonic X Shadow Generations. Both sides.
Sonic Generations just looks like the same old fun and honestly, not being re-released as a broken mess is what I wanted for it the most and that's exactly what it seems to be.
They somehow struck the (almost) perfect balance between edgy and heartfelt for Shadow Generations. (I think him getting the powers the way he does is just on the brink of overdone edge, but the package is more sincere than edgy, so I'm cool with it.)
I feel like in the case of Shadow's character, you have to go fully sincere for it to work at all because of the archetype he is. I think this is why I liked him in Sonic Adventure 2, at least.
Don't earn the dark elements or put in the character work and combine this with basically zero levity and you have shallow, tedious melodrama on your hands, which is the issue with Sonic 06.
(I think Shadow's story in 06 actually had the least of it, but Sonic's and Silver's absolutely suffered from weightless melodrama the most in my eyes.)
Lean too much into emphasising how dark and cool you are and you become childish, which was the issue with Shadow The Hedgehog.
Shadow fits inside the Vegeta archtype, specifically more leaning into post-redemption Vegeta.
Distant and stoic on the surface, but deep down good-hearted and a softie for the people he cares about.
All of this aside, though, Shadow Generations looks like a polished, consistent and complete package.
I think the entire playthrough I watched only had 2-3 instances of true glitches.
All of the elements making it up are unified: there are no strange discrepancies in music, the visuals have flavour and a consistent style they're going for all the way through and from start to finish, the story is a complete whole.
They basically have the open world of Frontiers without the pop-in, the fantastic level design of the Generations stages and a further refined version of the power-up system introduced via Wisps back in Colours (latest variation of which was in Superstars), but outfitted for Shadow.
And all I can say is that I think they should flesh out all of the characters exactly like this. I at least want to see this treatment for Tails, Amy and Knuckles. I think Blaze is my own big wish for cool 3D gameplay in this style because I think it just has the potential to be incredibly fun.
Keep Sonic as a template as with Shadow, but give them abilities fitting to their characters, making them variations of Sonic (which the best playable versions of them have basically been since the start).
My big worry here is the lesson they might take away from Shadow Generations, which is to keep shoving Shadow into everything without ryhme and reason now because that's just what "people like" now.
I can easily see his character and gameplay style eventually fall victim to poor implementation (and on the side, writing), just like the end point of all cool and successful Sonic gameplay styles: Adventure gameplay, Modern Sonic, Classic Sonic and the Wisps, to name a few.
I hope the lesson is to do cool stuff like this with all characters, maybe go back to doing multiple stories with multiple gameplay styles with solid effort put into all of them, not make the franchise consist entirely of Shadow games.
Maybe make Shadow one of several gameplay styles next to Sonic in the next game and even use what they've done here to further refine Sonic's gameplay?
To me it really stood out how smoothly some of Shadow's abilities seemed to work.
Above all, I know this game skyrocketed on my list of to-gets after seeing some of those levels.
Circumstances in the past few days actually also maybe have made it possible for me to get it earlier than I thought, but it's still pretty pricey for me currently.
Eventually, for sure, though.
The impressions are so much better than I ever thought they would be and the game just looks so much better from footage than I ever thought it would.

The StarDom!Multiverse is an alternative Multiverse that follows my own view and head-canon of the characters we all know and love.
He was born 2 minutes before Nightmare, but he plays along on being the younger one because that makes Nightmare happy
Had some suspicions about the abuse the villagers did to Nightmare, but didn't want to jump into conclusion
He himself has been used and abused by the villagers but though it was normal for the guardian of positivity to help
He was 8 when the apple incident happened
It took around 500 years for him to escape the stone prison and developed claustrophobia and PTSD
His first friend was Haventale Sans, although they don't talk as much they used to do nowadays
Biologically speaking he's 500+ years old, but mentally he's only 16 making him hypothetically the youngest of the Stars
Was friends with Ink before an argument, let them apart
He knows that the current Nightmare isn't his brother, but because they share the same body he believes that they are still connected
No one knows, but he's #1 Nightmare fan
Does have a forked tongue due to an "accident"
He has mastered his control over emotions and can release or hold in both positive and negative emotions

An excellent liar, sometimes he forgets that the thing he said was a lie
He's kind but not a pushover
He also can be mean sometimes when he's stressed
He was about to transform into an error before Error threw him away from his Anti-Void, and that caused him to become invulnerable to Error and obtain new powers
He can hop around the multiverse, create stars as weapons (similar to Asriel's stars) and he's almost immortal but can still die through violent ways
He was friends with Ink before the errorfication but stopped after Ink told him he was replaceable as there are many versions of him
Dream rescued Blue when he was thrown away
Has a scar on his neck caused by Error
Held a grudge against Error for making him unable to go home but got over it
Because part of him is an error, he has become more impulsive
Is insecure about the black bones on his body, therefore his covers it
Very good at manipulation
Uses his reputation as "cute swap sans" to get what he wants (and it works most of the time)
If angered, he can start glitching, especially on his cape

He hates being alone, especially in the Anti-Void
After befriended Dream and Blue again, he has written their information on his scarf (He doesn't remember that they were past friends)
He is quite apathetic and can't understand the emotions of other people very well, but that doesn't mean he doesn't care
Surprisingly, he's the therapist of the group!
Often forget Dream and Blue's name and when he does, he calls them buddy, friend or pal
Hates it when it happens because even with his bad memory he knows that they are someone important to him

So me and a friend decided to play shilent hill 2 for spooky moth me the original and them the remake. at first it was alot of fun watching them playing not knowing the full story and talking about changes, our expernces and their thoughts nd theories.
but then their attetude started to change. they would get all smug over how bad the smallest things in the og were and how the remake changed everything for the better. at first I could just ignore it people do get super nitpicky when comapring remakes to og but not their spewing shit about how sh2 was never scarey befoe the remake and how much of a nostalgia blind dumbass I am and should just admit team bloopers verison is the suppior and defintie version and how they can't wait for blopper to remake the other outdated og games 🙄😒
If Bloober comes within ten feet of Heather Mason, I am filing a restraining order on her behalf.

That attitude is exactly what I feared would happen following a remake. People kept shooting down those concerns with "You'll always have the original!" when
A.) that isn't true; the game is basically abandonware at this point, which is notable considering it's the only one to receive a dedicated fan enhancement; 1, 3, and 4 are considered even less worthy of preservation, and
B.) remakes influence how people interpret the original, for better or worse. SH2 revisionism was particularly maddening even before the remake dropped because people were looking for reasons to disparage the original. Sunk cost fallacy does numbers on the psyche, I suppose.
See how often "technical limitations" is cited as a reason for why OG!James is "expressionless," even though Takayoshi Sato said that technical limitations were "not important" to the game's development. And Remake!James hardly even emotes anyway so what the fuck was all that bluster about.
Folks will seriously sit there with their thumbs up their asses and try to argue that the PS2's specs limited Team Silent somehow, as if the game's design did not literally hinge on its relationship to native hardware. As if they didn't work with the hardware to accomplish technical marvels such as this:

Not to be all "old woman yells at cloud," but youngsters need to learn their video game dev history. The artistic and programming feats Team Silent accomplished were amazing back then, and that has never changed.
If you knew a single thing about how mirrors behaved in games of the era, you'd be amazed at how SH2 handles mirrors. Nobody would have blamed Team Silent for excluding one and just having the game's only mirror be the bathroom mirror, where James cannot touch it because the sink is blocking him. But those madlads went the extra mile and made a room where the entire wall is a mirror. The fact that you can mash James right up against the mirror without clipping or suffering other typical glitches proves the standard of quality with which Team Silent made the game.
All this to say, SH2's narrative may be timeless, but the actual game cannot be extricated from the PS2; that ought to be respected instead of viewed with scorn because Old Game Bad(tm).
There's a lot that future developers could learn from studying how Team Silent worked with the hardware. And not in the "muh technical limitations" sense, but in everything, from transparency to texturework to save/load times - for a 2001 game, SH2 boasts incredibly fast ones - to structuring thematic elements around the hardware (ex. PS2 memory saves in "blocks"; James' memory is likewise "blocked," represented by the red save squares). Maybe fewer games would have such huge file sizes if they took a page from Team Silent's book and learned how to juggle art direction with memory space, for instance.
But nah, old game has bad voice acting. Into the trash it goes.
Plus, it's always funny to me whenever people call SH2's combat clunky, because emulators cannot replicate the PS2 controller's pressure sensitivity. James' swings change depending on how hard you tap the button, but apparently emulators tend to ignore that and just make every swing a heavy one. Of course you're going to think the game plays shittier than it actually does when you've never played it in its intended milieu. That's like complaining that the original DOOM has bad combat compared to DOOM 2016 because you're playing the latter on PC and the former on a TI-81 calculator. What do you expect?
People make shit up about Old Product(tm) in order to justify buying New Product(tm). Otherwise, they'd have to grapple with the fact that they sank time and money into something they could have gotten for free.
Old games are not bad games, they're just different. You need to meet them where they are. It's frankly bad-faith to expect game devs to be psychic and future-proof their games when audience taste is so fickle.
And yes, I know SH2 is not some untouchably perfect game, either, but if you met the narrative in good faith, you'd see why Team Silent made the decisions they did. They did exactly what they set out to do. They did not have to "compromise" on character expressions because they peered into their crystal ball, saw future audiences liked being able to see every pore on a character's face, slumped their shoulders and went "Nothing we can do now with our primitive technology, doods." That's fucking asinine. And running away from enemies is a feature, not a bug.
This ties into a broader point about how video games are considered expendable products to consume and discard, instead of works of art worth preserving and studying so that the medium continues to evolve.
If you're wondering why modern games are now creatively bereft, this is why.
Bloober wanted to create games the public would consider as good as SH2. But instead of improving their craft so they could actually create quality games, they leeched off of Team Silent's hard work and are now reaping the rewards.
That shit is what infuriates me most. It's not like they created an original piece worthy of standing shoulder-to-shoulder with SH2... and you know what, most people wouldn't have blamed them if their efforts fell short. SH2 achieves a degree of sophistication and sense of atmosphere that has yet to be matched, let alone surpassed.
...But they didn't even try. All these chucklefucks did was ride on Takayoshi Sato's coattails while ignoring Team Silent's input. The fact that the ruse worked is nothing short of outrageous.
I don't doubt Bloober Team worked hard (or at least the texture artist did; props to them). But everything the remake does owes its existence to the original. The original was created under conditions and a zeitgeist that can't really be replicated now.
Honestly, it feels like folks have been so starved for SH content that they latched onto the first not-terrible product to come along, despite the remake suffering from the same or even more problems than the original. Once again, I must say that even cloudy water will seem like an oasis in the desert.
Your friend's attitude is concerning, although sadly, it's not an uncommon one. If even the game commonly cited as a strong argument for the idea that video games are art is not exempt from being tossed aside on the basis of "le old game bad," what hope does the rest of the medium have? What's to prevent other games from being allowed to die?

Patch 5.0.0
And with this, the new version of Sburb (or whatever you call it) is live! Please update your game to this patch at your soonest convenience, because we do not have the capacity to handle old glitches. Migrate your Sessions to the 5.0.0, because we our old servers are decaying and if you do not want your Session to be erased from existence completely and retroactively, you need to be on this patch.
Known issues with migration: Some Quests reset or disappear completely with their NPCs. Classpect reassignment. Level reset. Prototyping scramble (Reassignment of prototyped properties between Players). Inability to use certain weapons because their strife specibus tag got changed.
Patch properties:
Prototyping: You no longer need to track your pre-Entry and post-Entry prototyping. First prototyping in each Sprite imbues the moon, the second affects only the sprite itself. Sentient creatures (living or otherwise) are no longer eligible for First Prototyping (thus putting an end to sprite^64+s multikins, because the code did not like that).
Prototyping, pt. 2: Frogs, First Guardians, neutrinos, non-physical entities, Charge entities, databases, and Aspect entities are no longer eligible for Prototyping at all. SkaiaNet reserves the right to remove eligibility for Prototyping to pieces of media and culture in the future without announcing it beforehand in order to maintain integrity and sensibility of the game and balanced gameplay. Itemised list of Prototyping ineligible objects and subjects will be accessible.
Code: General overhaul of inner math and handling of small (e-50+) and big (e+50) numbers. Furthermore, the surface code levels no longer needs physical properties to work, so you do not have to physically haul around brackets and commas. (That's probably more interesting for me than for you, but anyway, you can stop sending brackets now.)
Land generation: The possible Land Themes have been revisited. Most of the favorites of our Graphic Department have been permanently removed, with the honorable exception of Pots, which will now generate structures similar to Crockery.
All Lands will now generate as Land Of [Theme/Concept] And [Material/Structure], except for the Breeding Grounds which will always be Land Of [Material/Structure] And Frogs.
Each possible Land Theme now has an assigned tag whether it is Material, Structure, Theme or Concept. Frogs are tagged as Theme, which I am sure will be appreciated by anyone who had to deal with Consort settlements being build out of gigantic frog carcasses.
Land Variant Themes: Each Material/Structure Land Theme now gets two random modifiers out of six: Large (10% chance), Ruined (10% chance), Floating (5 % chance), Plentiful (5% chance), Colorful (5% chance), and Classic (65 % chance). These modifiers are invisible and only affects Land generation. Therefore you have 42.25% probability of having a "classic" Land, 57.75% chance that it will generate in its alternate variation. If your Land Theme generates two of the same modifiers, they do not add up, because we haven't figured out how to make floating stuff float more, and Colorful^2 gave yours truly a terrible headache upon testing.
Land generation: Internally Lands are now identifief by their generated number which is Session ID-PlayerNumber-LandTag1-LandTag2. Since no Player gets the same Land generated twice in on one session, this will solve a lot of problems.
Aspects: Aspects are receiving a cosmetic graphic overhaul and a large thematic overhaul. Aspects now have a pool of specific Aspect Abilities which anyone with the corresponding Aspect in their Classpect can use as long as they pass the conditions given by their Class.
Aspect Interpretation: For unified terminology and game balance, each Aspect has four possible interpretations AKA "stuff it does". You can specialize in one or two or generalize. Mastery of all four is obtainable by boring grinding. The interpretations are unofficially called: Literal, Lateral, Derived, and Elemental.
Aspect Names: With the thematic overhaul, some Aspects have been renamed to match better their visuals and also be more intuitive to use. These changes are: Rhyme -> Verse; Flow -> Roots; Law -> Chain; Stage -> Veil.
Classes: Classes are receiving an unifying overhaul in abilities. Each Class now has Class abilities which everyone with the corresponding Class in their Classpect can use, but its effect depends on their Aspect.
Dream Moons: The Revolution, Contra-Revolution, Fifth Game, and Usurper Questlines are now for once and for good only one per Moon.
Derse: You can no longer partake in a sexual act with the Dersites. For the record, you can't with Prospitians either, but that's never really been a problem.
Dersepite: No longer a thing, even in 1-Player Sessions. Goodbye, Dersepite, you shan't be missed.
Chapters: The game chapters (usually called stages) have been slightly reordered to be more intuitive, and also the connecting points have been de-cluttered and straightened, so now you should clearly know in which chapter you are, and where are you heading next. The chapers now go: Awakening -> Terraforming -> Reckoning -> Crystalizing -> Descending -> Ascending. [Aspect]ing has been fully merged with Ascending. Terraforming has been moved before Reckoning, because people generally try to tackle the Black King under-prepared. Descending has been moved as far back as possible, because feedback has been that everyone and their guardian units hate it, which, completely understandable. Reckoning still marks the end of the standard gameplay, from Crystalizing forward it's basically epilogue.
Accessibility: Besides improving the screen-reader and closed captions, the options menu now has Color Modes setting where you can pick your contrast and adjust color schemes display to suit your needs; there are pre-sets for the most common types of color-blindness. Screen-reader and text-to-speech still don't handle typing quirks. You have to ask your co-Players to stop.
Living Hell: Transfer to patch 5.0.0 isn't possible without general amnesty, so everyone stuck in Living Hell, regardless of their crimes, have been released. However, if you do not behave, LH still exists, and putting people there is actually rather easy.
Charges: Charge Influences no longer accumulate exponentially.
Charge Dormancy: Added Charge Dormancy value. Every game tick every Player’s every Charge Influence decreases by its respective Charge Dormancy. Charge Dormancy cannot be lower than zero. Some item tags have Charge Dormancy, they add up.
Grimdark, Angelight: As a result of Charge Dormancy being added, the Grimdark and Angelight Charges can be now dropped without dying.

1. Hobie was adopted by his foster family but has been within the system since the ages 3 to 6. He got abducted when he was seven years old by the foster family that was taking care of him.
2. He always had the chaos magic, but it hadn’t fully manifested yet or found a way that he could properly control. It consciously his powers coincide with his emotions like if you see in the first chapter that I posted that to meet the water fountain first he didn’t do it consciously it was intention he can’t control it, but with his emotions, his powers go with that intention

He got kidnapped by the government, the US government within his world to be experimented on because of Dr Octavius and her noticing over the years he’s at the fancy school.(miles Morales the school, but I’ll get to the head kidding about the school) then leading to him being kidnapped and being experimented on to harness his powers so like
3. Hobie powers start off as purple, but like the more he’s consumed with the darkness. The darker the colour becomes in. It became red, and also these colours significance to why I picked purple. Purple is known for its association with the wisdom, but I wanted it with its association with fantasy. Why fantasies dad during the time when he was a child he did experience tragedy, but he lived and studied so well that didn’t affect him as much as it would anyone else like the growing up too fast complex you’ve been through so much that you just understand it from like the concept from a young age but then it turning into the colour red as much as read does symbolises like compassion love. It’s also symbolises revenge. Why is Portia from purple to read is that his mum sensual and consumed by the darkness (I feel like I’ve basically gave kind of a character analysis just off colours)
4. And when he was younger, he had long hair and usually put his hair into braids, and he also used to do miles is hair
5. He got piercings at a young age of like the age of 13, because of how fascinated he was with like in needles, and thought of piercing. And did his nose piercing and ear piercings himself.
6. I hear this is surprising, sweet tooth.
7.  How he knew he was in love with miles, is when after.  the death of Miles‘s uncle, they both started. Dreadlocks in the name of his uncle, is a way of commemorating him. In miles, is in his arm, sobbing after they started the hair saying that a few many people in the world that support him and loved him, like uncle Aaron had and he considers one of those people to be him 
8. During his time where he creates his delusional world.  He felt deeply in love more than he did before with this fake version of miles away, is new in the back of his mind. That he’s not real.
9. When his universe is destroying, he had to be taken like his powers, removed him from that earth to a different earth, whilst Miles was in his arms and left miles now feels guilty, that they could’ve been a chance that he could take in miles with him in miles, have to watch it is his best friend disappeared right before his eyes before he glitched out of existence.
9. He doesn’t get affected by glitching out in the universes because of his power being largely connected into Multiverse travel
10. He’s he’s Demi, romantic and Demi sexual. And unlabelled. But the only other person has ever liked was miles.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind? Yes, Yes I do. All kinds, but generally, it's soft smut; I don't do a ton of really out-there stuff, not that I am yucking anyones yum, just not my style. I have M/M pairings and M/F I haven't really explored F/F yet but I plan to just haven't got around to it yet.
10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written? Yes, I do. So far, only one has been published its TLOU/Firefly Turn On The Red Light . I am working on another right now for TLOU/LOTR

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? Probably my Henry & Sam Live Wip. Like, I want to write it, but it's going to be a lot of work, and there already is a great writer, @becomethesun, who is writing one that is amazing. It's called collaborators .
