ANYWAYS WOOHOO THANKSGIVING GIFT!!! A holiday I don’t particularly care about so this was such a nice fill-in omg!! Seriously SO. PRETTY. The background lighting kind of looks like cave lighting to me :0 which I find so cool. Don’t even get me started on the whimsy rendering oh. My god. The lighting is SPECTACULARLY done I adoreee the use of colors. The way you did it makes him look 3d!! Literally like I can reach in and squeeze his dumb face. Here he looks so majestic tho!! Woaw!! THE DOODLE IS SO FUNNY LMAOO. Honestly in any situation Insights the intimidating horse even without lgbtqs around… so sad for him. Woaw. Season 3 of Heartstopper was just so beautiful and amazing. I cried so much and I just remembered why charlie is my fav character even lol😭.

cane update: made some more modifications for her. she's beautiful. my baby... my adoptive 3rd leg.

I initially used spikes but it looked too much like a weapon (and probably could have been lol) so they're blunt studs now but it still has the desired effect- and I made them detatchable so if I need to use my cane at a concert or somewhere they dont allow spikes or studs I can take them off. still need to dye the handle cuz the rubber is an ugly grey colour and add some more stickers but I like how it looks so far!!

I used it properly for the first time at the markets this morning and when I got home immediately noticed the difference because woaw my legs aren't killing me!! I could walk around the fucking block if I wanted!! for the payoff of a slightly sore wrist/shoulder... nothing I haven't dealt with before (every fucking day)

Accidents Happen

(Spud x Sarah/ SarBucket)

"Spud, spud, spud…" Spud was trotting on the forest path. His bucket bounced a bit, and he was smiling goofily. Behind him walked Sarah, admiring the beauty of the forest, carefully looking at the trees and listening to birds singing. She giggled, watching Spud hopping joyfully. "Spud am loves walkies with Sarah!" Spud exclaimed cheerfully. He jumped around, feeling pebbles under his paws. However, Spud was clumsy and not very careful in nature… BAM! Spud tripped and fell down. His arms were on the ground, as he slid down a bit. He only letted out a small "ouch". Sarah gasped an quickly ran to Spud. "Ouchies…" The creature whimpered, raising his head. Luckily, his bucket did not fall, but his arms were covered in dirt, had many grazes and wounds and hurted really badly. Sarah kneeled and helped Spud get up. "Oh, Spud…" she said with worry. Spud looked at her with teary eyes. The woman hugged him, rubbing his back and whispering tender words to him. She wanted her friend to feel better, and ease his pain just a bit. Spud hugged Sarah back, sniffling. His arms were very sore, so he felt a pain standing on them, making him not really able to walk. Sarah felt very sorry for him. "It's okay, accidents happen…" She said to Spud and kissed his forehead. Then she picked him up and walked backt to their cabin.

Sarah opened the door of the cabin. It was very cozy and warm, with a jolly fire in the chimney and the scent of wood. There was a woolen carpet on the floor, and a porcelain cookie jar on the small table. Sarah putted Spud on the chair and huffed, since the creature was quite heavy. Then she stretched. "Let's see…" she said, rummaging throught the tiny wooden shelves, until she found the first aid bag. She sewed it all by herself, using some cloth. It had everything Sarah needed right now. Spud looked at her, waiting patiently, despite the ache. He held his wounded arm. First, Sarah wiped off some blood and dirt with a tissue. Then, she grabbed a bottle of iodine. She dipped the cotton swab in it, and began disinfecting Spud's arms. "Owies!" Spud whined, flinching, because iodine made his wound itchy. "I know, I know…" Sarah petted his head. "It will be over soon, don't worry!" After a while, Sarah putted bandages on Spud's arms. "Finished!" she announced. "You are very brave, Spud!" The creature smiled bashfully. Sarah gave him a chocolate chip cookie from the jar as a reward, and held his paw, caressing it gently. She kissed Spud's arm, since her mum used to do so when her daughter was hurt. "Tenderness and care are the best remedy" - this was the golden rule of Sarah's mum. The camp counsuleor sighed softly on rememberance of her mother. These memories brought a lot of nostalgia. "Is Sarah okay?" Spud titled his head, munching the cookie. "Yes, I'm fine, thanks!" Sarah smiled. The comfort of Spud was the most important.

trying to restrict myself from tumblr to get my work done but im writin an essay on the story The Tale of the Rose by emma donoghue and its so good. its such a fucking good story. like. its the kind of one you read and afterwards just need to think about and it invades ur head. like im so fucked up over it rn.

its a queer/lesbian retelling of beauty and the beast and im writing my essay on it cuz when we discussed it in class, other students were like 'huh i didnt think it was queer i thought they just Became Friends' n i was so gobsmacked bout it and i still am. cuz im reading it now again and like . the basic premise is that the 'beast' is a woman who chose to isolate herself and wear a mask and lean into everyone seeing her as a 'beast' to avoid suitors and those who didnt understand her until beauty comes along and the part where its revealed she's a woman goes like this:

"I pulled and pulled until the padded mask lay uppermost. I breathed my heat on it, and kissed the spot I had warmed. I pulled off the veils one by one. I saw hair as black as rocks under water... I saw lips red as a rose just opening. I saw that the beast was a woman. And that she was breathing, which seemed to matter more" (p. 39)

and for one its phenomenal because through the story a rose is depicted as the only thing she desired at the beginning, now her comparing the beast's lips to a rose. is. EOUGH. but also how the fuck can someone read this and not be like woaw theyre in love. like 'i kissed the spot i had warmed' she kisses her through hte fuckign mask????? thats so much its SO MUCH

Lois reinvents herself as Priscilla Rhodes, Clerk for the Daily Planet. Great way to avoid Superman, huh. They end up needing a fake Lois to investigate a racket, and they note that Priscilla has similar height to Lois, so they dress her up, dye her hair and woaw, it's like Lois back from the store.

They go out to investigate and Clark immediately fumbles. Nice work Smallville. Luckily he then demonstrates his most endearing character trait- being FASTER THAN SPEEDING BULLET. BEING MORE DURABLE THAN A SPEEDING BULLET. ABLE TO LE-

Anyway, the old Song and Dance occurs, Superman Waltzes in to a bad guy's base, Tangos with their Mangos, Commits a Felony or Two (with immunity) and then puts them in jail. He then reveals he knew Lois was alive because the hat she left behind was an old one.
