Thunder boomed and the wind howled outside. The storm was terrible. Crow jumped out of his skin when he saw the lighting flash. He quickly closed pulled the curtains closed. The storm finally made its presence in the area. Despite his fear, he went to open the curtains again to look outside. Not to marvel at the storm but to find the children.

“Damn, why haven’t they come back…” Crow huffs. The lights flicker as Brave pulls him away from the window. “I’m going to go get them!”

“Crow you don’t know where they are.” Brave says, his voice was haggard and full of worry. He was right and Crow did not like that right in this moment.

“Ugh!”

Crow sat down in the nearest chair.

“Right now all we can do is hope whatever building they are in holds up and protects them until the storm passes.” Brave says.

The lights flicked off leaving the boys in pitch black. A lot of the buildings in Satellite couldn’t hold up to a storm like this. Especially the worn out kinds the kids were most likely inhabiting.

Suddenly there was a banging at the door. Crow and Brave both made a beeline for the entrance. On the other side was none other than Frank. Brave quickly pulled in the child while Crow stood outside looking for Amanda and Tanner.

“Frank! Where are the others!?” Crow asks him, closing the door behind him. Frank’s cloths were drench in rainwater. He was shivering.

Martha arrived at the commotion with an oil light in hand. “What’s all the noise?”

“We need some towels.” Brave says. Martha picks up on the urgency goes to find something to dry Frank off with.

Akiza noticed the scars disappearing from Amanda’s arms. It was a shock to her. Was it her powers that were doing this? She knew her abilities were destructive so she never once thought about them having a healing aspect to it. This is something she would have to worry about this later.

“Akiza! You can heal?” Leo says. “That’s amazing!”

“So this is what psychic powers really are.” Crow said.

“This is no time to be mesmerized! We are being attacked!” Luna brought everyone back to reality just as another Diablo sped by the pit stop.

Akiza ordered Rose Tentacles to attack the mechanical monstrosity. She wasn’t going to entertain them with a duel. They needed to go. She could hear more coming. With the spectators in a frenzy, more people will be in danger. No matter how many come here she will destroy them all. She vowed to use her powers to protect people.

‘I won’t give up!’

They arrived and one after another she destroyed them. She did her best to minimize the damage. Overtime, the stadium seats cleared out. Once the last robot was defeated, she went back to Crow and the kids.

“I’m gonna drive around the track to see if anyone else needs help.” She put on her helmet and drove away.

“Crow what can we do?” Allie asked with fire in her eyes. Guu and Amanda had the same flame of determination to help too. It was a feeling Crow understood but he had to extinguish that flame.

“Me and Akiza will handle this. Don’t worry.” Crow gave them a wink and thumbs up as reassurance.
