Aww, thank you so much for sending this anon. I really do appreciate it, and it makes me feel all warm and mushy inside.

I am doing okay. I just had kind of an insanely busy time lately. I moved to a new city over the summer, which was actually a lot of work. (Also never move in the middle of July - it sucks!)

And then at work I decided to do something that is going to make my life easier/better in the future, but it's making my life extremely busy in the present. I've been working 11 hour days and then I come home and I'm just too exhausted to really do anything else.

But I haven't forgotten about this blog, or the 3 asks that I still have sitting in my inbox!

Also sometimes I just worry that I'm just repeating myself in these reviews, and that people will get bored with them. 😬

So actually, just really thank you for reaching out. It makes my day to think that people care about my little fic ramblings.

I know I keep saying this, but I really do want to have a regular posting schedule. So... maybe this will help me, I have adhd and having deadlines actually really helps me a ton.

So, if I post a new rec each week, what day should I post it on?

Parhelion Knight is the lone guardian of the ancient wishing star Parhelic Anima. A volatile, foul-mouthed spitfire, Stell isn't exactly the most sociable puffball in the cosmos, quicker to resort to violence and insults over diplomacy. To be fair, when the extent of one's social interactions for the past several centuries is speaking to a soulless AI, talking to oneself, and spewing death threats, it makes sense that their conversational ability vastly suffered. It certainly doesn't help that they're desperately pasting flex tape over their many, many complexes over their short stature and lack of wings. Projecting? Overcompensation? What's that?

Maedhros WIP: Help me chose which sketch!

I want to draw Maedhros falling into the abyss. I would like to make it an image which could be the tapestry from Chapter 6 of The Harrowing by @chthonion, with the description: „On the final wall, a jagged crack cuts across the earth, blazing with molten stone, and a figure silhouetted black against that light, with rainbow fires still spilling out between the fingers of his only remaining hand, steps out into the air, captured in the very instant before he fell into the fire below.“
