it’s late, mina knows that much. she knows you both should have been asleep by now. it’s not like you ever minded, though. mina loved that about you. you were always down for an adventure, whether it be a movie night or a drive for drive-thru at two am. you were ride-or-die. 

you’re both giggly from the wine mina has snuck, and you’d both promised only to drink a little but you also both knew that was a lie. and you’re lying on the floor and staring at the posters on mina’s ceiling and trying to decide who in each band would be the best kisser. but mina knows that she wouldn’t want to kiss any of those guys, not really. the person she wanted to kiss was too close. close and yet so far. but not really, no. 

we need practice, you declare, the wine sloshing in your glass as you sit up.

you’re giggling when you pull away and maybe it’s the alcohol but you keep saying that mina is so, so pretty and how did you never notice that she’s got pink freckles?

tim drake who is aroace and knows it and admitted it to himself a long time ago and he doesn't care nor understand what is romantic or not and yet. he still gets into romantic relationships because he wants to be someone's number one priority. it is unreasonable to expect it of friends or his family or anyone at all so he gets into relationships and tells the other person plainly that he is the worst boyfriend they will ever have and that he will leave them suddenly when he gets bored and he doesn't care where they are or who are they with or what their mom is doing and he will leave them. but he is so pretty and weird and awkward and they agree readily and he is so sweet when they date and it is so exciting for him for a week or a month but then the failed expectations he can never meet suffocate him and he knows they expect nothing so who is he failing exactly? he breaks up over text and call and feels bad but never enough to change because he has something to fucking prove to himself and that is that he can be loved even if he can't love in a way others want or need

Soda is the kind of guy who always has some stupid ass song or tiktok audio stuck in his head and he absolutely will not stop singing/saying it no matter how much it annoys everyone including himself sometimes.

Kpp'Ar has arthritis and will just sometimes lounge because moving hurts too much. Baby Soren will use this as an opportunity to climb into Kpp'Ars bed and use him as a table for his various activities that require a table. Kpp'Ar doesn't stop him, not because he can't move without feeling like his bones are grinding against each other and stabbing him, but because Soren is just too cute to say no to.

Kpp'Ar has an issue with telling Soren no so sometimes when the arthritis is acting up and Soren wants to play with him, Kpp'Ar will play with Soren, the pain be damned. It makes the lounging days more frequent but Kpp'Ar will just deal with the pain.

Viren and Lissa do try to explain to Soren that Kpp'Ar can't always play because his body can't handle that much activity. All baby Soren hears is that the activities have to change so Kpp'Ar won't hurt so he comes with the best idea ever. Soren can just take paper and crayons and just use Kpp'Ar as a table if Kpp'Ar doesn't want to color/draw. It does work sorta, Kpp'Ar just sleeps most of the time so Soren sorta just sits in Kpp'Ars bed and uses him as a table.

Soren just get annoyed whenever Kpp'Ar moves but other than that, all is dandy. Until Viren and Lissa come to take Soren back home. Since Kpp'Ar can't move without being in agonizing pain, he can't look after Soren. Soren does not like this. He throws a fit and throws the crayons and anything else he can get ahold of at the two of them. Kpp'Ar does not stop him.

It is an all out war now, Soren is in fact winning.

i think dazai is equally whipped and smitten and down bad whether chuuya has long or short hair. with short hair he gives baddie vibe but long hair?? thats a fairy!! so yeah i dont think his hair length matters to dazai, he loves chuuya because he is THEE chuuya nakahara, duh.

although he's such a little shit, dazai is a loser in love and i dont think he would beg chuuya to cut his hair off or feel entitled to have opinion in chuuya's appearance hehe. chuuya can show up bald and dazai may make fun of him, but he'll never love him less (this is so cringe bye)

Paralympic swimmer Barbara Gordon is an idea I hold very close to my heart. The way she'd find water as recovering, maybe she swam when younger. Was swimmer in highschool, used to pull her hair into swim caps, and go throw swimsuits much to fast.

So while trying to find something to hold on in the aftermath on her injury and there it is. She gets help, learning to adjust. To pull her self through the water again, new prescription goggles helping her along the way. It's hard, learning to swim after an injury. Even a broken arm takes recovery it gets it moving properly in the water. But she keeps going, runs tech at night, swims early in the morning.

She never thought swimming would mean much to her, not like this. But than there she is is. Transferring into the pool, a team USA cap on her head, and swims. Her arms pulling her through the water to victory.
