The first one is for a fic involving how JenPen Mitchell arrived into Maverick aka Pete’s life. Because we NEVER saw or heard Jen’s mother in the series. Baby left on Maverick and Iceman doorstep with a social worker holding files. Yes Ice and Mav are roommates 👀

The second is the overall header for the two amazing couples 🤭 I gotta do Life or Death part 3 soon 🤞 but if you have any future ideas for a fic I’m all ears

Oh my god I was totally gonna ask u about Jenpen's mom but I felt really awkward so I didn't but it's really interesting that you are setting up a really interesting backstory for Jenpen and Pete's relationship and how she was as a baby and wait PETE MITCHELL WAS ROOMMATES WITH ICEMAN !!!!! 👀 Oh my god now this totally needs to be in the fic and those headers are absolutely gorgeous boo !!! And they are so aesthetic and pretty at the same time !!!✨✨ I really love them !!!

Well at the time I can't seem to think of any ideas for the future but u can do a baby shower fic for Jenpen and Rooster or a Soon to grandpa!Mav fic I guess but I'll definitely get back with you for future fic ideas !!! Can't wait to read part 3 @jackiequick 💖

Is anyone else simultaneously really excited and really scared about Season 3? Like, Season 2 was incredible, but it is also legitimately hard for me to rewatch at points, and I expect Season 3 to be even more intense.

Things I either know or think will happen that will destroy me include:

- Siuan and our other friends at the Tower dealing with the fallout from Cairhien. Everything about this. The political and the personal. I can barely even *think* about it, but I’m supposed to watch it??

- Moiraine finding out some of what the future holds for her as if babygirl didn’t already go through it last season.

- Lan and Moiraine. Above points apply.

- Mat’s arc really kicking off when he gets [redacted]. Donal Finn has completely won me over on sad puppy Mat and I just want him to be goofy and happy and get some therapy, not have to face the end of the world.

- Basically anything to do with Morgase if she appears this season. With the show’s ability to give the middle aged women so much depth of character, and with the way I already feel about her arc in the books, I am very scared of how much the show is going to make me feel about her! And her and Elayne’s relationship, which I fully expect to be more fleshed out than it is in the books.

#there are tons of things I’m really excited for too!!#all the aiel stuff in particular #I’m not like an ~aiel stan~ like some but I love a lot of the aiel characters and also how our non-aiel main characters interact with them #and I think the parts of the books in the waste are just really interesting #I think tanchico will be soo good too just based on the character relationships we set up last season #and I think the show will have egwene deal with the fallout from her enslavement by the seanchan even though the books didn’t really #and I think it will make me love her even more #oh and how could I forget MOGHEDIEN #it’s gonna be so goooood #but also I may legitimately not be able to process it???#wheel of time

its been so long since human content/new content with no book relevancy even the youtubers and theorists like dawko and john are getting restless😭

#dawko going its not gonna happen steel wool right over glamfred and rhe humans not coming back #and john going 'im... totally okay with that happening 😐' about mimics story being spoiled in the books 2 years before sotm #like dude even theyre feeling it #dawko would love a fnaf game about absolutely nothing so his excitment about sotm makes sense #but its refreshing seeing john actually criticize it bc it deserves to be even if it was really tame and not really explicitly said #we understand and its just. so nice seeing someone like john actually aware of how stupid it id #instead of everyone being okay with it and not criticizing it for some reason #even tho it kind of sucks #like john is one of the last surviving theorists and a big figure in the community #seeing him actually not shy away from at least implying he thinks its bad and dumb in a video is just.#soo refreshing #like so many times i felt like i was insane for disliking all the mimic theories before ruin came out #i thought it was boring. mimic is a book villain #its so sad seeing john try to actually theorize about mimic in an interesting way with a satisfuing narrative that isnt just c&p #but it just turns out that actually yeah. its game is a rerun of its book lore that came out years ago #and we spent three entire years foreshadowing and teasing 'carnival' in games to hype this game up and its just c&p book lore nothing new #except the new shit being like. stuff about OG freddys and og characters which. are not explaining the mimics backstory #its just like whyy did they do it like this. and they shafted basically every single thing else to do it for years #no wonder dawko is starting to actually joke about them never bringing them back and john is implying his distaste #pandas.txt #discourse #sorryyyyy #its just like i think about sotm and im like i dont need to be that hard on it. theres nothing inherently wrong with a game explaining #mimics backstory #and then i remember how it was spoiled 2 years earlier in the books and everybody already knows its story and theres nothing #new about the mimic in this game save for a random new form #and im like yeah nevermind its okay to be critical about it they somehow handled the mimics story in the worst way possible #up to this point #like if youre a fan of literally anything else in the story youll resent mimic at least a little bit for how much it hijacked everything #even all mimic fans are getting are reruns of shit they already know

I have so many thoughts about the paralles between neil and jean amd every time they interacted I fell in love with their dynamic and their similarities even more, like

they grew up in a crime family and were ultimately sold to the moriyamas

Kevin day was their lifeline at some point

got too used to the abused they faced every single day until they started to believe its normal

so sure they wouldn't survive

littered with scars that make everyone around them pause

only 19 years old

the attitude problem

"I don't need more clothes, everything fits in one bag and that's fine"

keep repeating one sentence that's clearly a lie and everyone is very tired of hearing it ("I'm fine" "injuries happen in scrimmages")

got saved by a new group of people they fought against every step of the way in the beginning

I really hope that neil will help jean in the future because while Kevin spend so long together with jean in the nest I feel like their history is too intertwined with riko, neil on the other hand defied riko amd the moriyamas every sped of the way and came out on top amd managed to find himself in the process and that's all I want for jean as well
