When I started watching Brokeback Mountain I told myself I wouldn't assume their sexuality. Before I think they were gay bi pan straight or whatever, I'll let the narrative make me come to some conclusion.

I watched it and they're both gay, period!

But there is something that I found interesting when I joined the fandom of this story:

Most people think they're both gay (I agree)

Some think both are bisexual (I disagree)

And some think only one of them is bisexual and the other one is gay. And this is the part that I find interesting bc most people for some reason think that Ennis is bi and Jack is gay, whereas when I was watching the movie I even considered the possibility that Jack was bi but not Ennis.

I thought this bc in my opinion Jack at least knows how to pretend to like women a little better than Ennis. When he was talking to Lureen for the first time I considered the possibility that he liked women too, until I saw that his facial expression changed from a smile to a face of sadness and discomfort when she wasn't looking at him.

As for Ennis, from his first scene with Alma I could clearly see that he wasn't happy or comfortable. I think anyone miles away would know he's unhappy. Before reuniting with Jack he constantly had a "god I hate my life" face

Seriously, I don't know how some people can believe he's bisexual.

Okay, so Daniel and Josh are hard launching, I see. Literally, what is gayer than making a trailer/movie about going to a ranch and going horseback riding together. They're recreating Brokeback Mountain.

Also, I finally found out that it's an ad for Beats because I did not get that from the original Instagram posts. More focused on the fact that Daniel posted a crotch shot and called Josh a stallion, whereas Josh's post said saddle up.

Whenever I see people talk about Becket I'm like ok they say it's a bit fruity, a bit homosexual in the context, but DAMN. y'all were underplaying that shit. ACTUALLY FUCK IT, I WILL ELABORATE, STRAP IN, BITCHES

Let me first make the following statements - 1) I come not to bin Caesar but to praise him. WOE.BEGONE is beautiful chaos, an erratic smorgasbord of musical talent, and complex characterisation. I respect this craft, I see how much work has gone into it and I am deeply impressed. Multiple ten-minute plus long fucking musical numbers, season finales with three whole songs in them. The memetic virus that is Old Brush Valley. Wild. 2) However, apart from respecting the music, I massively bounced off this podcast the first time I tried to listen to it, because I found the protagonist such an awful damp weasel of a man. I do not like the wet cat men so beloved of tumblr. I find them deeply annoying. No shade on you all but your kink is not my kink etc. I bounced off it so hard that I actually confused it with Ostium which I listened to around at the same time, and I would describe as fun and poignant, but really rather heterosexual. Woe.Begone is not remotely heterosexual. It is gayer than Quentin Crisp in a little Sailor Suit, gayer than the letter Bram Stoker sent to Walt Whitman saying "I am six feet two inches high and twelve stone weight naked". Gay as Elton John in a feather boa riding up Brokeback Mountain on a bear while sniffing poppers and quoting Oscar Wilde. I should have known. I should have guessed from the fans being absolutely feral nightmare gnomes.  They reminded me of the Stellar Firma fans. That shrieking bucket of wild kobolds snorting ketamine and downing tide pods vibe. That should have been a warning. But they asked nicely and they politely invited me into the discord server and like a fool I humoured them.  I gritted my teeth at the horribly flawed characters and I stuck with it….

Reasons why Michael Guerin Has a Mustache this season, some speculations

Following the predictable trend, the entire 13 episode run of Season 4 will take place over approximately 9 days. Not too long for a mustache experiment. But why, you ask? Why would God and the CW do this to us? Here are our best theories:

During production there was a "Michael" mix up and they gave Trevino's mustache to Vlamis, but once they realized the mistake it was too late to go back and re-film everything and they didn't want to be like Justice League Superman

What is left is an attempt to CGI the stache away

Also, the instrumental music for cowboy like me is based on the piano theme of cardigan; in cowboy like me, the guitar and piano take alternating turns playing the piano theme from cardigan.

Seeing as both Taylor and Karlie have both purposely connected cardigan to Karlie and that the cinematographer for Brokeback Mountain did all of the cinematography for the cardigan MV, these background details make cowboy like me even gayer than we previously thought.

She didn’t ruin batman, but she didn’t bring anything new or exciting to it either. Just a bad imitation and less comic book-y version of michelle pfeiffer. and she was passable in Brokeback mountain but only cause it was clear as fuckin day (from her other performances) that ang lee took all that theater kid performing she usually does and tamped it all the way down to get a passable performance. She luckily didn’t ruin that movie either!
