i know for a fact i have Not gotten the chance to talk about chucklefuck here so im gonna be using this as an excuse to talk about them a bunch! basically theyre. best adapted to be a ttrpg campaign character, for one. but theyre a spy bot created by The Main Oppressive Regime to mislead their peers, as well as spy on them and report back. so basically if i played them id be rolling bluff checks every 5 seconds because of their other main gimmick: they think theyre the funniest bitch in the world. see to avoid suspicion they elect to play under the "beep boop, i am a robot" facade. this is Incredibly fucking funny to them bc. yknow the gags where a robot character will do some faux pas or embarrass another character in the party but its not like they Meant to they didnt know any better. well. yeah this guy definitely knew better and they are Living It Up.

im not gonna explain their whole Deal but i will say that i think they Will eventually get found out bc they cant bullshit forever and thats where i think the song fits bc they kindaaa. only exist to be in service of CapitalismCorp Incorporated and havent had enough freedom ever to really think of this as a Bad thing really. theyve got this Delight at watching the world burn and they know that includes them but they sure don't care! why would they?

Villain headcanons I may possibly share soon

So, while I’ve been doing other things and been to hyper fixated on Adam and my oc x canon ship…. And while I don’t really want to get into another fandom discourse, but my post somewhat kind of falls under it (I’m not gonna go depth)

Lately I keep seeing a discourse and war between Stella Stans and Valentino Stans that made me go 🙃🙃🙃

But you know what? Instead of getting into it, I do want to have my own thoughts on them as well as the villains of the Helluverse as a whole.

Please don’t hate me for this, but I actually like Stella and the Vees…. BUT I do have an issue with them coming off too cartoonishly evil. (The Vees I’ll cut slack since we are gonna get more of them in season 2)

I was a bit disappointed with how season 2 depicted Stella very one note since I like to see her side of the story of the arrangement. But I also don’t think she’s this OwO badly misunderstood softgirl baby like her Stans make her out to be. She’s still a classist snobby rich lady that oppressed people, even in season 1 with how she abused that imp and threw at Stolas.

This is also kind of how I feel about Valentino in a way too…. While I do think it’s hilarious he’s a piss baby, I worry about him and the Vees getting a similar treatment to Stella. Like yeah he’s a 🍇ist but people like that can still have depth… I mean look at Griffith from Berserk.

That being said, I actually got inspired by Tik Tok blog that did share so many interesting headcanons for Stella and the Vees. And horror movies like American Psycho was inspiring me ideas for headcanons.

I think a common writing flaw I noticed with both shows is they make abusers so cartoony but not showing the charisma to them. Though we sort of saw that with Mammon and it’s why he’s been a favorite villain of mine so far. Abusers can be charamistic and can be nice it victims, and I wish we saw that with Stella and Val.

Anyways, I had came up with headcanons and my own take on their backstories. (I know I have so much for Vox I wanna share)

But I want to ask… which villain study do you guys want to hear from me first? (btw I’m sorry I don’t have anything for Velvette yet, I promise I’ll get to her soon. I just need to brainstorm more for her )

Since you ask, @lost-in-derry, (thank you so much for that, btw) let me tell you about the angsty part of The Betrothal. I don't want to spoil too much, but besides being an Order 66 didn't happen AU, this also is an Arranged Marriage AU. Both Kallus' and Zeb's fathers are Senators and arranged their sons' marriage as part of a deal. Kallus is just resigned to it, his father doesn't care if he wants or not, but Zeb hates the idea as soon as he hears it. He warms up to it after spending some time with Kallus. Kallus has reasons not to like or trust Garazeb, and yet, he can't resist his charm.

That's when everything goes south, and I'm not telling you how or why, but they both end up at the hands of slavers (I haven't decided if Zygerrians or some other). Zeb is taken as a slave immediately to be a fighter, but *for reasons*, Kallus is confused as a slave trader. He plays the part until he can figure out how to get Zeb out there. But as if that wasn't enough, Kallus is a veteran of war (and Onderon happened, not for the same reasons, but with the same people and same result), so guess who also happens to be among the fighters (the champion to be defeated)? If you thought Gerrera's Lasat mercenary, you'd be correct.

I want to write a fic with Cal Kestis and Merrin after Jedi Survivor where Cal struggles with the Dark Side. The idea is that one day he loses control again like he did in Nova Garon and Katra is present. After he regains control, he senses fear coming from her, so he thinks she's afraid of him. In reality, she's afraid FOR him. She already lived something similar with her dad and that didn't end well, so...

Anyway, it's an excuse to write a moment between Cal and Katra, plus Merrin and Cal being adorable together 😆

A second later, he’s proved wrong. “Is he going to be a Jedi now? How’s that work?” “It doesn’t. The commander shot him.”

| Appearance: Her main attire (excluding the apron she wears, I’ll get to that in a bit) but her main attire is a long light pastel mint green bouffant dress that’s got white flower patterns sewn in all over it, she wears a light pastel blue garden hat with what appears to be strawberry designs on it, its of varying pastel colors not just red ones, has a moss pocketbook (literally, its made of moss), she has of course, long deer ears (a tawny brown color on the outside, white fur on the insides) she does wear hoop earrings in her ears but that’s about all for jewelry in all honesty she’s not a big jewelry person, nothing like claws or sharp teeth or any of that, she also doesn’t have scars of any kind really… Has a deer nose essentially, that’s the best way I can describe it, and also she DOES have antlers (i dont care if that’s contradicting or whatever, my ocs, my rules lmao) she actually has fairly huge antlers with tons of tips (she’s somewhat had them sawed down until the points aren’t TOO sharp anymore)

Wears a flower crown over her antlers, it’s a bouquet consisting of baby’s breath flowers (partially for the meaning but also, she just really likes baby’s breath flowers)

Now her lower half which is usually covered by the dress, her lower half is p much just furry legs- her fur is that tawny brown color with white spots all over them all the way down until you reach the black hooves, yes she DOES have a little tawny brown tail, white fur on the outside, another thing she usually carries a branch walking stick (not just decor, she needs it)

Also wears some big round glasses that help her see better before I forget to mention, she also has some freckles on her face and some on her arms, btw her apron! It’s a light pastel blue and light pastel green color and it’s got a checkered/plaid pattern, there are words written on it ‘Happiness is Homemade’ it’s cheesy sounding but she adores it!

| Personality: Vivian is very lovely, she’s sweet, kind, caring, and gentle as can be- literally she wouldn’t hurt a f l y, she’d sooner catch and release it rather than swatting at it- She’s very polite and loving, she’s just,, everybody’s grandma who needs a grandma! Sure, someone might not be a fawn or a woodland creature of any kind but to Vivi it doesn’t matter, even if you're human. If you need someone to take care of you or someone to just show you love, caring, and compassion in life then she’s your grandma! Yeah, she’s your grandma now- Just come on inside dearie, she’s already got some fresh treats baked for you, plenty to drink as well.

There’s nothing really deep about her, like she doesn’t have a tragic backstory, she hasn’t been hurt, she literally has no anxiety, depression, nothing like that- Vivian is just, well, Vivian- I’m tired of making these really complex OCs with super dark, depressing backstories or giving them anxiety/depression/etc troubles, nah she takes good care of herself not just others, never one to neglect herself or anyone around- Overall she’s just,, lovely- a deer grandma who wants only the best for her grandkids! …But now, don’t underestimate her just because she is kind and caring, you mess with the ones she cares about, you mess with her grandkids or anything like that- she won’t hesitate to take a k n i f e to you- like that one meme of just ‘BITCH I HOPE THE FUCK YOU DO, YOUR GONNA BE A DEAD SON OF A BITCH I TELL YOU THAT’ she only gets fierce and aggressive when you threaten her loved ones so don’t underestimate her just because she’s oh so cutesy and kind.

| Side Facts: Aside from a bakery/floral shop she owns (it’s, the bakery/floral shop is not really in the forest obviously BUT its just on the outskirts of The Town of Wimbor, the forest’s name is Winderidge Forest) she owns a cabin out in the forest, it looks fairly cozy, has some moss growing on the roof, the outside is painted in blue and greens (she likes to keep it forest themed, and uh i guess sky or water theme, whatever ya really wanna take away from the blue) has some dark brown beams as well to give it an earthy feel as well.

She has a plethora of plants inside, some are uses for helpful medicines in case she needs to treat wounds, some are just plants she adores, and some are tea leaves and or things she uses for preparing a meal, she uh doesn’t eat meat or anything like that- I mean deers are herbivores but that’s not entirely why I’m doing it, she’s just a vegan who cannot handle meat of any kind, it makes her terribly sick if she ingests ANY kind of meat.

She has all sorts of books stored up, cookbooks, bedtime stories, etc- if you name a book she probably has it somewhere on her bookshelves- she doesn’t have any horror ones though, she’s not a big horror fan but ya know, if you talk to her about it and are a horror fan well who knows next time you visit her she might have stocked up in a few… Heh-

She doesn’t have any technology, not just because she’s old but honestly she has no use for technology… The only appliances she’s got are basics essentially, she has an old gramophone and a typewriter, she writes on the occasion- it’s mostly poems or just anything she might find interesting in her days, she does have a few diaries around as well …Guys, there’s no juicy lore- it’s just an old deer writing about her day or writing about the pretty sights she’s seen while out for a stroll, or about how nice someone was/is to her!

She usually isn’t working on the weekends, from Friday to Sunday, works Monday to Thursday essentially, sure she DOES have other employees she’s obviously hired, she doesn’t just tend to the bakery all by herself, she’s only one doe- she can’t do EVERYTHING on her own and she isn’t afraid to admit that, she pays them well and accordingly and even cooks them some food and offers some of the baked treats as well, she treats n o  o n e unfairly- not even in the floral shop, she’ll offer the same foods to them and even give them a flower to take home as a special treat.

She has countless scrap books of her youth too, you’ll be surprised to find she used to dress up entirely like a punk, it's not just a ‘youth’ thing either she didn’t grow out of it, she still has those clothes lying around to preserve the memories, she could still wear them if she desired but she likes her aesthetic right now the way it is …She has no idea she could do both though actually, she has no idea she could combine and dress up in pastel punk attire, someone needs to tell her that lmao and who knows she might try combining them.

She might love her cozy cabin but you’ll usually find her, even on her days off she’ll be strolling around, walking through the forest and exploring all around, gathering more herbs or flowers, or even drinking from the spring water areas (she could theoretically drink from ponds, lakes, etc and not get sick due to her fawn anatomy, i know she does have human anatomy but still) so yeye- that’s about all I can think to add for her …I m i g h t, I just MIGHT give her some lore but it won’t be ANYTHING complex, it’ll be something simple, bc I definitely have lore ideas but it’s nothing major.

I suppose one final tidbit is that even though she believes she’s too old to find love (...or find love again depending on if I add gramps to the mix) but either way- Vivi is Bisexual.

Another PoM related post, I’m sorry. I’ll put it under the cut so it won’t bother anyone who doesn’t want to read this (plus it got really long somehow)

I’m writing a fanfic where a girl penguin is transferred to the zoo (completely unoriginal, I know. But I want to write a RicoxOC story where Rico isn’t basically dating a female copycat of himself like all the stories I’ve read. Which I can’t say much cause I had 2 groups of copycat girls too... >_< )  I’m having trouble where the boys and girl meet.  According to Skipper’s page on the Madagascar wiki:  “He's a 50's style male chauvinist, believing women are weak and need protecting. “ So how would he react is my question. All of the stories I’ve read where new girl penguins are transferred, Skipper is immediately suspicious of them. Even I wrote him that way a couple of times while writing this story (and in all my other stupid PoM fanfics from when I was 14) but if you think about it...Would Skipper really see girls as a threat? For a while he treated Marlene as if she couldn’t do much, but he eventually realized she was pretty tough. AND when Skipper thought he was a girl, he thought he couldn’t lead his team anymore. He thought he was supposed to sew curtains, do makeovers, and fix lemonade for the boys after they saved the day. (which they didn’t, cause they wound up needing to be saved by Skipper anyway lol) Skipper also reacted positively to Kitka and “Arlene”. Until Kitka hacked up Fred the squirrel (alive), which Skipper then said “I think we should see other people”. And with “Arlene”, he began to be suspicious of her when Marlene was nowhere to be found (not knowing Arlene WAS Marlene)

So I’m just wondering what would be better to write...Skipper being suspicious? Or have him not be suspicious?  Also, to those who have read this far (thanks btw, have a cookie!), I’ll have you know that despite me trying to make my old PoM OC be better by changing her name and personality, the old 14-year-old PoM fan inside of me does NOT like the fact that I changed the name from “Vee” to “Gwen”  I find myself wanting to type “Vee” instead of “Gwen” and it’s kind of annoying lol

If you’ve watched Steven Universe, what scene made you or wanted to make you tear up?

I haven’t watched the movie, but I would have to say that Spinel’s backstory is just heartbreaking. Being abandoned for 6000 years, tossed aside like a ragdoll/plaything by Rose/Pink Diamond. Like, I wanted to hug her when she was singing about it.

I love it, how Sharon isn’t simply one of those 0815 charas. I mean. Look. Even her parents didn’t die in a car accident ( more over - they’re even still alive! HURRAAAY! ). If you look at all those other 100 OCs of other people, that’s already really creative.

Also no overdramatic backstory. No neko… no mafiawife and also no alive skeletton....oh, the question is about other thinks?Nmmh… it’s hard to say how different the interpretations are. But she’s rather close to MC. So she’s good in my opinion = u = I already kind of liked her by our first interactions, but she got better and developed more and more.

My thoughts on their writing style as a whole:

She’s definitely a really good listener and hardworking person. Also her personality is one of the best qualities of her.

What I Think Are Their Strengths:

Definitely her mentality. Often, we two appear to me to be rather similar. But then there are things again, where we’re so different from each other. Of course you can get anxious about a few things too. As I already said, she’s also such a hardworking person, mostly for her university and I really enjoy it, when she tells me what happened, when she needs some cheering up ( even if I’m bad at it ) or needs some help ( even if I mostly simply butt in without getting asked, ops- :’) Sorry )

And she’s a great artist~!

A Memorable OOC Interaction Of Ours:

There’s so much I remember tbh. Each awkward talk… our first talks. I still read sometimes our old conversation on my old Saeran account, even the first big text you sent, when the ship sunk and still, I kinda have the feeling as if this would be one of the main-thing how our friendship begun. I mean, after all it also was the first conversation in which I found out that we both dislike onions.

okay so basically Volatile is about like these characters (see: Vee, Lolo, Rebe, etc) who live in a planet alike earth but theres this Goo that's mutated people from like millions of years ago and stuff but since then the goo has been Tampered With and if u touch it nowadays u'll wither to Death unless you have, like, mutated ppl genes?

anyways my oc is Not completely immune but has Some Heritage (on his mother's side) (who he doesn't even know personally btw) and touched some.

but the thing is the Goo he had touched had been Tampered With so it could have a USE. it wasn't just being investigated. the scientists intended to make it so they could mutate Useless Objects to make them phase through the earth to go to the Core and get Melted In It. it didn't work because the goo responds to brainwaves.

But since Lolo Touched It they can phase through stuff now ! but! the goo changed ur appearance slightly (pointier, longer ears; more sensitive hands and feet; etc) he became a Target.

hey guys updating this to add more to her lore and also say that hey remember when i said her main two inspirations were audrey redheart and hitori uzune. yeah. well. shoves them over a bit. puts oersted next to them. i havent even really changed anything about her character i just kind of went (oh this guy is. my oc would relate to this guy.) while i was playing lal for the first time. anyway

the main patchnote im adding is Homosexuality. because see. i do really like the direction of "she really is just running from her fear and guilt with no destination in sight" but i also. think thats lame after a while and doesnt give rise to many good plot beats from there. and i also do want to see her be vaguely more mentally healthy. probably not a full redemption arc mind you, but something. anyway i was thinking that she can still run but it'd be fun to have some Other justice-obsessed loser continually tailing her. so she can have a bounty hunter now. i dont have a good name for her so until i do her name is trigger (she is a hare i know that much. heh. hare trigger. thats the joke)

the thing is that?? sera actually. prefers being Hunted To The Death. because. despite the loner in the woods dealie she tries to pull. she is absolutely Not a loner. at all. her whole breakdown was about being cast out for gods sake. so at least this is. Some form of companionship. you need to get better standards. she also prefers it because having someone Else try to punish her for her misdeeds kind of shuts up her own brain punishing her for her misdeeds. cant think about being incredibly self destructive when youre using your brainpower to dodge sharp pointy things shot at your face.

anyway yeah. so trigger is Freakishly determined on killing sera (because she has nothing better to do) and sera enjoys the company because its the closest thing shes got. also sera does like to flirt with her (think the yuuya school of being a flirty little asshole to distract yourself and everyone else from your severe mental issues) because If I Didnt Know Any Better, I'd Say You're Obsessed With Me! and yeah yeah you know the ship trope. trigger just has more of a gay hatecrush panic every showdown and does not really. parse that its gay for Stupid long. meanwhile sera is just flirting with her because she misses having someone to banter with she doesnt actually think shes capable of being loved. this is a mess. anyway the point is that theyve been doing a gay cat and mouse chase for so long at a point that they know each other better than anyone else and it feels wrong to not have one or the other there and maybe neither Wants the chase to end. yknow. the type of characters that due to character differences Wouldnt work together but if they did for a common enemy theyd work so harmoniously because they know each others weaknesses and habits in combat from fighting each other. you know.

(lies down and dies) okay everyone meet drosera shes my best friend she's my little meow meow she has 97 mental illnesses and is not allowed in most public spaces. most of my ocs have accidental character inspirations and at least 2 of them for her are the ones I want to put under a microscope and then into a blender if that's any indication of what she's like. if u can guess them u get a cookie.

anyway her deal is that she's an exile from Whatever Place She Lived In because she decided to do an Itty Bitty vigilante justice murder and was shocked when her town took that badly. (note: she thinks this murder is justified. she is quite possibly fully incorrect and very out of line either way.) being exiled for doing The Right And Just Thing gives her abandonment issues for days and she abandons her whole past identity in an outburst of (I never needed you all if all you ever do is turn your backs on me) and is now plotting to get revenge on her town in order to be an object lesson on what happens when you betray someone you loved. effectively she's putting herself as an example or, failing that, a martyr, but really her worse and worse actions are only caused by denial and her own lost pride. but she does not see that at all because all she sees Herself as is a disgraced hero
