the table consisting of you, your best friend, the girl and her best friend turned to look at the girl who hasn’t felt the need to hide her infatuation with your boyfriend.

“what are you talking about?” your best friend.

“i don’t know,” she twirled her locks around her finger, looking upwards in thought. “we’ve known each other nearly all our lives, i feel like it’s inevitable.”

again, silence.

“is that not your boyfriend talking to bokuto right now?”

the girl sighed. “i don’t care about him, after all i just settled. the one i really want is right there.”

you didn’t need to follow her finger to know where it was pointed. the sound of your boyfriends boisterous laughter reached your ears, such an opposing atmosphere to the one you were sat in right now.

‘at least one of us is enjoying ourselves’ you thought.

“he doesn’t think of you that way.”

the tension was suffocating as all three heads turned towards your stern scowl.

her eyes widened. “damn i kinda forgot you were his…” she waved her hand, refusing to acknowledge the fact that the man she wants has already been claimed. “when you’re done with him, send him my way yeah,”

whether the smirk on her face was joking or serious, you didn’t know and quite frankly didn’t care.

before you could retort, a loud voice called over to you. “baby, come here a sec!”

like a flipped switch, the loving smile oh so familiar to your kotaro made an appearance on your face as you left the table, itching to get as far away from the girl as possible.

she nervously watched as you engaged in conversation with your boyfriend and ‘what she settled for’. hands fiddled with themselves under the table as she watched you whisper something to the two, causing bokutos smile to drop, and her boyfriends eyes to harden in disbelief.

three pairs of eyes stared her down, one angry, one disappointed and one challenging.

there was no point in defending herself, she had already known you relayed her message on to her soon to be ex boyfriend, but what hurt more than being caught was the disappointed look that pierced her heart, the look coming straight from the man she loved.

BAJI

"hey girlie can i give you some advice real quick?"

you were dreading this. a small get-together with your boyfriend and his friends suddenly turned into a side eye fest when baji's self-proclaimed 'bestie' showed up. ever since the stern look over she gave you when she greeted you, you could tell she was bursting at the seams to give some 'girl to girl' advice on your outfit choice.

now that baji reluctantly left your side to hover in the kitchen, she made her move.

"i love your sense of fashion and stuff, you know how you just don't care what anyone thinks of your outfit, buttttttt i just wanted to let you know thank kei isn't into that stuff, he's more into the innocent barbie kinda look, d'ya get what I'm saying?"

you gave a once over at her outfit: oversized, pink sunglasses sat atop her dead straight blonde hair, she wore a bralette miniskirt two-piece with an oversized hoodie covering her arms.

not to stereotype, but she's describing herself. maybe not so much the innocence, but the barbie look described her for sure.

"he's also into blondes," she snapped her gum. " since we've been friends forever, i can tell you now all the girls he dated, or showed interest in were blonde. not to tell you to not be yourself or whatever..."

"maybe that's why he went for something different this time," you shrugged. "the ones before me didn't work out."

she played off her surprise with a laugh. "that would make sense yeah..." she tucked her hair behind her ear awkwardly, leaving awkward silence between you.

"why are you guys sitting in silence." keisuke made his presence known, holding two solo cups.

as he walked past, the girl leaned forward ready to thank your boyfriend for the drink, but he walked past her without looking back, making her shrink in embarrassment.

"for you, my lady." he bowed dramatically.

"you're so silly kei," you chuckled, pulling him into you. "hey do you like blondes?"

he almost got whiplash from your sudden change of topic. "i like what i like."

"and what do you like,"

"i like you... i guess"

"what do you mean 'you guess'" you jokingly mocked, hitting him lightly after setting your drink down.

"nothing, nothing" he chuckled, wrapping an arm around you. "why ask anyways?"

you subtly glanced at the girl who watched the whole interaction in silence, shooting her a smug smirk.

"no reason."

SAKUSA

"your boyfriends so good looking," a voice so quiet, you were sure you weren't meant to hear it.

you turned your head towards the manager's daughter who had the audacity.

she jolted at your hostility "did I say that out loud? whoops, I meant the guy next to him."

the practice match had now ended, and sakusa began to make his way towards you as the team now had their break.

"sakusa!" she waved him over, thrusting a bottle towards him. "good work out there, have a drink!"

"no thanks."

he walked passed her and straight towards you, taking the bottle you had brought with you from your shared home.

"would you like a towel?"

damn she was persistent

"no thanks" his voice remained the same. "i'd rather use things i can trust, from my own home."

she watched enviously as he took the towel from your hands, wiping the sweat from his chiselled face. not a word was spoken between you, but the warm and loving smiles and the faint blush covering his cheeks said enough.

"you know i can do so much more for you than she can," she started. "does it not make more sense to be with me? you literally play for my team."

though her words were sharp and precise, they didn't hit the intended target. your face held the same expression, save for the daring look you shot her, challenging her to continue.

before you could speak up to her, kiyoomi spoke.

"you know its better to date someone you love, right?" his mocking words took the same format she used. "and i don't play for you, i play for your father, and I'm sure he would love to hear about his bothersome daughter whose uncomfortable advances are messing with my play." he basically threatened.

if heartbreak had one expression, she would be wearing it. whether it was the way he declared he didn't love her or the way he used her trump card against her, her expression was firm, then slack, then firm again.

her open mouth twitched, debating on whether or not to try to win him back. 'to win his heart or to leave him be, to win his heart or to leave him be?'

'leave him be' she came to the conclusion.

smart girl.

though the tension lingered in the air, she did not speak for the remainder of the day, to you or kiyoomi at least.

"didn't know you had such a mouth on you, kiyo," you smirked, liking this new side of your boyfriend.

his big palm pressed to your face, pushing you away before you could see the way the red on his cheeks deepened.

he knows he has kind of an ego and is put on a higher pedestal compared to others–he doesn't necessarily enjoy it, due to the pressures that kind of image has on him–but when he's with you, he doesn't feel like he has to act around you; he can be himself, a person, when with you. talking about your feelings with him and vice-versa over a good few slices of delicious milkbread is the perfect way for you both to release your pent-up feelings after a long day.

He was quite surprised at the announcement of your pregnancy that he passed out

He was soooo excited none the less, being a father sounded pretty fun

He definitely started reading books to try to help him figure things out

He was a terrible diaper changer (like no fucking joke, I think he'd be scared to change another one), he'd seen you do it so many times but for some reason he could never avoid getting peed on

Would brag to everyone about how cute his little baby is, "My baby just got their first tooth, and they're learning how to crawl! They've also got the cutest little chubby cheeks."

If the baby looks like you he would literally talk about it all the time. "Beautiful, just like your mama."

He's had experience with babies because well... Natsu <3

He got the baby a matching jersey so you two could watch his games :)

Bokuto Kotaro:

After finding out you were pregnant he would tell EVERYBODY The two of you were walking together to get ramen and you guys walked into the restaurant and got seats. The waiter came to you two and asked what'd you like to drink. "Hey, guess what? My wife is pregnant! Isn't that amazing?! We're gonna have a baby!" You had to hide your face from embarrassment but the waiter just giggled, Bokuto is def a himbo, your himbo.

He enjoyed decorating the room for your baby

He would dead ass miss practice to go to your appointments for the baby

The first time he held your little bundle of joy he cried like a damn baby, he couldn't help it. It made him so happy that the two of you brought a life into the world.

He didn't let Kenma hold your child for awhile because he was scared he'd drop the baby :')

Very protective of your little one

He wanted the baby's first word to be "Volleyball" but it was "da da" which still made him very happy

Bo is very proud of the baby you two have created so I'm 100% sure he takes a bunch of himself with the baby to post on his social media

He was scared to change diapers but he soon got the hang of it

100% would get up in the middle of the night when the baby is crying, just to let you sleep. "The baby." You sigh loudly as you hear your little one cry over the baby monitor. "I'll go check on them. You get some rest." You turn your head to face him, "You sure?" He just smiled at you and kissed your temple. "100%"

Suna Rintaro: (ofwhuowghwoqrwq do i need to say anything else?)

He thought you were joking when you said you were pregnant (oops) "That's a good one." He turned his attention back to his phone. "Rin... I'm serious. Do you wanna see the ultrasound?"

A little more on the hesitant side. He didn't want to believe it, but you had the proof so like...

He was low key scared to fuck up, his father was not a very good father so he was scared to be the same way his father was.

He didn't even hold the baby for the first few months. "Rin, come on. You aren't your father. You have me to guide you through the process. Come hold our little one." He stalked up the stairs, "no."

After awhile you finally convinced him to have physical contact with the baby "The baby.. i-is smiling at me?" You giggle at him, "of course they're smiling at you. They love their daddy of course."

After he finally started being around the baby, you literally could not tear him away from that child.

Some days he'd take the baby to practice, to the grocery store, everywhere.

You had to pry the child from his arms most days. "Rin, give the baby here.." He looked at you like you just told him to give away his prized possession. "Hell no." You sighed. "Rin you have to go to work!" He shrugged his shoulders, "the baby can come with me, Komori enjoys taking pics of them during practice." Jeez.. this man truly is something.

Overall he was scared for nothing. He was a great father ;)

Somehow he convinced you to have another one... (weren't you the same one who didn't hold your baby for months?) he wanted to make up for the few firsts that he missed

Kozume Kenma: (oh Lord)

He asked "Are you sure it's mine?" (yeah... virtual slap rn)

He told you he wasn't ready and asked if you'd consider an abortion or adoption, it made you really sad but you realized Kenma wasn't ready

It really hurt him to hear you cry about giving up your child which made him wanna try for you

Did not know how to hold the baby for the life of him "Umm.. am I like- holding it right..?" You burst into laughter at the sight. "Ken, you gotta support their head." He looked down at his baby. "Oh..."

He decided that he needed to do research before he ventured further down the path of fatherhood.

Kenma was confused with diapers. "You... you want me to change its diaper?" You scoffed at him handing him a fresh diaper. "Our baby is not an 'it' Kenma!" He groaned as he took the diaper from you. So he and the baby just kind of sat there staring at each other. "What do you wanna do?" He asked the baby, knowing they can't talk. The baby proceeded to poke Kenma's cheek and yell out, "DA DA DA DA." Kenma thought it was cute and laughed softly. "Yep, that's me." The baby repeated saying 'da' for awhile until they tired themselves out. "You're a lot like me." That day it clicked, he finally understood what it was to be a father

He wasn't very affectionate but he tried to show his baby that he cared the best way he knew how

You caught him cuddling the baby once, when you accused him of being affectionate he rolled his eyes half awake and said, "M'not being affectionate! Go awayyyy."

An Apology to Ossan's Love and The Novelist

I'm writing this post today as a formal apology to both Ossan's Love and The Novelist for avoiding them in 2018-2019 due to general negative fandom takes about them. Both shows are great, and I should have watched them six years ago.

I recently watched the Pornographer series thanks to @lurkingshan burning some of her coupons to make me properly engage with the series. In that series I found one of the most compelling expressions of internalized homophobia I’ve ever seen. Rio was not only cut off from being sexual with other people, but he felt like he couldn’t even be a proper man.

Later, in Mood Indigo, we got to see the messed-up way Rio became an erotic novelist but also finally seemed to connect with an important part of himself. He also found a mentor who, despite his proclivities, became an important paternal figure to Rio.

Finally, in Playback, Rio finally faced his own insecurities and accepted that Haruhiko loves him and reciprocated it. At every stage of this story, they are able to communicate so much of their story through the sex that’s happening. We’re applauding depictions of sex happening in the genre now that this series was doing half a decade ago.

I decided to give Ossan’s Love a second try when I saw @isaksbestpillow getting so excited about the second season and providing context for the original show. With Ossan’s Love, I understand why people might have bounced off this series right away. A lot of folks don’t enjoy the way the Japanese do comedy, Haruta is intentionally unlikeable at the beginning, and I’ve seen concerns about the boss either being a predator or that his feelings would be treated as a joke.

Thankfully, I tend to enjoy Japanese comedy and found the show hilarious! I was laughing out loud almost every single episode because of multiple characters, but most especially Yoshida Kotaro as the boss. This show generated so much of its comedy from the core characterization of each character, so every joke landed so smoothly for me.

Something I really liked about this show was that it never said we were wrong for disliking Haruta for being a mess and a slob. He cannot take care of himself, and he barely gets better at it before the end of the show. I like that Maki breaking up with him didn’t make him suddenly straighten up his ways about this and become a fully-functioning housekeeper, but he did get better about doing some chores even as the chief started taking care of him. Haruta isn’t the easiest character to like on the domestic front, but he is good at his job and he is a kind character. I like that you have to figure out why these guys like the mess that is Haruta, because I like the audience has to think about what in men that gay people find attractive. Is that a rosy-eyed read? Yes. I don’t are.

As for the boss, he never uses his position over Haruta, and they’re also in sales. It’s not as egregious to me as it would feel in other positions. I also like that his attraction to Haruta isn’t a joke, but the fact that he’s older and maybe isn’t speaking the language of the youth is very funny. He’s an extremely endearing character and I love Kurosawa Musashi.

So, this is my apology to both of these shows for letting negative fan opinions stop me from facing these shows properly. Both of them were great. I’m currently working through the Ossan’s Love: In the Sky season to get to the movie and new show.

So @bibibbon talked about the chapter and was thinking in sit this one down but...nah, I want to say how...this chapter is another proof this is not a story where Izu will be the biggest hero, but the biggest martyr if he is lucky.

The fact Izu is now quirkless and lost an arm is...gross. really gross. I talked to @doodlegirl1998 how the trope people created in fics where "Izu loses his arm ain't cool?" Is really not cool. He loses an army for shocking value and gains nothing. Edward Elric wants to revive his mother and then save his bother...he lost his power but got something greater in return...and people think Izu and Edward's cases are the same. Not even in fics make similar.

@palesweetscherryblossom Izu lost his arm and quirk to save a lunatic. The fandom is weeping about Tenko's friends "he was so good" cricket noises to Izu as in chapter 1 we saw him doing the whole "helping misfit" but no misfit helped him.

Now .... something some people may not agree. Dfo! No. I dont think it will be canon nor I want to be. Afo has show he doesn't care for Izu (guys Inko already suck as mother...do we need to give this to Izu? What would help? I even think he wants to die now "don't have anything outside for me now")

We saw afo on a "date" with Kotaro and people may think this will lead to dfo. I think it will lead to afo being a creepy. Dude is doing everything to ruin Nana's family for....reasons we don't know. (If Nana was a man...would he have done this extreme? Not calling afo a sexist but if she was a man would the narrative treat the situation the same? Maybe, maybe not)

Afo is alive and well...inside Shig's world. We will see this asshole be his cringe self and ...Izu won't matter. We are seeing more of this joke now...afo walking around and talking to people is supposed to be scary "oooh the demon is among us" and if the writing was good this could have been a great twist....it's MHA. Afo was ausent in the story and is now a pitiful plot device.

A theory I saw...is how Yoichi may be the biggest hero and...sacrifice himself to end afo. So in a way, ending afo and ofa forever. Why he never did this before? Who cares? But this theory is still too optimist.

Izu and shig's memories don't really matter. It's an artificial way to make them seem as if they had a great relationship, they don't. Also ....have we saw any memory that matter for Izu? He has any good memory?

But yeah...afo gave shig decay...somehow. bc why not? You know, if Izu doesn't die...I do hope Eri rewind him so his arm is back.

Not sure if I'm making sense...it's just MHA is a big nothing and at the same time "fuck you Izu. Be silent" and his only theory is ...that fandom clings for some reason is "izu is the son of afo" and for what? What this would change? Afo calls Izu useless...he doesn't like him nor show any paternal love...guys, look how he treats Shig...why he would be a dad or want to be one?

I think next chapter....we will see afo's past again...more of the parasite. Seeing him planning how to ruin the Shimuras (the Shimuras as the newest chewing toy) and laughing maniacally. Why all that? Bc fuck you Nana.

Also.....Izu saw MONCHAN and Hana die. Great. He has no idea who they are but ...he saw they dying.

Guys let me gush about Black Pean! It’s so good!

I started watching Black Pean, or Black Forceps the other day and binged until episode 7! It was so good!!! I can’t wait to finish it!

Nino was so good as Tokai! I can’t say I’d want to be friends with him if he were a real person but he’s an amazing character lol! Usually I think of Nino as the cute little prankster so to see him play such an intimidating character was so interesting! He’s such an amazing actor 😭😭

Sena is really good too! I love how Tokai starts to trust him! He’s just a little guy and he’s learning! It’s so cute when Tokai trusts him to stitch up the patient in the ER even though he’s an intern. Takeuchi did an amazing job as Sena. :))

Saeki is such an ass like ughhhh he’s such an arrogant little shit and he knows it. I love his character though! Seiyo Uchino plays him so well! The man is so versatile! Like he’s such an arrogant ass in this show yet he was also in What Did You Eat Yesterday? as like the sweetest gay man in the world 😭 (He’s handsome too ngl)

And Takashina. Just Takashina. I know he might not be everyone’s favourite. But he is mine. He might just be the Snipe guy to a lot of viewers, sure he’s a bit misguided and kinda all over the place. He’s a mess, but he’s my mess. If Takashina has 100 fans I am one of those fans. If Takashina has only one fan, I am that fan. And if he has no fans. I am dead. I love this man so much I, no joke, had a dream about him the other night. Kotaro Koizumi, don’t ever change, you beautiful man. 💕💕

A/N: Finally, part 5! We’re getting closer to the reader and Akashi finally becoming a couple and Akashi is granted another nugget of the reader’s personal philosophy, but there are schemers lurking in the dark. Other then my usual warnings, there are mentions of bystanders who do nothing, in case that’s painful for anyone.  Masterpost

Akashi grinned as he saw you approach the team. Rakuzan had just won a practise match against Seiho, and you were practically jumping on the team. "You guys did amazing!" This, was of course a fact, but Akashi couldn't help but feel a little flustered at your bright, excited demeanor. "Thank you L/n-san, we appreciate your enthusiasm." Reo replied with a smile gracing his features. "Are you guys hungry?" You asked, considering the practise match took place just after classes, with Seiho's team having a free day off of school. Apparantly, the school was excused for a few days because of a fire accident during chemistry class which Akashi had used to his advantage, how he knew, you had no clue. This guy really was absolute. Eikichi belted out a big, "YEAH!" as Kotaro nodded quickly. "Good, because I'm treating you all to the Maji Burger. It's about damn time I repay you Seijuro," you said confidently, although your confidence slightly faltered upon seeing Nebuya's enthusiasm. Akashi noticed, of course. 'Her mother definitely doesn't makes enough to cover for his appetite, and of course she's a volunteer who's too sweet to work for money.' "I'm covering for Nebuya." He turned his head to his teammate and added, "You shouldn't take advantage of someone's kindness like that." Eikichi rubbbed the back of his head with a guilty expression on his face. You smiled, totally melting at his generosity, and the fact he just saved you from going completely broke.

After you all ate, Akashi insisted on walking you home. He had noticed a few things about you that dinner, something only a group setting and a public situation like this would showcase. Like how your confidence bordered on fearlessness when you were joking around with Kotaro. You didn't seem to care at all at what someone thought of you. It wasn't just at school where you were in a familiar enviroment with everyone knowing you. Your playful confidence and jokes were a constant, and with his teammates bringing more liveliness to the party, it added fuel to your lovely fire. He wondered how you did that, not being afraid to make a total fool out of yourself. "Dinner was quite fun." He said. "Yeah! Everyone was so nice, and I had quite a good laugh." You replied, your smile bright. "Well, you certainly were the heart and soul of our party. I cannot believe you got Kotaro to dance with you in the queue." "Well, there's nothing wrong with a little victory dance." You chirped. "I'm not saying there is. Just curious how you can muster that confidence." Akashi confessed. "Eh?" You asked him, not believing he of all people was asking you about confidence. You blinked a couple of times, before honestly replying, "Well, it's to do with my life's philosophy." "Your belief in great sorrow and great joy?" "Yeah. It was around the time where I adopted my philosophy, when I had this certain thought. It's true what they say in all those guilt-tripping charity commercials, most people would rather close their eyes to what injustice is in front of them. With your life, with what happened at Teiko, isn't that exactly what people did? I learnt that too, painfully well, with my own mother. You admitted to me you investigated me, yet the neighbor who told you about my mom's actions never did something about it, and there are more. It's what people do," you took a deep breath before continuing. "So then I thought to myself, if people don't want to see what's going on when my life sucks, they shouldn't suddenly open their eyes once I'm happy and feeling alive. Let the blind remain blind. The people who keep their eyes open no matter what are the only people who matter." "And thus you stopped caring for superficial people, including their opinions." Akashi concluded, and you nodded, looking slightly uncomfortable at being vulnerable. "It's difficult to find happiness if you care about everyone else's before your own. That same thought should go for trying to please others by behaving accordingly when following your heart is a harmless thing to do." 'A harmless thing to do...' Akashi thought about it. "Have I ever told you that you are wise for your age before?" "No, you haven't. But thank you." You smiled at the compliment, your eyes casted down as you were to one to feel slightly flustered this time. Akashi smiled at your reponse, and longed to grab your hand. "I'm happy we're friends," was what he said instead. "Me too." You replied softly, and you bit your lip as you noticed you were already at your street. Akashi wished he didn't had to watch you leave, but he swallowed back how he felt, and wished you goodnight. Your big e/c eyes were staring back at his own, "Goodnight, Seijuro." You said, before you slipped into your home. Which has made him feel like he was dying because of mutiple reasons.

1. You were leaving. 2. You wished him goodnight for the first time ever. 3. Your voice sounded so very sweet when you did. 4. You called him by his first name again.

'This girl has such a gigantic power over me, and she doesn't even has a clue.'

Who did have a clue, was his father, who was getting very impatient at the fact his son wasn't home yet. 'She gets him to skip classes, both at school AND home, and he spends the free time he does have on dates with her. He should get a better grip on himself.' The man was silently seething in anger, because this wasn't how he had raised his son. Fujioka, on the other hand, was watching on with a pit of dread forming in his stomach. He feared for the young master's return. Not because he was worried for the young master's safety, but for whatever punishment would await him when he'd get home. The boy already had such a workload, and whomever the girl he was seeing was, she seemed to try and save whatever was left of the young master's childhood. The boy should be a boy. Fujioka-san knew, that whilst his master didn't like your influence, Shiori-Sama would have approved of it. He couldn't help but look forward to the future, when a kind mistress would be the lady of the house once more. So when Akashi finally arrived home, he preprared himself. 'I'll defend the young master and his blossoming love from Masaomi-Sama. It's what Shiori-Sama would have wanted, and I was her servant first.'

Nanjo Family

The Nanjo family consists of eight members in the main family, Kotaro, the eldest son, Kojiro, the middle son and Kosuke and Koharu the younger twins, Yuzuki, the father, Aoi, the mother and the paternal grandparents, Haruki; the grandmother; and Toshio; the grandfather; who all but Kojiro and Kotaro live in the Nanjo family home. On the other hand the maternal grandparents, Riko; the grandmother; and Yuma; the grandfather; live with their twin sons, Seijo and Hideo, on the Nishimura family farm. While the Nanjo's daughter and the Nishimura's middle daughter live respectively with their husbands and children.

Many of the characters are constantly changing, such as hair, eyes, facial features, to make them look more like the canon, but keeping our way of making sims, so the appearance may vary a little over time. We will reblog when some change is made.

He's a renowned Italian food chef in the area, great gourmet and fetén cook, no one in the place misses his meals. His specialty is Carbonara, a dish praised by Kaoru, although he doesn't say so, accompanied by a glass of white wine and small cherry tomatoes. He always tries to try and cook new recipes in which includes in his menu, both savory and sweet dishes, although personally doesn't like desserts so sweet. Apart from making food, lately he has taken a liking to creating cocktails and drinks and is quite good at it.

He has a best friend since childhood, whose name is Kaoru Sakurayashiki and they get along like cats and dogs. They have known each other since Kindergarten, and since that time they have always been together, although had already been together since their parents are neighbors and friends.

His body is his temple so he doesn't punish it with junk food or steroids, in his free time he also usually dances, and as a good Nanjo he likes to make jokes, something he probably inherited from his grandfather Toshio.

When he was little he used to go to his maternal grandparents' farm, where he learned to love plants and farm work. He learned how expensive farming and ranching is, the time and all the steps each product has to go through to get a quality product. His grandparents have a restaurant and had a cafeteria-shop; currently run by their middle daughter with her husband; in this restaurant they use part of the quality products they grow on their land, another part is received by Kojiro and the rest is sold to the local people.

Kojiro is a brave guy when it comes to serious moments, in some circumstances he gets scared but it's something that happens to all people.

He likes sports; as can be seen by his large muscle mass; and usually goes to the gym. Besides being somewhat "obsessed" with muscles, he loves and appreciates seeing it in others. He has one sport that he practices more than any other with his friends and that is skateboarding.

Kojiro is a very romantic and passionate guy, people say he's a great kisser, and usually goes with college girls in each of his arms in his free time. He's a very friendly guy, it doesn't take him long to make friends with someone new. Working in his restaurant he's never short of a friendly smile.

When he can goes for walks in the countryside like when was a child, he's very happy when hiking. Kojiro is very good with painting, photography and writing, could it be on his mother's side? For some reason he doesn't like Hip-Hop, but loves world music, romantic music and pop music. His favorite colors are green, pink and red.

Son of Yuzuki and Aoi Nanjo. He has three siblings, a middle brother, Kojiro and two younger twin siblings, Kosuke and Koharu. Kotaro is a young doctor, who someday would like to open his own practice but for now works at the hospital going to house calls, especially in the place where his grandparents live. His specialty is pediatrics, he takes care of children from 0 (newborns) to 12 years old (primary school). From a very young age he knew wanted to be a doctor, because one day his little brother Kojiro got lost in the forest and when he was found saw the work of doctors to make sure his brother was completely well, although he never really knew it was the paramedics, not until he was older. His favorite patients were Kojiro and Kaoru, his little brother and his little brother's best friend, as they always had some little bump or scrape on their knees, especially in the summer. Kotaro would sometimes get angry when they had nothing, as he said it was a day he couldn't practice, something he grew out of over the years.

He enjoys video games especially with what he can compete against someone, either with his siblings or a friend. Sometimes he even makes his own videos and shows them to his patients while cures or checks them, he also writes little stories that gives to his patients with an unnamed hero/heroine, a talent he started to develop thanks to his little brother Kojiro. Something Kotaro usually does in his spare time is photography, he has always said that if wasn't a pediatrician, he would have been a photographer.

Kotaro is a correct and polite guy, he always treats his patients and all people in general with respect. He is seen by everyone in the hospital as a great leader, the first days of practice he was immediately, and in less than a week everyone was already talking about him positively. He is self-confident, and when he thinks he's right, no one can change his mind. His grandparents sometimes call him to consult him about the store as he also has a good eye for business.

His brother Kojiro and his brother's best friend, Kaoru, used to see him as a hero when they were kids. Nowadays Kojiro still sees him as a hero, Kaoru on the other hand sees him as a madman? How can he work surrounded by children every day? The children he takes care of also see him as a great hero, although Kotaro has never seen himself as such. Although he looks very serious, he's a great joker and many of his older patients (8-12 years old) leave the office laughing, and instead of going to the doctor it looks like they have gone to visit a great friend.

He's often the one who brings order to his parents' meals at home, and always tries to follow a healthy menu and eat correctly.

Both he and his grandfather Yuma have the same decorative taste, Yuma is the maternal grandfather who lives on the Nishimura farm. Kotaro was always saying that when he grew up he would live in a house that had the furniture that his grandfather had, now that he lives in an apartment, asked his grandfather for advice and has it decorated with similar farmhouse style furniture. Although he knows that someday will have to move out of there, if wants to set up a private practice in the place where he lives, as currently doesn't have much space, he has a mini office in his apartment, but barely goes into it. His favorite color is red as says, it's a color that gives a lot of life. Perhaps autumn is his favorite season?

Kosuke is a normal student who likes jogging and wants to try to be like his two older brothers, big muscles and strong. He's the leader of "Futago" club, where his sister is also a member.

When he and Koharu were little, always tried to follow Kojiro and Kaoru everywhere in the house, something Kaoru didn't like, as he wanted Kojiro to only pay attention to him. So Kaoru always ended up misleading them and they lost sight of them or couldn't open the door because he locked it with a latch, something for which Aoi ended up scolding Kojiro, as she didn't like that they left the door closed that way. Kojiro would always say that it wasn't him and would argue with Kaoru so that he wouldn't do it anymore, but despite this it was a situation that was repeated more than once.

Kosuke attends violin lessons, since it is an instrument that he has been playing since he was a child and likes it very much. His parents agreed that he should take lessons, and who knows, may become a great violinist in the future.

He likes to collect objects he finds on the long walks takes with his crew. Sometimes he plays the hero in front of everyone, just like his sister Koharu. Lately he has met Miya, and from time to time they go out on weekends to the park or for a drink, together with his twin sister and Miya's friends. He also has a slight romantic interest in Hayner.

He doesn't like summer music, maybe it's because he had a bad experience at the annual school camps where they do courage tests, as his classmates often played them in the background when they stayed in the rooms at night. As an adult he says he will have an island-themed house and it will be all yellow, his favorite color.

Koharu is a girl who recycles everything she can, if something is broken she will try to fix it or give it a second chance. Her grandmother on her father's side has made her a member of the spa gym she goes to, and she's very happy because it's a gift from her grandmother, apart from the spa she also uses the gym to get in shape. Koharu is an excellent caregiver, and her neighbors sometimes leave their little ones with her when they have to go out somewhere.

Her favorite sport is snowboarding, although she has rarely been able to do it, as can only do it when she goes to Hokkaido with her paternal grandparents or her parents. She also wants to skateboard, but doesn't know how to approach her older brother, Kotaro, who keeps telling her that it's a very dangerous sport. She has also thought about telling Kojiro, thinks there would be no problem with him, but still doesn't know how to go about it.

Lately she has met Miya, and from time to time they go out on weekends to the park or for a drink, together with her twin brother and Miya's friends. She also has a slight romantic interest in Paul Schneider.

When she puts on her headphones, she listens to pop music, as she loves it. And when her twin brother complains about the summer music, she laughs and plays it even though she neither cares nor dislikes it, just to annoy him. As an adult she says that her house and personal things will be bohemian decor. She likes the color white, as it reminds her of the snow has seen a few times, not to mention that she can snowboard in it. A few years ago, for her brother Kojiro's birthday, she, Kosuke and her grandparents on her father's side went to Hokkaido, which is why they weren't present at Kojiro's birthday, she was also unable to snowboard because it wasn't snow season, something that saddened her a little.

Aoi is an ambitious woman, who wants all her children to be successful doing what they love the most. She's very much a homebody and whenever she can tries to get the whole family together, whether on weekends or holidays. She's also a great sportswoman, in fact her children have inherited that from her, since she has accustomed them to play sports since were very young.

She never misses a good music concert even if it's on television, in fact she was the one who encouraged Kosuke to play the violin. The instrument she likes the most is the organ but she has never played it, hopefully someday she will have the opportunity. Aoi also loves to dance, especially when she goes to karaoke, either to the rhythm of her song or to the rhythm of whoever is singing.

When she was younger, apart from helping her father, in her free time she dedicated to painting portraits of the customers of the restaurant or of the cafeteria-shop and landscapes. Riko came from a family with siblings and knew how much fun it was not to be an only child, how much fun they had when were all together, even if it was a headache at times, and their parents had a hard time keeping everyone quiet. So they agreed that whatever children came would be fine, and despite having a hard time having more than one child, they ended up having four.

He's a very polite man and never refuses a good morning greeting, even if he doesn't know the person; even though it only happens in summer, when tourists come from internal or abroad. But on the other hand he likes to look for things in the garbage, which he always finds to fix and/or decorate the house because thinks that there are people who throw things away because they have no use for them.
