I think a lot about Leo’s tendency to push his way into the spotlight despite clearly being a natural in the shadows. Hell, you could argue that his worst moments are when he’s forcing himself onstage, and his best are when he does things no one notices until it’s already been done.

wild animals treat my stepdad like he’s a disney princess. he’ll sit in the backyard with his little italian espresso cup and the birds will come to him. he talks to the bugs while he smokes. cats visit our house to listen to him play drums in the shed. he’s got the calm and grace of an ancient muse but he’s almost sixty years old and likes wearing funny hats. when I ask him about it he sagely says he loves everything in the ecosystem and giggles

I'm not hating but I do see some confusion around Zuko's flashbacks in Zuko Alone and the flashbacks in The Search re: people going "whaaaat this family dynamic is so weird Azula is acting so weird no one actually acts like this" and like IDK HOW TO TELL YOU THIS. really sucks when you realize you and a friend have just kind of grown up as two different people and don’t mesh together like you used to and like you have so much history you don’t wanna let go of but you’re absolutely miserable in the friendship
