literally my boyfriend is my painkiller.

Whenever I'm with him my pain goes down so much I can ignore it. Yea sometimes there's days where nothing helps the pain but at least he's there to take care of me. Most times tho his presence has a drastic effect on my pain levels. Maybe it's cause when he's around I feel less stressed and more safe and secure? An interesting little fun thing with team 7 is that you assume that Sakura's gonna, like, woobify and simplify Sasuke by putting him on a pedastal,cause her goal is centered around him and shes a 12 y/o fangirl so like of course her understanding of him is skewed cause she doesnt see him as a person, just an object of affection, right? She's can't get Sasuke, can't imprint on and/or traumabond with him like Naruto and Kakashi do. They don't see him with rose tinted glasses, because they've lived through their own Horrors and empathize with Sasuke's experience.

Naruto's single-minded codependent ass won't get out of his own way long enough to see Sasuke for who he actually is, only able to empathize with the parts of his trauma Naruto relates to and not really capable of understanding him outside of the context of himself (because Sasuke is. His other half). And Kakashi is far too jaded to be fair to him!! He can't decide if Sasuke is gonna end up as a mini-him or a mini-Obito or maybe a mini-Itachi, but either way he ALSO is too traumatized to see Sasuke AS SASUKE.

Given how Karlachs whole Soul and Body thing works despite the deal between Gort and Zariel, it is to assume that if a 3rd party sells you, it is not your soul being traded but your body instead. Aka, you really are just a commodity/slave being sold, and you may lose the ownership of your body, but despite devil dealings, your soul still belongs to you.

This also explains why Gorts' soul immediately ends up in Bane's grasp rather than the HoH or smth. Because Raphael may have been the owner of his body, but the soul belonged to Gort the entire time, and it stands to reason one of the main motivations Raphael has for torturing kid Gort is to gain his soul in exchange for peace or some shit.

But this also means there is a high likelihood Gort was aware of what the deal entails, the transfer of ownership of his body and not soul, meaning he knows his body is technically speaking Raphael's property.

And petty and spiteful as that man is, I propose a lot of the shit he did was deliberately aimed at ruining his body, for he's aware it is not his own but Raphael's. And spiting Raphael and fucking over or ruining his shit is one of Gortashs most beloved past times.

So basically, Gortash does not care how horrible his body is suffering from his strict regime or Bhaalspawn antics instead he takes twisted pleasure in mailing his physicians reports to the House of Hope, always keeping Raphael up to date on how hard he's ruining some property of his rn.

djjsjej okay to be fair this is because daniil is 1-7 in the last 8 janiil matches (the only win being wimbledon when jannik was literally dying on court and it STILL went to 5 sets), where he had been 6-0 before that. Really to me that's almost worse than mouse man or griekspoor since it used to be one-sided in daniil's favour but now it's completely switched. It feels like at least it should be more even. Also I'd hedge the janiil matches have generally been higher stakes since they're both high ranked and generally meet deeper into the tournaments.

This is not to downplay the incredible angst of the de sinnaur and jannik-griekspoor h2hs though, jannik isn't enemy of the state here for nothing. we r all holding hands in solidarity against the horrors (jannik sinner) actually
