I'm thinking abt that pretty fall leaves embroidery pattern post and about how like... it is categorically a repost, it's a reupload. right? a thing that is generally disliked. but because it's credited, it's genuinely boosting the artist in question. and it could ALWAYS be like this. reposting content could ALWAYS be a symbiotic relationship, but because sourcing back to the original creator of something is so uncommon, it's just easier to ask people not to repost it at all. and people still don't understand the difference. or they'll go to the effort of cropping out usernames/signatures to repost something, which is More Effort than literally crediting the creator of something you liked enough to want to repost. Like. I literally don't actually care if my own shit gets reposted, you have to understand. I just don't want it STOLEN. But "do not repost" is easier to write on my art than "you can repost this, but don't alter the image/remove my signature, don't you dare write 'credit goes to the artist' because that is not credit, please link back to my original post or someplace that you can actually find me. please use an actual link/url instead of writing a non-clickable link of my username, because making it text instead of a clickable link cuts the number of people who will go to the effort of visiting my own page in Half." All those aggregate themed accounts, those fuckin annoying as hell instagrams and facebook groups that are like "body positive art we love wamen 💕 hashtag feminism" and then MASS-STEAL plus sized art created by women, if pages like these that always go and steal my older self-portraits and other works... If they just put a link to my prints of those pieces in the text of those posts, or, fuck, my commission info page? I would literally be living on the moon right now. so she is definitely a star of some kind. i mean she is an angel but in that story in particular The Stars are kind of angels. like they’re otherworldly beings and they jus kinda hang out. cosmically. it’s a different dimension separated from the human one but like, obviously stars still exist for humans, they just don’t do anything crazy because the rules of the world dictate that their realities shouldn’t interact. angels can observe the other world from far up above yet they still exist on a different level. But tbh zavijava had never enjoyed the otherworldly ethereal whatever lifestyle—she just didn’t feel like she fit in there. she is a #1 humans fan though so she knows that’s where she’d fit in. so she does just that. she fits in perfectly :) and normally :) yay :)

Okay gaymers, it's time for my review of the sky pc controls, as a sky vet from android release.

first of all,

Hi, my name is Ymir, aka sky-poprocks, I have played sky for uhhhh... nearly... 4 years now (it's about... 3 and a half rn isn't it...) and let me explain WHY these controls feel like a gut-punch to me.

1- I need control of mouse sensitivity. why? I, when playing any sort of computer game that uses camera controls, like my sensitivity strong enough to kill a normal man. and fuck man I need the ability to choose things further for what my mouse does.

2- There's currently a lack of any keybinding system- or way to KNOW what your controls are until you smash your keyboard to try and find out. I think, I in fact dislike 99% of these controls. I want to rebind my keys and have some stupid specific controls set (ie fly and jumping as different things, I literally just found out how to spin in the sky by SPAMMING controls accidentally, it's difficult)

3- graphics need to have better options- wow? sky having horrible settings on this still on pc? more likely than you think. I do like the fact they allow it to change for what you need for the borders (so it stays in bound, but hell man). I think we need options further than we were allowed to pick. please. I need to control text size... I am SO blind and sleepy your honor.

4- Lighting other players is near instant and make it difficult to do things. yeah yeah, controllers and switch/ps has this issue already (note: I don't own a ps, so I may be wrong), but it's such an issue in this demo that I have wanted to cry for the less than one hr I opened sky's pc demo when nearby any other players in the same server as I.

5- the camera snapping </3 I, as well as my other friend who has messed with the demo, experienced pretty bad. because of a low control onto the camera sensitivity, it made it difficult to look around.

probably a couple more issues, feel free to add on, this was what I immediately experienced within the small amount of time I messed around immediately after waking up.

The two of them miss performing together just as much as we miss seeing them together and it’s always nice to know that the feeling’s mutual

Also Miles probably telling Alex that he enjoys singing their songs but that it just isn’t the same as knowing Alex is right there beside him barely an inch between them shouting the words together into one mic out into the awaiting audience to hear them reflected back thousandfold

The way he’s vibing while filming 🫶🏽🥹🐢 also that mean that he surely also was there yesterday with Rosie watching the Strokes; imagine just casually standing next to the Miles Kane during a festival like sorry to whoever’s onstage (unless it’s AM) but there a new main act now

its fun trying to come up with a layout for linebecks ship. what the fuck is in there. the game itself isnt even that consistent about it. theres no way its just the one room. why is there such a long staircase into that one room anyways. that staircase is on the right side of that room and therefore would be on the right side of the ship but when you see linebeck and oshus leaving the inside of the ship before the final boss they’re coming from the left side of the ship what the hell

it's really funny how differently my partner and I approach and feel about music.

like here i am, making themed playlists left and right (for moods, characters, and generally everything I can think of), looking up lyrical analysis, translating lyrics for myself just for fun, while this man was just asked what his favorite music was right now, and he deadass responded "Spotify Daily Mix #3".
