okay so maybe kevin caught onto jean having feelings for SOMEONE but didn't know it was him.

and Jean, trying to keep kevins attention (as one does when they have a crush on an older person they sort of idolise) tells him it's a freshman trojan right

and Kevin, both out of curiosity and Teenage Boy Bullying (affectionate) makes jean watch a match with him, and keeps pointing towards freshmen on the trojan line up, and he gets to jeremy (Jean doesn't even know his name at this point)

and Jean agrees. yeah. that's who he has a crush on. not because Jeremy is particularly attractive to him (at the time at least) but because he's the exact opposite if kevin, and kevin wouldn't ever suspect it MIGHT be him if jeans got a thing for blonds who don't know how to wipe the smile off their face

cut to 3.5 years later and jeans FURIOUS with himself because not only is he not a raven, but he accidentally predicted his own crush on this stupid blond with a cardboard dog who is just as bad at talking about his issues as jean

and Kevin already knows.

i think spearmaster and srs’ relationship is a lot more interesting than people usually make it in fan material… srs was apparently originally ‘repulsed’ (quite literally the word used) by spearmaster, but by the time it’s campaign rolls around, has become so attached they actively worry for it to nsh, being unable to imagine what would happen if it were seriously harmed… test tube baby emotions

Poppy was a baby when they escaped, around a year old? Maybe two, cuz I want more time for her and viva as kids :(. As for viva herself, I like to think she was around maybe 15-16 when they got separated? Maybe 17.

in the series branch said peppy was 3 times his age. Wiki says that puts him somewhere 69+(heh). So he'd have had poppy around his mid 40s maybe? And viva around his early 30s/late 20s

i saw a post talking about chronic illness a bit ago and between the things they mentioned it was atopic dermatitis and i was like. hey i do have that one. yeah it does is an illness. and it is chronic. and it does bring me immense amounts of physical pain and discomfort and requires lifelong medical treatment and is extremely detrimental and affects my life every day. and i never stopped to consider the idea it could be considered a chronic illness since the idea of chronic illness in my head are things more "serious" than what i have. i dont know what to do with that info now though
