The thing about picking a daemon for Kant is that it's tempting to pick a dog, but I wrote "prey animal rage" under one of the first gifset of him I reblogged, and I stand by it. But as rob said he's the kind of prey animal big enough to be confident that he can handle a lot. And that's where daemon AUs often hit a wall, because while it would be fun to have Kant's daemon be a bison, they're so big that they make interracting with the world really complicated. So I'm stuck trying to think of something big, but not too big. Fairly dangerous, but not too dangerous. And reasonably sexy. I'm stumped.

i like the idea of a giant otter but they have virtually no predator once adult :/

I got a heavy hankering to stretch my Mew design muscles.

So, I picked some of my favorite animals, and made Mews with their features. :>

As a warning, the second and third ones are pretty jarringly colored and could be hard on the eyes. I apologize for that. X3 At the time they felt right to me.

Personally I REALLY love the body shapes I got out of these. I'd want to re-work the colors and markings, but I may reuse some of these in the future~

Silly Game Time: AFRICAN ANIMAL TIME! Use a random letter generator, then look up African animals that start with that letter. What's one of them? Post a picture of it!

That's... going to be difficult.

So it took a minute, but I came up with the Yellow Mongoose! All the animals I found fell under the letter Y because they were yellow something-or-other, so that's what we are going with.
