I want to share this because I'm super thrilled to see it working out;

Thirty pounds down before the half-year mark, babyyyyyy!!

And that is just from consistently watching what I eat! I'm so happy that it's turned out to be that simple! I don't need to remove or dietify foods I love, I don't need to exercise off the splurges, I don't even need to worry about slipping up or taking days off from tracking--It's literally just as simple as watching what I eat! Which in my case, has turned out to be quite easy. (I've learned that I'm a very fortunate individual who isn't controlled by food. I just never bothered to control it either.) That's exactly what I needed to hear--My personal easy, and this is it!

I've had so many days of fast food, pizza, still have junk foods nearly every day, and still have managed to lose! I even lost weight for Teacher Appreciation week, AKA the week of sweets and treats galore. XD

I am extremely excited by my progress so far, and what it could mean for my future. I've never been one to hate on my body, and am (generally) happy with myself as a person, but at the same time, I don't necessarily like it either. The idea that I could actually have a body I like to look at like is beyond exciting. ^w^

Had brief moment last night that my headache subsided enough to doodle a bit. Really hoping it stays away today so I can draw more!

I think that last one makes for a good finale to the One Word Sketches, so I'm gonna call it there for now. Thanks y'all who gave me words to work with! ^-^ It was nice to let the artistic drive flow freely. Minus the few times I tried to draw for a word and it just didn't feel like working out, lol.
