What do i do when my best friend in the entire world also has the worst opinions ever? I love her more than i can describe but she says terrible shit.

She genuinely adores the USSR and the CCP and thinks theyre genius. She is strongly anti-zionist, says shit like zionists are why trump got elected and all zios should die. She said if she was american she would never vote because kamala is a genocide supporter and she wouldnt care if trump got in because theyre both as bad as eachother.

As far as politics go she glorifies anyone who claims to be communist, and she also glorifies the IRA and anything they ever did. She also only cares about trans rights and doesnt care about anything else with politicians. Trans rights are important sure but she will ignore any good things someone has done if theyve so much as uttered the wrong pronoun.

We agree on some stuff, and she is genuinely wonderful as a friend, but im starting to struggle with her opinions. She will scream at me that im evil for mine but expects me to agree with hers.

She even yells at my mum and says the classic "im not listening to a zio" when she says anything she cant argue with. She drives me nuts with this shit. But again, shes a good friend. I give her a lot of shit and im borderline cruel to her at times but she sticks around. Shes always there for me. But this is getting to me.

She also once said "im like your babysitter arent i" when i wanted to go somewhere with her and when i asked her to elaborate she said "well you always want me around" and it has stuck with me. She feels required to be near me and that hurts.

Idk, i dont have anyone else like her. She pretty much lives with me and we do everything together and i cant imagine life without her but things get really sucky at times. I literally have no other friends like her. I have good friends who i care deeply about but theyre not her yk? I mean id consider her my qpp and i love her to bits. Idk what to do.

OK hold on re: possibly empty Sora!! I've had this thought ever since Remind came out but haven't dared to say it but fuck it. The Sora Kairi combo attack confuses me so much. Why are they not using their keyblades, why is there no combined keyblade like with Riku, why are their memory wings scattering, and most importantly, why is it called One Heart? Romance of course, people will yell, and then stone me for denying it. I have a tinfoil hat theory that it's literal. There is only one heart present here. Sora is already fading away. Sora's heart is somewhere else, there is only one heart here. Or it's nothing but it keeps bugging me considering KH3 is so ripe with hidden meanings and triple twists.

I think at this point they might be similar to vanitas in that theyre hearts arent strong enough on their own so they work together to become "One". And i think its bc of the velocity their hearts are traveling (metaphorically but also a bit literally) and the fact that theyre going in opposite directions: kairi quickly coming back to the world of the living and reforming her heart and sora RAPIDLY descending into unexistence, and i think their hearts met at the Perfect intersection in this suspended time to defeat xehanort once and for all. Poetic for certain. Romantic love, i dont think so, since thats never the case with them. (QPP?? likely). This connection is also likely why sora "helps" kairi in mom and they Become One. I think their hearts are forever connected and theyve had so much Fucky shit done with each other's hearts and who knows, maybe its gone as far back as kh1 and the fact that sora housed kairi's heart all those years (in our time, like 2 years for them lol) made it so their hearts Locked into place and were Forever One. God, i love kairi and sora and sokai in any capacity so much. IM SO SORRY THIS ANSWER IS SO LATE BUT HERES THE RUNDOWN LOL

basically it started with me just imagining the show but with certain things that bothered me omitted or changed to fit my preferences, then i started incorporating some elements/characters from the games, and then it just evolved into a whole au with a plotline LOL! the characters i chose to include feel really random and unrelated when i just list them out but i promise there was SOME kinda logic to it,,, probably just jokes that were made between me and my qpp that i just decided to include for real lol! obviously theres adeline and ribbon (whos designs ive already posted here), but they come into play way later in the story lol. the main people i added are prince fluff, gooey, dark matter blade, drawcia, yin-yarn, and zero. queen ripple is also here too but she plays a pretty minor role lol.

it takes place pretty soon after the anime, specifically during the rebuilding of cappy town after it was destroyed in the finale. basically, drawcia shows up with gooey and dmb (they are her sons) and yin yarn shows up with fluff (his doll son he brought to life with magic). yin and drawcia meet and eventually get together because theyre both strange and offputting (affectionate). the name "arts and the craft" actually is a reference to them, since "arts and crafts" could be a term used for both knitting and painting, and "the craft" is a term used for magic :3! pretty soon after they arrive, weird stuff starts happening around town and its discovered that 3 girlies were sent to cappy town to generally cause a commotion. these girls are the 3 dark matter sisters that appear in kirby 64 (aka the ones that possess waddle dee, adeline, and ddd in-game)! later zero shows up and i thought it would be really funny if i just made him like the most divorced guy ever so hes literally just here to get drawcia back LOL??? she says no of course so he gets real mad and a fight breaks out. our heroes win of course and boom thats the plot babeyy!!! i was also gonna have some character arcs going on in the background of all of this (like ddd becoming a slightly better person, escargoon figuring out how to hate his life a little less, meta knight fully coming to terms with his past and healing from it, etc.) but thats the gist of things :3! looking back at my drafts and stuff i think its a bit too serious at times so if i decide to work on it again im definitely easing up on the drama LOL!

And anyways: the news about my ex was worse than I thought; it wasnt that they where in a poly relashionship with two other peeps, it was more like, they where only in a relashionship with one of the people, and they where chill with their partner having two partners. I support those types of relashionships and always will, its just that...They literally told me they wanted an "100% commited" relashionship when I asked about what was basically fwb's but with boundaries and consent that are discussed between us. And yet theyre chill with their new partner having a partner...? does their thing fit their standards of "commited" while my thing doesnt? I don't know...

Another anecdote: they played gartic on our shared discord server ,and I miss playing gartic... Im really happy theyre enjoying themselves but yeah...I wish I was there too. Im making myself scarce right now, for their sake but by the end of this week, I will [very gently] ask if they would like to talk again. From my perspective, I just want the uncomfy silence to be over and for us to sort things out, Ill tell them my hurts and theyll tell me mine. We will come out of the conversation with a better understanding of one amother and form a friendship. Or more like, resurrect our friendship that has gone doormant ever since I asked them to be my QPP. Im grateful to have that base of first being friends, itll make the transition of going back to that a lot easier. I really do care about them and wanna be friends again, plus also try be less 'tied' to them in the friend group. insane over a song again. yk what that means sunflower by michele leigh okkk focusing on emilio’s life before the institute or when he was around 4 or 5 basically. the institute would provide basic education and extra classes more indepth about different subjects and stuff just as a school would so for those 5 years, emilio just had a bunch of social interactions with other since for like. the next 11 years of his life he wouldn’t be talking to anyone but adults. noel/francis was probably the closest friend one had. kinda obvious the two meet again when you see the names of literally THE first people he meets in chapter 1. (well the first named characters i guess. not even amelia is named until chapter 2..) anyways it takes a while before they remember each other obviously. its been like 21 years since they last met?? i cant do math brah. but no shit theyre gonna be a lot different than when they were just silly 5 year olds.. well both of them think the other became a lot more cold and distant, like how the lyrics say “how did you get so cold?”  while neither of them would exactly say they think of a sunflower if ever asked to assign each other a flower, sunflowers represent loyalty and adoration, something they both had for each other. “sunflower, cant let you go” basically refers to the loyalty part of the symbolism and adoration is just something else sunflowers are also associated with but it fits in with what im saying so why not :3 also the intro of the song is probably what applies most to them imo. though they do end up making up and becoming qpps, what im talking about is the stage where they’re kind of awkwardly catching up and stuff. “what happened to us?” is talking about both how emilio just. one day stopped showing up at the park they’d always be at together and the fact that theyre both so different theyre not even sure if they could both be friends again. and this is before emilio becomes a priest in lancaster/florence county (still cant decide between which names yet :( soon maybe) so no mr egoist whos afraid of vulnerability yet lol. and the meaning of “we used to be best friends” is pretty obvious. i dont have any secret second meaning for this lmao

canofworms0 downloading tumblr. i know that sounds stupid but honestly its real. im not allowed to have anything else in regards to social media. not instagram, not twitter, not snapchat, not tik tok, nothing. my mother knows i have tumblr so i dont know why she doesnt make me delete it (but it might have to do with the fact she thinks its like deviant art or smth) but im so glad she doesnt. as social-media-addicted-teenager as this sounds without tumblr my life would fucking suk right now. i wouldnt have the things i do and i wouldnt be as happy. and i can give you examples.

lets go in order of events shall we :)

1. i downloaded tumblr some time last year (around may i think) and i immediately found a blog i liked! they were a 13yo like me they shared some of my interests and they seemed really cool! so i followed them. i dont know this blogs current @ but im so lucky i ever found them. a month or so later they posted about a server! it was a community server that they and some friends were in. i joined. thats where i met @starry-baby-katie and @gayishgothamite. and i love those dorks (affectionate)! we might not talk very offten but i think of them as people who are SO important to me. i love them with my whole soul and i dont know if my life would be as bright without them.

2. around 11/5 of last year i was scrolling through tumblr like usual. i saw an add for a server. at that point i was in maybe three servers on discord and didnt have many friends so i thought you know why not! its a mental health server and i wasnt in the best place maybe could benefit from it a bit. i joined and there were maybe 14 members including the mods. we didnt really think the server would go much of anywhere for a while and i honestly didnt interact much for a while but you know what. now that server is such a huge part of my life i dont think i would be here without it. i mean i love every last person there so much. literally all of them. @the-final-braincell bun bun is honestly one of the best people ive ever met. they’re funny and joyful and just the best to be around. talking to them always cheers me up and she always manages to make me laugh. were on the mod team together and she is such an important part of the team that we wouldnt run as smoothly as we do without her. i love them so so much and if i hadnt gotten tumblr? would never have met them. then theres @sir-tigerr. tiger. just. tiger. hes so amazing and i honestly would die for him. i love him so much and just talking to him can make my day. i wouldnt be as happy and the sever wouldnt be as fun without him. and @reallyradrat server owner :) sammy im so grateful for sammys existence just.. overall. they made the sever. they wrote the add post. and they’re such a good friend. i cant imagine not having them in my life they’ve made such a difference. so just... thank you <3 and @tiredconfusedandgay!! cub!! i love them!! theyre such a joy to be around and them being in the server is such a lucky thing! it wouldnt be as fun and bright of a place without them and they bring so much every time and i love seeing them in chat everyday. and with leo comes @canofworms0 baby child. anni is so amazing. just overall. so happy and funny and just an amazing person to be around and im so happy to have them in the server. @lentil-darling !!! kittycat!!! i love them!! they're so amazing and have helped me through things on more than one occasion and I'm so grateful for that and for them. they're such a good friend and i always have such a good time whenever we vc! its honestly something i look forward to! and speaking of VCs @gayest-unicorn is amazing. VCing with them is so fun and i hope we can do it more often. and on top of that just messaging them is great! and they're puns (ouns ;)/ij)? FANTASTIC! i hate puns by most means but whenever they crack a joke it makes my day 4000 times better. he's just amazing and i think he deserves the world. cant say enough praise to him :) so i low key have to speedrun this bc im running out of time to type this but all of these people also deserve the world and i wouldnt know them if it wasnt for tumblr @smoll-lightning-bug  @totally-tater-tot @savemycrustysoul @a-broken-laptop @nantuckets-weaver @undead-mutt  @hufflepuff-pide-honey-badger @human331279 and just so so many more whos @s i didnt get or couldnt find. i am so grateful to have in my life because of this server and that post. that post literally changed my life forever and i cant imagine my life without it and without these people

3. a few months went by and i made some mutuals and friends and whatnot. my at the time friend irl then made an account. i was really excited! why wouldnt i be! friend made account! awesome! but another thing about that? i had a crush on them.. and they could now see my account. but fuck it it was a great trade off. we spent a lot of time sending each other asks and messaging while in quarantine and it was just great. then i saw an ask game and i rebloged it. i realized this ask game said “♻ are we a qpp or what?” as one of the asks. now im a coward and i could NEVER have done this outside tumblr in anyway but i took the chance. i sent them the post and said “you should rb this! you have followers that would interact im sure” and so.. they did. i sent the ask and they said yes :) five months later and we’re still dating. whos this amazing person? that my friend would be @mossofthecosmos the most amazing person ive ever met. theyre the light of my life and if it werent for tumblr i would still be a blushy, semi-verbal, embarrassed, mess around them. and we wouldnt be dating. i cant even imagine what that would be like. i love them so much and they make every day wroth living for me and if it werent for tumblr, i wouldnt have that. 

4. and ive made friends. so many of them. and i love them all so much! i dont talk to a few anymore but for the while we did they made my days and made me so happy. without tumblr i wouldnt have met @mimekyo or @books-andbiscuits who are both people that have made my life a brighter place!

bottom line nonie? this question is so loaded it took me three hours to write an answer and a stupid amount of words that no one will read all the way through

i cant put it into words but this website is one of the best things that ever happened to me and i cant imagine life without it
