I met Emily first at @theyogashed in Hitchin and we were both surprised when we both ended up in Worcestershire and bumped into each other at @thezensheduk ! 🤩 I’m so looking forward to opening weekend. 💚 SO MUCH LOVE 💚 My body literally cannot contain all the feelings I am feeling right now. I am a child overwhelmed. Whenever I teach on a particular energy (in this case Gratitude Journaling at @gratitudefestivaluk) the Universe belches me through a magical wormhole of learning and I’m left, stunned like a beached sea creature on the shore of my own expansion. 🧜‍♀️✨ Last week I was ‘seen’ by someone quite unexpected at the company I work for. I was joking around and he said to me quite seriously “but you are a PROPER YOGI.” I didn’t agree or disagree, I don’t know much about him or what his experience of yoga is. He said it 5 times and I received it silently, but in all confidence that it was the truth. 🙏🏽🦋 Days passed, and Gratitude Festival happened in a blissful blaze of love and compassion. It was in The Beyond, I can’t tell you the timelessness of that day. It was suspended. By the point I had to leave I was almost running away because I couldn’t compute, couldn’t hold anymore of whatever was filling me up. Love love love 💕 This morning I rolled into the call centre at the crack of dawn and that same colleague caught me by surprise. “Have you had another tattoo?” Yup. “Will you ever stop?” Not until I run out of space. “You must hate it, coming in here every day..” I was totally floored, I had no idea what to say to that. My mind was blank. My mouth however, opened and said “Can I -“ I had no idea what the end of that sentence was. So again my mouth opened, “can I hate something that pays for my life?” He smiled “See?” He said, “PROPER YOGI.” 🕉 📷 This first photo by @mbarnessmith with @dannipomplun about sums up how I feel right now, loved, overjoyed, grateful, SEEN.
