i know it’s so simple but the magical banana episode will always be one of my favorites of gintama. the way shinpachi is desperately trying to get them to lighten up and when he inevitably passes out is when they realize that they can get out of this situation the way they do every single time they’re stuck. and just… “what does yorozuya remind you of?” “… the best.” GOD i adore that line. it’s such a cute episode i don’t see people appreciate enough <3

MY GOODNESS. it's been a hot minute since i posted the first part and i guess i just couldn't SHUT UP because this is FOURTEEN PAGES LONG.
