My personal headcanon for Clark Kent interviewing Bruce Wayne (when neither of them know each other's secret identity) is that Clark is the one person Bruce doesn't flirt with and leaves with a halfway coherent interview. A reluctantly impressed Perry White sends Clark repeatedly to get quotes, and work on more articles, leading to Bruce and Clark having several calls, some of which jokingly get called "off the record calls". This goes on for several months before they realize that's just called being friends, they hang out, and they have their identity reveal, it's less jarring because they know a lot about each other and Bruce informs Clark that he's sending Clark a suit made of more durable materials when Bruce realizes how rippable it is during making out.

Keep thinking of Jonelias and turning up the gothic elements to x1000 than they already are in canon, and somehow it always ends up in my mind with Jonah still having his Scottish family house/manor, and getting Jon there, and then Shenanigans.

In my head, it's mid-season 2, Jon's off rails, in a beautiful way, for sure, but Elias has also had a lot of thoughts on his side ever since he hesitated, watching Jon getting eaten by worms, pulling the trigger early. So it's almost a test for himself and for his Archivist when as "punishment" for Jon's behaviour, he tells him he's sending him on a very specific mission in Scotland, to Jonah Magnus's old house, to gather and archive the documents there as the Institute is thinking of turning it into a museum or an extended branch or something.

Jon, of course, is furious (and secretly relieved, for a brief moment, because the paranoia DOES tend to lessen whenever he's away for a bit of the Institute and his coworkers, coughnot!sashacough) but it's not like he's got much choice, beyond quitting or being fired, and when he asks if his assistants are coming with Elias is like "don't be ridiculous, Jon, they need to take care of things here and you'll agree with me you all need some time apart. You'll do a reconnaissance of the house and its content, as it is, and I'll join you myself in a week or two. You should have all amenities available there, excepted perhaps the Internet - but phone service should be fine, so we'll be able to keep in touch if you need anything."

And then he gets into the house, so quiet, so old, but kept in order, clearly; the phone service is actually terrible; the bed he sleeps in ("Jonah's bedroom," Elias tells him when he does manage to call him) is comfortable, but the room is often cold; and here, as well, just like in the Archives, he keeps being WATCHED. And it's not the only odd thing that happens - that one he's almost used to, now. But it's the letters; the weird objects; the noises at night; the old fashioned clothes filling the wardrobe one morning instead of his own clothes; the way his car won't start after four days; etc. etc.

(Something something something, breathing life into another of Jonah's attempt of living beyond death, getting a nostalgic shade of the monster who already loves him and sent him here for judgement, and who decides that Jon would, in fact, make for a proper spouse,,)

horror having crazy irrational thoughts about food,,,,, like bro thinks there's poison in the cupcakes. someone snuck razor blades into the bread and once he takes a bit it'll cut him up. somehow there's mold growing inside the bananas and when he eats it the mold colony is gonna start growing on HIM and then he'll become a moldy skeleton and oh god and oh god and he is paranoid but hes so hungry.... probably doesnt help that dust and killer could feed into it. killer could make off hand remarks on how he snuck razor blades into the meat horror's attempting to eat (to fuck around with horror. just some eeeever so slight psychological anguish. and also because killer would just be the type of casually carry those around. what for you may ask well decide for yourself) and then immediately horror's mood drops and he storms out of the dining room. dust and horror go on a sweet little picnic in a beautiful field and its all beautiful and inconspicuous but dust made the food and horror knows that look in his eyes. horror knows dust was muttering something about chemicals a day or 2 ago. the food is poisoned isnt it??? and dust just smiles and motions for horror to eat it

Tatiana Shmaylyuk - Jinjur

Bassiest growl in metal right now, rivalling the lead singer of Lamb of God, and hot damn but does she make me feel things. The combination of late '90s cleans with deep bass growls is the sexiest thing in metal right now without doubt.

Courney LePlante - Spiritbox

Alt metal queen, capable of a solid growl, though she tends toward screaming more than growling. But I am in love with her cleans. She has a real Shirley Manson from Garbage quality to her vocals, and "Rule of Nines" is such a good song. Also "Holy Roller" is deeply sexy when I'm in that mood.

Taylor Momsen - The Pretty Reckless

Definitely leans more rock than metal, but Taylor has a great rock voice, and the lyrics are excellent. Honestly, if I'm leaning toward classic rock, I will generally go with the Pretty Reckless. And I cannot deny that the lady is gorgeous, has a hell of a voice, and occasionally hates clothing (which, you know what? Respect.).

Brittney Slayes - Unleash the Archers

What can be said for the queen of power metal? If you like 80s power metal, and really wanted an operatic soprano take it all on and own it, or even if you mostly like rock but like to dip your toe into metal just a little, Unleash the Archers is the joyful, gleeful metal band for you. They sing about BATTLE, and IMMORTALS IN BATTLE, and FREEDOM THROUGH BATTLE. They are ridiculous and so much fun, and Brittney has the most gorgeous powerhouse of a voice in the business right now.

As an operatically trained soprano, hearing someone with similar training go into metal and fucking kill it is so inspiring, and she is so sexy for it.
