Me watching Fang, a grown man, baby the shit out of his little brother who is *check notes* one year younger than him and also arguably a grown man…
Who hurt you and why are you both the way you are?
As an eldest sibling with eldest sibling bullshit for days with younger siblings with chronic health issues…Fang is insanely protective of Phum. To like a level that suggests deep trauma.
Waiting and watching Phum go with Peem to the point that Tan had to talk him down calmly after they’d left the school room and then faked jealousy to get him to come back to a more relaxed state over a hammer hit thumb. It was a small injury to create the level of anxiety it did.
I just have questions.
Doesn’t escape me that the incident that softened Fang to Tan was Tan jumping into a fight to save him and Phum from five guys and making sure they got out of there. Like protecting both Fang and Phum did things for Fang.
Again, boys, who hurt you?
But also Fang trusting Peem with Phum (which he has on some level since the beginning see fang making phum take Peem home) is something as an elder sibling I love. There is very much a “they’re your responsibility now. Good luck.” If you like and trust them. Which Fang seems to with Peem. Also Tan keeps vouching for him.
#we are the series#we are#tanfang#fangtan#fang & phum#we are series#they’ve got a great brotherly relationship#and are very protective of each other#and clearly tan understands their dynamic pretty deeply#I just want to know more#and is next week all at fang & phum’s condo for their pairs#or is fang at tans place#they got me in my eldest sibling feels this week

taught a lesson II a.putellas x sister!reader
taught a lesson II a.putellas x sister!reader
"alexia!" you yelled loudly with a scowl, stomping out of your room to find your sister sprawled out on the lounge, her girlfriend laid in between her legs as both older girls gave you a curious look.
"why is there a lock on my window?" you moved to block their view of the tv and crossed your arms, glaring daggers at your older sister whose face remained blank.
"why don't you tell me why you would need a lock on your window hermana?" the blonde hit back raising an eyebrow as you scoffed. "because you think you're a prison warden!" you snapped, the warning glare sent your way doing nothing to deter your anger or where it was directed.
you'd moved in with alexia when after years of academy training and playing on the junior team you were finally offered a contract on barcelona's senior team.
you'd all been over the moon and you weren't sure if you could ever do anything to make alexia prouder than she had been once you'd picked up the phone and called her first.
quickly accepting the contract, the club had offered to set you up with your own apartment, car and a nutritionist to visit weekly to help you settle in and form a healthy routine around balancing this new adjustment to your life.
however both your older sisters and your mami declined this on your behalf, all sharing the opinion that at eighteen you weren't responsible enough to live by yourself even with assistance, and your protests fell on deaf ears as you were instead moved into your eldest sisters spare room.
to her credit she'd done everything she could to make it feel like it was as much your place as hers and olga's, allowing you full creative control over everything about your room and even offering to move about or change some things in common areas in an attempt to help you not feel like just a guest.
though not dissimilarly to both your older sisters you had a temper, especially at eighteen it hardly took much to have steam pouring from your ears and as much as it amused alexia to wind you up she knew where the line lay between teasing and taking things too far.
that did not however stop the two of you from being at one anothers throats more often than not. alexia had always and would forever be fiercely overprotective when it came to her younger sisters, and about as close to a helicopter sibling as one could be.
it was rare things got physical now alexia was thirty and knew better, never afraid to smack or shove you when she was younger and you'd be on her case about something refusing to leave her be until you got your way. now for the most part she left the wrestling and the rolling around to you and alba, rarely involving herself.
as much as she was also protective over alba, with nearly twelve years between the two of you it meant she'd adopted more of a maternal role. this only seemed to worsen once you moved in with her and she had much easier access to every little aspect of your life, trying to control as much of it as she possibly could in order to keep you safe, happy and healthy, at least in her eyes she was doing what she thought was best for you.
but this lack of autonomy, privacy and independence didn't fare well with you, and caused the two of you to clash heads frequently. olga more often than not acted as the mediator between your disputes, much more reasonable and in touch with her emotional intelligence than your sister was.
but when you'd stupidly left your laptop open on the kitchen bench having stepped out of the room to shower, alexia had snooped and found your iMessage threads with friends, head boiling as she read through weeks worth of successful executed plans to sneak out and get up to god knows what with them at all hours of the night.
so to prevent this from happening again she'd had the lock installed when you were out with your mami for lunch the next day, olga warning her against it and trying to remind her of when alexia herself was eighteen, prompting that you needed the room and space to make your own mistakes and learn from them.
warnings which of course, fell on deaf and very stubborn ears.
"stop sneaking out then and i would not have to put things in place to keep you in." alexia spoke coldly, olga squeezing her hand trying to catch her eye and encourage her to take a different approach which went ignored.
"how did you even know about-" you scoffed in disbelief, shaking your head firmly and storming back to your room. "i know everything pequeña, including what is best for you!" alexia yelled after you, having never been able to let you do anything without poking her nose in or getting involved.
"stay out of my life!" you yelled back, bedroom door slamming with such force that a picture in the hallway could be heard falling off its hook and to the floor with a thump.
a string of angry catalan leaving her mouth alexia gently moved her girlfriend off and stood, ignoring her warnings to leave you be to cool off as her footsteps raced toward your room.
olga sighed as your door could be heard being flung open and the two of you started to argue, voices raising higher each minute as both you and alexia refused to relent or budge an inch, not able to see at all where the other one was coming from.
"you looked through my personal fucking messages?" you yelled as alexia finally got angry enough to let it slip what had prompted the lock in the first place. "no! you were stupid enough to leave your laptop open." alexia defended herself as you scoffed.
"so you thought you'd read them instead of just...being a normal human being and going about your day. you're crazy alexia!" you hauled a pillow at her which she caught with ease only further fueling your rage.
"you are my responsibility pequeña. you live with me! i know what is best for you and i did what i needed to do to keep you safe. you are eighteen what if someone had taken advantage of you walking around in the middle of the night huh? mierda!" alexia spat throwing her hands up in the air.
"i wasn't walking around in the middle of the night puta i was picked up and driven to my best friends house. my best friend who i never get to see anymore because if barça's training schedule isn't enough you are always on my back about doing more." you paused to take a breath, feeling a little light headed for a moment.
"extra laps, extra weights, extra media study, extra shooting practice, extra drills, if you had your way i would never leave the pitch alexia. i need a life outside of football too, please!" your anger quickly melted away as honesty leaked through, your voice straining and eyes pleading for her to see it from your point of view.
"just because you don't have a life, doesn't mean you get to ruin mine." you spoke quietly, sitting down on the edge of your bed and rubbing your face tiredly with your hands, your sister missing all the signs that now would be a great time to wrap this up.
"football is your life, and if you don't see that then you don't belong at barça." your sisters words hurt more than you let on, face falling just for a moment before it hardened, olga now appearing realizing she should have stepped in sooner.
"get dressed, now. we have training!" alexia warned sternly, again ignoring the way her girlfriends eyes burned into the side of her head and she tugged on her shirt in warning.
"i'm not going." you spoke, eyes trained to the floor as alexia scoffed and stepped further into the room. "perdón?" she spoke, eyes drilling into you and cold tone warding you off of arguing, intimidation often her best tool of communication these days when she didn't know what else to do with you.
"mami is picking me up soon and taking me to the doctors, i have an appointment. jona already knows!" you rolled your eyes, still refusing to meet hers which bore down on you as you stood to your feet.
"why did you not tell me? what is the appointment for? i could have taken you." your sister rushed out, eyebrows furrowing as you snickered. "because my body is none of your business alexia, and you're my sister, not mami!" you grunted, pushing at her chest so she stumbled out of the room, the door quickly closing in her face.
scoffing at the gesture alexia's hand reached for the handle to push it open again, never allowing you the luxury of a lock bar the one now on your window, but fingers caught her wrist and tugged it away, olga staring up at her with a firm look and a raised eyebrow.
"sí, vale." alexia sighed, moving away from the door as her girlfriend followed after her to their own bedroom to continue the conversation.
~
"go, go go!" mapi chanted, raising from the lounge and clutching onto alexia who was sporting the same wide eyed stare as they watched the barcelona mens team play.
"bah! where was he offside huh? joder!" mapi threw her hands up with a roll of her eyes as the whistle blew and both girls dropped down into their seats with annoyed frowns.
alexia's head turned when she heard your key in the door, sure enough a few seconds later you were walking through, only alba was following you which caused her eyebrows to furrow.
"pequeña! we missed you at training." mapi greeted you with a cheer, opening her arms expectantly for a hug as you breezed right past and made a beeline for your bedroom. "what was that about?" the defender asked confused as alba joined the pair on the lounge.
"ask ale." the younger putellas chuckled with a shake of her head. "i thought mami was taking her to the doctor?" alexia ignored the previous remark and directed the question at her sister who shrugged.
"no? mami's been at work all day, i just picked her up and took her to get food." alba shrugged as alexia frowned. "from where? the doctor?" alexia sat up more as alba shook her head and her phone rang.
"no from the bus stop not too far from here. conned me into paying for her food of course, diablillo." alba rolled her eyes as mapi chuckled, the phone ringing again. "so mami didn't take her to the doctor then?" alexia clarified as alba gave her a look.
"no, why are you being so pushy?" the younger putellas questioned as alexia ignored her, the phone ringing again. "mierda! alba would you get that?" alexia snapped as it rang for the fourth time, her patience breaking.
"vale relax its not mine! its hers, took it cause she wouldn't stop taking ugly photos of me eating." alba scoffed, pushing her hips up and grabbing it out of her back pocket.
"that is hilarious." mapi chuckled as alba shoved her and clicked accept. "she's busy call back later!" your sister spoke the phone without looking, but her face clearly changed when whoever was on the other line spoke up.
"no lo siento i understand. i will have her call back soon as she can, gracias." alba spoke much more politely as the older girls beside her gave her a funny look. "amor." before alexia could question her on anything olga appeared, nodding for her to follow.
"two seconds cariño." alexia waved her off and turned back to alba as olga cleared her throat. "alexia, now." at the more serious tone the blonde was quick to her feet, ignoring her sister and best friends teasing jests after her.
"before we speak, you need to promise me you will stay calm amor." olga closed the bedroom door as alexia took a seat on the bed with a confused nod of agreement, stomach churning at the anxiety of what could be going on.
"you need to talk to your sister." olga sighed without giving much more context. "about this morning? cari i know she was upset but-" olga shook her head and cut her off.
"no, you need to talk to your sister." olga repeated as alexia's frown deepened. "i do not understand." the midfielder shook her head as olga stepped into their ensuite for a moment.
"what?" alexia questioned seeing her girlfriend had something hidden behind her back. the younger woman hesitated for a moment before slowly moving her hand, holding up something which made alexia's eyes widen.
"calm alexia, you promised me calm." olga warned as the blonde snatched it out of her hand, staring at the positive pregnancy test in disbelief. "why would i be upset? amor i did not even know you were speaking to doctors or-" as her girlfriends large hand settled on her stomach olga's eyes rolled.
"its not mine! idiota." olga smacked her on the head with a huff as alexia frowned. "then who would it-" suddenly everything clicked into place and the spanish captains blood ran cold.
"i found it in the bathroom."
"ale." olga warned seeing the instant switch in her facial features. "amor think about this and how to-" but her words fell on deaf ears as the bedroom door opened and alexia stalked back to the living room.
"maría, vaya." alexia ordered nodding to the door as the defender looked confused. "ale the game still has-" she gestured to the tv but was promptly shut down with a stern glare.
"vale, vale! i know where i am not wanted." mapi held her hands up in surrender and stood, grabbing her keys and quickly leaving the apartment to head to her own.
"we need to talk." both alba and alexia spoke in sync, frowning at one another. "you first." again they spoke at the same time rolling their eyes now, though as alexia held up the pregnancy test alba's jaw dropped.
"felicidades hermana!" the girl leapt up and tried to hug her sister who pushed her off. "it is not mine, and not olga's." at those words alba's eyes widened even further in shock.
"the call on her phone. it was a nurse with her test results, wouldn't say anything else but that she has to call back as soon as possible." alba explained, the two having a conversation entirely with their eyes before nodding and turning to head to your room.
"mi amor, go easy. if you push and yell she will just close off!" olga warned, hovering by the bedroom door respecting this was more a family matter as alba sent her a small smile, though she winced as alexia basically kicked your door open.
"hey! what i have to knock when i enter your room but you can't do that for mine?" you glared up at your sisters from your bed, spotting your phone in alba's hand. "oh i was looking for that." you sat up and held your hand out expectantly.
"alba!" you huffed when your sister didn't hand it to you, shifting a little uncomfortably as they both glared you down wordlessly. "what?" you questioned with a frown.
"what test did you have today?" alexia spoke first, voice seemingly calm as you rolled your eyes. "i told you, my body is none of your business." you repeated from earlier.
"well i know mami didn't take you, so you tell us or you can tell her." alexia threatened as you paused, looking them both over and finding no weakness you could pick at or exploit.
"i am eighteen i am an adult, i don't have to tell you or mami anything." you held firm as alba scoffed, tossing your phone onto the bed beside you. "and is that what you think you are, sí? an adult?" alexia taunted as you glared up at her.
"good, good. because you will need to be to look after a baby!" alexia yelled suddenly causing you to flinch, pulling the positive pregnancy test out of her pocket and holding it up.
"thats not mine." you spoke quickly, trying to keep your face as still and as calm as possible. "oh no? well pequeña it is not mine, not olga's, is it alba's?" alexia's voice dripped with sarcasm making your eyes roll.
"you have friends over all the time." you scoffed, crossing your arms and shrugging. "sí, friends who do not sleep with men! idiota." alexia threw the pregnancy test as you as you ducked and it went sailing behind your bed.
"the doctor called, said they have your test results hermanita. time to stop lying!" alba warned sternly, moving to stand beside your eldest sister as both of them stared you down.
"okay, it is mine." you spoke with a shrug. "we said stop lying! we-" alexia started to lecture but stopped as alba tapped her shoulder and she registered your words.
"it is yours?" "sí."
"dios mío, we're going to be tia's! we can't be tia's first, you're supposed to have a baby first." alba moaned in shock, smacking alexia and siting down at your desk in shock.
"you are too young to be having sex joder! who is the father? you're a baby you can't have a baby!" alexia roared, vein in her forehead near to exploding as alba grabbed the back of her shirt stopping her from lunging at you like she wanted.
"alba, call mami. olga!" at her call the brunette appeared in the doorway, alexia asking her to go to the chemist and get a few more tests. but all three of them stopped their fussing and planning at the sound of your laughter.
"you think this is funny?" alexia's eye twitched as she took a step closer and you nodded, ignoring both alba and olga frantically gesturing for you to stop behind her, both girls recognising the eldest putellas was about one second from exploding.
"sí, very funny." you grinned tauntingly, alexia's mouth opening and closing like a fish as the tips of her ears turned red and you laughed again.
"i'm not pregnant, idiotas" you smiled, leaning back on your hands as all three girls frowned. "but you said-" alba gestured to the test on the floor and your stomach. "it is my test, but i'm not pregnant." you replied with a shrug.
"pequeña. you have five seconds to explain before i rip your arms from your body." alexia growled, fists clenched by her side as you chuckled. "i bought it online, its a fake test that always show positive." you explained as alba's jaw dropped.
"i bought it to scare you. so now i hope you learned your lesson about snooping around in my life, alexia." you spat with a roll of your eyes, alba quick to grab her sisters wrist as she stepped toward you again.
"what about the test? the doctor called." alba pushed with a frown. "mami found a weird spot on my back last week, made me an appointment to go get it tested to make it sure wasn't cancer or anything bad. call her! she will tell you." you replied honestly, pulling down the collar of your shirt and twisting to show the marks.
"you are not pregnant?" you fixed your shirt and shook your head with an infuriatingly smug smile that had your sisters seething. "prove it."
with a shrug you bent down and grabbed a pregnancy test from your side table, assuming this would have been the outcome. "muévete por favor." you shooed your sisters out of the way as olga stepped aside and you went to the bathroom.
olga again recognizing this for now was a family matter stepped out of the room as your sisters took a seat on the edge of the bed, both were silent still trying to process everything.
"see? negative." you returned around five minutes later, handing the test to alba as both her and alexia studied it with a frown. "i peed on that you know." you reminded as your sisters face scrunched in disgust and she promptly dropped it on alexia's lap.
"alba!" the older of the two smacked it away, both starting to bicker as they wiped their hands on one another making you chuckle, the noise alerting them back to the issue at hand.
"i hope this taught you both a valuable lesson about snooping." you rolled your eyes, hands on hips and staring them down in a stance scarily similar to eli's.
"you are not pregnant?" "no." "promise? on papi?" "yes, not pregnant."
"good, dios mio." alba exhaled shakily, catching alexia's eye as they seemed to again wordlessly have a conversation, your suspicions peaking as they stood and fixed their eyes back on you.
"you go left, i'll go right, she can't outrun us both. vamos!" your eyes widened and you nearly fell to the floor in your haste to get away, both your sisters launching at you.
"olga!"

forest boy
aged up! neteyam sully x fem metkayina! reader
summary: neteyam caught your eye from the second his family came to your village, awa’atlu. as the two of you grow closer you can’t help but become more curious about the forest boy
warnings: fluff, angst, kissing, cussing, a bit suggestive, our man being sad (on eywa imma fuck somebody up), not so daddy jake being annoying, neteyam being silly
it was past eclipse on awa’atlu. families were cleaning up after having dinner and preparing little ones for bed. there was a cool night breeze in the air. as the night grew darker while the bioluminescence grew brighter there wasn’t nothing keeping the two of you apart
from the second your eyes landed on neteyam sully, you knew you were in for it. there was something about his cold stare as he eyed your people after landing on his now what you know is called an ‘ikran’
it lit up something inside of you. you observed the family from a distance along side your friends tsireya, roxto and unfortunately ao’nung. you remember being very curious about the darker na’vi but nonetheless welcoming
during the first weeks of the sully family’s arrival you tried your best to get them as comfortable as possible. swimming with kiri as she oddly had a bond with your native creatures, feeding the ilus with tuk and having talks with lo’ak on how it’s okay to be different
you felt like you knew them forever. they were like siblings to you and you started to grow an immense love for them as the months went on. however, there was one person who you weren’t as close with…
the boy you admired from the second he first got here. neteyam. you weren’t sure if he wasn’t fond of the water or it was just you but you had a feeling he didn’t wanna be on your island
so as much as it pained you since you wanted to get to know him, you decided it was best to keep a distance, until tonight.
“how is that my fault?” you heard a voice angrily shout in the distance
“because you’re the older brother neteyam!” another masculine voice shouted
it didn’t take you long to recognize those voices, mostly because you decided to be nosy and peep from the rock you were sitting on
it was jake and neteyam… arguing?
“so just because he can’t listen to a single thing anyone says the blame is on me huh?” neteyam argued against his father
from the rare times you ever heard neteyam speak it was safe to say he was never this angry
“maybe if you kept an eye on him like me and your mother have asked we wouldn’t even be in this damn situation!” jake raised his voice while eyeing down his son
that’s when neteyam finally snapped
“WELL IM NOT HIS FUCKING PARENT! I WASN’T THE ONE WHO LAID DOWN AND MADE HIM. WHY CAN’T YOU LOOK AFTER HIM FOR ONCE?”
everyone was gagged to say the least…
you can just tell by the look on his father and the rest of his family’s face that this wasn’t like him
you observed all of their reactions. jake was shocked along with neytiri at her son’s sudden outburst, his sisters looked sympathetic knowing the stuff their eldest brother goes through isn’t fair and lo’ak looked guilty
“you’re grounded” was all jake had to say. he didn’t even know how to react so he decided to say the first thing that popped up in his mind
but before he even went on to justify his decision neteyam walked off. he was genuinely so tired of his father’s shit that he walked off ass far as possible. he ignored his parents protests and didn’t even care to think about future consequences
you, still watching from afar noticed him going into what your tribe considered a little forest. there was plenty of trees and plants where delicious fruit grew for your people
you had a mental debate with yourself on what to do. you were still peeping from a rock and if anyone looked hard enough they would notice and consider you one of the biggest creeps on pandora.
so you did what a normal person who knew how to mind their business wouldn’t do, you followed him
you as nonchalantly as possible walked after neteyam. keeping a distance of course because the two of you were still technically strangers and from the last time you checked he was pissed the fuck off
all neteyam kept repeating in his head was “it’s not fair, it’s not fair, it’s not fucking fair” how is it that he got the blame for his little brother’s dumb ass decisions? ‘such a skxawng’ he thought
neteyam walked out as far as possible. he wanted to be as far as possible away from everyone. he seriously just wanted time to himself
until some fish bitch made her presence awkwardly known aka you
while you were walking, you took in your surroundings of the little forest. you had never been here before. you were metkayina, it’s simply not something you did often
the only people you knew of who went here were the hunters who gathered fruits for the clan. it was actually kind of forbidden for the average na’vi to come here which is why you never been
it wasn’t needed and your place amongst your people was in the water and on the sand
which is another reason you were drawn to neteyam. he came from a completely different world miles and miles away. all those nights you were in the water, he was in the wind. all those days you were on the sand, he was walking through trees
you couldn’t help but be intrigued. maybe you got too ahead of yourself though when you noticed neteyam basically speeding away and as you tried to match his steps you fell with an obnoxiously loud yelp
embarassing…
you practically ate shit and you felt pain shoot through your legs. you coughed out the dirt that flew into your mouth and gasped for air as it was knocked out from your lungs when you fell
“are you alright?” a deep soothing voice rang through your ears
‘eywa take me away from my misery’ you thought as your head made its way against the ground as u attempted to hide your unwanted presence
there was a laugh that made your heart feel like it was racing a thousand tulkuns “damn girl, that’s how you feel huh?”
there was a pause and then a sudden thump on the ground next to you. you opened your eyes a bit to be met with those yellow ones you always found yourself getting lost in
you didn’t know if he was trying to be funny or if he was being genuine. the two of you were laying face first on the ground while looking at each other
the immense eye contact you two had going on was getting too serious for you and you couldn’t help but laugh. soon after, neteyam joined in on your laughing and it lasted for what felt like forever
it eventually died down and you two rolled over to look up at those sparkling dots so far away in the sky you were always curious about
it was almost as if neteyam read your mind because he spoke up “those are called stars”
“how do you know that?”
“growing up my dad told us stories and explained how he came from one. that one right there” he pointed to a star that seemed to look a bit larger than the others “that’s where sky people live”
you were amazed “wow, those are beautiful”
you were too intrigued with the ‘stars’ as neteyam called them that you didn’t even notice him staring at you. he was admiring the side of your face
“so beautiful” he mumbled
you just shook your head in agreement still in your own little world thinking he was still talking about the stars
you were caught out of your trance when neteyam suddenly stood up to his full height and wiped the dirt off of him. you sat up too and started picking grass out of your hair
he was much taller than you thought. even while sitting since you had never even been this close to him before. now you weren’t too familiar with size kinks but eywa forbid you just gained one…
“here” he reaches his hand out for you to grab
“thank you” you gladly accepted his hand and gave him a small smile
he returned the smile as he quietly watched you fix yourself up. you had dirt all over you and he couldn’t help but try not to laugh as he imagined how you even got here in the first place
while you finished fixing your appearance your heart dropped to your teal ass as neteyam spoke
“so why were you following me?”
“what?”
“you heard me”
you were more than embarrassed. you felt as if eywa truly loved all of her children and wanting nothing but happiness for each and every one of you, she would snatch you up right now
“look i can explain” you stuttered
he nodded before licking his lips and crossing his arms while staring at you waiting for your next words
you started to play with your hair which is something you did when you got nervous “you see, it’s really not what it looks like”
he hummed and waited for you to continue
“so basically what happened was, i was on the beach and then an evil witch came out of nowhere. she looked like she was attacked by seaweed because she was covered in it. a disaster right? so then she used her evil witch powers and dragged me all the way out here after you to try and lure us into her cult” you explained
by the look on neteyam’s face you knew he was buying that shit
he chuckled “an evil witch huh?”
you giggled “yes! eywa forgive me but she wasn’t the best looking either.. truly a nightmare”
“you know, im glad we were able to escape this evil witch. that would be such a horrible way to go out” he dramatically sighed
“exactly, and imagine how our parents would feel! it would be a really really sad story and children wouldn’t be able to sleep at night” you playfully wiped an imaginary tear from your eye
he couldn’t help but laugh at the ridiculous story you just came up with. he knew you followed him but chose to ignore it because your sense of humor had just made him forget why he even came out here in the first place
dare he say this was meant to be..
your heartwarming laugh filled his ears as your face reddened a bit. the embarrassment was still there but him flowing along with your story made it less painful
you spoke shyly with a smile “im y/n”
he smiled “yeah i know”
your eyes widened slightly. he knew you? what the flip! this couldn’t be real
“you do?” you titled your head
“my siblings metioned you, specifically my sisters. the pretty girl who’s always nice to them” he shook his head laughing
you blushed hearing those words come out of his mouth when describing you
“they forgot to mention you were a stalker though” he side eyed you
“alright not too much” you held your hand up
the two of you laughed and eventually started to walk deeper into the little forest. you could’ve sworn from then on it was a dream
the night consisted of more laughing, deep conversations, shitting on sky people, conspiracy theories and daydreaming about the forest neteyam missed dearly
“do you think about your home?”
“every single day”
you smiled at him. the two of you found your way to this secluded beach not too far from the little forest and have been sitting here for the past few hours engaging in each other’s presence
“i wish we would’ve never left” his voice sounded like it cracked a bit
you having the comforting instinct you did slightly rubbed his back. it was safe to say that the two of you had built a bond in the last couple of hours so this was much appreciated by neteyam
“im sorry you had to leave your home neteyam. thats truly awful, hopefully one day you’re able to go back. be with your people and fulfill your destiny, you will always be welcomed here if you ever wanna come back” you gave him a soft smile as he turned to look at you
his pupils dilated as he looked at you. he would be lying to himself if he said you weren’t the most beautiful girl he has ever seen, and he swore by that
you laughed at his reaction “you know, i could’ve sworn you hated me”
“really? what made you think that?”
“because you were never around whenever i did activities with your siblings and just simply avoided me”
“oh, well that’s because you made me nervous” his cheeks became a deep purple and he looked away
you gasped “no way! i made the one and only mighty warrior nervous? im truly honored”
he laughed at your teasing and watched as you dramatically flipped your hair
you looked back at him with a smile as there was a comfortable silence forming between you two
“you’re beautiful y/n, you know that right?” his voice suddenly became raspy as he looked between your eyes and lips
you felt your entire heat up at his words
“im talking to you” his hand made its way to your knee as he turned his body
“i don’t know maybe you should show me how beautiful i am” you shrugged your shoulders
he smirked “don’t start something you can’t finish”
“would it be starting something i can’t finish or you wouldn’t be able to make me finish?” you challenged
he licked his lips and tucked his bottom lip between his teeth while holding eye contact with you
“i can make you finish, trust” his hand trailed up your thigh
you smiled and whispered “prove it”
his heart picked up at your words before he made the rational decision of crashing his lips onto yours
your lips moved in sync perfectly. his hand slowly made its way onto your hip as you gripped onto the side of his neck for dear life. kissing neteyam was like breathing in fresh air. it was like tasting the sweetest fruit on the planet. it was like ascending to the great mother herself
it was everything you ever wanted
unfortunately there’s this thing called breathing that requires you to live and you two had to pull away to do that
neteyam was the first to speak up and gasping for air “i could do that forever”
you smiled “me too”
the both of your hands made its way to eavh other to hold as your foreheads were pressed together
“thank you” he breathed out
you bit your lip in confusion “for what”
“being an escape, letting me forget about all the fucked up shit that just happened” you could feel his body tense up from just thinking about the events from earlier
you smiled and shook your head “you don’t have to thank me for that, i’ll always be here”
“fuck can you get anymore perfect?” he huffed
you laughed as you wrapped your arms around his neck and dragged your legs across his lap
he gladly held onto you and he looked up at like with so much love and lust it was starting to feel like his eyes were gonna explode from the overwhelming feeling
he smirked at the new position “you just wanna be all over me huh?”
you playfully rolled your eyes before pushing him onto the sand and connecting your lips again “shut up”
authore speaks 🤍

TLDR: im a black trans artist who can use some help right now following the sudden passing of my only sister - her doberman is now the responsibility of my parents and we can use help for his food, supplements, toys etc.
Kofi (help me send Chewy orders to my parent's house)
Wishlist (literally send him things like toys, treats, etc.)
⬇️ more info ⬇️
hey guys
some of you might be aware of this already, but early October, my eldest sibling & only sister suddenly passed away due to a seizure, she had been dealing with epilepsy her whole life.
this has been incredibly difficult for me, and my family. her passing was incredibly sudden, she was only 30.
for the past month or so ive been struggling to find any motivation to draw, and barely able to work.
she was the incredibly devoted owner of a doberman named Remi(Ramsey). Me and my sister traveled 4 hours to pick him up three years ago. He's a goofball who tears up socks and needs constant supervision. My parents love him, but I can tell he is a lot of work for two people who have fulltime jobs and have lived long lives.
I'm going to try to help them take care of him as much as possible, I feel that it's the least we can do to honor my sister's memory, since she loved him so deeply.
My sister always wanted a doberman, for years she would watch videos about dobermans and talk about them to anyone who would listen.
Remi wasn't easy to raise - I shared a room with my sister when she got him in 2020, she still worked a 9-5, five days a week, so I was his nanny for most of his difficult childhood. I was his chew toy for the first year of his life about - but that only made him bond closer to me. If he wasn't following my sister, I was choice #2. Dobermans are "velcro dogs", they were bred to guard their owners, and because of this, they are fiercely loyal. I've been moved out of my parent's place for going on 3 years, and my sister had just moved with Remi out a few months prior to her passing.
A week before my sister's sudden passing, we had to board Remi at my dog daycare job while my family and I took a trip out of state. When dropping him off, although he was happy to see me again for the first time in months, the moment my sister turned her back to him he began to panic. He got through the boarding all right but my coworkers told me he would cry and wait by the door for me or her. When my sister picked him up, they said he jumped all 80+lbs into her arms.
Since my sister's passing, Remi has been directionless. He's with my family, people he trusts, but he's bored, confused, and heartbroken. My sister would often take him to the dog park, social events, on runs, etc. but my parent's can't do that in their age. If my apartment allowed large dogs, I would take him, but I can't, and I see him maybe twice a month if possible.
Ramsey's Christmas List
I made a christmas list for him of things that might help my parents better take care of him. We're trying different food brands out because he struggles with frequent stomach issues, and we can't seem to figure out what food my sister was feeding him. This list is by no means a necessity for him, but I tried to add things to help with his boredom and keep him stimulated when my parents can't give him all their attention.
i do want to state that my family is capable of providing him with the essentials to live, we arent irresponsible. i would just like to help my parents out since a 3 year old 80-90lb doberman is a lot of work to be suddenly placed on them soley. And I worry for his health and well-being sometimes - Remi has a tendency to eat/tear random objects when he's bored.
please consider donating whatever you can. Everything goes directly to him.
thank you for taking the time to read this, and possibly reblog if possible. ❤️

yayayrnga’
yayayrnga’ [English] adj. confusing
Request from @jumexjuice69 heyyyy :) I was wondering if I could request a neteyam x reader fic where the reader finally has the courage to ask neteyam out and he accidentally forgets which leads to a misunderstanding. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you’re doing well!!
You’ve worked for weeks to gain the courage to ask Neteyam to ride with you, and he doesn’t show up, leaving you devastated and confused.
979 words.
My palms feel sweaty, and my legs shake as I approach Neteyam where he stands with his brother and eldest sister.
Kiri, seeing me approach, breaks out in a teasing smile - she knows what I’m about to do, and will surely begin to tease if I don’t get it out fast enough.
I wanted to find Neteyam alone, but Neteyam is literally never alone. He always has a sibling, parent, or friend nearby. The burden of being eldest son of Taruk Makto, I guess.
“Neteyam?” I ask, clearing my throat as I join their small group. “I’m... going on a ride, tonight. Do you want to join me?”
Kiri giggles a little, but no one seems to notice but me. I can barely look at Neteyam, but force myself to meet his eyes with mine.
He is smiling, wide, down at me. “Yes. Just before sunset?”
I nod, my mouth nearly too dry to speak. “Yes. Meet me at the base of the mountain.”
Neteyam nods, and I scurry away before Kiri or Lo’ak can say anything to tease me.
--
The sun set two hours ago.
I feel like the biggest moron on the planet, but more than that, I feel really angry.
Even if Neteyam doesn’t like me, the least he can do is pluck up the courage to say no, instead of saying yes and leaving me here like an idiot.
At first, I thought he was just late. After all, he has more responsibilities than anyone else, but once it got dark, I realized.
He isn’t coming. He isn’t coming, and maybe he’s laughing at me somewhere, with his sister who I thought was my friend - or at least, who was friendly to me.
Maybe I was a big joke to them, and they were hiding somewhere, waiting to see how long I would wait for him.
I will not give them the satisfaction. I should not have stood here for this long, letting my hope turn to tears, anger and disappointment.
Calling for my Ikran, I connect and hop on, leaning forward to wrap a hug around her neck. She croons, feeling how upset I am, and we take off.
The cool air wipes the tears off my face as we fly up higher, higher, higher, and then bank sharply down towards the jungle. I try to lose myself in the ride, in the connection with my Ikran, and breathe in deeply the damp night air.
Txopu banks hard, to the right, and I grip tightly onto her, nearly falling off.
“Txopu!” I hiss, but then I see it. Another Ikran, rushing up below and past us, towards the sky.
Neteyam.
He levels out, and slowly sinks down to ride beside us, gesturing to me to land on the floating rocks nearby. but I am furious. He can show up an hour late, nearly knock me off my Ikran, and now he’s telling me what to do?
I pull away from him, in the opposite direction to where he gestured, back down the side of the mountain where we were originally supposed to meet. Dismounting Txopu, I charge off into the jungle as I hear Neteyam landing behind me.
“Y/N!” he yells, but I’m running now, and I’m embarrassed to be crying again. I run until I find a familiar stream, and I can’t hear Neteyam behind me, so I think I’ve lost him.
I sink down next to the glowing stream and put my face in my hands. It had taken me over two weeks, once I’d gotten the idea, to work up the courage to ask Neteyam to ride with me, and it’s gone worse than I ever imagined it could.
Feeling foolish, I never want to face Neteyam again. I want to crawl into a hole and disappear for at least a year.
Just as I’m thinking of creative ways to disappear, Neteyam appears through the foliage, his chest heaving. “Y/N!”
“Neteyam,” I reply quietly.
“You are fast,” he sighs.
“You are rude,” I hiss.
Spreading his hands out to the side in a gesture of surrender, he then gestures to the ground next to me. “Can I sit with you?”
I shrug and turn back to the water, extending my legs to dip my toes in. It’s as icy as I feel.
“I’m sorry, Y/N. I was so excited about meeting you tonight and I, Tuk came from her lessons crying, something about being picked on and I got carried away with it and I... I forgot.” He looks down at his hands, and I’m surprised at how ashamed he looks. “I went to the spot you wanted to meet, but you were gone, so I thought you might be flying. I would really like to make it up to you.”
“Bah,” I tsk’d. “How do you think you could do that? I waited for too long, Neteyam. It is... it’s embarrassing.”
He was trying not to, but a small smile crossed his lips. “Why did you wait so long?”
I rolled my eyes and stood up. “It doesn’t matter. I’m going home. It’s late.”
Neteyam reached up and grabbed my wrist, pulling me back down next to him, much too closely. My mouth felt dry again, and my palms sweaty.
“The only one who should be embarrassed is me, Y/N. You do not understand how excited I was when you asked, how honored I felt, and then I... I blew it.” He loosened his grip on my wrist, and moved his hand down to hold mine. “I would like to try again, to really make it up to you. Please.”
Reluctantly, I turned my head and met his eyes with mine. “Maybe I will make you wait.”
He grinned again, his beautiful smile, and it was very hard not to smile back.
“I would wait forever.”

Your fics/headcanons give me the feeling of eating freshly baked cookies with warm milk while wrapped in a blanket fresh from the dryer. Just so sweet and comforting. Your post the other day about the number of kiddos he'd want got me wondering: how would astarion handle his partner being in labor? I feel like he would be freaking out so badly internally but trying so hard to keep it together for them. Does it get easier with each baby? Does he cry each time? Also, I had this image in my mind of him introducing the older girls to their new baby sister each time and just being sweet and cute with his growing family and I'm dyinngggg. Thank you again so much for all the wonderful fics sorry this message was kinda all over the place I LOVE YOU. ❤️
hello my sweet angel!!! firstly - you inspired me. I'm inspired. i wrote something based on the introducing the siblings idea. see below!
He’s not sure he’ll ever tire of it.
Feign exasperation, absolutely. Roll his eyes in jest, move things along with the smallest ‘away, away’ of his free hand at the faces pressed against the inside of the kitchen window as you both approach the house in a beleaguered stumble - snout noses and wide grins, breath fogging the glass trying to gain a glimpse. Incredulously sigh at the fact that it’s just a baby.
It looks like a baby. Sounds like a baby. Smells like a baby. The house tends to have at least one kicking about at any given time, gods; there’s absolutely nothing unfamiliar nor noteworthy about a baby dhampir in Baldur’s Gate at this point. If anything, he’d be surprised if the townsfolk weren’t banging down his door come morning with a council-endorsed petition to encourage him to stop breeding the little shits.
Frenetic. He’s still practically vibrating with adrenaline from the birth still. Shaky hands stilled under the weight of the baby basket. Legs flying.
Another girl, obviously. Another ‘A’ name conjured from the recesses of his ancient wisdom. Some variation of a label he saw in an apothecary a week ago - you’re past the point of putting too much thought into their names, a fact that becomes obvious to anyone who lends it too much of a thought.
Apothecary. He ponders the viability of that one. Apothecaria? Apothe. Antiseptic. Asbestos. Arugula.
Fuzzy as the door swings open into the night and the stew-warmth of the kitchen bleeds outside. He holds the door, the carrier containing the baby; hospital bags strapped to his back, the weight of another little thing on his conscience. A pack mule. He pulls a face.
The eldest steps from the sitting room through the parted gaggle of waiting Ancuníns and takes a look at the new addition.
A brief moment passes.
Then she smiles as anticipated, nodding her approval - a time-honoured tradition in your household ever since the second was unleashed unto her sister - before falling to the back of the crowd, pulling out a chair for an exhausted you; and resigning from her primary carer duties for the evening.
It’s bittersweet. At this point, Astarion can never be sure if this time, the whole bustling through the doorway in the middle of the night with a newborn thing; will be the last.
But as each previous youngling steps in line to greet the newest addition to their chaotic sisterhood, he finds himself looking over to you fondly. The way your hand still rests atop the round of your belly, the other supporting your head as your elbow rests firm on the table. Cheeks aflush, lids drooping closed with each breath; and yet you sit there instead of retiring straight to bed to watch them.
Their eager faces, hushed whispers; fingers poking and prodding the small exhausted thing presented to them once more. Rolling her name around their mouths to get used to the sound. You watch each movement with a warm heart and dopey grin.
Obviously you want this again. He wants this again. This moment of soft whispers and unfettered love amongst siblings.
No, he resolves;-
this won’t be the end.
-
i LOVED THAT SO MUCH. THANK YOU.
with regard to the labour:
astarion cries with the first two babies.
after that, he realises it's probably more important to be supportive to his partner at this moment in time.
he can compartmentalise any emotions he's having with the logic that they can wait, honestly.
none of his worst fears are going to materialise, he knows this now. he's done it before.
with the later babies he's a pro.
he even has the nerve to sit there and exclaim at points that he's bored, and that you need to hurry home as he has a client coming to the shop later.
despite both knowing it's a jest, this always earns him a pillow to the face.
THANK YOU NONNIE!!! I LOVE YOU!

Roger Barel Main Route - Chapter 9
As usual, can’t guarantee 100% accuracy on this. I’m doing this for archiving purposes and you can probably find a better translation out there.
Roger: A collar of course. You’ve now been promoted from dogsbody to pet. Congrats.
Kate: Thank you! This is a cute collar…Hm, collar? Wait, didn’t I tell you to stop treating me like a dog?
(Geez, it’s such a lovely choker. A collar…)
When I glared at him and pouted, he just stared back with a pleased smile.
(...Roger reminds me of me of an innocent boy when he smile)
His usually tense, thick brows were relaxed, and his parted lips revealed his canines.
Why does seeing him smile make me feel happy too?
(...Also)
Since becoming Roger’s exclusive Fairytale Keeper, I haven’t been feeling anxious or confused.
(Even if he’s teases me, I have someone with me, watching my growth)
(It makes it all worth it, and motivates me to work harder)
(Though…I think Roger’s got me dancing in the palm of his hand)
Regardless, I’m happy with the changes I’ve been going through during my time with Roger.
(No doubt Roger’s getting to know me better with the time we spend together)
(It’s like exposing your research subject)
Me on the other hand—
(The more time I spend with Roger, the more mysterious he’s become)
(That’s why…I want to know more about him)
Kate: Roger, um…Can I get one more reward?
Roger: Oh, that’s rare coming from someone who tends to be reserved. Go ahead and say it.
Kate: The more time we spend together, the more I wonder why you chose to be with Crown. And then I start to wonder what you’re even researching at this point. That’s why, I want to know the reason why…
Roger: Are you asking as my exclusive Fairytale Keeper, or for your own personal interest?
Amber eyes expose my heart.
Kate: …Probably both.
As Fairytale Keeper, I record his “sins” as a Cursed One.
As for myself, personally—
I wanted to know what made my chest throb sometimes.
I definitely had an interest in Roger.
But I couldn’t say what kind of interest.
Kate: Still, I don’t want to overstep any boundaries, like a past you don’t want to talk about. If you don’t want to, then we can forget…
Roger: Pfft, haha. You really are a sincere one. Sure, I got nothing to hide. Summarizing it would be a pain, so hope you don’t mind a long story.
I don’t mind +4 +4
You’re going to tell me?
We have a long trip back.
Kate: I don’t mind. Please tell me about you, Roger.
Roger: In that case, let me tell you a story for our ride back to London.
With that, his long tale began.
—Unlike the train that’s moving us forward, Roger’s story takes us back into the past.
Roger: My old man’s a doctor, you’ve met him before. So for as long as I could remember, going to his clinic’s been part of my daily routine. I’m the eldest of 5 brothers and sisters. That’s probably why my dad relied on me a lot. Before I knew it, I wanted to be a doctor.
(In the beginning, I did get the impression that Roger was like an older brother…)
Kate: So you’re the eldest sibling. No wonder you’re so good at looking after others… What were you like as a kid?
Roger: Haven’t really changed. I was a brat with a thirst for knowledge that’d steal my old man’s medical books and charts. Maybe it’s because he also did as he pleased, but he was a pretty tolerant guy. Most of the time, he’d laugh it off. However, I remember getting a real tongue lashing when I tried to read a certain piece of research without asking.
Kate: And that piece of research was…
Roger: “About Cursed Ones”.
Cursed Ones—A term I hadn’t even heard of until a few weeks ago, but am now familiar with.
Had I not stumbled upon them that night—I would never have known.
(Roger learned about it from his father’s clinic…)
Kate: But only a few people know that Cursed Ones exist, right?
That information is regulated, and both the existence of them and Crown is kept from the public.
(I became a Fairytale Keeper because I knew…)
Roger: My old man’s “a part” of that world. Well, he probably “noticed” while examining a patient.
Kate: …I see. Doctors do examine a variety of people. When your father scolded you, it was because it was information that shouldn’t be known to the public. He tried to keep it a secret from you.
Roger: Yeah. A kid’s curiosity’s dreadful. So I went and read everything I could about Cursed Ones without my old man knowing. Should’ve locked that all up in a safe. He’s disorganized.
Kate: …That’s how you had free access to medical books and charts. I mean, hehe, you’ve been the same since you were a kid.
Roger: I guess. Now onto the main part of the story. When I was nearly done reading through all the research on Cursed Ones. It got to the point where I wanted to meet the author of a document, “Alexander Taylor”. In my search, I found that he was formerly a doctor at Gracefield Royal Hospital. Turns out he was my old man’s coworker.
Kate: When you say formerly, do you mean he left the hospital?
Roger: Yeah. Not sure why.
Kate: Is that how you found him?
Roger: Found him sooner than I thought. When he left the Royal Hospital, my old man rented the Barel family conservatory in the outskirts out to him. I found out he was doing some research by himself there.
“Alexander Taylor” left the Royal Hospital to continue his own research on Cursed Ones.
The more I heard about him, the more my imagination grew.
Kate: Then you…
Roger: Yeah, of course I went to see him. It was late at night, after my old man went to bed. I snuck out by myself.
~~ Flashback ~~
—The conservatory was empty and filled with silence.
Except for a young man in a white lab coat named Alexander Taylor, who was researching Cursed Ones all alone.
Roger: My name is Roger Barel. I’m the eldest child of the Barel family. I’m interested in your research, so let’s be friends.
Alec: …Yeah, go home okay?
Roger: Ah, haha…so that’s how it is. Well I didn’t think this would be easy, but it’s worth the challenge.
Alec: …You’re an annoying kid.
Every time I visited him, he’d turn me away.
However, when Alec realized I knew about Cursed Ones, he gave up and took me in.
Alec: You’re so persistent…
Roger: Yeah, I’m the kind of guy that’ll do whatever it takes to get what he wants.
Alec: *sigh* I know. I give up. You can visit me here as long as you promise me one thing.
Roger: Yeah, I will! So from today on, we’re friends!
Being friends with him made me happier than I thought.
I grabbed Alec’s hand and swung it around.
That was the first time I saw him smile.
Alec: Heh, okay. We’re friends now. Nice to meet you little doctor.
~~ End Flashback ~~
Roger: After that, I started spending a lot of time with Alec at the conservatory. He was my first friend.
There was affection in his voice as he muttered nostalgically.
Roger: Even though I was a kid, I knew Alec was a very brilliant man. That’s why I couldn’t understand why he left the Royal Hospital. I was skeptical that he was just doing research on Cursed Ones, hidden away in a conservatory.
~~ Flashback ~~
There was a time when I asked him—
Roger: Hey, Alec. Why are you researching Cursed Ones in a place like this? They’re born all around the world, but hard to come by. Wouldn’t it have been better to do something like establish a treatment center for cancer since it’s incurable? Then the world would know just how talented you are!
Alec: Perhaps. But I’m willing to throw my position, reputation, and money away for this research.
As he said that, he looked off into the distance with a sad look.
Alec: Someone might eventually find a cure for cancer…but I’m certain no one would find one for curses. The voices of the minority tend to get drowned out. That’s why I have to listen carefully.
Roger: Hmm. You’re great for working so hard for others.
Alec: I’m not that good of a person, Roger. I just don’t want my soul to rot away.
~~ End Flashback ~~
Roger: Whenever I went to see Alec, it was always at an appointed time. He didn’t let me come by at any other time. There was a day when I went to see him at the appointed time…But no matter how long I wanted, he never came back. …So I just kept waiting.
Roger’s lips drew tight as if to swallow back his hoarse voice.
Kate: …Something happened.
Roger: Yeah. Alec burst into the conservatory with police after him.
~~ Flashback ~~
Suddenly, the door to the conservatory was thrown open.
Alec: Roger…Why. I thought you went home.
Roger: …Alec, what’s with the police? What’s wrong, what happened?
Police with black hair: Alexander Taylor, former doctor of the Royal Hospital, you are under arrest for being the prime suspect in organ trafficking!
Roger: Organ trafficking? Alec? Alec would never do something like that…!
Police with brown hair: What’s with this child? Is he involved in some way?
Police with black hair: Let’s bring this kid in as a witness.
The police officer reached out for me.
Roger: Stop it.
Alec: …
Alec—he saved me by touching the top of the police officers’ heads.
In an instant, their hands were smacked together.
As if in prayer.
Police with brown hair: W-what? I can’t move my hands apart…
Roger: …Special ability… Alec…you’re…a Cursed One?
Police with black hair: M-monster! Hey, kid with glasses, do you have anything to do with this?
Roger: Of course. Alec’s my fr—
Alec: …Roger. …Our promise?
Roger: Ah.
~~~~ Flashback within a flashback ~~~~
Alec: You can visit me here as long as you promise me one thing.
Roger: Promise?
Alec: If anyone asks about our relationship, reply with this. “We’re not friends. That person and I are complete strangers.”
Roger: What’s with that weird promise? Well, I guess it’s embarrassing to be friends with a kid like me.
Alec: …Yeah, let’s go with that. Promise me, Roger.
~~~~ End flashback within a flashback ~~~~
I was a child then, but I realized the meaning of that promise.
Roger: T-that person…and I… “We’re not friends. That person and I are complete strangers.”
Alec: …Thank you. —"That’s enough.“

Aemond x reader
Warnings: Gore, swearing, intimacy,tension,niece/nephewcest, Targaryen incest, reader is Rhaenyras daughter, if I spell something wrong I don’t care 😂, AOB, anxiety, anxiety attacks
Did I ever think I’d write something for Aemond no no I did not I hate team green and Vhagar with a passion 😂😭
Me to me: I hate Aemond
Me to me after reading a fic: I mean-
Rhaenys will not die I swear to the gods I’ll riot about her death one day 😭
Dragon-
Aelwyn, white and gold scales daughter of Syrax. Mix between Syrax and Seasmoke.
It’s always cold at DragonStone keep. Your bed is never truely comfortable and you never sleep with both eyes closed. Your father’s gone as is your mother and as the eldest and next in line you’re struggling to keep yourself from feeding these council men to your dragon. Rhaenys is thankfully on your side majority of the time to help you calm these battle hungry mostly alpha males but you’re exhausted in need of a winters long rest or perhaps you should raid the cellar for some disgusting wine.
“That’ll be all council” Rhaenys’s voice is sharp and cuts through the bickering after she gives you a glance. They all leave and you sag against the table before instantly sitting up again when a knight comes in.
“A Raven princess’s” he says handing you the note. You thank him and he leaves and you unravel the small paper.
You know this writing, it’s the queen mother’s writing. Alicent has sent many Ravens to your mother to which she has read none but this one is addressed to you. You frown as you read your stomach dropping as you see her proposal for peace at the price of marriage. You lay the letter on the table with shaky hands, contemplate throwing yourself into the sea before rationalising that this is the way to stop the war, all the while Rhaenys has read the letter with a neutral look on her face.
“Has anyone seen my mother? My father even?” You ask the princess and she shakes her head.
“I’m afraid not” she sighs leaning back into the chair after lying the note back on the table.
“Well then” you say your heart pounding in your ears just as your brother walks in. You all but snatch the note off the table and shove it into your pockets not noticing the small chuckle Rhaenys does before she leaves.
“Brother” you greet as he sits himself opposite to where Rhaenys was.
“Is she still not back?” Your brother doesn’t look you in the eye and your heart breaks a little. He’s got too much that he puts on his shoulders.
“Not yet” you answer sagging.
You plan in privacy, pack your things inform your servants and knight guard to keep this all quiet till you can sort it out. You’re on the balcony when a knock comes and you say a ‘come in’ before Rhaenys enters.
“Princess” you greet.
“Princess” she greets back coming to join you on the balcony.
“You’re not overly sneaky I’m afraid” she says after some time and you frown tensing slightly.
“Why would I have to sneak?” You ask hoping to deflect her question but she smiles and you sigh.
“There is no other way I will agree to these terms, my mother nor my father seem to be doing anything!” Your anger rises before you force it down again.
“Apologies for yelling” you say quietly after.
“If you did not yell I’d question your Targaryen heritage” Rhaenys jokes and you smile.
“If you feel this is the right way, however I’d advise you, you are throwing yourself into a den of vipers” she leans against the stone railing eyes out to the sea.
“I’m aware” you say.
“Nor will you have allies there, and your betrothed has already killed one of your siblings” her reminder stabs you like a knife in the side and you gulp.
“You cannot kill him either” she adds.
“She said too leave in a week from the letter if I were to accept, it has been five days I shall notify the council the day I leave and if my mother or father show up I shall inform them also” you nod trying to ignore the anxiety nauseating your stomach.
Neither your father or mother show up and it breaks your heart, as you gather the council and tell them the outrage you receive is like a wasps nest being upset or an angry mother dragon whose had her eggs stolen. The one who stays silent though is your brother, the death look he gives the table makes you question his thoughts.
“Enough!” You finally snap.
“You men of the council do nothing but sit here and bitch like a bunch of ladies!” Your words stun them into utter confusing and silence and you instantly regret your words and clear your throat.
“I-“ you stutter.
“The princess is under a lot of stress as it is from this decision she does not need you to add to it” your brother finally speaks and the men finally quiet themselves.
“I leave today at lunch, my things are already packed, my ladies are in order as are my knights, they all know” you say.
“I will get peace from this war, nobody else is trying” you don’t know why you stare at the table most of the talk, but when you look up your mother is there. The room goes silent, the council leaves, as does your brother leaving you and your mother in the room. She looks as if she hasn’t slept in days, she’s covered in dirt, tear streaks down her cheeks and a rugged red cloak in her hands, Lukes cloak. Tears form in your eyes as your mother walks to you, lays the cloak on the table and rounds it before her arms are around you. You sob softly against her despite her appearance and smell, you feel her crying silently also. You stay like that for a while before she pulls apart, hands on your face as her thumbs wipe away your tears.
“If this is what you must do then so be it” she says.
“Peace doesn’t come cheaply, sometimes it may not come, I hope it does” she takes a small breath leaning your foreheads together.
“Be brave my daughter” she whispers pressing her lips to your forehead.
The ride to kings landing is daunting you’re thankful you don’t get shot down, but you see the army waiting for you by the dragon it entrance. Aelwyn grumbles on her way down as you calm her softly in high Valyrian as you land. Aelwyn despite being young is almost as large as her mother, you climb off her side down her white golden scales while a knight comes over and seizes your arm. Aelwyn growls in response.
“Calm Aelwyn” you say as the dragon keepers urge her into the dragon pit.
“So you have come” you look queen mother, adorned in a green dress.
“I have” you say and she nods relief flooding her eyes while she keeps a stoic face. You are thankful you took some scent blocking tea and purple tea. Purple tea was used to reduce one’s designation though it only lasted a couple of hours.
“Let her go” Alicent orders the guard and he lets your arm go.
“Come” she beckons you and you follow.
The castle is restless, jittery and on edge, you can hardly walk by anyone without them tensing. You wish for your things and a bed quickly, the teas are wearing off and everything is starting to overwhelm you. You head to the throne room, away from the chaos but it is too late, your heart pounds, you’re sweating, Alicent’s scent is almost as haywire as you’re feeling. You both stop but you’re unaware of the prince in front of till you breathe him in. You feel you might choke, sweet scent of an alpha filling your nose.
“Is she alright mother?” You hear distantly, you close your eyes momentarily feeling the Queen mother’s hand on your arm.
“Apologies my Queen, my prince” you curtsy but your body sways. You hadn’t noticed the prince so close till both of his hands hold your arms and a gasp leaves you. Your eyes snap open and you’re face to face with the one who killed your little brother. You reel back in your mind, blink a few times to clear it before offering a smile and nodding.
“I am not use to flying that long” you counter and the prince nods letting you go. Your arms tingle but you ignore it as you look to Alicent.
“Aegon isn’t aware of this marriage neither is the realm” she says and you nod.
“Half my family isn’t either” you say and worry flashes in her eyes.
“My mother is aware” you say and she nods.
“How shall we play this?” You ask.

No Doctors (Sam and Dean Winchester x sibling!reader)
Warnings: needles I guess
Parings: sam Winchester X sibling!reader, Dean Winchester x sibling!reader
Prompt: you’re a hunter scared of needles idk I went to urgent care the other day and I hate needles.
Word Count: 1,044
Sam, Dean, and you, their younger, nineteen year old half sibling have seen a lot, obviously. Hunters? You see vampires, werewolves, ghosts. But as a Winchester you see so much more. The three of you have saved the world quite a few times. It is safe to say not much phases the Winchesters.
But you, Y/N Winchester has one big fear, needles. When Sam injected Demon Dean with human blood, you could not watch. It wasn’t because of your big brother’s yells of pain, but because you cannot even look at a needle. So when Sam and Dean told you that you HAD to see a doctor, you put it off until it was too late. Now your legs were covered in red spots. The spots were not inflamed or itching. They looked like bleeding under the skin, which means its less like a rash. Google did not help ease Sam and Dean’s worries about you.
“Y/N damn it, we have to rule out anything serious,” Dean told you.
“I am fine,” you insisted.
“Google says you have one week to live,” your older brother furrowed his eyebrows, showing you his google search on his smart phone.
“Google is not a doctor,” you rolled your eyes.
“That is why we have to take you to a doctor. Right Sam?”
Sam nods in agreement.
“Look, if Cas was here, he could figure it out, but he isn’t. We are going to urgent care,” Dean demanded. “Now get your ass to my car.”
You looked over to Sam and back to Dean, fear in your eyes. You knew what this meant, bloodwork. You could not do bloodwork. Just seeing a needle makes you sick to your stomach. The last time you had bloodwork done, you threw up. When you had to get your Covid vaccines, you took your brothers with you. It worked because they ended up getting theirs as well, but when it came to your turn, your brothers had to distract you so you didnt see the needle. You held Dean’s hands and almost broke his fingers as the needle went into your flesh.
“Dean, doctors are scary. All they do is poke at you with needles,” you frowned at your older brother.
“Sam and I will both be there by your side,” Dean insisted.
And so here you are now. The walking to the lab with your brothers at your side. You look for all possible exists to run out of here, but you know its no use. Dean would drag you back if he has to. The lab nurse sits you down in the chair and looks for a good vein. Shit. It’s going to happen. Your eyes follow her hands as she pulls out all the tubes that will be soon filled with your blood. The things is you’re not grossed out by the idea of seeing your own blood, its kind of cool actually. But knowing how it gets in there is too much.
You see her take out the needle and your instincts kick in. You jump out of your seat before your brothers push you back. Dean holds you down on the chair and you look at him with tears in your eyes.
“Don’t look at me like that kid,” Dean sighs, a guilty expression coming across his face. “I just want to make sure you’re okay.”
“I am fine! And when we find out that nothing is wrong you’re going to be sorry,” you spit.
Sam holds the hand of the arm that the nurse will draw blood from, not just to keep it steady, but to calm you down.
“You are a fighter, you are strong, you got this,” Sam tells you. “Just don’t look, and then you won’t feel it, okay?” You nod at Sam. “Attagirl. Now don’t look at me, or else you’ll see the needle too. Look at Dean.”
“Yeah, look at me,” Dean cuts in. You look up at your eldest brother. “Good job.”
“I’m not a child,” you remind Dean.
“Yeah, yeah. You’re a kid compared to Sam and I,” Dean chuckles.
“Well yeah, Sam is old and you’re ancient,” you tease.
“Ancient?” Dean fakes an offended expression.
“Yeah. So ancient that when the Egyptians built the pyramids, they looked at you and said ‘Wow that man is ancient.’”
Sam laughs but plays it off as a cough when Dean shoots a look at him. You feel a cotton ball on your arm as the nurse wraps the bandage on your arm.
“All done,” she smiles. “You can go to the waiting room and as soon as we get your results, you’ll be notified.”
You’re surprised and relieved to find out its done and over with. And you didn’t feel a thing.
“You did it kid,” Dean smiles at you.
“We are proud of you,” Sam ruffles your hair.
“I’m almost twenty don’t talk to me like I’m a child,” you get up and push past your brothers.
They follow you into the waiting room and sit by your side. Sam wraps an arm around you while you’re all pouty and embarrassed.
“We aren’t babying you or anything,” Sam sighs. “You have a genuine fear, and you faced it. We know you’re an adult. You are capable of doing a lot, you are a badass hunter. A Winchester.”
You nod, not so confidently. You and your brothers watch the TV in the waiting room where some old cowboy movie is playing. Dean is loving it, but you just want to get your results and go back home. After twenty minutes, a doctor comes out with a clipboard.
“You are fine, your blood came back clean. And over the counter rash cream should be able to help. You are free to go home,” she tells you.
Dean scoffs, and Sam looks confused. To be fair, you don’t understand either, you know its not a rash, it doesn’t look like a rash. But it can’t be what Dean looked up either if the bloodwork came back clean so its clearly nothing serious. As the doctor walks away, you glare at your older brothers.
“See, I knew bloodwork was a waste of time.”
Dean shrugs as Sam says, “Better safe than sorry.”

Unexpected | Kylian Mbappè
Pairings: Kylian × reader [oc].
Summary: You are pregnant unexpectedly, with your third child. Your journey of giving birth to your unexpected baby who looks like a perfect mixture of you and kylain
Tags: #kylian ×reader[oc]#fluff #dad kylian #Big family #Mbappè family #pregnancy journey #baby boy# siblings # kylian fanfic # mention of birth #regular check up.
You are currently in your bathroom sitting on the edge of the bathtub waiting for the result. Beads of sweat forming on your head you are stressed about the result.
You have been experiencing some symptoms like dizziness, nausea and food cravings, and it looks like pregnancy symptoms so you decided to take a pregnancy test.
You and kylian got intimate last time was when your kids were at their grandparents house for a sleepover it was around a week ago.
If you turned out to be pregnant it would be unexpected since this was not planned and it would really change a lot of things.
Lots of thoughts are going inside your brain right now. You didn't really told kylian that you are taking a test because you didn't really want to get his expectations high.
As you were thinking all of this the alarm which you set ringed indicating its time to check the test. Your heart beats fasten.
With your trembling hands you picked up the pregnancy test, your eyes brimmed with tears.
You gasped after seeing the two lines indicating that you are pregnant again, and your palm went to cover your mouth, tears fell from your eyes. You couldn't imagine that you are going to be a mother again.
Your baby is in your womb, you placed your hands on your stomach.
"mumma loves you my baby. "
You quickly washed your hands in the sink and took the pregnancy test with you outside the restroom. You went to kylian with the pregnancy test in your hand.
You showed the pregnancy test to kylian at first he was confused on why do you have a pregnancy test but then he realized and asked you, confirming his doubts if its true that you'repregnant To which you nodded in response.
Yn: We're going to be parents soon. Kylian hugged her tightly and kissed all over her face and in the last he crouched down and placed a gentle kiss on her stomach caressing it and saying.
Kylian: Come soon my little champ, dadda is waiting for you.
Kylian kissed you on your lips saying he is the luckiest person to have you and his kids.
_________________________________________
It's been 6 months when you got to know about your third pregnancy.
Your kids were so excited for a little sibling, but they were very impatient it took a lot of time for you and kylian to make them understand that their sibling will come after nine months.
Your eldest is currently six years old and your middle one is three years old and the youngest is on his way.
When you guys told your family about this they were shocked. But everyone was very happy.
Today is your doctors appointment, you got ready with kylian, today the kids grandma is coming to babysit them so you and kylian left for the clinic.
When you guys reached there you felt very anxious and nervous because of the pregnancy hormones.
Seeing you anxious kylian held your soft hands and assured you.
The doctor was doing your check up, she applied the gel on your stomach, you felt the similar cold feeling, she was doing your ultrasound, kylian held your hand.
She asked if we wanted to know the gender of the baby. I looked towards kylian and then we both declined, saying we would like to keep it as a suprise.
It was same with both your kids, you guys didn't wanted to know the gender of your baby beforehand.
So when gave birth you got to know the gender of your baby.
She nodded and prescribed me some medicine and told me to take alot of rest. And assured us saying that the baby is perfectly fine.
_________________________________________
It's the time you need to gave birth, your water just broke.
But both you and kylian are calm, Beacause you guys have experienced this two times before.
Since it's your third time you know what will happen that's why your very calm.
You and kylian got into the car and drove off to the hospital. Your parents were taking care of your kids at home.
~~
You just gave birth an hour ago, you gained your conscious just now and saw kylian sitting beside your bed, you asked him about the baby and he said the doctors have taken him for the check up.
You gave birth to a little boy, he looks a little like you and a little like ky. You can say he is a perfect mixture of you both. Another symbol of your love.
His eyes are the exact copy of you with honey brown colour, and his hair is just like kylian, which you love caressing so much.
The nurse came with your baby and gently gave him to you.
She said the baby is very healthy. You and kylian were observing your little baby. You carresed his face and kissed him on his cheeks and forehead.
His face looked so calm, you wish you could stop this moment here.
The nurse asked you both, regarding the naming of the baby. " And what did you guys decided "
Kylian and yn both stared into eachothers eyes, communicating through their eyes, and they whispered softly. "Kyle mbappè "
In hearing the name, the baby Kyle opened his eyes, fluttering them, making his parents heart filled up with contentmant.
Kyle's older siblings are on their way to meet their little brother.
You informed your parents and they are coming to the hospital with the kids. The kids are very excited to meet Kyle. They were thrilled to know their baby sibling has arrived after making them wait for so long.
The nurse said the baby needs skin to skin contact, kylian nodded at her, nurse left to give them privacy, as kylian removed his shirt and placed it properly, and came to you, you carefully passed kyle to him.
He took Kyle and placed him on his chest, holding gently, so to not hurt him. While you were admiring this beautiful scene infront of you. Kylian as a father always made you feel something which you can't describe in words.
Kylian was always best dad, but a strict one too. He loved spoiling the kids, but he was always the first in disciplining them.
Kylian was there for you in everything, if it would be possible he would have taken your pain also which you felt while giving birth.
You were recommended bed rest by your doctor in your last two months. Kylian helped you in everything. He was there with you even in the slightest things.
You guys never really thought of having a third child but guess what this is what life is unpredictable. But you are glad, because you get to experience this again.

Neteyam x Vitiligo Metkayina! Reader
Part 1
Authors note: my second post!! Hopefully this doesn’t disappoint! Enjoy!
Pronouns: She/Her
Y/n pov
I was on my way to hunt some fish to eat for dinner when I heard someone blowing the horn for some odd reason. I got up from where I was and then I see people rushing to see what had arrived at our shores. I stop what I’m doing and go see what the commotion is all about. Once I got there I see my parents, Ronal & Tonowari, and my siblings Tsireya & Ao’nung. I had skipped my way over to where all the people from my clan were, swinging my tail a bit side to side, only to see some new comers. They looked like they were from the Omatikaya clan from the forest.
My siblings were beside my parents by the time I arrived. I skimmed my gaze over the new comers only to see what looks like to be their eldest son looking my way. I look at him a bit confused, mostly because he was just..staring at me. Either way I at least tried to give him a small smile. I don’t really like new comers, or anything new that comes to our clan. My attitude is similar to my mothers so at first I don’t really like them, but I at least have some heart to be nice..unlike her.
She had been looking over these new people with a judging look on her face. Even though I wasn’t the one she was looking at, it made me nervous. Her whole gaze, just makes me nervous. My mother, and the boys mother started growling at each other when my mom got to close to what seems like the other woman’s mate I assume. Toruk Maktou has apologized for the woman’s behavior, blaming it on the flight on the way here.
After a while of talking, my father declared that me and my siblings will help the new family learn our ways. I was not really happy about it because I have better things to do, I am the second eldest child in our family. I am training under my mother to become the next Tsahík. “Father, you do know I have other things to do, correct?” I said with a scowl on my face. Me and my father have butt heads a lot ever since I’ve gotten older. “It had already been decided.” He said sternly.
I scoffed and rolled my eyes at him. I told my sister Tsireya to hurry up so we can get this over with. We showed the family to their Marui & I felt the older brothers gaze on me again. I don’t know what exactly he’s looking at me for though. Maybe it’s because my skin is sort of different? I don’t know. But I try to ignore it the best I could until the day was over. After a while their parents went with mine to go learn elsewhere, while me & my sister teach their children.
———————————————————-
After their lesson I tried to leave as fast as I could. I honestly like to keep to myself, it just feels better that way to be alone. When I was on the shore I felt someone tap my shoulder for a moment. I turn around & guess who it was. Yup, the older brother who I still don’t know the name of. “ Yes? Do you need something before I leave?” I asked, being as polite as I could. “Yes actually.” He said, I raised and eyebrow for him to continue. “Could you tell me your name? I’d at least like to know the name of the person I’m learning from.” He asked. I sighed and told him what he asked for. “ My name is ____” I said back to him.
“I was wondering if you would like to be friends? The other people I’ve met here are being… should I say, rude?” I hum in acknowledgement and nod my head. “Yes, that’ll be fine, I guess. I really must get going though. My mother would be furious if I’m late.” I said in a hurry. “Oh, we’ll I’ll see you around then?” He asked curiously. “ Yes, you will. Goodbye!” I tried to put a smile on my face that looked at least a bit real. “Bye!” He said back.
———————————————————
It’s been a few weeks since the Sully’s have showed up on our island. Me and Neteyam have been getting to know each other better, and it’s been working. I’ve been opening up to him about this recently, like how I’ve been so stressed to keep up with my mothers expectations. He relates to my struggles too, which makes me feel better to say the least.
Neteyam has been getting better at his lessons too. I’ve taught him very well since he’s learned in such fast time. I’ve taught him every ting I know from riding an ilu, to hunting. I don’t really know what else to do when we “hang out” anymore…if you can even call it that. He says the we “ should hang out outside of the lessons” since their is nothing else that I can teach him.
Neteyam’s pov
Recently, I’ve been hanging out with ____ a lot. I’ve been making excuses to hangout with them or even just for the simplest things. Lo’ak is thinking that I like her, and I’m starting to see it. ____ is very mysterious, and interesting. She doesn’t really like to be out much with other people, and she has this fierce type attitude. Sort of similar to her mothers, just more..dialed back.
Today I made ____ a gift. It’s a bracelet from the shells from the shore that tuk and I found a few days ago. “Who is that for?” Lo’ak asked. “It’s none of your business, Lo’ak” I rolled my eyes at him while walking towards the place where me and ____ are supposed to meet. “ Its fine, I have a pretty good guess on who it’s for” he said. I huffed and kept waking. “Look big bro, someone’s gonna snatch ____ up and take her one day . Might as well and confess soon.” He said. “And why do you say that?” I asked. “ One of her brothers friends mentioned that he had a crush on her yesterday. So I suggest you hurry up and do it while you have the chance.”he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I sighed and just kept walking until I see ____.

The Metkayina Way
Neteyam x Metkayina! Reader
warnings: more nightmares (reader can’t catch a break), talk of feelings, slight angst, fluff, ao’nung being a bully again (he’s so hardheaded 😭), reader got a lil mean again for a second, arguing, just a reminder that they’re aged up lol, lmk if i missed anything
part 1 | part 2 | part 3 | part 4 | part 5 | part 6 | part 6.2
You had woken up out your sleep again, this is the fourth time this happened actually. You tried dealing with it alone, but you knew that wouldn’t help so you confided in your mother, who only told you that you had been paranoid again. She went on about drastic changes and how you're probably just worrying over nothing, but that didn’t explain the lifeless body you held in your arms each night.
You found yourself on the beach again, sitting in the water, meditating. It has turn into a daily thing for you to do, it was always at the same time too. Right before dawn.
“Can’t sleep?” A voice, Neteyams voice called from behind you.
“What are you doing out here, Neteyam?” You didn’t even turn around to look at him.
“I could ask you the same thing.” He sat down next to you in the water.
“I asked you first.” Looking over at him, he slightly smiled, “I cannot sleep.” He simply responded, shrugging his shoulders.
“This is the second night out of the week where you have not gotten any sleep. What is going on?"
“This is your fourth time out on the beach at the crack of dawn, what is going on with you?” He ignores your question.
He was watching you. This whole time he was watching you. Embarrassment crept up on you, cheeks beginning to become hot. The thought of Neteyam seeing you in a vulnerable state wasn’t pleasant at all, this whole week has been full of tears, every night you came out here crying. Every night. And he saw you.
“You are creepy.”
He took slight offense to what you said, just looking at you while he tried to come up with something to make him look like he’s not a creep. That’s the last thing he wanted you to think.
“I am kidding, idiot boy.” You nudge him, “You need to loosen up a little.”
“Me?!” He scoffs, “You are the one who needs to loosen up.”
“I do.”
“I have never seen that side of you.”
You looked over at him, his golden eyes and freckles glowing under the night sky.
“We are not talking about me.”
“I want to, but I cannot.” He shrugs once again, “Explain, Neteyam.” You were starting to grow annoyed with the boy.
“I cannot. Not when my father wants me to be his perfect fucking soldier. It is my job to watch over everyone, keep everyone in line, make sure everybody is okay. Who is there to make sure I am, okay?”
You sat there and listened to everything he said, processing every single word. You heard him. You saw him. The boy was robbed, not being able to live the life any other normal teenage boy. But the life as a future warrior, you understand where he was coming from, you did. But you couldn’t help but wonder what that foreign word was, you decided to push it aside for now.
“I am here. I will make sure you are okay.” You placed your hand in his, “I understand where you are coming from, it is not easy being the eldest of your siblings or a child of a warrior, I understand.”
He looked down at your hands and up to your eyes, Neteyam swears that your eyes are the prettiest things he’s ever seen. The boy was lost of words, his heartbeat starting to quickly pick up.
“Are you okay?” He asked you, “I have seen you all those nights.”
“It is silly.” You waved him off, dismissing the topic. How stupid would you look if you were crying every night over a stupid nightmare?
“If it was silly, you would not be out here crying your eyes out every night. Talk to me, how am I supposed to make sure you are okay if you will not talk to me?”
“It is nothing, Neteyam! Just silly little nightmares. That is all, I do not want to talk about it.” You pull your hand from his and stood up, “Now come, I want to show you something.”
“Hey! Don’t do that!” He said from behind you, placing his hand in yours again, “Don’t pull yourself away from me.”
You tried to hide your blushing face as much as possible, though he probably couldn’t see it since it was so dark.
“Why must you be so loud?! Hush!” You scolded, leading him further into the Island.
You led him, hand in hand into the forest. Your pace picking up when your destination was in sight.
“Where are we?” Neteyam asked as you approached the pond, “What does it look like?” You looked back at him.
You approached the glowing pond, detaching your hand from his to remove your knife holster that was around your thigh. You placed your feet in the cold water, beginning to walk in. You turned to face Neteyam, who was following behind you. He watched as you slowly sunk into the water, wanting him to follow you. He slowly walked in, wincing at the cold water, you grabbed his wrist and pulled him in.
“You are taking too long.” You laugh as he wipes the water from his face.
“Why did you bring me here?” He asked, swimming after you, “Well, it was my place to go when I wanted to get away from everything. Now it can be yours too.” You began to float on your back.
“So now it’s our place.”
“Sure.” You smiled up at the night sky.
The two of you floated together in silence, listening to the sounds of the water and the forest around you. This was the first time you’ve ever brung someone to your spot, your siblings didn’t even know about it. You usually didn’t like sharing, especially special things like this. But you didn’t mind sharing it with Neteyam.
You suddenly flipped off your back, diving down into the water, passing fishes and other little creatures as you went to the bottom.
“What are you doing?” Neteyam signed, “Come here, idiot boy.” You signed back to him.
He swam down to you, and you interlocked your arm with his, showing him the little creatures in the sand. You never knew what they were called, you hadn’t seen them before until your first time out here. Neteyam reached to grab one, placing it in the palm on his hand. The little unknown creature crawling all over his hand, he looked over at you and smiled before looking back at the little creature, who eventually jumped off of Neteyam’s hand and back into the sand.
“What was it.” Neteyam signed to you, and you shrugged your shoulders, laughing at the bad signing.
Neteyam unhooked his arm from yours and wrapped his hand around your waist, pulling you up with him. The boy gasped for air as you sat there continuing to laugh at him.
“Why are you laughing?”
“You need to work on your signing.” You admit, “My signing is good!” He defended.
You only shake your head at the boy, his arms stayed on your waist, but his face read try me. You looked at his golden eyes, and his glowing freckles once again. Taking in his beautiful face.
“You have pretty eyes, idiot boy.” You signed.
“Mine? Yours are beautiful but thank you.” A smug smile smeared across his face, “I do not appreciate you calling me idiot boy though.”
You weren’t expecting for him to get it, not that soon at least. You wondered how he had figured it out, maybe he had asked somebody. Who knows.
“Get used to it.”
When you woke out of your slumber it took you a minute to process where you were, your hand touching the damp grass you used as a pillow. Neteyam’s hand rested on your waist as his chest fell up and down, still fast asleep. You wanted to stay like this forever, and you were tempted to for a minute until reality hit you.
The two eldest children of two powerful warriors. Gone.
You hopped up from your spot, startling Neteyam, causing him to jump up as well.
“What is wrong?!” He frantically looked around, “We have to go!” You tied your knife back around your thigh, starting to walk out of the forest.
You prayed to ewya nobody noticed you two were gone yet, you two quickly made your way back on the beach. Only a few people were out, which means everyone was just starting to wake up.
“I will see you later, idiot boy.” You two started walking opposite directions, “Hopefully you have a new nickname for me by that time.” He smiles.
You approached your pod, expecting everybody to still be asleep but they were all sitting around eating together.
“My child! Where have you been?” Your mother gets up to examine you, “Swimming. I go swimming every morning, mother.” You slightly smile, not pleased with yourself for lying to your mother.
“It is a bit earlier than usual, are you okay?” Your father asked from the floor, where he sat with your siblings.
“Yes, I am fine. I promise.” You looked in between both of your parents before taking a seat in between your brother and sister.
You began to eat the mixed berries and vegetables that was laid out on the table, you parents leaving from the pod to do their daily duties.
“Where did you go? I looked for you, you were not swimming.” Ao’nung asked you, like he was your big brother, “I was swimming.” You tell him.
“With who, sister?” Tsireya smiled up at you and you couldn’t help but blush.
“Oh, great mother, do not tell me you were out with the other forest boy.” Ao’nung looks at you, hoping you’d say otherwise but you didn’t, “Those skxawng’s.” Ao’nung rolled his eyes, getting up.
You and Tsireya waved him off as he walked out the pod, probably going to find Rotxo.
“So, where were you two?” She turns you, her smile all big and childlike, “Our spot.” You gave her a sly look, grabbing another handful of berries.
“You two have a spot?!
“Now we do.” I smiled.
“I am happy you are finally not ignoring your feelings.” She playfully hits your arm, “You know I cannot wear my heart on my sleeve like you do.” You shook my head.
Tsireya has always been so open with showing affection, and just a loving person overall. You loved it for her, and you wish you could be the same.
“You should try it.” She says, “You know, you are going to have to pick a mate soon.” She wiggled her eyebrows.
“Tsireya!”
“What? It is true!” She laughs.
She was right though, it was actually long overdue. Thankfully you have supportive parents, trusting in your decision to just wait. But the clan is starting to talk, and you were running out of time.
“We will talk about that when the time comes.” You begin to change the subject, “Now you tell me about, Lo’ak.”
Though the boy was a little troublemaker and got himself into some crazy situations, you liked him for your sister. You watched them these last few days, it was a good balance between those two.
“He is so…misunderstood. It is almost like he lives in his brother's shadow; I am sorry to have to say that-”
“It is true.” You nod. Little does he know, Neteyam doesn’t want it to be that way.
“But I do not see him that way, I see him as his own person. I see him.”
Your sisters' words caught you off guard for a moment, but the girl did wear her heart on her sleeve, and you were sure that her feelings were not wrong.
“I did not mean—“
“No, no.” You shush her, “If you know, you know. Do not doubt it.”
You enjoyed these little talks with your little sister, girl talk as some would say. You were glad she was able to confide in you and talk to you about these things. You two wrapped up your conversation and stepped outside your pod, walking down onto the beach together. You didn’t really have anything as far as training planned for the day, you thought about what you could possibly do with your time. You ran your hair through your thick locs—hair. Your hair. You had been neglecting it for a while now.
“Tsireya, can you go grab the stuff for our hair? I am going to go find some shells to put in mine.”
“Why did you wait until we left.” She rolls her eyes, “I am sorry.” You say to her as she walks back to your shared pod.
You make your way into the water before diving down, examining looking at each shell precisely. Other things caught your eye while you were down there, grabbing every pretty little thing you saw. Tsireya joined you for a little bit before the two of you swam back to shore. You sat where she put the supplies and showed her all the shells you had collected, you had gotten lucky when you found two almost identical ones, already knowing what you’re doing with the two. You started on your hair, parting and applying the product you had made, Tsireya taking the back as you took the front.
“Hi guys!” The familiar young voice filled your ears, “Is it hair day?” Kiri asks as her and Tuk approach you, taking a seat by you two.
“It is long overdue.” You joke as you continue to twist your hair.
You guys sat there, talking, everybody contributing to getting your hair done. You noticed Neteyam making his way over to the group, the spot where Lo’ak usually stood was empty.
“Where is Lo’ak?” Tsireya questioned, “Said something about a truce with your brother.” Kiri shrugged, finishing the piece of hair she was on.
Truce. That’s interesting, you wonder how it went or how it’s currently going, knowing how stubborn your brother is.
“Me next?” Neteyam says as he approaches the group, “No.” Kiri rolls her eyes over at her brother, “I’m always stuck doing your hair.”
“I was not asking you, Kiri.” His eyes lock on yours, “Why must you put me to work, Neteyam?” You exaggerated a groan, knowing you wanted nothing else but to be running your hands through his hair.
Tsireya hit your shoulder, “She would love to.”
You couldn’t even scold the girl for volunteering you, because you truly wanted to. You didn’t find those shells for nothing, you quickly wrapped up with doing your hair before telling Neteyam to sit in front of you. You brought yourself to your knees, obviously not being able to do his hair sitting down because of his height. You were quickly able to take out his braids, running your fingers through his soft hair trying to figure out what you were going to do with it. You began to part his hair; you’d come up with something along the way. The boy hissed and made remarks about you being too rough time to time, which just made you smack him upside the head and tell him to hush. The girls had left you two alone a while back, going back into the water to find more shells.
You finished the braids and pulled out some string to pull up half of them, placing them on top of his head. You moved in front of him and pulled out two braids so that they could sit at the front of his face.
“I have a feeling I look like Lo’ak right now.” He muttered, “You look like Neteyam.” You shush him as you continued to work on his hair.
You adjusted the bun on the top of his head, then the braids that you had left down, sliding some beads here and there. You grabbed one of the two strands from the front of his head, putting the shell on the strands of hair.
“What is this?” He held up the braid that the shell was on, “Something I found, these were the only two.” You held up a piece of your hair to show him the shell.
He smiles, “I love it.”
“Think of it as, I am always with you.” You tell him.
“I like the sound of that.” He looks at you, “I will find one for you now!” He started to run towards the water, you follow behind him, but he stopped you, “It is a surprise.”
“But your breathing.” You warned, “My sisters are in there, I will be fine.” He assured you.
“Do not drown on me, idiot boy!” You yelled out as he dives into the water.
While you waited for him to return, you cleaned up the supplies, gathering and putting it back into what Tsireya originally had it in. As you were cleaning you couldn’t help but hear the voices of the most obnoxious friend group in the clan, Ao’nung and his friends were laughing and going on about something and you had noticed Lo’ak wasn’t with them all. Your eyes scanned around the beach, making sure he wasn’t in sight before you made a scene. You stormed over to your brother and his friends, already infuriated with them.
“Where is he?” You slightly yell as you approached the group of boys, “Where is Lo’ak?! He was with you all last, what did you do?!”
The boys stood around looking at you, trying to choose their next words wisely. You swear these boys always find a way to make your life hard.
“How are we supposed to know?” Ao’nung shrugs, “Do not lie to me, Ao’nung!” You yelled.
“I am not lying.”
You pinched between your eyes, trying your hardest not to put your hands on your little brother. You didn’t understand why Ao’nung was the way he was, causing all this trouble. Especially now. He was definitely lying to you and if you couldn’t get it out of him, you knew who could. Any other scenario you’d be embarrassed that you couldn’t get your brother to tell you the truth, but at this point you didn’t care. You walked back to where you were before and impatiently waited for Neteyam to come out of the water, all of them actually. How many shells could they be getting?! You took it upon yourself to dive into the water, quickly finding them digging through the sand.
“Out. Now.” Was all you signed before going back shore.
They all emerged from the water, hands full with shells and other little things.
“Go find our fathers, your brother has not returned yet. It is almost eclipse.” You tell the girls, you saw the worry in Tsireya’s eyes immediately, “Tsireya, calm down.” You tell her before they walked off.
“My brother knows where he is, he will not t—” Neteyam didn’t even let you finish your sentence, storming over to the group of boys.
“Where is my brother?!” Neteyam had Ao’nung against a tree, forearm at his throat, “What did I tell you the last time?!”
“Neteyam!” You yelled out, almost coming off as a warning. That was still your baby brother at the end of the day, you couldn’t help it.
“Where. Is. He.” Neteyam gritted through his teeth, “What did you do?!”
“We took him beyond the reef.” Ao’nung finally spits it out, Neteyam hit the tree behind Ao’nung as you stood there in disbelief.
“Oh ewya, give me the strength to not rip out my baby brothers throat! Come on!” You grabbed him by his ear, pulling him towards where everybody was, assuming that’s where Jake and your father were.
You finally approached the large group, pushing your way through the crowd until you stood in front of your father and Jake.
“What is it?” Your father asked, “Tell him what you told us!” Neteyam pushed Ao’nung.
And so, he did, your mother and father were furious, sending apologies to Jake and Neytiri as everyone gathered to go find the boy, including yourself.
Just as everybody was about to get into the water, somebody had called out that they had saw something. You looked out into the distance, squinting your eyes trying to see what everybody was looking at.
“The boy has returned!” The man had yelled.
Eventually you saw Lo’ak on the Ilu, swimming towards the group of people. He finally reached the dock, jumping off the Ilu and looking around at everybody. His mother quickly grabbing her son, looking over him and whispering prayers to herself.
“Ao’nung, you have brought enough shame to this family. Apologize now.” Your father says, “I am deeply sorry.” Ao’nung kept his head down.
“It was not his idea, I wanted to go beyond the reef.” Lo’ak sat there and lied straight through his teeth, “Is this true?” Your father asked and the boy nodded his head.
“Do not lie for him!” You yelled, walking up to the boy, “I’m not lying.” Lo’ak protested.
“That is enough.” Your father placed his hand on your shoulder, you looked at the boy once again before turning and starting to walk away.
“You are a coward.” You hiss at Ao’nung as you push past him, walking away from the group.
Eclipse had come, everybody making their way towards their pods as you went to collect your things from earlier. You gathered the supplies again, picking up the shells everybody had collected earlier before making your way back to your pod, where you knew your father was giving Ao’nung the hardest time of his life. As you continued to walk, the familiar family appeared in front of you, without Lo’ak once again.
“Kiri, Tuk, here are your shells.” You crouched down to Tuk’s level and handed her the shells, her giving you a hug in return.
You stood again, standing in front of their parents with your head held high, “I want to apologize on my brother's behalf for his actions.”
“Thank you.” Jake says to you, Neytiri only nodding at you.
The family begins to walk again, Neteyam quickly making his way over to you before they noticed he wasn’t behind him. But they knew, they all knew. Neytiri nudging Jake to look at you two, holding each other in a quick embrace.
“Thank you.” Neteyam says as he pulls out the hug, still holding on to your arms, “It is no problem. Do not mention it.” The topic of Ao’nung was starting to annoy you.
“You know, that was some of the best sleep I have gotten all this week.” Neteyam refers to earlier, when you had fallen asleep in his arms.
“What are you suggesting?” You smirk at the boy.
“Come on, Neteyam!” Jake called for his son, “You’ll see her tomorrow.” He teases.
Neteyam shakes his head in embarrassment, looking at his father and back to you, “I will see you later.” He picks up your hand, opening it and placing something into it before catching up with his family.
You opened your hand, a golden shell sitting in your palm. Golden. Just like his eyes. You smiled to yourself, watching as the boy walked away into the night.

A bit late to this chapter since i've been traveling but it was a TREAT when you dropped it.
Not sure why I found Dain and Cam pummeling each other was attractive to me but I'm rolling with it.
Is there a potential Tessa and Cam pairing I see 👀. I am DYING to know what plans you have for Cam, does he want to be a rider now that he has the freedom??? or is he going to continue assisting in different ways.
After IF, I understood what RY meant that Dain was going to have a redemption arc and I am HERE for your version too (though I was initially hesitant with RY lmao)
As the eldest daughter in an immigrant family, I relate to Mira on a spiritual level, this line 😭. Someone hug Mira PLEASE
I believed in everything they told us. I thought I was doing the right thing. I thought I was making a difference. I thought that I could make my brother’s death mean something by protecting our sister, the only person we both ever loved more than each other, but I couldn’t even fucking do that, Brennan. He told us that having a little sister was the most important thing in the world. There wasn’t a better or bigger job than being a big sister and a big brother.
Xaden really told Brennan, fuck around and find out in regards to his wife and how they make her feel.
I love all the hugs and physical touch that is happening between these two. The slow burn was WORTH IT
Tairn being such a girl dad to Violet, I AM SOBBING. He probably felt so much anger when he couldn't do anything for Vi when she was being tortured.
Brennan telling Vi that she has to finish her education is so older sibling coded. He's trying to pull the older brother giving his younger sibling advice card but Vi is like Im the goddamn queen and your superior officer LMAO.
Vi wanting everyone to love Aretia as much as she does was so gut-wrenching and idk why 😭 (and Mira being extremely uncomfortable in Aretia and Vi being sad about that made ME sad)
My only thought for this line was "whipped"
Xaden only shrugged. “Anything for you.”
Hope you got to enjoy your weekend and relax a bit <3 Thank you for gifting us this chapter, it made my week
The Dain & Cam fight almost involved Sloane and Tessa “watching for technique” 💀
“Staring is rude,” Violet noted mildly as she approached.
Sloane’s face lit up, but she said evenly, “We’re not staring.”
“We’re. . . watching for technique,” Tessa added with a smile.
Liam coughed pointedly.
“Technique,” Sloane agreed unconvincingly.
I’m keeping my Cam plans to myself!! My man isn’t done causing problems yet though
Mira deserves THE WORLD. She is just doing her best to be the best big sister. She needs so many hugs
Xaden was like “I don’t care if we’re friends, I don’t care if she’s your sister, she’s my wife, upset her again and you die” and Brennan took that shit seriously
Tairn!! I felt a lil bad leaving Andarna out of that moment but there’s just something about the Violet & Tairn bond that demanded that needed to be only for them
Brennan: “you should—“
Violet: “no”
Violet finally has a home she’s happy and safe and comfortable in when she’s never had that her whole life and she just wants everyone else to feel the same and get to experience it with her 🥺
Xaden is, in fact, whipped
Thank you!! 🩷🩷

hi everyone!🦇🤍🕊️🤓 i’m aching for some new roleplays and partners (not replacing anyone!) featuring OCs and plot lines that don’t get much love. 💗
about me: i’m 24f (preferably writing with those 18+), located in CST. i’ve got 10+ years of writing experience, and i write exclusively 3rd person POV in past tense with proper grammar/punctuation (obviously less formal in OOC). as for the length, i vary from discord limit to 1-3 paragraph rapid fire (i love those, to keep scenes and dialogue moving). for availability, i have a full time job, but i am available 5/7 days of the week for at minimum 1 reply a day. i LOVE romance, and all of my roleplays need to have some romantic plot or subplot in them. sorry not sorry. i love ooc chatter, sharing music, pinterest boards, and generally just being a little insane— let me fall in love with your OCs! communication is key with me. real life always comes first, of course, just let me know— even if it’s just a “hey, i’m not really feeling like writing, i’m not dead i promise” because the anxiety of being ghosted is too real.
anyway, onto my OCs…
The siblings. open to mumu with them!
- Lucette Leone: Mafia princess, Type A, sheltered ballerina baby. I LOVE her so much, and am craving a solid plot with her.
- Valentine Leone: The older brother. Guard dog of the Mafia. Fierce reputation and a strong, silent type.
The college students
- Juliette Martinez: Type A, control freak, eldest daughter. Your typical lack cat gf type of girl, with a decent helping of backstory. Plus size!!! She is fat!! If that’s not your vibe, go away.
- Theodore Pierce: Theo. Your typical golden retriever, happy go lucky athletic frat boy. Two brain cells. Maybe 3.
The dancer
- Evelina Carrera: Ballet dancer by day, exotic dancer by night. Recently ran away from home, very poor, very scared.
The cowgirl
- Josephine Marie Hart: “I’m never coming back to this small town!” but ends up back anyway. Only farm vet in her small town. Ran away to New York, but now she’s back and grumpier than ever.
plots and tropes i adore:
- Accidental pregnancy/found family
- Arranged marriage/Marriage for convenience
- Fake dating
- Enemies to lovers/Friends to lovers
- Opposites attract
- Forbidden romance
- Best friend’s sibling
- Any sort of romance tropes honestly i love love. i am also open to NSFW!
I’ve rambled enough now. Please like this or DM if interested!
