Not their usual mindful gaze, not a glance, not a watch to let them know they are being watched...a different kind of watch.

It was not unsettling. It did not frighten the herbivores. It did not threaten the carnivores. It did not alert the omnivores.

It was a watch that was familiar in a way. Different but familiar.

"Stop staring at us!" they cried

"We're not staring. We're thinking." they replied back, their gaze deepening.

"Well stop thinking at us." the boldest ones said

"Your still staring." the smartest ones said

"What are you thinking about?" the curious ones said.

"Your so small."

"WE AREN'T SMALL!" the younglings protested. The oldest most offended. The middle most annoyed. The youngest most loud.

"We don't mean your size." one started.

"We mean you're so young." the other finished.

"I'm 8 years old!" "I'm 5!" "I'm 3 and a half!"

"And you have so much to experience." they smile

"You still have to experience taking the shuttle by yourself." they grin to the eldest ones.

"You still have to experience losing your first tooth." they beam to the middle ones.

"You still have to experience your first playdate." they whisper to the youngest.

The younglings pout and huff. The younglings protest being small. The younglings, the smartest ones, figure out what's so familiar with the watch.

It was the same watch they got from their parents. It was the same watch they got from when they told them about the new friend they made. It was the same watch they got when they learned how to make a snack by themselves. It was the same watch they got when they learned something new and exciting.

It was the same watch they would see from their teachers for days to come.

Wow, definitely not what I expected from myself today, but since I started practicing backgrounds, I've been drawing more artsy/painterly and well... then - as often happens - a certain soundtrack hit me and I couldn't stop.

Had no Mr. No. 9-art here anyway on my blog. He's a very fascinating villian character to me. I'm always wondering what he's doing next, what he might be feeling. IF he is feeling and what he is thinking. Kudos, Matsumoto, tha's a good villain here (even if one might want to argue the late game overpowering, which I agree to, but that's more of a typical genre trait to me)

Tessi's turn on the age meme doodle trend! She's still upset that "giant horn" never became vogue after the Cambrian period. After holding out all this time, she finally had to admit it was never gonna become a biological trend in the scenes that mattered to her... She's also been a chronically lazy shapeshifter. Humans have, so far, received her best effort yet. Largely, that's because Raf is too unsettled by her voice mimicry for her to intergrade successfully by relying on vocalizations (as she had been able to with porpoiseds) , and she'd rather put in the extra bit of effort towards creating a slightly more convincing physical shape than suffer the intricacies of human emoting without the help of vocalizing.

Honestly the best part about True Neutral Jack to me is the fact he... doesn't even really care for the money. Sure he cares about the business growing and expanding but like, in his personal life? He's not doing shit with it for what we see. Like he's not this capitalist sigma grinder type with big dreams or goals like owning a mansion or some shit. Like im sure even if he was a millonaire he'd still be wearing the same suit and living in the same house and likely using the same cheap paint. He just needed a hobbie to run from the skeletons in his closet.

There's this podcast or someone that's been coming up on my fyp of these 4 dudes ranking transformer designs/generally having tf discourse. They're not toxic or anything, and they clearly are actually fans of the series itself. (I'm not trying to gatekeep or anything but we all know there's a difference between a Transformers fan and a Bayverse fan.) The vibe is just so different to how most transformers fandom discussion has been for me. It's hard to put my finger on because it's not a "they're only here for the badass stuff" situation or anything. Like I said they clearly genuinely do appreciate the whole series. It's just so interesting

genuinely obsessed with sebs media consumption habits, we know he likes: band of brothers (from the depths of the old sebsite), channing tatum (also sebsite), monty python, little britain (mentioned multiple times) and new girl (seen through glass quickfire questions), can not tell star trek from star wars (tirendo interview) but likes 'the one with the one with the ears' better, uses his phone to take pictures and look at maps (article on the f1 website i think), listens/listened to the beatles, eros ramazotti, blink-182, donovan's season of the witch, had a solid knowledge of early 2010s one-hit wonders in 2020/2019 (ferrari challenge video, guessing a song [actually titanium by sia] was bulletproof by la roux [since the song snippet contained the word bulletproof]) first album he bought was 12 inches of snow, his favorite films are the shawshank redemption and la vita e bella (during which he cried). he had britney and schumi posters up on his wall. he seems to never have heard shawn mendes and camila cabellos 'senorita' before the ferrari challenge (i envy him for this) but does know relatively small german indie bands (jules ahoi [not that small but like. small enough that you can hang out with and talk to the lead singer after a concert])
