I've always wanted to share how exactly Zahra and Noor pair with each other, and I feel like I can just best explain it by doodling them into memes XD

Admittedly, many of the planned dynamics and interactions I planned for them are inspired by the other Asha/Star dynamics from the other AUs. The third one, in particular, was inspired by the art-focused Asha and the music-focused Star dynamic; and I think that dynamic would be a very fitting dynamic for a story that is also a celebration of what are basically animated musical films.

Also, the idea of both quiet people, one who is shy and keeps to herself while the other who is literally mute, actually have so much to say and are most comfortable at expressing it through art is so cool.

Also the irony of Noor talking in visual language but is more into music and sound while Zahra can talk and sing but is more into visual arts and language??? Yeah I can already imagine an AU where they work together as partners to make an indie animated musical film/show XD

I'm less inclined to believe that people don't know Jorge Rivera-Herran's classic EPIC the Musical, whose final arc The Ithaca Saga was released on December 25th 2024. EPIC the Musical is a fully sung-through musical consisting of 2 acts with 20 songs per act-

I like to think that sometime in the 80s Peter becomes a teacher and teaches at an elementary school and just absolutely loves it and sometimes will incorporate his instruments into lessons to help the kids learn

on holidays like Christmas he'll bring in one of the guys to help him hand out hot chocolate and cookies to the kids and most of the time Micky's the one that volunteers and Peter's students LOOOOVE him. at the beginning of the day when Peter's students r coming in, they'll see Micky sitting at a table next to Peter's desk and they're all like ":o!!!! Mr Micky!!!!" and all clamber to say hi to him

the first time Mike came in to help, the kids were intimidated by him cus he was tall and very blank at first but he warms up to the kids and they like him too. but Micky's def the favorite

I also cannot shake the idea that Davy becomes a high school theatre teacher, too. he was made for that job. he would kill it. he'd be loved by half of his students and hated by the other half. he'd take the performances very seriously but nurture and help his little student actors

Peter and davy. both teachers. they'll sit in bed together and grade tests/assignments. davy will drive them to their schools, dropping Peter off first cus school starts earlier for him and Davy doesn't teach a first period. lucky for them, its not too far a drive from each other or the pad
