I was supposed to play DnD last night. The big campaign that I was planning for a while. But one of the players couldn't make it (internet died on her) so we decided to reschedule the game for the next week. But i didn't wanted to leave the rest of the players without a game they where exited about. So i hosted a one-shot turned two-shot for them since it was supposed to be the first time playing for most of them. The thing is, I already hosted it for my other friends (only the girl that couldn't make it, played it already so it was new for them all), and let me tell you both of the parties tried to do almost the same thigs but with completely different outcomes and it's hilarious.

Abloh took his early design education—drawn from athletic footwear, hip-hop and rock album covers and graffiti, he says—and merged it with formal training in architecture and engineering. Now a successful creative director, DJ, designer and founder of the brand, OFF-WHITE, Abloh blurs the lines of various creative processes, rewriting the rules of fashion and design and injecting humor and DIY elements into his practice.

Though the designs look complex, Abloh says he truly wants this process—opening up the figurative guts of a shoe to reveal the innovation within—to feel approachable. “Yes, we're making a desired product, but by making a trip to your local store, and using tools you have at home, you could also make this shoe,” says Abloh.

This approach articulates a Just Do It mentality—one rooted in working hard to realize one’s own potential. “I spend a tremendous amount of time thinking about the kid in the middle of nowhere who has a passion for design, much like I did,” Abloh says. “He or she needs a path like this to understand design.”

“My high school years were made up of playing soccer, skateboarding and biking year-round,” says Abloh. “What I've learned from playing sports and also being obsessed with design is that there is an inherent style and focus that exists amongst athletes and designers alike: what propels them to be the best comes from deep within.”

“In one gesture, I wanted to underscore how the design system and manufacturing of Nike are so perfect,” says Abloh. “By combining these shoes with design that amplifies their ‘handmade’ quality, we’re intensifying the human element and expanding the emotional connection of these 10 icons.”

Yeah the so called war bwn bp and new jeans was unnecessary but to look at it, we should be aware that this fan base is a big one with over 140k followers and you don’t expect such unprofessional attitude from their side. Even if as per their claim the account was hacked, the first thing they did was to block all people who called them out and then privated their handle. One of the admins running that fan page got exposed of harassing Lisa multiple times earlier on their personal account so it’s a possibility that they might have tweeted that without knowing it’s the fan base they are logged into. Blinks harassed new jeans girls in turn of demanding an apology which was ironical. But looking at blinks dirty history of doxxing profiles and thetening the privacy of those who might’ve made abusive comments on their favs you won’t feel like siding with bp in this case really. Like they were making racist comments against some Nigerian men who had verified twt accounts and made paid tweets to exclusively hate on Lisa but to respond to body shaming with racism is weird of a choice.
