I don't disagree with what coaches like Kim Velez and Shelly Bullard say. In fact, once upon a time they helped me simplify the law and they (at least Kim) have been open about all the content you "need" being completely free.
However, I can't help but be absolutely shocked at the price they take to basically repeat "everyone is you pushed out" 100 times. I mean, ~$800+ dollars for Kim Velez "glow tf up" program and the DISCOUNTED price of "only" $100+ for one of Shelley's programs.
No offence to these coaches but guys, everything is for free online. Only reason y'all get stuck is because you keep telling yourself you're stuck and can't manifest. Y'all do anything BUT putting it into practice. PLEASE don't spend your hard-earned money for programs like this, especially not in this economy lol.

🚬🦇 Vampire!Price 🚬🦇
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Vampire!Price AU where he's 737 years old and has been through countless wars. One of the most powerful beings in existence who has the gift, or rather, a curse of eternal life. Now he's with the SAS, forming the Task Force 141, a team of soldiers with special abilities. In the modern day though, Price has sworn to only consume animal blood, because if he consumes human blood (even the enemies') his thirst will grow insatiable and he'll harm other people he grew to cherish, which explains his pale skin colour. He hasn't drunk any human blood since WWII. When he's at the height of his powers, he can control the blood flow of other beings with blood, and with that, their movements and even every pump of their heart. That is, until he met Gaz, who hadn't a single drop of blood inside his body. Spoiler : it's Mummy!Gaz 👀
What a fun experience ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Revisiting the Vampire!Price had been really enjoyable, plus the fact that I get to study more shading and colouring techniques (because I suck at colouring)!
That cup is definitely just a red tea.
Hope you love this art! ૮ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ა

The unrecognized/undiagnosed bpd in middle and high school went craaaazy yall
Technically still undiagnosed, but neither of the therapists I've seen in the last YEAR would help me beyond just being like "yep those are all the criteria for bpd and we shld move forward working of behaviors that helps that!" But wouldnt diagnose me because I was too aware of my symptoms
Also then the first one quit with no warning and then the second raised her prices without warning which i could not afford on the 21 hours 11 dollar pay I had at the time
Tbh I feel like at a certain point most people without access to mental health care are gonna try to figure out what the fuck is wrong with them
Like hey why the fuck do I get so obsessed and possesive of people I care about???? (Just an example ik theres more than that, thats just what i dealt with the most at the time of trying to figure myself out and its what effects me the most) Even when I do mot want to be??? Oh its an uncurable mental disorder caused by trauma and can be passed down genetically AND the chances of it forming are higher in people with undiagnosed/denied autism (thats usually apart of the abuse?!?! And is also genetic?!?!?!?) Oh wow!!!
I wish I was Mayu vocaloid. She may be a bpd stereotype (a yandere) but at least shes cute and a singer while doing it. I wish I had the energy to be a singer. Or to pursue any of my artistic interests. My drawing tablet isnt even a foot away from me. I havent drawn in a week, and that was just black boxes to frame a wip.

OCTOBER FAVORITES ‘22
Tumblr media
Hey babes, it’s been SO long since I’ve posted, let alone written a blog post! But I’m back today! I honestly miss writing and have been a little lost on what to write about but I’m hoping that changes soon.
October has been such a beautiful month! I’ve made so many memories, tried new recipes, bought new pieces, traveled, etc. It’s been one of my favorite months this year so why not share some of my monthly favorites? From music to beauty, here’s my October faves:
1. BEAUTY
Tumblr media
LANEIGE Lip Glowy Balm in ‘Berry’: $17
One word: Obsessed. It is a bit pricier for a lip balm but I swearrrrr by this one! I love the consistency and the bubblegum pink tint it gives your lips, on top of how it leaves lips super soft. The girls who know, know.
2. CLOTHING + ACCESSORIES
Tumblr media
Converse Chuck Taylor High Top Platform Sneaker: $75
I love my chucks, always have, always will. And, I love platforms so these were perfect for me. Perfect for chill + comfy fits.
Tumblr media
DIESEL Rinke Top Handle Bag: $195
A perfect basic bowling bag. I adore this purse. It’s cute, simple, and roomy. It was a b-day gift from my honey and since I’ve gotten it, it’s usually the first bag I pick up since it’s so easy to build an outfit around. I’ve been trying to focus on not only adding quality pieces to my collection, but also building a strong basics collection.
PS. Diesel ateeeeee down with this whole rebrand.
3. BOOKS
I’ve always been an avid reader but lately, I’ve fallen off with reading so this month, I made it a goal of mine to read one book but ended up with two. Here’s what I read this month:
Twilight by Stephanie Meyers
Long Live The Pumpkin Queen by Shea Ernshaw
I would honestly classify the whole Twilight Saga as iconic and a cult classic but that’s for another day but I really enjoyed reading the first book and reading about how romantic Edward is, the movies don’t do him justice.
Long Live The Pumpkin Queen is a bit different from what I usually read but I still enjoyed the fantasy book and it fit the spooky vibe of the month perfectly.
4. MUSIC
Tumblr media
Songs I’ve been loving:
Bop It Up by The Maria’s
Wasting Time by Brent Faiyaz
Bout Mine by Mariah The Scientist
Shirt by Sza
Tomorrow 2 by Glorilla ft. Cardi B
Soul Ties by Kaash Paige
Show Me How by Men I Trust
5. SHOWS & MOVIES
Parks & Rec
Paranorman [underrated halloween movie]
Wendell & Wild
6. ELECTRONICS
Sony Bluetooth On-Ear Headphones - Black (WHCH510/B): $60
Ya girl wants the Apple AirPods Max but that price tag is craaaazy and I honestly don't use headphones enough to splurge [atleast not yet lmao] but I love these Sony headphones! They’re noise canceling & have a great battery life. 9/10 recommend.
7. GAMES
Tumblr media
Cozy Grove for Nintendo Switch: $15
I’m not the biggest gamer but I do enjoy playing anything cozy and simulation games! Cozy Grove is the cutest calming game ever. You’re a scout and your duty is to help lost animal souls. So cute! ( ˘ ³˘) Fit the spooky mood perfectly.
8. ACTIVITIES
How I’ve spent my time this month:
Crocheting
Nature walks
Journaling
Cooking
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ending it off with the cutest munchkin you’ve ever seen! [don’t mind my outfit lmao it was cold and i ain’t gaf]
But that’s my faves for the month of October! I hope you guys enjoyed reading!
Next time,
H💌

Shipping to Canada is just so stupid. We're literally above the US bro come onnn. It's so expensive and for what
If you're ever accidentally on Amazon US and find something and then switch to Canadian Amazon, the price can jump like 10-20 dollars. Don't even get me started on the conversation rates 😭
I know we're not as bad as some countries, but it's still significant enough to kill me. I think 1USD is .70~CAD, which doesn't look too bad on the surface but I was looking at commissioning some art for a thing at college and one that looked good was about 100USD and then it would been nearly 200CAD, which like, duh but just for scale lmao
Anyways art not commissioned I may need to scrap that one sadly

Up until now, the large, HD screens had been oddly inconspicuous. They were mounted on top of various booths and ticket stands, advertising prices and services.
But then they flickered and went dark. The bright carnival music was cut off by static and squealing feedback. High-pitched laughter soon joined the cacophony and the screens lit up, revealing Harley Quinn in a red and black ringmaster costume. She pranced in front of the camera, popping her gum and swinging an impressive whip. “Ladies and gentleman, children of allllll ages, mutants, metahumans, aliens, an’ boys an’ girls in spandex, welcome ta the show! We got our first act comin’ right up! All we need is a little cooperation from our audience.” She winked and pointed at the screen. “So when ya hear yer name, make yer way to the Laff in the Dark Funhouse so the show can begin!” She made a show of spinning around and picking up a pile of signs. Each had a name written on them in bright, garish letters, and she waved them in front of the camera as she announced the participant: “Damian Wayne, Daddy Wayne, Stevie Rogers, Katie Kate Bishop, Petey Parker, Joey Wilson, Leo Woods, Bobby Drake, annnnnnnd -” There was a long pause for dramatic effect. “Kit Freeman! Aintcha lucky!”
Tossing the signs aside, she put her hands on her hips. “Now I know what yer thinkin’. ‘Harley, why would I ever listen ta a craaaazy clown with a whip?’ Dontcha think we thought a’that? I got seven reasons!” She held up seven fingers just before the camera cut to the seven hostages, strapped to chairs and explosives, as Joker stood at the forefront.

                                                          Miki
The crisp, chill morning air bit through Miki’s jacket. Repressing a shiver, she declined her older brother’s suggestion to wait inside the store, and they watched the delivery truck driver park his vehicle. As the engine’s rumbling died, she glanced at the dull, dark bags underneath Kanzaki’s eyes.
Catching her look, he hummed a questioning note. His toothpick bobbed as he readjusted it between his lips.
She shook her head and smiled. He seemed satisfied with that and turned away, which she was grateful for. After voicing her worries about him numerous times, as well as hearing his excuses, she didn’t want to try again in front of the driver.
“Morning, Koga,” Kanzaki greeted the broad-shouldered man, who slid out of his seat and shut the vehicle’s door behind him.
“Good morning!” Miki pulled her hands out of her pockets and rubbed them together.
“Morning,” he returned. Keys jingling in his hand, he headed to the back of the truck. “I didn’t expect to see you here, Miki.”
“Normally I’d still be asleep. School doesn’t start for another two hours.”
“She’s staying here until Onoda’s mom picks her up. I told the kids that no one’s allowed to walk alone on the streets, even if it’s just a short distance,” Kanzaki explained.
“Because of the missing kids?” When Kanzaki nodded, Koga unlocked the trunk and continued. “It’s always good to be safe, but I wouldn’t worry too much. It’s been a long time since the green-haired kid went missing, and the news said the recent two ran away.”
Miki stayed silent. She had noticed that Onoda still thought about Teshima and Aoyagi’s absence often despite having hardly known the two.
Kanzaki joined Koga and observed the boxes they needed to unload. “Just because they were orphans doesn’t mean they ran away,” he muttered, and Miki just barely heard the words from where she stood by the propped open store door.
“But it is common for them to do that,” Koga reminded.
“…well, whatever happened, it’s always good to be safe. Like you said.” Kanzaki’s voice sounded tight, and his jaw clenched. Then he winced and spat his now bent toothpick into his palm.
“You’re going to ruin your teeth chewing on those things. Are you all right?” Koga questioned.
“Yeah.” He patted his pockets. “Ah, man. Must have left my box of ‘em inside.”
“I’ll get them,” Miki insisted. She was growing restless from the conversation, so she thrust her hand out to him.
He hesitated, glanced at Koga, and then dropped the toothpick into her waiting hand. “Okay. I bet they’re on the counter.”
She nodded and turned on her heel. As they started grabbing boxes, she walked inside and tossed the plastic into a trash can. It fell and joined the other bent toothpicks littering the bottom.
Entering the storefront, she stepped behind the counter. The fluorescent lights buzzed quietly. Since the store wasn’t open yet, the building was devoid of customers.
She spotted the box of toothpicks sitting on the far side on the counter; he had been sweeping earlier and must have absentmindedly set it down there.
As she reached for it, a light thunk and rattle made her jump. Whirling her head around, she stared at an unopened bottle of pills on the floor. A shelf above it had an empty space.
Releasing a nervous laugh to herself, she turned back to her goal and grasped the box. The bottle had probably been sitting on the edge this whole time, and it finally chose to fall. She should put it back before customers arrived.
Miki idly drug her hand along the counter as she walked to the open side of the counter.
Her fingers suddenly encountered wetness. Surprised, she brought her hand up to her face. Slick red shone on her fingertips.
Did I hurt myself…?
She checked the counter. A small streak of blood painted the surface where she had touched it.
Grabbing a roll of paper towels near the register, she ripped off one and wiped her hand. Then she inspected her fingers. There were no cuts or marks marring the skin.
“Am I seeing things?”
She hadn’t spoken.
Jumping, she choked on a gasp. Her heart thumped painfully in her chest, and her pulse skyrocketed when she saw her own face looking back at her.
The other Miki smiled, the corners of its lips stretching unnaturally far upward. “I sure hope I’m not crazy!” it declared, pitch a perfect imitation of Miki’s.
“W-What…?”
“You know. Craaaazy!” It twirled a finger beside its ear. The purple fabric of its sweatshirt morphed into sterile white. The sleeves elongated to cover its hands and, as if the newly formed strait jacket had a mind of its own, yanked the other Miki’s arms to its opposite sides. The sound of shoulders popping reverberated throughout the store.
Miki’s breath caught in her throat. Horror scattered coherent thought, and she squeezed her eyes shut.
Stop stop stop, this isn’t happening, this isn’t real, when I look it’s going to be gone. Pain sparked in her scalp as her trembling fingers fisted in her hair. I’m dreaming I have to be wake up wakeupwakeupwakeup—
A resounding slap echoed in her hears. Eyes snapping open, she saw that the other now sported a large red mark across one cheek. The outline looked eerily similar to that of her father’s hand.
“Ow! …guess I better get used to that, huh?” It took a step forward.
Miki scrambled backward, and her back hit the covered shelves behind her. Terrified tears burned at the corners of her eyes. She opened her mouth to scream, but a strip of the strait jacket flew off and plastered to her nose and mouth.
Oxygen abruptly cut off, she dug her fingers into the fabric and pulled. The cloth refused to budge.
The monster grinned, revealing yellow, razor-sharp teeth in a mouth far too big for a human face. The strait jacket tightened. Bones audibly creaked under the pressure. Yet it started walking forward, and with each step she heard sickening snaps.
Growing lightheaded, the girl fell to her knees. Among the dark splotches in her vision she saw a familiar rounded object built into the underneath of the counter.
She rapidly beat the store’s panic button. The monster’s giggling, a hellish amalgamation of her voice and otherworldly rasp, grew closer and closer. Blurry gaze on the floor tiles, she saw the creature’s shadow peek over the counter.
Then, the next thing she knew, the cloth on her mouth dissolved. Her mouth sucked in a hasty breath that ached in her throat and chest, but she was too grateful for the sweet oxygen’s return to care. Other than her ragged panting, silence blanketed the building.
Her muscles tensed when footsteps returned, but then they were accompanied by Kanzaki’s distressed “Miki!”
Kanzaki knelt down beside her, eyes wide and searching for injuries. “Are you okay? Are you hurt?”
Tears slid down her cheeks. “I-I-I…I s-saw…”
“What did you see?”
Toji didn’t see it. Had it left before he got there? Or…had it all been in her head…?
“Craaaazy!”
Like jumping into the ocean during winter, an icy wave enveloped her body. She drew her knees up to her chest, and a violent shiver racked her frame.
“I’m here, Miki. It’s just us. Can you tell me what happened?” The warmth of the hand he placed upon her shoulder scorched through her sweatshirt.
“…o-outside.” She swallowed, throat tight and dry against the lies leaving her lips. “There was…someone scary. In front of the d-door. I thought it was dangerous.”
His taut posture—she hadn’t even noticed how on edge he had been—loosened, but his concern remained. “You’re sure it was a person?”
As she nodded, police sirens blared in the distance.
Miki cringed. “Th-The police are coming here. I pressed the alarm button, so...”
“Don’t worry. They’re not going to think any more about us after we give a statement—”
Shifting forward, she buried her face into his shoulder and dug her fingers into his shirt. He wrapped his arms around her and, even after the officers arrived, he kept a hand on her shoulder.
The police questioning, finishing with unloading—despite being thrown off schedule, Koga was understanding—and opening the store passed by in a blur. Yet she never stopped moving. Before she knew it, she found herself halfway through rearranging every single item in the store into perfect order. Labels facing forward, price tags under correct objects, the bargain bin as organized as it had ever been. Whenever a customer entered she’d greet them and plaster on a smile.
At first her brother insisted she rest and not go to school today, both of which she curtly disagreed to. So he let her be. He did express confusion and worry over the blood smeared on the counter, but she assured him it wasn’t hers, and he cleaned it up no less puzzled.
Her phone buzzed incessantly in her pocket. She ignored it and turned around a box of candies.
She’d see them soon, away from this store where she saw—
No.
No, she didn’t see that.
She saw a man. Or woman. A person. A definite human who was standing outside the door and freaked her out. Nothing came inside the store.
Nothing.
The door opened again. When Miki turned around, she saw Miyahara and Kuroda walking in. They were college students and not supposed to work today, but Kanzaki called them in to mind the store so he could walk Miki to school. It was nearing lunchtime already.
After letting the pair settle in, she and Kanzaki headed out. He stirred up a chat with her and, despite the forced merriness in her responses, he seemed satisfied enough that she could handle going to school. Naturally he made sure to ask her one more time if she really wanted to go, though.
Once they arrived he walked her to the door. After shifting her backpack on her shoulders and waving, Miki went inside started down the hallway.
Four familiar voices echoed from an adjacent hall she was approaching. Within the next few moments her friends turned the corner and, upon seeing her, scrambled to her side.
They barraged her with questions. Then Aya, grabbing Miki’s hand, told the rest to back off and let her breathe. Miki gratefully squeezed the other’s fingers.
Kanzaki had texted them earlier about what happened, and online articles had been posted about the event. Yet she knew they wanted to hear it from her mouth, so she told them.
Told them about the scary strange person outside of the store’s door.
Her voice trembled once, but she felt oddly numb. When she finished they were equal parts relived she was okay and grimly deliberative.
“…the police…are they going to say anything to your parents?” Onoda tentatively asked.
Miki stilled.
“They’re not getting you back!” Naruko insisted.
Manami frowned, the rare expression furrowing his brow and dissipating his usual airy demeanor. “You said the door was locked, and the others were at the back door. Your parents can’t claim that Toji left you in danger.”
Miki released an uneven breath. “Y-Yeah. Uh, the police didn’t say they would tell them, so…”
“Then that means everything’s okay,” Aya asserted. They all knew Miki’s situation: she was living with her older brother, but he wasn’t her legal guardian. That honor belonged to her parents. Because they refused to hand over custody of her—her father had to keep face as a member of the neighboring city’s police department—they made a deal with Kanzaki a year ago: as long as he was “competent,” she could live with him.
They still made jabs about Kanzaki’s “crazy phase” in high school. How he was found in the woods, knee decimated and pouring blood, and spouted incoherent ramblings of a horrid creature. Whispers of “poor boy” and “not right in the head” followed him for weeks until he rescinded his story.
Honestly, Miki still didn’t know what happened back then. Whatever it was, if she showed a hint of instability, it would be all too easy for her parents to say Kanzaki was affecting her mental health…
Aya gave her a side-hug, anchoring her to the present. “It’s lunchtime, you know. We were going to sneak out and check on you.”
Miki slid an arm around the other. She reveled in the closeness and the safety it offered. “Then that means we’re all starving.” She pulled away, and the heavy fears weighing down her shoulders lessened just enough for her to give a genuine, if small smile. “Let’s go eat!”
Everyone’s mood collectively lightened. Stomachs growling, they hurried to the lunchroom and got in line. As expected, they were the last ones, so when they all received their meals they looked around for the last open seats.
Onoda pointed at a table near a back, and then another toward the side. “I only see two spots big enough for all of us.”
The first spot was where Imaizumi sat alone, surrounded by empty chairs. Miki wasn’t too surprised; she recalled that even when he did sit with others he never kept up conversation or showed active interest.
“What, near that hotshot?” Naruko tsked and crossed his arms. But when he glanced at the other area, he already knew what they would choose.
After all, the second spot was right beside Midousuji’s group. No one messed with Midousuji or his allies. Unlike the typical bullies, they didn’t go out of their way to attack others—unless they had a goal to achieve. Whoever interfered with those goals was cruelly and swiftly dealt with, whether it be through Doubashi’s crushing punches or Midousuji’s cunning plans. Mizuta, Doubashi, and Komari followed the lanky, unnerving student with remarkable dedication.
The oldest member, Ishigaki, knew how to curb the group’s worst tendencies. Unlike the others, he was a friendly and mature presence. No one could figure out why he stuck by Midousuji’s side.
Aya huffed. “I’m not sitting beside them, especially with that traitor.”
They all knew who she was referring to: Midousuji’s recruit, their former friend Sugimoto. Said teenager was turned away from them where he conversed with Ishigaki.
Instead of betrayal, Miki shared a forlorn look with Onoda and Manami. There had to be a reason why Sugimoto left her and her friends, but she didn’t know what it was. One day, a couple months ago, he had just stopped talking with them and started hanging out with Midousuji’s crew.
She led the way to Imaizumi and pulled out the seat beside him. When he looked up in confusion, she only grinned amiably and sat down. Aya sat down beside her while Onoda and Manami sat across. Naruko grumbled something under his breath before sitting next to Onoda.
“I didn’t say you all could sit here?” Imaizumi pointed out, but he sounded more bewildered accusing.
“We sure as hell aren’t sitting next to Midousuji.” Aya pierced a steamed carrot with her fork and took a bite.
Imaizumi sighed. “Fair enough.”
Manami sipped at his juice box and set it down. “How’s your day going?”
“Fine. Not too thrilled about later, since I’m no good at painting.”
Miki turned her head to him. “Oh, that’s right. You’re in my art class.”
“I wish I was good at art.” Onoda chimed in. “There are so many good fanartists! I’ve commissioned a few for Love Hime characters.”
A sly look crossed Naruko’s features. “Oh, really? And what kind of poses did ask for, hm?”
Red colored the bespectacled teenager’s face, and he waved his hands defensively. “J-Just normal things! Like running or doing a victory sign.”
“What about kabedon? It’s still pretty popular,” Imaizumi offhandedly remarked, and he raised his water bottle to his lips.
“Kabedon…” Naruko softly repeated, as if he was coming to an important realization.
“That thing where you pin someone against the wall,” Aya added, tone matching his.
Manami hummed. “Yep. Onoda told us he sees it in a lot of fanart too.”
Aya and Naruko’s gazes snapped to Imaizumi. “You’re a nerd?!” They simultaneously exclaimed.
Imaizumi choked on his drink. While he coughed and spluttered, Miki hid her giggles behind her hand. Onoda was practically sparkling with glee.
She was glad she came to school.
--
In art class, Miki placed her backpack beside an empty chair at Imaizumi’s table. Instead of commenting on it, he waited for her, and then they headed into the classroom’s large supply closet.
Many half-finished canvases sat on a shelf. She maneuvered around a student to reach her own piece. After carefully grabbing it, she turned to see Imaizumi walking to the backmost shelf where a single covered canvas lay.
Or rather, mostly covered. Someone must have bumped against it, if the corner peeking out from underneath white cloth was any indication.
Even if she couldn’t see the talented brush strokes, which used swipes of gray, green, and brown to recreate the old tunneled railroad tracks in town, she could tell by how respectfully Imaizumi re-covered it that it was Aoyagi’s incomplete artwork.
Silent, she watched him then pick up his own painting and followed him back into the main classroom. They spent the rest of the period working and talking. At one point she asked him if he’d like to hang out with her and the others that afternoon. He hesitated and said that Naruko would surely dislike that, but he relented amusedly upon hearing her respond with “he’ll get over it.”

Lineup Lamentations - GW5
Our Transfers, Captains, and Starting 11s for the week!
WALSH
TRANSFERS:
OUT: Laporte - rip
IN: Otamendi - god help me
Unfortunately I was unable to save off the back of the WC which never feels great, but hopefully making a lateral swap here which frees up 1m to boot.
I don't really imagine this going well, since I have slated Ota for a while, and think he's more or less a red card shout / absolute shit house player generally speaking, but here we are.
If it's a transfer waiting to happen, so be it, but the bottom line is I still want a share in City's defense, I don't trust Everton for cleans still, and something didn't feel quite right going all the way down to a Burnley guy in a spot on my team which I realistically need to start week in week out... Until Pep shows us that he is willing to play anyone not named Otamendi as the LCB with Laporte out then I will just hope and pray he doesn't kill anyone (which would thus kill himself with a ban) and doesn't die. Whatever. Cue Dinho and Schtones at CB tomorrow.
Post international break GW is usually a complete disaster crisis gameweek so I am just simply trying to brace myself for it ahead of time.
GK:
Pope (bha)
Pope is looking good in this moment with the good run of fixtures incoming. He's been just a bit below average with only one return through four but the underlying metrics are looking good for him and hopefully he's just a long term hold guy I don't have to worry about.
DEF:
Alexander-Arnold & Robertson (NEW)
Trent and Robbo with the home banker okay lets go Livp. Early game so much of my mood for the ensuing foots will be decided by these boys. Realistically a win to nil at home against a bad bus feels like a reasonable expectation for this one so hopefully it comes to fruition.
Otamendi (nor)
New nightmare Ota is straight in, obv. Somewhat tricky away fixture for a clean but it's still City so he'll just be an auto start every game until I remove him.
Lundstram (SOU)
Finally, Lundstram gets his first go in my squad home to Soton.
I'm going to be rotating him in and out over the near term so we'll see if this is the beginning of something beautiful between us or the beginning of a fraught relationship that will lead to me hating him for the rest of my life. Time will tell.
MID:
Salah (NEW) & Sterling & De Bruyne (nor)
The trio of Mo Raz and Kev remain and likely will do for some time. Really nothing to say about these three other than they are good. Spots I don't really need to think about at this time.
McGinn (WHU)
Rounding out midfield is someone who is not really that good in McGinn.
Good home fixture with West Ham rolling up so hopefully he is able to get in there. If he looks bad and/or they look bad then I might fuck him off.
He's on a short leash, that's for sure, as he was really the one shit place I compromised on my WC team since I wanted to plump for Laporte... With that money freed up now, no other problems in my team, and a new price bracket open to me... I might fuck him off even if he does return. Who is to say?
FWD:
Pukki (MCI) & Haller (avl)
Pukki and Haller the two amigos seem like just a couple great value picks and happy to have them.
Great fixture for Haller and he might slowly but surely present himself as a long term hold. Stats and eye test are there with him not to mention the price is right - think he's a really tidy option.
Pukki has a tough fixture but as Farke showed us the lightning and thunder in GW1 at Anfield who knows what's what with them. Obviously they are completely decimated by injury, but I need to see multiple bad attacking performances before I begin to worry here.
CAP:
Sterling (nor)
Going back to the Raz well again. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, fucking hell fuck me.
Still don't feel confident enough capping Kevin over Raz, and probably won't do all season, if I'm being honest here.
I think Norwich with no fit defensive players (Farke's words, not mine) and the style they employ is not a comparable fixture to a Newcastle bus so I didn't really think about Mo this weekend.
Counting on Raz to not have 0 shot attempts again this week. Obviously the trip to Ukraine midweek for UCL is a thing that is happening, but whatever.
Trying to predict how Pep hands out minutes is like (insert funny thing here) and I don't really want to find some psychological line to talk me into Raz will play 53 minutes only to see him haul and play 88.
Been there before, not trying to go there again.

TRANSFERS:
OUT: Deulofeu
IN:  Che Adams
Gerry dropped all the way down to 6.2 so there was a relatively small and unimpressive pool of dudes for me to choose from for this punty spot in my team.
Realistically this is a one or maybe two week punt before I pop my Wildcard next week or the week after... Che has actually insanely good expected stats which is nothing to scoff at even though the goals have not flowed at all...
The greater skill to have and the harder skill to find is to keep getting off the high xG shots rather then to be finishing at a higher rate above your xG, if that makes sense... I hope I’ve worded that clearly...
Anyway, TLDR: Che is doing stuff, Southampton are an attacking team in an attacking setup, Ralph is good I like Ralph, and Soton have the fixtures over the next two. And that’s why I went Che.
COME ON CHE!!!
GK:
Ederson (nor)
City gotta clean their shit up a bit if they’re gonna be a 20+ cleans type of dominant force again this season but yeah of course I back them to do exactly that.
Eddy’s been mostly really good this season and I feel comfy with him.
DEF:
van Dijk (NEW)
It’s time for rotation to begin for the top teams... feels good to have the safety of VVD who is a rock. And this clean should be straightforward for Liverpool.
Digne (bou)
I’m a little nervy about Everton’s defending and their ability to limit good chances... Digne kinda papers over the cracks with his terrific attacking output, but if they start looking like cleans are going to be a rarity this season then even his attacking numbers will not make him worth the 6.0+ million.
Maitland-Niles (wat)
Ainsley AKA Ashley was rightfully so very deep on my bench for liv TOT and he put up one pointers in each of those so we’re fine.
In his two starts for me (GW1 and 2) he got twelve and two puntos respectively so he’s still been a sneaky great guy for me thus far... Arsenal’s very long very good run of fixtures starts now but Bellerin also is coming back soon so time is running out.
Hoping Arsenal can do a job and keep out the Quique Sanchez Flores bus this week and maybe he’ll sneak another attacking return. Come on Ashley.
Emerson (wol)
Starting Emmy here because Wolves suck at attacking and Chelsea could still keep a clean and Emerson could still get an attacking return who knows?
Rudi looks like he’s back this week which is a huge upgrade and Kante will be back soon which is another huge upgrade but yeah, not feeling great about this pick.
Also Emerson’s injury news doesn’t look great for me but if he doesn’t play I have Söy coming in in a cleanable fixture at Old Trafford so not too bad.
MID:
Salah (NEW) & Sterling & De Bruyne (nor)
Doing the trendy thing and just grouping these sexy fucks together because they’re all awesome and they have good fixtures and that’s all you need to know about that.
Mount (wol)
Everyone knows the deal with Mount. Looks great, takes a lot of shots, presses like a maniac, on frees and corners, it’s just good stuff. At his price it’s just good.
FWD:
Pukki (MCI)
Pukki in a yikes fixture here we go... Norwich are so fucked up and injured I don’t know I definitely don’t expect any points here but maybe they get one or two good counters or maybe Pukki takes a pen or something. He’s good enough to roll out there, for sure.
Adams (shu)
I said all I needed to say about lord Che in the transfers section.
CAP:
De Bruyne (nor)
I guess everyone has Sterling and a lot of people have Kun and understandably they’re garnering most of the captaincies that I’m seeing around the block.
Kevin, for me, so far this season is on a completely new level that we haven’t really seen from him before. His expected stats are out of control and he’s also got the seventh highest Fantasy Goal Involvement percentage of all mids at 54% which is craaaazy high for a team like City.
For what it’s worth too in the past Pep has rode Kevin like a horse in the league and he’s not really ever been a rotation risk. I feel ~some~ percent safer of him starting these kinds of games before UCL then I do with the forwards.
Come on Kev treat me.
RANDOM SLACKER OF THE WEEK: GNAR

TRANSFERS:
OUT: Laporte
IN: Otamendi
I don’t feel like I have too much choice in who to take out this week. Laporte having knee surgery and set to miss the rest of 2019 means he’s an absolute no brainer to axe.
Who to replace him with is a much more interesting question.
I’ve been playing 5 at the back all season and it hasn’t worked out as well as I’d hoped so far. But I do feel like I’ve been unlucky with Laporte’s injury and his missed clean sheet being the icing on the cake.
If I went for a cheapo like Lundstram, there aren’t many midfielders I’d be desperate to bring in with the spare cash, apart from KDB, who is out of my reach anyway. So I’ll be continuing my Heavy D strategy, bringing in Otamendi, who is 5.4 and nailed on in a top 2 defence.
GK:
Leno (wat)
New manager for Watford, so an inevitable new manager bounce.
I have Heaton (WHU) as a rotation option, but the odds point to Leno for the clean sheet, although it’s quite marginal.
DEF:
Digne (bou)
I didn’t watch their 3-2 victory against Wolves but I heard Digne looked defensively dodgy. I did watch their 2-0 defeat to Villa the previous week, and while Everton looked completely toothless and unconvincing, Digne at least offered a bit of attacking threat. I’m not expecting a clean sheet here, but Digne has 9 chances created this season. For a defender, thats second only to…
Alexander-Arnold (NEW)
14 chances created – 14, compared to Digne’s 9; Trent absolutely wipes the floor.
I took a hit last week to upgrade VVD to Trent and I got an immediate positive net return from it. As well as his excellent attacking prospects, Liverpool also have the best clean sheet odds this week by quite a distance.
Robertson (NEW)
Very good chance of a clean sheet this week and although he’s no Alexander-Arnold, he also offers a very good goal threat.
Maybe I’m guilty of picking and choosing stats here, but out of defenders, Robertson’s 2nd for touches in the box this season (12), which is quite a biggie for me when assessing players’ attacking potential.
Otamendi & Zinchenko (nor)
Welcome to the team, Ota.
With Laporte injured, I expect Ota to nail down a place in the first team. Enough said.
Zinchenko has a bit of a Mendy threat looming, but I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it. For now, another well priced Man City defender who will trickle points as long as he starts. Lacks the explosiveness of KDB (yeah he’s explosive now) or Aguero, but for 5.5, I’ll take a 6 pointer every 2 weeks for sure.
MID:
Salah (NEW) & Sterling (nor)
Grouping these two together because there’s just not that much to say. The two best players in the game don’t need writing about, especially when their fixtures are as easy as this. The only question is which one to captain.
Mount (wol)
14 shots in total this season, 7 on target, both are the highest of any other midfielder. But with only 5 of those shots coming from inside the box and an xG of 0.82, perhaps he’s a bit opportunistic and has been a bit fortunate.
Mount still feels like a bit of an unknown quantity to me and I haven’t watched too much Chelsea this season, but he’s well priced and there are plenty of other options in his bracket, so happy to see how he gets on over the next few.
FWD:
Jota (CHE)
I always like to plan my ideal transfers a few weeks ahead.
Before the last gameweek started, I was planning Jota to Barnes. Unfortunately Laporte got injured, so my priority changed and Jota stays with me for one more week. And Barnes is now injured anyway, so maybe it’s a blessing in disguise.
Jota is a funny one. He’s scoring for fun in the Europa League, but looking absolute garbage the following Sunday in the Premier League. He was in the squad, but played 0 minutes in Portugal’s 2 games over the IB. I feel like Jota might redeem himself.
Pukki (MCI)
The main man for Norwich.
If they score, there’s a very good chance that Pukki will be involved.
As an Ota + Zinc owner though I’m kind of hoping they don’t.
CAP:
Salah (NEW)
A real coin toss.
Salah and Sterling are both fantastic options this week, like they are every week.
So far, every gameweek I’ve picked the lowest scoring one out of the two. In week 3, I went against my instinct and went for Raz over Mo, which backfired. This week, my instinct is telling me Mo so I’m just going with it.
