I've said it once and I'll say it again:

Tulio from Rio is 100% birdkith at LEAST! Though I headcannon him as birdkin. I mean, have you seen this man!?!

He does vocals, he works with his kin, he fully believes he is talking with them, and he even has a "shift" in the one scene where they are trying to sneak into the carnival and he puts on the macaw costume, looks in the mirror in awe (and species euphoria, probably), and instantly begins fully acting like a bird.

I have never seen a more alterhuman coded character.

Nothing will change my mind about this.
