i do really like how each of their relationship is portrayed with kate. its refreshing to see other dynamics added into the game. like how 🍒 seems to easily wheedle kate to do what he wants, but also kate seems comfy enough to like chat with him and, well, give him a good ole wack every now and then lmao or how 💍 seems to be the one being teased by kate and how he gets easily flustered. hes really cute and im pretty convinced that if he had villainous tendencies it would be bc 🪽 had ordered him and whatnot. and 🪽 seems pretty two-faced but still considers kate a “favorite” of his. hes innocent and yaps a lot but also v calculating and good at diversions, which could check out as he has the curse of rothbart. in fact, i was thinking if theres any rt here that wouldn’t reach the threshold of romance to the fullest the way the others had, regardless how focused on romance it was, it would probably be 🪽. out of the three, i couldnt tell you which is my fav as they r all interesting to me, hehe

aside from that i can also see potential with worldbuilding 🙂‍↕️ what with how the twins seem to have the same curse from their profiles, when it shouldnt have been possible. (though maybe 💍 is actually cursed by odette while 🍒 is odile .. my personal theory, even if it may be a stretch, is that someone possibly associated with rogers dad was finding a way to see if the same curse could affect more than one person, and smth sorta backfired that made them have similar, but still dif curses. bc while both their curses share the same trigger, the effect it has on the recipient is different)

hello i have so many thoughts about triage

ok so short version i think what probably happened is his wife was sick and he tried to use organ transplants from his children to save her and it didnt work*. this is just going to be me dumping all my thoughts and hoping they make sense

*maybe they were incompatible because his kids got more of his genes. he might also feel guilty about that.

*other option is they WERE compatible so he took organs from his kids to use as a transplant for his wife and this possibly killed the kid(s) and/or it just didnt take anyway so all three of them died. considering how the bit after the bridge shows all three of them liquifying i think they all died

^ ive seen a lot of theories about how it might be medicine but i feel like with the organ compatibility labels in throw down this might be like. labels for when youre transporting organs? and him handing it to his son is like handing down his fate (death) and he feels sooo guilty about it

“those cards of promise i discarded, they were retribution for my incessant taking” aha. because he had been taking organs from patients he was being “punished” by fate by  getting incompatibility reports. this begs the question does he believe in some karmic fate or a higher power? which makes his deal with amane interesting

OK starting from the beginning now. i think its really interesting how hes shown in much more casual clothes because in throw down it was either doctor uniform or like designer clothes? so this is almost like a third side of him

ok in the bridge i think its interesting because when the guilty line shows up, only one of the arches shadows is visible, but on the innocent line, both of them are visible... he feels guilty because of the choice he made but maybe if hed managed to save everyone then his actions wouldve been justified and forgivable. also more pomegranates representing death and i think the pancakes represent their happy home life

this part is fascinating because while he feels like he IS guilty and SHOULD be sentenced to death... he wants to have a purpose again (helping people) and he wants to have a reason to live and he wants to redeem himself... “to extract that fang” i know some people are interpreting this as oh hes gonna get rid of kotoko. but honestly i think he just wants to heal and mitigate the damage shes doing (the “fang”)

the chorus sounds weird when you first listen to the words but like.... hes so sickened by his own actions... he doesnt believe he should be forgiven but he does want to live deep down. “i want to be innocent, i want to live”

if anyone has any ideas on the “hurling slurs of ‘hostage game’“ or if theres a better translation... i do not really understand this line at all... maybe it represents how he feels like he has a choice between the lives of either kotoko or the other guilty prisoners... like he had to choose between his wife and their kids... because in a hostage situation you cant get everything you have to compromise

ohhhhhh my god ok so first of all i know its probably the obvious answer since they are like. the very first people to get introduced in the fic but ive loved writing makoto and miu hgfdbshfjbg i think it started when i was writing lgowab and there were a couple of scenes between them in that fic?? i just remember makoto being this sort of calming and influencing presence to miu, who if youve read that fic definitely needed somebody calm around her lmfao. writing miu in THIS fic im always trying to keep in mind how she would act around adults rather than kids her age and i thought it was important for her to have somebody """""""stable""""""" (worlds BIGGEST asterisk on the stable part) that's able to empathise with her. and on the other hand, i thought it'd be neat for somebody that's wild as hell like miu to be interacting with this version of makoto, since he's sort of lost a lot of his youth to the company he works for :] in a way theyre able to balance each other out. theres still a lot of learning the both of them have to do, miu has a long way to go in terms of trust and makoto is still unable to prioritise his own feelings rather than everybody elses, but theyre certainly getting there!! :] never thought one of my favorite dynamics would be rowdy teenage girl picked up off of the streets interacting with jaded "ultimate hope" but here we are....

very excited to keep going with mikane SOOO excited for them. theres this unspoken codependency that both of them have with each other even if they refuse to admit it. mikan is the ONLY person akane talks to from her class and seems to be the only person she interacts with at all. but on the other hand, mikan relies on akane to be that stability for her, and has to believe in akanes act because of this. i make sure to frequently reference how mikan is worried about akane in her pov and vice versa, because even if they aren't together they're still thinking about the other :] they care about each other so so much, but both of them have this unexpressed reliance on the other for their own personal wellbeing that, again going back to the danganronpa of it all, has a lot to do with their own personal traumas. im trying not to make it super duper heavy handed or anything just yet but it will be explored later on when they finally reunite!!!!!!!!!!! :] writing for mikane can be so funny sometimes especially with akane who is constantly like "yeah mikan is the only person i think about most of the time lol. platonically tho. im not gay"

AND honestly this unspoken dependency sort of applies to naegiri too, even if it is even less stated-- even if makoto and kyoko have other people to turn to in the rare event they DO want to talk about their feelings, theyre still relying on the other for some kind of stability. so even if they are both extremely aware that the other is lying to them in some capacity there will always be worry coming from both sides, which hopefully will get elaborated on later when we get to the peak of makotos arc :D

OHHHH MY GOD BYAKUYA AND MIU TOO. OBSESSED WITH THEM. both of them are such assholes i loooovveeee writing about their whole deal. they are both so so aware of their morality in comparison to somebody like makoto who is just so objectively good that its difficult not to question their standing and why he would want to hang around them. but they are so funny together because miu can not stand how uptight he is and byakuya would actually for real rather kill himself than admit he wants to be friends with her they are everything 2 me

honestly not being super into fnaf is so valid, i played a couple of games here and only learned the lore like last year because THERES SO MUCH??? and it’s so confusing like wtf? but omg i hope you have fun when you see the movie!!! i def recommend it! they didn’t follow the lore completely but that definitely doesn’t mean it was bad, it was a fun movie, i liked it!! I do the same but im trying to get back into better habits like journaling, like sometimes i just cant cry because ive bottled everything up for so long. So i very much urge ppl to cry when they can because its not a great feeling not being able to cry when you need to cry. Like even if its small, cry about it its fine. Its human to feel the full spectrum of emotion.

I forgot what voice i used for my character but i think it was some generic dude voice, i have been a little out of practice with my deeper voices though. But my voice is usually pretty deep anyway, i pitch my voice up a bit when im at work bc i dont want to scare the old timers too much. I hate to admit that my favorite voices to try to do are meatwad from aqua teen hunger force and stitch, theyre like the same voice to me 🤭 i do it for funsies, but in my teen years i did it a lot bc my friends gave me approval for it 🤭

Soo maybe i might budget to get my hands on those perfumes ☺️ i'd like to know what your favorite perfumes smelled like on first hand bases. This is a second best, best would be smelling it on your neck<3 theres a certain cologne i fell in love with years go that ive been trying to get my hands on, its polo red by ralph lauren it had smelled so wonderful to me.

Candles are a lot to take care of so i get it. I just have two main rules i follow for the life of my candle and the safety of my cats. Im the type of person where if i see soot in your candles i try to clean that out to lessen fire risk bc they can be dangerous, its something ppl never notice but thats ok i just want them to be safe. I used to play with the wax like that too!! It low key led to me trying to experiment a little with wax play which was interesting to say the least.

Ranting about how Gaz, taster of pork is my fave iz ep bc >:(((

iI wanted to make this rant for a while now so why the hell not, I’ve also been wanting to rant about this ep and why its my all time favorite...because why the hell not... __________ This episode is way above the others for me, nothing can beat this. Ever sense I started watching Invader Zim I wanted an ep like this, and when I first watched it I knew it was going to be my fave and god I was so so exited, where do I start?  I hear some people don’t like this episode because how much Dib abuse is in it, for someone who kins Dib and whenever I see Dib get hurt in the show (which is like every single fucking ep) I feel horrible for him, but in this ep I did not, and I actually found it pretty funny, I laughed. From the start I knew Gaz and Dib where going to be my favorites and the more the show went on the more and more I loved these two and wanted to just see these two on screen, honestly I was starting to get tired of a lot of ep’s just being Dib vs Zim, I really wanted something else, not ONLY in this ep just about Dib and Gaz, how its done is done so so PERFECTLY.  _____________ I don’t want to point out every single part why I like it so much (probably will, anyways) starting off, Dib is fucking adorable in the start, thats perfect for me, LOVE THAT SHIT. That fucking....squeal he did?? yes. Ill take that shit. thank u..... And Gaz just walking in bitching about how Dib ate her food and hes just fucking too focused on his hard drives or whatever, its fucking perfect. Dib just being a fanboy in the start and Gaz bitching about whatever to him is perfect for me,   I think this was the first time we saw Gaz’s room and I love how it’s filled with stuffed animals, that is so perfect for her character you have NO IDEA. And I love what I’m assuming is dragon pajamas, what I love most of all is Gaz calling in her stuff animals to throw Dib out her room, the idea of Gaz having these creepy dolls that come to life is one of the best concepts for her character and I wish people would do more with that. I like how Dib just isn’t down right scared of Gaz all the time, like he is still willing to be selfish about himself, giving her the shadow hog curse and lying ABOUT IT LMAO WHAT AN ASSHOLE. Dib then starts to act fucking dumb af, like “OH NO I DIDNT DO CRAP GAZ 0W0W0W0W0W0W0W0W0W0W00″ But Gaz b like: nah hoe Dib’s still being an ass, then the ep JUST GETS FUCKING BETTER.  One of my alltime favorite things about this ep is that you can slowly see Dib get more and more scared, and Gaz more and more upset, you can tell something really bad is going to happen to Dib at the end, but you don’t know what, and it’s even more scary because its Gaz...THAT IS JUST, SUCH ASMAZING WRITING, I REALLY ADORE SHIT LIKE THAT, GOD.  I love how Gaz dosen’t start getting angry too early, I like how you see her eat every single food and creepy music is just being played, she’s also not eating all the food too fast, you can just FELL SHIT BOUTTA HAPPEN SOON 4 REAL  one of my favorite fucking animation clips from this ep is just when Gaz is eating and just spitting it all in Dib’s face while he’s reading his book trying to fix this curse, you can start to feel Dib, and how much he is starting to panic, its amazing,.  _______  AND THEN THE FUCKING, MASHED PATATO PART HHABSJDGEK THAT PART HAD ME DYING, AND WHEN GAZ OPENED HER EYES WHILE DOING IT IT WAS SO FUCKING CURSED, AND THEN GAZ JUST GIVES UP AND THROWS THE FOOD AT SOME RANDOM ASS AND DIB IS LIKE “NOOO NOT ZITA” ITS SO FUCKING DUMB AND PERFECT I LOVE IT.  I forgot to add this but I love Gaz’s voice through out this and how she is acting, she’s not too too scary (at the start at least) like how shes acting and her voice tone and everything, which makes it even more scary for some reason, like its not overdone, u fucking SCARED LIKE U CAN TELL SOME SHIT BOUTTA GO DOWN.  side note I love how Gaz’s teacher is nothing like mrs. It’s so so cool to see something crazy and insane happening to Gaz for a change and not Dib and Zim. And its still just as funny, if not, even MORE FUNNY.  and i adore the PART WHERE DIB IS JUST TALKING TO A RANDOM HOBO LIKE ITS SO FUCKING RANDOM AND POINTLESS IM WATCHING THE EP RN AND I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT IT JUST EXISTS LMAOO  aND it is super super cute when Dib was talking to Zim, just, that part was so perfect, you can tell that Dib really does care. ok so we finished the zoldyck arc and uhhhh gotta say we werent expecting like any of that to happen lol 

ok ill back up so we start w/killuas mom (i dont think we ever heard her name) confronting gon & co....and canary (i lov her) is not dead which i assumed but thank goodness. 

zoldyck mom was totally using nen. also she is off her rocker gotta say. tho that visor is super cool, albeit confusing - is it connected to a bunch of security cameras or something? how does she see all that shit? 

granpa is wild. his tunic thing that says ‘one kill a day’ or w/e is kinda hilarious, it reminds me of the ‘apple a day keeps the dr away’ saying...a murder a day keeps the....idk away????

i love that killua makes it abundantly clear that he couldve like escaped at any time lol. also tho why didnt he just escape....baby boy just leave 

killua getting all serious and threatening milluki if he messes with gon....my boys got it BAD

like....it was all over the place for me...first of all the ambiance was wack, the room lighting was weird and im p sure killuas seat was an electric chair??? and the dad was in a coffin thing..???? like....interesting aesthetic choices all over the place here 

also i see now where killua got his hair and also his catboy tendencies. the zoldyck catboy genes seem to trace back to zoldyck dad, who has kinda scary cat eyes 

also im guessing that the dad is the blood zoldyck and the mom is the one who married in. they sure seem to put a lot of emphasis on like, family legacy or w/e, but the two parents certainty go abt it in different ways 

the whole convo b/w killua and his dad was wild, it totally didnt go where i was expecting it to. his dad was weirdly chill while also being super intense? 

killua happily telling stories abt gon was so sweet....baby boy baby 

and his dad telling him ‘never betray your friends’ was rlly interesting...i wonder what his reasons were for saying that 

cause then he tells killua he can leave, and killua does, but then dad zoldyck tells mom zoldyck (i rlly need to find out their names) that he thinks killua will come back on his own time....inch resting 

i wonder if dad zoldyck made killua promise that bc he was trying to set killua up for failure - as in, he tells killua to never betray his friends, thinking that killua inevitably will & be distraught abt it, and then turn back to the zoldyck family when this happens. idk

also its interesting to me that zoldyck dad wants killua to lead the family someday. like, illumi is right there, hes the oldest and clearly dedicated to being an evil assassin, and he seems p good at it...i wonder why killua is the favorite....the grandpa (i think) did say that killua is Special(tm) which...yes he is a special baby boy i love him. i wanna see more zoldyck family flashbacks/interactions so we can see what led them to this point

ok back to the plot so like its so wild to me how smoothly everything went hvubsjduhfbjsh like....killuas dad was rlly like ok u can leave and killua just went to the butler house and then canary woke up and was like ok gon & crew lets go to the butler house to see killua, fuck the rules, (and she didnt even get killed for ‘disobedience’ or w/e, or more likely - in most big shounen, she wouldve been attacked by the other evil butlers and gon wouldve had to fight them)

i doubt this is the last weve seen of the zoldyck family. i mean we havent even met 3 of them, and we barely saw the ones we did meet...idk when theyll come back but i suspect theyll be making some big money moves later on and fucking shit up somehow 

i think maybe illumi or someone will like, spy on killua sometimes to keep track of him. or theyll track him by other means

like i thought hisoka would be like p1 dio, where hed be/quickly become a powerful antagonist who would amass a bunch of followers/minions (when actually the only person he seems to hang out w/is illumi, and theyre more like equals than an evil guy/minion dynamic)...or like i thought hisoka would be very well known as a scary evil guy but nope he was just another participant in the hunter exam, albeit a weird freaky one whose rancid vibes everyone seemed to pick up on 

anyways actual predictions, i think hisoka is gonna be at heavens arena, which would be super funny. gon is like im gonna train to beat hisoka and he shows up to do that and hisokas just there like >;) hey

i think if i had to guess, the zoldycks will show up again (in a plot important way) at the end of the yorknew arc/before the greed island arc. i know basically nothing abt any of the arcs but i do know the order they go in so theres that

i do think illumi will show up earlier than the other zoldycks tho, since he seems to be out doing his own thing more than the rest. also we still really havent resolved the whole mind control thing that im still convinced of 

i think nen will finally be introduced/alluded to heavily in this arc...or like, characters will use nen and gon will be like whoa whats that 

i think killua knows what nen is...maybe? it would make sense since im sure all the zoldycks can use it (at least, we saw mom zoldyck use it, probably)

Falsetto’s Tour Review...

Sooo nobody caresss but I saw Toursetto’s Sunday June 2nd with Nick Adams as Whizzer, Max von Essen as Marvin, Eden Espinosa as Trina, Nick Blaemire as Mendel, Audrey Cardwell as Cordelia, Bryonha Marie Parham as Charlotte, Thatcher Jacobs as Jason an here are my thoughts ! 

♔ When I saw the block sitting in the middle of the stage I almost started crying ♔I couldn’t make out what they were saying at the beginning of Four Jews, but I’ve seen people say that Nick Adams says “Yeehaw” lol 

♔When Eden sings slavery-- she sings the OBC version instead of the higher notes Stephanie did ♔ I was sHOOK when Max opened his mouth to sing and sounded SO MUCH LIKE CHRISTIAN BORLE??? I was so WOW ♔ The Thrill of First Love gave me such a different vibe than the Revival version did. For starters, I did not hate Marvin in act one which is really unusual. In this song I usually view Marvin as mean and abusive, but I just felt myself feeling bad for him. This version of the song was more playful and less aggressive I think. ♔Whizzer doesn’t say “wash n’ wear” he says something like “what is this? A poly -blend?” ♔Marvin rips open Whizzers shirt and damn Nick Adams has some serious muscles lol ♔NICK BLAEMIRE??? Was soooo funny. He had me laughing to the point of tears. He was absolutely amazing. ♔ I didn’t realize in ‘Marvin at the Psychiatrist’ Whizzer was pissed when they called him ‘smarmy’ ♔Jason is so cute and his voice is so big ♔ When he says “just because you failed as parents” he says it through his teeth and his voice is really quiet ♔ I’m not sure what it was about Max portrayal, but he was literally just sad and decrepit. (Of course I didn’t like Marvin, but he just felt less mean) ♔ When they pull the chair away from him at the end of This Had Better Come to a Stop, Marvin turns and literally face plants ♔I’m breaking down was absolutely the highlight of Act I. Eden Espinosa was absolutely fucking amazing. In both productions, it was clear that Trina was having a breakdown, but here its less tears and more cackling and laughing. ♔ When she said “you ask is it fun to cry over nothing?” Her face was totally blank and sarcastic ♔ Of course we love a queen chopping a penis banana. ♔”Sure things’ll probably worsen but it’s not like I’m some happy person” she sits in the middle of the stage and laughs hysterically for a good ten seconds. ♔ “A freak who needs it maybe every other week” she stops and feels her boobs and sighs saying “ohhhhhhhh that feels reallllllly gooooooood” ♔ Every Trina belting with a banana in her mouth is a fucking icon. ♔ She fucking bolted off stage with the knife in her hand lol ♔ “YAH,, this is Mendel wisenbach-FÉLDDD” ♔ When Trina says “chicken marengo” she rolls the ‘r’ im gay dont @ me ♔ When Trina says “I’ll wait for you” she holds out the note really long as she runs of the stage with the chicken marengo and then theres a crash and offstage she shouts (SHIT) ♔ During a marriage proposal,, after he says biblical times— theres a long pause and Marvin leans in and was like “YOURE DOING GREAT” ♔ March of the Falsettos was amazing,, and somehow?? Nick Adams still sounded fucking amazing singing it lol. ♔ The chess game was heartbreaking as always. I just fricking love nick?? He did so well. Also Max??? seemed so much less aggressive than christian borle… and just more disappointed. Idk how to describe it. ♔ I don’t know how I just realized that they are making a home out of what’s left of the set after Marvin and whizzer break up ♔ THE GAMES THAT I PLAY?? ANOTHER HIGHLIGHT OF THIS ACT. Nick sounded sooo amazing and I either got chills from how cold the theater was or from his voice and I’m pretty sure it was the latter ♔ Marvin hit Trina. Yeah. This was completely heartbreaking. Honestly this Jason was shook to the core and you could see it (when Marvin hit her) and it was probably the saddest part of the scene. ♔ Also Whizzer is the one who made the slapping sound behind Marvin, ♔ Marvin tried to hug Trina and Mendel PUSHED him away ♔ Marvin put his hands on his head and let out this really pained wail.  Honestly I hate him, but I was like damn get help bc it was highkey sad. And poor Trina was trying to comfort Jason. It was a mess. ♔ Father to son was heartbreaking too bc Jason didn’t want to be anywhere near Marvin. Whenever he tried to touch him he would flinch away and Marvin was crying and hngggg. ♔ All I could say is that when he shined the light in our faces and called us homosexuals,,, it was blinding lol ♔ When he said a teeny tiny band and pointed to the orchestra the crowd cheered like crazy which is honestly what they deserved ♔ THE LESBIANS. THE LESBIANS!! Everyone was great in the show, but Dr. Charlotte. wow. She was so fucking amazing. I got excited every time she had a line because I knew she was about to slay. They were really cute together ♔ When Whizzer asks Marvin if he was still ‘queer’ in the baseball game Marvin’s voice got all old and he made his hands shake when he said “It’s been so long since I could tell” ♔ Good news, Nick Adams didn’t have a boner during a day in falsetto land LMFAO ♔ Something bad is happening. I was excited bc as I said. Bryonha is fucking amazing. She. Not only was her singing stellar, her acting was amazing. She was so angry and had so much passion despite her obvious confusion. Also Audrey Cardwell was the cutest Cordelia. ♔ During holding to the ground, three white sheets fall from the ceiling making the hospital room that Whizzer stays in. ♔ Not sure if it means anything, but I realize that the items at the hospital are the only things not made from the cube. Just an observation lol. ♔ I think Nick Adams Whizzer is my favorite (I think acting wise, I like Andrew better, but singing Nick takes the cake.) You gotta die sometime was beautiful and I started crying when he belted the last note. ♔ Jason’s Bar Mitzvah. Yeah. I was crying. They were all smiling but it looked so painful. ♔ Whizzer covered his mouth like he was about to cry and then reached out to touch Jason. He thanked him and left. Jason tried to follow him but Marvin stopped him and ugh. ♔ Before what would I do started playing (in the transition) the white curtains fell to the ground and pulled towards the edge of the stage. And when everything is gone marivin started singing. I like this— it made everything feel officially over. ♔ what would I do. This is my favorite song in the entire show and they were both so amazing I was crying uncontrollably (Even though was orchestra and pretty close to the stage, I was using my opera glasses ((yes I’m that bitch)) and god I could see Max was crying and FUCK I WAS RUINED. ♔ For falsetto land, they bring the block back on stage, and there is a piece sticking out. In the revival, they brought the block together from two pieces on either side of the stage, but in the tour they pushed it from stage left. ♔ Marvins sobs were really LOUD and heartbreaking. ♔ They put a spotlight on the chest piece until the blackout and I. UGH THANK GOD FOR WATERPROOF MASCARA.

♔I have seen so many Broadway In Chicago shows, and WOW this is definitely in my top three. The acting the singing, the orchestra and JESUS IT WAS JUST AMAZING

closer is one of the ones where im like eh its ok its not my favorite and then it gets to the chorus and my dumb ass is jsut screaming YOU KNOW THE CLOSER YOU GET TO SMETHING THE TOUGHTER IT IS TO REACHIT. the funniest part where narutos moping and thinking of sasuke and then he just perks up and smiles at the camera like. gay boy. like getting to see the asuma fight scenes in this op, also it was so funny seeing him get all the screentime in this op knowing hes about to die like yeah very subtle

this one literally makes me cry. i get chills what the fuck. definitely one of my favs. am i a bitch? maybe. i like the song by itself but like the way the rise/general shape of the melody flows with the visuals its like oh god oh fuck. again fuck jiraiya but like the role his character serves as a link between these disparate groups of people and the way thats used in this opening… how it starts and ends with him writing and this is the arc where naruto reads tales of a gutsy ninja and he learns about how he got his name and jiraiya wrote the book and hes WRITING and im going CRAZY!! i’m starting to tear up watching it rn. the shot of konan and the pains in that moment just before they leap forward. tc updates i should've told you a while ago:

You see, I typed some of these up already. But, since Tumblr sucks pretty much, they are no where to be found. sooo here's one:

There's this teacher (who's really the assistant principal for the upperclassmen but who cares) and I'm surprised I've never really mentioned him before because he is involved with my "tc story" ya know, with R and all that jazz from last school year. His name is Mr. I

A little run down is that he's the second teacher (after U) that I liked because i mean he's hot (some of my friends compare him to Scotty Sire from the Vlog Squad and he doesn't 100% look like him but I understand). But by the time I created this blog I didn't like him much because he was kind of a big asshole. Then as the year went on, I basically HATED him by the end because he was one of the people (admin) that didn't like R, and treated him like shit and basically wanted R to quit. Like he would come into the classroom sometimes and just be a bitchhhh to R and me and Meow (bsf) were like wtf?????

And R even told me when I saw him during the summer, that when he went up to the school after sending the principal and Mr. I his very formal and polite letter of resignation to get his stuff, he was being nice and pointing out the good things about working with them (he didn't even throw an ounce of shade like I would have) and they, including Mr. I, DIDNT CARE AND BASICALLY IGNORED HIM AND WAS LIKE "OKAY WELL WE NEED OUR STUFF BACK"

I DONT SEE HOW R HANDLED THAT CALMY I WOULD'VE BEEN GOING OFFFFFFFF

Anywho, since I found that out I obviously dislike Mr. I strongly EVEN MORE but I also get pissed off because he's reallyyyy hot (average white guys already make me freaking melt so if you're actually like a real person that I know who's really attractive and in your early 30s omg I'm basically dead)

BUTTT IT DOESNT STOP THERE. BECAUSE HE KNEW ME. HE KNEW R WAS MY FAVORITE TEACHER. FROM LAST YEAR AND DEFINITELY THE BEGINNING OF THIS YEAR, HE COULD TELL MEOW AND I DIDNT LIKE HIM.

ESPECIALLY SINCE MEOW WOULD FLAT OUT MAKE IT SO OBVIOUSLY HE WAS DISLIKED BY HER AND I WOULD BASICALLY BLATANTLY AGREE.

He knewwww I didn't like him and I swear he used that shit against me. So towards the beginning of the school year (maybe the 4th week of school) my first class was in the senior hallway. Mr. I, being the assistant principal of the upperclassmen, would stand at the entrance of that hall EVERY MORNING and every morning he'd be like "Good morning, Gi." And I know that seems dumb but he wouldn't talk to majority of the students, he'd only be like "Get to class before the bell rings, you have 5 minutes." Stuff like that.

Plus I'm not even a student associated with him, he'd only talk to some upperclassmen he knew because his job is with the upperclassmen.

Yet everyyyy morning he'd talk to me and I'd just be like, "...Good morning."

THEN HE STARTED TALKING TO ME BASICALLY EVERYTIME HE SAW ME

To this day, when he sees me he's like, "Hey Gi how are you/how's your day going?" And I usually answer, "Hi Mr. I, I'm doing good/great/okay."

BUT LIKE THIS BITCH STARTED ACTING LIKE HE KNEW ME. LIKE LMAO HE KNEW WHEN I WAS DEPRESSED AND SHIT I SWEAR LMAO

Like sometime in October I was extremely depressed regarding many things, one definitely being R though. And the same routine, "how's your day" happened. Then I was beginning to walk off and Mr. I's just like "You okay, Gi? You've seemed down lately."

I WAS SHOOK LMAOOO BUT I JUST RESPONDED WITH "NO, IM PERFECTLY FINE. THANKS" AS MOST DEPRESSED PEOPLE DO

But at some point between me hating him at the beginning of the year and now, like I've always found him attractive.

BUT HOLY SHIT

LIKE I CAN'T REALLY EXPLAIN IT WITHOUT BEING WEIRD SO IM JUST GONNA GO FOR IT. basically, I have the strongest "lust" for this guyyyyyyy

Like R? I am utterly in LOVE with him, I want him to freaking take my virginity and love me and hug me and hold my hand and stare into my eyes and marry me and possibly father my children. Like I want utter intimacy with him and I can never get him off my mind and I love him

Like when it comes down to it, like if they both came up to me, no matter what they offered, I'd choose R. Mr. I is nothing in comparison to R.

But holy fuck if you heard his voice and saw/heard his assertiveness and saw him and SAW THE WAY HE STOOD YOU'D WANNA EFF THE ES OUT OF HIM TOO

HE STANDS LIKE HE'S ABOUT TO NONCHALANTLY EFF SOMEONE FROM BEHIND ITS HARD TO EXPLAIN BUT I SWEAR ITS ACCURATE

And I thought I was crazy but two of my close friends thought the exact same about him (the same friends that also hate him). Like we'd basically let him do whatever tf he wanted to us.

And I'm super conflicted because like I don't even know how I feel about him. I definitely don't like him. But do I hate him? Because at this point everytime I see him my mind just flashes with no no thoughts and idek man

But yeah Mr. I is the guy I dislike strongly that I also wanna be basically obliterated by.

i’m sorry this is going to be umm kind of disjointed my brain is like a hive of panicked bees

ok ok so basically my thoughts are “AAAAAAA FUCK FUCK FUCK WOW WOW WOW WOW HELL YEA” but to translate: i didn’t seriously get into videogames until VERY recently when i took an interest in worldbuilding & was curious abt the different ways one could present a fictional world, & i think videogames r just such a cool way to do that, & basically this game is my favorite thing ever. its just so intriguing!!!!

i’m not very politically versed so i can’t talk on that aspect but i will say that it’s a big reason why i love the game so much. like… just getting to talk to these characters and learn about their beliefs, how they see the world & how they’ve chosen to live in it etc etc etc??? brilliant amazing genius i love that shit SO MUCH. and like some ppl will think ‘oh i need to think of Every Single Aspect of my world & i need to show off Every Single Bit of it’ but what i love abt de’s worldbuilding is that you know about as much about everything as it’s residents do - which is very little (depending on who they are)! which is realistic! and just a very interesting way to present your world! i love it!!!!

then theres the ART. GOD. i haven’t seen the art book yet but man i cant wait to look bc this game is freaking Gorgeous. im not sure what the name of this style would be but it reminds me of things like transistor or dishonored. like it feels it takes insp from old art movements. & the fact that the game’s map is also stylized - how everything looks like a painting??? chefs kiss. i mean it made it kindof difficult to navigate at times but its sooo pretty so i dont even care. discovering a new part of the map felt like opening a christmas present like every time i thought i’d seen everything i realized there was a new place i didnt explore and i just. man. the church. THE CHURCH. god. going into that area for the first time was CHILLING, the atmosphere is soooo good its insane!! i kind of felt bad bringing the rave kids in bc that just haunting quiet.. the soft singing.. beautiful truly honestly beautiful

and the soundtrack is so perfect. it just. ok when ur walking out into rue de saint-ghislaine and u hear that horn come in??? there’s this feeling that’s like… it just says “this is home. this is all we have. time to keep living”. it’s nostalgic it’s kindof sad it’s accepting it’s fate. does that make any sense.

basically the art direction is just so good, everything comes together so well to create this very specific atmosphere. and it can change so swiftly but its a smooth change. im thinking abt the climax of the game - its so panicky so on edge (was LITERALLY shaking & crying then lmao 🙃), and then its just. over. but it feels natural. again, that feeling of “time to keep living”. what else can you do but that?

i think one reason everything flows so well is the narration? it kind of.. spreads things out, putting what’s happening into words. helps you process it better. or maybe i just have adhd & having things narrated helps me understand wtf is going on lmao

also ok. the characters. god. i think if i tried talking abt the characters this’ll get too long so abridged version: FUCK cops but harry is my pathetic little meow meow, im disappointed i havent seen more ppl get into who kim is as a person (bc theres SO MUCH to him!! i think he’s the most fleshed out character in this game honestly) but im glad we’ve all decided he is Definitely autistic, & i like that this game while having characters who are shit ppl/have shit takes (& doesn’t try to excuse them for it!!) they’re still human first & foremost. it rly just - again, the atmosphere. the vibes. this is a home. this is a world we’re getting a glimpse into. it just feels.. real. despite yknow. the pale.

oh my god the pale. the fucking pale. the insulindian phasmid. SHIVERS. i have to fucking stop. i haveto stop or this is just going to keep going oh my god im so sorry. but listen the pale is so cool & interesting right??? its so fucking c- oh my god

ok hold on 1 more thing. 1 thing i couldn’t get past: the fatphobia. u go this whole game where the bigoted language is obviously coming from the characters’ own biases, but w the fat characters it’s not just how the other characters talk abt them, it’s how they’re portrayed. does that make sense? anyway that honestly made me like the game less
