I want a Jedi video game where you play through your entire life, from baby to however you die. You can explore the temple and the galaxy, go through classes and eventually become a Padawan. There could be a meter, like how KOTOR had the Light Side/Dark Side thing, that shows whether you’re leaning towards attachment (bad) or love (good). You can choose an era, Clone Wars, High Republic, Old Republic, the time of the original Tales of the Jedi comic series, or just some nebulous point where there isn’t some massive threat to the galaxy. You could rise to the rank of Master, join the Corps, become a Wayseeker, or any other option for a Jedi. And, eventually, you would become one with the Force, whether due to old age or battle or any of the myriad ways it could happen.

In this AU In-ho, like LBH’s character in the TV show, is a marine captain serving in the US delegation in Hanseung. There he meets Gi-hun, who on the surface appears to be merely an unemployed former journalist with a gambling problem. He drinks with the officers and hangs around not doing much.

Secretly, however, Gi-hun is a member of the Righteous Army resisting Japanese occupation and working as a spy, smuggling the information he collects.

As time goes on In-ho becomes suspicious of Gi-hun’s behavior, however the more attention he pays him, the more In-ho’s feelings of obsession and longing grow.

Meanwhile Gi-hun finds himself conflicted. He can’t but feel an attraction to In-ho but due to In-ho’s position in the US navy, the two of them are functionally enemies.

Naturally, no matter how hard they try, they won’t be able to resist each other.

plot idea: muse a is a pro athlete from a small town and their whole childhood was their parents pushing them to be the best to play at a professional level. muse b was their high school relationship but low and behold graduation came around and when muse a got offered a professional contract they chose their sport over love because it's what they worked for their whole life. but hey its christmas break and they're back in town for a few days and they think theyre some hot big shot. give me hot steamy angst yes.

Projects I would start at DC if I was the king of the world:

A revamp of the New Teen Titans, which adds Starfire, Raven, Cyborg, and Beast boy to the Teen Titans seen in World's Finest Teen Titans

A Second Robin series, which will cover Jason's introduction into Bruce's life, his face off against Two-Face mentioned in Death in the Family, and Dick and him hanging out

Batgirl: The Killing Joke, which is just like the original but this time we actually give weight to Barbara's paralysis and doesn't just fridge her. Also just generally more Barbara Batgirl stories that happen during this era

Red Hood: Year One, which retells under the red Hood from Jason's POV, but the story is more about his gang and ideology and all the successes and failures that come with it, rather than just haha pew pew villains dead

A StephCass comic. Anything would work, but they would be a great couple. It doesn't even have to work out, just let them have like one date

A Tim Drake comic where he becomes more than a legacy of Robin. Have him take a bigger role in the Teen Titans, take on a new name, anything

Finally, a comic in which Bruce has to confront all he did to his kids, that features forgiveness without trying to retcon or just ignore certain parts of his abuse

So I had a thought in relation to this.

Give me the season 8 opener (or opening arc, similar to TK in the s3 start of LS). Tommy gets hurt. When he finally wakes up and/or Evan gets to him, he tells Tommy “you promised to teach me how to fly/Muay Thai, and I’m holding you to it”

And then scattered throughout the season obvs we get hints to these. Things are going well. They’re getting closer. Falling in love. Etc.

End of the season rolls around, and Evan gets hurt, and it’s a lot worse than Tommy’s injury was. Tommy’s an absolute mess because they’re supposed to be moving in together, he’s planning this whole life for them (he knows Evan is too), things are so good for them. Like sure, they’ve had it rough this year but they’ve survived all the bumps and scrapes, but this one…

Then we get the inevitable wake-up, and Tommy is relieved if not a little bit on edge. And Evan, who's used to people leaving, who still kinda expects Tommy to leave, even though they've said 'I love you' and they've moved in together now, and he's given up the loft, is like "why'd you stay?"

And we just get a little deadpan of "you still owe me that beer".

Bonus points if the beer comes with the marriage proposal in season 9.

Leverage Team Secret Santa

The Leverage team decides to do a Secret Santa one year.

Parker has no idea what to get Nate, "What do you get a guy with a weird controlling people thing??" until someone reminds her that he's also a "functioning alcoholic" so she looks up well-guarded alcohol and steals him a couple bottles of very nice, very pricey, formerly very secured scotch.

Nate gets Hardison some rare Star Wars and Star Trek memorabilia, along with a shirt that says "Age of the Geek Baby."

Hardison agonizes over what to get Sophie, he doesn't trust himself to do clothes (what if she doesn't like them or they don't fit?!) and eventually gets her a sort of advent calendar of ticket coupons. 12 venues, she picks the date, and Hardison will put her on their guest list/acquire a ticket (options are a couple spas and several theaters).

Sophie gives Eliot a set of high end cooking knives and some animal ice packs for post-mission bruises.

Eliot was going to give Parker money but then decided it'd be more fun to make her some cupcakes and hide a golden dollar in half of them. She thought it was hilarious.

Freeze Time by Neighborhood in Sims 4?

I’ve been thinking about how time works in The Sims 4 and had an idea that might make the game even more enjoyable. Right now, all Sims age and progress at the same time, no matter where they live. But wouldn’t it be interesting if we could freeze time in certain neighborhoods? For example, I could focus on my Sims in Oasis Springs while keeping the Sims in Willow Creek just as they are, almost like they’re in a time capsule. This could add a lot of flexibility to gameplay, allowing us to develop stories in one world without worrying about changes in another. It feels like this feature would open up a lot of new possibilities for storytelling and managing different households. Perhaps this idea is already out there without me knowing but I thought I would write it down anyway. What do you guys think?
