I'm seeing variations of this meme around again, so to today's (un)lucky 10000:
the "inside you there are two wolves" meme is racist. full stop. it was invented by a Christian pastor in the late 70s and attributed to the Cherokee nation, despite being completely made up. every native american / indigenous page I've ever followed denounces it as made up and racist, using their imagery to sound mystical and wise while ignoring the people themselves.
please consider using another format. try to use your guilt productively: I'm not calling you out, this is aimed at educating. You can't erase not knowing in the past, but you can elect to 1) not reblog these in the future, 2) delete any that are easy to delete, 3) help to spread education by following native people's accounts and news so that you hear this from them, not me.
#there is some 'debate' about the origins on the internet but i'm gonna be real:#when i can't find even one person who claims to be native who says it isn't racist and made up... it's racist and made up#do your own research but just... try to listen to the least heard voices and not just those trying to boost them#i'd go find a post on it from a native account but i am currently researched out due to IRL stuff i don't plan to talk about

hi yeah lmao, im ⌛🌟 and im not whatever random ass person you accused me of being 💀💀???? nice try lmao
also you know that. trans people. can be transphobic right. just like how disabled people can be ableist.
but im not gonna be responding to anymore of ur dumbass shit sophie, the majority of what youve done is spout some transphobic shit and told me the history i alr know because i am trnas and lived through it!! crazy. hope you have fun harming random ass people on the internet!!! cant wait until youre left empty inside and broken bc of constantly harrassing people and constantly giving out hate where its not justified <3
-⌛🌟
Wait! Who did I accuse you of being?
Do you think this post commenting on a timing coincidence was meant to imply that you were the anti-endo who posted about the word "sysmed" at the exact same time as me? 🤣
also you know that. trans people. can be transphobic right. just like how disabled people can be ableist.
Of course. Transmeds themselves being an example of that. And system medicalism is similarly rooted in ableism and sanism. Especially when it comes to mixed origin systems, who sysmeds will straight-up deny a right to religious beliefs based on their disability.
My issue with this isn't that "trans people can't be transphobic."
It's that trans people can't be transphobic for comparing the pain they've suffered from transmeds to what they've suffered from sysmeds.
And also that transgender people can't "STEAL" their own terms.
Accusing trans people of stealing their own terms is implying that they're an outgroup that is coming in to steal the words. Frankly, it's trans erasure. You have to actually erase their transness to make this argument work. Which, IMO, is actually transphobic of you.
Once we get past the absurdity of "trans people are transphobic for stealing trans terms" the only thing your argument is left with is... what? "Transphobic people are transphobic for comparing transness to a mental disorder?"
But this point, you know, is a lie. If you've spent any bit of time in syscourse, you should know that the pro-endo position, along with the position of every psychiatrist and psychologist who has weighed in on the debate, is that you don't need a disorder to be plural.
See again, Eric Yarbrough's Transgender Mental Health, which was reviewed and published by the American Psychiatric Association.
So the whole "this is transphobic for comparing being transgender to a mental disorder" point is null. Being plural and being a system are not inherently mental disorders.
But I'm sure you're going to make some excuse about why this book, published by the American Psychiatric Association, is totally not valid. You know, just like how transmeds have historically dismissed all the doctors and research saying that you didn't need dysphoria to be trans.
Are you going to try to call me transphobic again for pointing out how your arguments and tactics are exactly like those of transmeds?
constantly harrassing people
This is beside the point, but I feel like this would be a bit more effective had sysmeds not watered down "harassment" to the point of being meaningless.
Like, I just saw a post from a sysmed who was asked why they were putting "doctors" in scare quotes to imply the authors of articles cited by pro-endos aren't real doctors, and the sysmed accused the anon of harassment just for asking the question.
Like to me, harassment means namecalling. Threats of violence. Bullying. Fakeclaiming. Personal attacks.
But it seems to most sysmeds, harassment means questioning them. It means having a different opinion and stating it where they can hear. It means linking sources or saying that they're wrong.
I've seen sysmeds, always desperate to play the part of the victim, complain about being asked "loaded questions" (the question was what punk values meant to them) and beg for death threats in the same post.
It's just so hard anymore to take sysmeds complaining about harassment seriously when it's clear they're just calling everything harassment so they can win victim points.

Anything more on Duality? 🙏 Oh, and Everything Zen sounds amazing, I would love to read that
@seradyn OH YEAH I GOT MORE SHIT FOR DUALITY 👀 and I have answered for Everything Zen in this ask! Sadly, I don't have much else to add on that story at this time.
Here's some quick notes on Duality, and a snippet:
Takes place in Spain around 2006/2007 (debating on changing this) about 2-3 years after the Plagas incident.
The main protag is Sawyer Kiddo, a hacktivist who works for VITA (Virtual Investigation Through Activism). Her along with hundreds of other members anonymously use the internet to infiltrate the black market to gather information on bioterrorists, and then send the information to proper authorities.
Some members, such as Kiddo, take it a step further and will pose as prospective buyers and meet with B.O.W dealers in real life in order to lure them into getting captured by law enforcement--provided if the authorities' are willing to risk doing things under the table. She is currently known as Onyx in the black market.
VITA was originally a sister group of TerraSave, but after the Downing Incident and having conflicted views on how to handle bioterrorism, both organizations decided to cut ties from one another especially once VITAs vigilantism began to grow and cause legal trouble because of the grey areas with technology and laws.
Sawyer grew up in the suburbs of Raccoon City along with her cousin Carmen and their families. She wasn't there during the T-Virus outbreak, but holds a grudge against Umbrella and everyone associated with the company.
In the present, Sawyer is being sent to Spain to meet up a B.O.W. seller, and aid in his capture.
Luis Serra is alive....sort of, and he gets caught up in the mess that Sawyer is in while also dealing with his own problems.
I'm currently at 62 pages right now. I don't plan on posting the fic on AO3 until I'm either finished with it fully, or I'm far enough ahead to where I can drop chapters weekly.
I'm not gonna give away too much else cause it's still a WIP and I may change things around later, but hope ya enjoy the sneak peek from chapter 5!
Sawyer groaned as she slowly regained consciousness, her head pounding with a fierce intensity. The world was a blur as she opened her eyes, blinking against the dim light. Her thoughts were sluggish as she struggled to make sense of her surroundings.
The last thing she remembered was the sharp pain at the front of her skull, the ground rushing up to meet her, and then everything went black. As her vision cleared, she found herself in a small, cramped room. She grimaced at the musty air, thick with the smell of rotted wood and metal. Pushing herself up into a sitting position, Sawyer winced at the sharp twinge of pain that shot through her head.
The room was filled with shelves and crates, stacked haphazardly against the walls. She realized it was a storage room, but not just any storage room—it had been converted into a makeshift prison. Through the bars of her confined space, she noticed a heavy metal slab door that served as the only exit and entry point, and how it was shut tight. There were no windows to let in any natural light. The only glow came from a single, flickering bulb hanging from the center of the ceiling.
“Oye, estás despierto!”
Sawyer gasped and immediately turned towards the voice.
“Sorry, I didn’t mean to startle you!”
“Who are you?”
“Hang on, one moment! Let me come to you.”
Through another set of bars adjacent to her, she saw someone hidden in the dark. For a moment, she could’ve sworn the person’s eyes glowed, but as he emerged, she realized it was a trick of the light. The man looked like he had seen better days—his long, disheveled hair and untrimmed beard were a testament to that, along with his grimy clothes and scuffed-up jacket.
He sat down in front of the bars that separated his cell from hers, gripping two bars on either side of his face. When their eyes met, he shook his head in disbelief and smiled.
“I was beginning to think you were dead.”
“Funny, I was thinking the same thing about myself,” Sawyer murmured, trying to lighten up the tension as she dryly swallowed. “Do you know how long I was out?”
“A few hours, maybe?”
Before she could ask more, Sawyer's hand reached for her head as another wave of pain coursed through her. She felt dry crusted blood on her forehead and heard the man wince on her behalf.
“You don’t look so good,” He reached a hand through the space between the bars and beckoned her to come close. “Aqui, lemme see.”
“I don’t normally crawl over to men I just met,” Sawyer remarked sarcastically.
He seemed to not understand at first then chuckled. “I can understand the apprehension, being a lady and all, but I mean you no harm.”
“What’s in it for you?”
He sighed, shaking his head with a grin. “You’re quite interrogative, eh?”
“Well,” Sawyer shrugged as she let out a breath. “I got jumped by a bio-organic weapons dealer and a cop. Needless to say, I’m on edge.”
“Point taken,” he nodded. A glimmer of curiosity grew in his eyes at her words, but he changed tactics. “Does the señora have a name?”
She debated with herself, wondering if it was a good idea to tell him that. For all she knew, this could’ve been a game. Nonetheless, she realized she couldn’t risk alienating the only potential ally she had in this grim situation. Taking a deep breath, she decided to trust him—at least for now.
"It’s Sawyer," she said firmly despite the lingering pain.
“Perchance is your first time Tom?” He laughed but quickly stopped at her glare, half expecting she was going to lunge at him for the joke. His hands shot up in surrender. “I’m kidding! I take it you’ve heard that one before, huh?”
“More times than you can count,” Sawyer remarked with a huff.
He rubbed the back of his head, looking guilty. Once he was over being self-conscious, his eyes carefully looked her over, noting her appearance. “For the record, I’ve always liked tomboys. I never had the pleasure of being in the company of one until now.”
“Well, we’re not much fun, just an FYI.”
“I wouldn’t be so hard on yourself,” He chuckled. “I’m having fun talking to you right now, eh?”
“Are you always this perky when you’re imprisoned?” Sawyer raised a brow.
“Eh,” He shrugged. “Depends on the context. In this case, since I’m not alone anymore, I’m ecstatic.”
Sawyer couldn’t decide if she wanted to smile or hit him. He certainly had an air of charisma, but she remained skeptical about his kindness and flirtiness.
“What’s your name?” She asked.
His theatrics simmered down when she asked the question, and Sawyer noted he looked just as conflicted as her about giving an honest answer.
“I’m Luis,” He finally said, hesitating before adding. “Luis Navarro. I never caught your last name?”
“Kiddo.”
“Kiddo?” He repeated as he laughed, taken aback.
“Oh fuck off,” Sawyer murmured as she rolled her eyes.
“Well Kiddo,” Luis smirked as he cleared his throat. “Neither of us will be doing that anytime soon I’m afraid. Can't say it's under the best circumstances, but it’s nice to meet you formally.”
“Likewise,” She decided not to indulge him further in the suggestive comment and took a cautious step closer to the bars that separated them. “How long have you been down here anyway?”
“Since last night, I think,” Luis commented somberly. “It’s hard to tell without having any sunlight.”
Sawyer studied Luis’s face, searching for any signs of deceit, but all she saw was exhaustion and a hint of desperation.
"What happened to you?" she asked, genuinely curious.
He sighed, leaning forward against the bars. "Wrong place, wrong time. I’m sure our mutual friends have me mixed up with somebody else. Whatever the case, they decided I was more useful to them alive and locked up than dead.”
Sawyer nodded, feeling a pang of sympathy. "Join the club," she muttered.
"Tell me about it," Luis replied, rubbing his eyes. "Seems like we're both caught in something bigger than we can handle."
"Yeah," Sawyer said softly, her mind raced. "Do you know who’s behind this?”
Luis shook his he
head. "I've heard bits and pieces. They run some kind of operation out of here. I don't know who’s pulling the strings. Just some voices, sometimes. Orders being given. I know we’re in a warehouse or facility of some sort. You mentioned being jumped by a cop and a bioweapons dealer. Do you think they’re the ones keeping us?”
“It’s a high probability,” Sawyer admitted.
“So how did a señora like yourself get caught up in that mess?” Luis furrowed his brows, studying her cautiously. “You don’t seem like a bioterrorist.”
“It’s because I’m not,” Sawyer corrected, murmuring an apology for sounding aggresive before continuing. “I work for a group called VITA. I’m a hacktivist.”
“A hacktivist?” His voice was intrigued. “What’s that?”
“It’s a long story.”
“Us Spaniards love those.” Luis teased with a grin. His voice trying to coax her into sharing further.
“You’re nosy, you know that?”
“Can’t fault the mind for being curious!” Luis chuckled. “I’m almost certain you believe there are more layers to my tale, no?”
Sawyer raised a brow. “Are you saying you lied to me about not having a clue why you’re down here?”
“I--I never said that!” Luis made a face, nearly stumbling on his words. “Look, we’ve got to find a way out of here. The both of us. We can help each other out.” He gestured to a nearby wall. “I’ve been carving out a hole through this weak spot. Once I’m free, I can find a way to get you out.”
Sawyer studied Luis carefully, seeing earnestness in his eyes despite his rough exterior. She took a deep breath, feeling the weight of their predicament.
“Alright,” she said slowly and nodded. "Let's see what you've been working on."
Luis stood up as did Sawyer, and he revealed a section of the wall that looked slightly different from the rest—less solid, more crumbly. He'd been diligent, chipping away at it piece by piece. She couldn’t get closer cause of the separation between them, but she did feel a faint draft of air coming through.
"Damn good work!" she admitted, glancing up at him. "How long have you been at this?"
"Feels like forever," Luis replied with a grim smile. "But I don’t think I have much further to go.”
“Okay,” Sawyer nodded, her nerves on edge. "We need a plan for once we're out. Do you know anything about the layout of this place?"
Luis paused, thinking as he licked his lips. "From what I’ve seen, we’re in a large warehouse facility with a subterranean base. A few guards were patrolling the main floor when I got dragged here, but the lower levels seemed less secure.”
"Alright," Sawyer said, her resolve hardening. "If we live through this, I need to get to Toledo.”
“What’s in Toledo?” Luis asked, moving closer to the bars to see her.
“It’s where the rest of my friends should be, unless they got captured. They’re part of VITA too, and they were helping me to try and bag that bioweapons dealer.”
“So…you’re like a cop, er, bounty hunter?” Luis curiously inquired.
“Yuck, don’t put me in the same category.” Sawyer teased. “It’s kind of like bounty hunter work, but I don’t get monetary gain from it.”
“You put your life on the line for free?”
“More or less.” Sawyer nodded.
“So,” Luis furrowed his brows. “What do you get out of taking such a huge risk?”
Sawyer felt stumped at his question. The image of Carmen in the hospital bed, screaming as she was being sedated flashed behind her eyes. The few seconds of being trapped in the past were visceral. She blinked a few times, feeling the wound on her head throb once more, and reached up to grab a fistful of her hair in a vain attempt to get it to stop.
Luis noticed her discomfort and reached through the bars again, his face softening with concern. "Are you okay?" he asked gently.
Sawyer nodded, though the pain was making it hard to focus. "Yeah, just… some bad memories."
Luis pulled his hand back and nodded sympathetically. "We all have those."
Sawyer took a deep breath, trying to ignore how her head felt like it was splitting. "I do this work because I believe in it," she said finally, her voice steadier. "I want to stop people like that bioweapons dealer from hurting anyone else."
Luis smiled, genuine warmth in his eyes. "That’s something I can respect."
Sawyer managed a brief smile before she grimaced at her wound. “I can tell you more if we get out of here alive.”
“And I can help you get to Toledo!” Luis said proudly. “Lucky for you, I’m a purebred Spaniard! I know my way around!”
“Purebred, what are you, a dog?” Sawyer snorted.
Luis blushed, realizing he might’ve used the wrong terminology but he blew it off. “Unfortunately, I’ve been called such things and worse.”
“Probably from all the exes whose hearts you broke.”
“Haha, you’re funny…” Luis said sarcastically, grinning as he pointed at her.
“No, really,” Sawyer let out a breath. “What do you get out of this for helping me?”
“Pardon?”
“I’ve been at this for a while; there’s always a catch.”
Luis paused, his expression turning firm as he realized she wanted full transparency. “Alright, there is something I would like in return, but it’s not what you might think.”
Sawyer raised an eyebrow, waiting for him to continue.
“First things first, though,” Luis said, his tone softening. “It would put my mind at ease if I could take a look at your wound. It looks pretty bad, and if we’re going to make it out of here, you need to be in good shape.”
Sawyer hesitated for a moment, then nodded. “Alright, but no funny business.”
“Cross my heart,” Luis chuckled, putting his hands up in surrender before performing the sign of the cross. “I promise. Now, come closer to the bars so I can see it better, por favor.”
Sawyer let out a breath and cautiously moved close until only the bars separated them. His touch was surprisingly gentle as Luis brushed some of her hair out of the way. For a moment, the pain seemed to dull. She got a better look at him, noting his blue eyes and the extra color around the pupils that stood out. There was something peculiar about them, but she ignored it as feelings of apprehension and trust came and went.
“It’s a nasty cut. You might need a stitch or two,” Luis said, frowning. “But it doesn’t look infected. We’ll need to clean it properly once we’re out of here.”
“Thanks,” Sawyer said softly. “I appreciate it.”
“No problem,” Luis replied, meeting her eyes as his fingers left her skin. “Now, about that favor—I’ll tell you what it is once we’re safely out of here. For now, let’s focus on escaping this place, huh?”
The room suddenly filled with the loud, echoing sound of a heavy door creaking open. Both Sawyer and Luis froze, their eyes darting towards the source of the noise. The large door at the end of the room swung open, and two burly men stepped inside, their expressions hard and unforgiving.
“Time to go,” one of them growled, his eyes fixed on Sawyer.
Sawyer’s heart raced as they approached. Her instincts screamed at her to resist, but she knew she was in no shape for a confrontation. Despite that, she wasn’t about to go down without a struggle. As the men entered her cell, she backed away from Luis, trying not to get cornered as the bigger of the two lunged forward.
“Oh, I don’t think so, pal!” she shouted, lashing out with her foot. Her kick landed squarely on his shin, causing him to grunt in pain as he stumbled back.
“Enough!” the second man barked, grabbing her arm with a vice-like grip. “No te lo pongas más difícil!”
Sawyer continued to struggle, her free hand clawing at the air in a desperate attempt to fend them off. “Get off me!” she yelled, her voice filled with defiance.
“Kiddo, listen to me!” Luis called out urgently as he pressed himself against the bars. “Remain calm. Fighting won’t help right now!”
Sawyer’s eyes locked onto Luis’s, and she saw determination in his gaze. His words gave her pause, momentarily overriding her instinct to fight.
Taking advantage of Sawyer’s hesitation, the men yanked her away, and dragged her towards the door. She struggled to look back at Luis, who was gripping the bars tightly, his eyes never leaving hers.
“Confia en mi,” he repeated several times, his voice steady. “Sé valiente y mantente a salvo, Kiddo.”
She allowed herself to be pulled towards the door, casting one last glance at Luis as she shook her head and let out a laugh. “No entiendo español!”
Luis, initially shocked, couldn’t help but chuckle before he hollered “If we make it out alive, perhaps I’ll teach you some time!”
The door slammed shut behind her, the sound echoing through the cold, unforgiving space. Sawyer took a deep breath, steeling herself for whatever lay ahead. Luis seemed to hint he would continue to work on his own escape plan, and hopefully, he’d come to her aid. Then again, she knew given the circumstances, there was a high chance he would leave her behind despite their connection. Right now, she couldn’t ponder on the what-ifs regarding him. All she could do was endure and wait for the right moment to strike.
Now alone, Two Legs put away his mask as Luis and stood motionless staring at the door. His hands gripped the bars so tightly that his knuckles turned white. The golden rings around his pupils began to expand, glowing with an eerie luminescence as several emotions raged within him---anger, frustration, and a gnawing sense of helplessness combed through his psyche as he tried to reconcile with them all.
The concept of fate was something the plaga still couldn’t wrap his mind around in full, but deep down he knew it was no mere coincidence that he bumped into the person that was supposed to be his intended prey. He felt intensely territorial, and it bothered him to the point where his body felt nauseous.
"Stay calm," he muttered to himself, his voice a low growl. He closed his eyes, taking a deep breath while he combed rapidly through his host's memories. “Give me something to work with, Luis…”

I see you have a puppet child. I am curious to know more about them. Spill the beans :gun emoji:
Oh, you dumb motherfucker I am bout to info dump on your ass. Fucking had me redraw this wriggler just so I can show you some half decent art of what they used to look like. Cause there was no way in hell I was gonna show you my initial drawing of him from when I was still in middle school. You better buckle in bucko this is a long one.
The character you are referring to is Rakker Dolika. The name "Rakker" means "a rascal, a tomboy, a scamp," which points to his mischievous nature. I also chose the name because it sounds close to "wrecker," which I think fits a destructive clown boy. "Dolika" means "doll," which correlates with how he does his makeup and how he dresses up.
Rakker was created when I was working on a stupid project. The idea was to take Wonderland characters and turn them into trolls. These trolls would be part of a circus/carnival that would buy low-blood slaves and make them perform. They would try to sway the public's opinion about the church by using the supposedly not-enslaved performers as an example. They would claim that the low bloods had seen the light of the mirthful messiahs and converted to believers.
I ultimately scrapped the idea, but I enjoyed Rakker a lot and ended up keeping him. I can't tell you what character in Alice in Wonderland he was supposed to embody, because it was a very obscure one.
(The art is bad I know. it's just to help you visualize em. I did not spend a whole lot of time on it. wasn't gonna go all out when I plan to revamp the design later to something I like more. would've been a waste of time really.) Originally, Rakker was supposed to follow the Alice in Wonderland theme and look like a character from the book. However, I strayed away from that theme and instead made him look like a ventriloquist dummy. I thought the face paint design was interesting, and I never really had an idea for his horns, so I didn't draw them in the image above. Because ya know I had nothing to go off of. So this is close to how Rakker originally looked without having to show you my horrible old art work.
For the revamp version of Rakker, I have some things figured out. Some of those things include his sign and horns. His horns are designed after his sign. I took the weird circle thing on the left side of the sign and rotated it upside down. That ended up being his horn design.
As for what his future revamp design will be, I'm currently on the fence about that. I thought about changing him from a ventriloquist dummy to a Harlequin. I will eventually get around to drawing him and figuring him out fully.
Story wise, with this revamped version since the carnival doesn't exist anymore, I've been fussing around with some ideas. I was thinking he was kind of like an internet troll. He plays pranks on the elders at the church and starts really stupid online debates. He acts like those 14-year-olds you see on the internet who think being obnoxious is a charming personality. He is only 13 though.
That age there actually has me a little worried about adding him to my blog. So, he has a personality, but I may more so only show art I make of him and will refrain from using him in rps. He will also most likely not be included in the narrative I might build up for my blog.
Rakker is a character that I created specifically for my own enjoyment. He isn't complex with some insane backstory. His only real story is his relationship with his best friend, Angora, who is the same age as him. He is supposed to simply be a character that brings me back childhood nostalgia. I could go into more detail about Angora, but since you only asked about Rakker, I will spare you. Need to show you some mercy after this if you even read it all lol.
(Thank you for the ask and sorry for taking so long.)

According to today's convo : hyung line- have no problem about perila leaves becuse they trust their partners so much and is very practical. But JK was not. So if jkk is real doesn't this mean JK don't trust Jimin ? Because he straight went from perila leaves to marriage, even Jimin was confused how his thought process went. Why would he have problem, his bf of many years just using same chopstick to separate perila leaves of his friend ? Oh this is so problematic. Think they will fall in love and marry just because of some food ? Is this how he view his SO (if it's not jimin ) ?
Oh Lord, the Future Moms Of Incels Club has brought their best and brightest on today.
I gather this is the bit you're talking about, but it comes from this video. And I feel like you missed some things. On purpose, likely, or just due to failure to IDK, WATCH ORIGINAL CONTENT.
youtube
The debate is on at approximately 21:45 or thereabouts. Do a little scrolling OR, IDK, watch the whole thing. For truth and context. I feel like I say that a lot. At least watch it from about 21:00 forward.
Meanwhile...
I'm gonna give you a little life tip that might help you before your 35 year old son refuses to move the fuck out the basement or wash his waifu pillow because you taught him that every relationship was fraught with "oh such problems" drama and that All Things Must Be Taken Literally: Please just stop this entire behavior before you breed. Literally, just stop it. It's not a healthy approach, much less an attractive quality. I am hopeful that you have time to outgrow it before you have an actual relationship. You're making the effort to think about this hard enough to write to me. To my tiny ass piece of the internet to try to disprove a relationship between two people based solely on a one minute interaction. And because you did not watch the original content, you missed a number of things.
I MEAN say what you want about Koo's jealous streak but Yoongi went "heh heh" and full on enacted the whole romantic scene with Jimin. And smirked about it. I ain't mad at it because this is at most a game show. It is literally BTS giving us RUN without actually giving us RUN. They're playing. I mean sure, yes, Jungkook is a possessive man and we love that about him but we also love that Jimin just smiles sweetly at him and lets him be that. They like this about each other, anon. It works for them. Or haven't you noticed?
This type of flirty posturing on both their parts is just part of their dynamic and they live for this shit. That you haven't caught onto it is a whole you problem, don't make it theirs.
And Jimin actually said that his partner should give HIM the perilla leaf, not his friend, because he's the boyfriend. Did you miss that bit? Oh you did. Then you probably also missed the part where Jimin called out the production team for setting them up to argue:
Because that's exactly what was going on and everyone knew it. Everyone else, I mean.

GOING ON A HIATUS
Thanks to everyone who's taken the time out to read my posts and has enjoyed it so far. It's really been fun and entertaining exchanging thoughts and having these much deeper ship discussions.
I thought this issue was gonna go away but I woke up this morning to more people messaging me about finding my last video analysis on several other platforms without appropriate credit.
But that's not disturbing. The disturbing part is the people sliding into people's DM'S on other platforms to get them to take down my video because they don't want people sharing my content on other platforms as they believe it would only make my blog popular.
For those worried about this whole credit business, thanks for showing this much concern for me? I really appreciate the love and concern if it's from a genuine place of concern. Thank you...
I think some of you already know this by now or might have figured it out, I am a law student, I am very much well aware what is and what isn't within my rights? Lol
I honestly didn't see this whole credit thingy as a big deal. It's not. Not to me. Lol. I repost people's photos without credit too all the time. Often, it's because I don't know who to credit and most time my lazy ass just forgets to. Lol. I think it's normal? It's inconsequential I mean.
The videos I use are usually often water marked by the appropriate owners so I don't go through the hustle of figuring this whole credit business out. If I should decide to come back here again I will check that habit of mine?
While this whole credit business is not a big deal to me, malicious slander and defamation to my character is and I don't take it lightly.
It has been brought to my attention that some Jikookers from Tumblr have since been sliding into people's DM's on other platforms asking them to take down my video and or remove the credit they give to my post.
They are telling people I am problematic, calling me the Taekook Lives of the Jikook community. That I have been spreading lies about Jikook, that the Jikook Tumblr community hates me or something like that and to further caricaturize me and make me appear more evil in order to get people to turn on me and hate me, they make up the most ridiculous lies about me claiming that I believe a notorious serial killer is innocent.
Now I have since deleted my YT account because I don't want my colleagues to find out I am into shipping too lol- shipping is a guilty pleasure of mine and I know how this fandom works unfortunately. I've been a silent part of it since 2014. I mean it's started already. The Doxing and shit.
The original post under which these replies are from couldn't save sadly as my account has been deleted but you can see from my notifications the general feel of what my interests outside shipping looks like.
I am interested in a myriad of topics, from literature, Aliens, writing, Harry Potter, history, activism, advocacy, philosophy, law, politics, NASA, and mystery and murder among other things.
My quora is mostly filled with notifications from my Book community and True crime community and often I do share my thoughts and answer questions with regards to the psychology of murderers, legal evidence, notorious villains in literature- well I guess now you know the kind of lawyer I want to be if and when I'm able to complete law school.
But what has my interest in these topics got to do with Jikook and shipping please?? How does this prove I hate Jikook and spread lies about them?
This Kookie Min Monsta person slipped into someone's DMS and asked the person who had put up my video analysis to take it down or discredit me because to her I am problematic. She is not the only one.
You want so bad to paint me black- no pun intended just to win an argument? You claim I am the evil malicious person here but I am not the one sliding into people's dms trying to take credit away from people for their hardwork, spreading hate and negative energy, making things up to manipulate people's perception of others and get them to hate and turn on them- and all because of A SHIP? Damn. This is pathetic.
Who died and made you the gatekeeper of the jikook shipping community? Honestly antics like these don't work on me try again.
I made a video commentary on my Booktube YT account- yes I am part of the book YouTube community as well sue me or better still slip into their inboxes and tell them I voted for Trump therefore I hate chipmunks.
The commentary I made on YT months ago was when I was in the highs of finding a new passion and it was on Ann Rule's book, The Stranger Besides Me- a true crime novel on Ted Bundy which I found so poorly written that at the end of the book it left with me wondering whether or not Ted Bundy was guilty at all!
The Author's writing style which deviates from most writing styles of True Crime novels I have read gave me trust issues as I stated in the video. It felt more as if she was writing a made up fictional novel than an actual True Crime novel but because she knew Ted Bundy in person she made it seem as if we just had to believe her account.
Then there was this whole thing about the police not being able to match the DNA samples taken from his rape victims, to his own Semen because his Semen was DNAless- in lay man's terms. I'll spare you the technicalities involved.
As I stated in that video, I do believe Ted Bundy was guilty but I do not have much faith in the Judicial system, or criminal procedures or even the Author of that book- a sentiment most people within the true crime community share as well. We just had differing views on whether the writer's style took away from the narrative and waters down on the extent of Bundy's guilt.
We had a Similar conversation about Chris Watt. If the community I was engaging in didn't have a problem with my commentary why do you? Please don't meddle in things you know nothing about. It's embarrassing.
The conversation about whether or not Ted Bundy is innocent is moot but a philosophical one. It has nothing to do with Ted Bundy's guilt but more so the criminal procedures involved in his case and the different accounts that exists surrounding his case.
He was electrocuted, he confessed to his crimes no damn person with brains would think or assume he is innocent and I never said anything of that nature drew any conclusions to that effect.
Besides, I moved on from Ted Bundy a long time ago. Now I am into the Serial Killer who writes death poems and signs it off with drawings of the size of his dick at his crime scenes- mind your own business please or don't and let's have an intellectual discourse about him? Lmho.
I am also into cat memes if you care to know and have a whole IG dedicated to cat memes. I believe human beings are the most dumbest species in all the galaxies and when the Aliens arrive I am snitching.
When my mind is at rest, I often wonder if Aliens have masculinity complex and if they do whether or not their masculinity is contingent on the size of their dicks or whether they have to engage in a battle to the death with an alien grizzly bear to determine who is the man.
I love BTS memes too- a little too much and often end up debating over the internet with random people over whether BTS memes are funnier than cat memes- I'm weird, true. But how does all of that make me a bad person?
It's crazy how these people can go on these other platforms to ask people to take down the credits to my posts as well as my posts itself but can't ask people who run to these other platforms with misinterpretations of my work to take those down.
Instead they come on here to call me out for people's interpretations of my work?? It doesn't work that way. You are the author of your own opinion and interpretation of other people's work. You don't call out the original author for someone's opinion of their work. If that were so I would be emailing Stephanie Meyer for Anna Todd and her After series. Get some education.
I have since blocked this person and others whose Tumblr I have been able to find thanks to all those that's helped me finding them on here.
My gf also tried reaching out to the persons who shared my post after we realised this was becoming an issue and had asked them to credit her or my blog- but honestly I don't care about that yet she won't give it a rest. Lol. My ride or die this one. Sigh.
However, we realized soon that this is not about 'stealing' credit- can't call someone out for not giving credit when I suck at that myself. Lol.
This is about people's malicious intentions and their attempts to silence me and take away my right to freedom of expression however way that they can. This is wrong and evil.
I honestly don't care for all these ship politics these people are engaged in. I've had enough intelligent conversations to know the distinction between arguments that flows from bruised egos and actual conversations around a subject matter.
This whole I am right, she is wrong politics... y'all get that the point of having an opinion is not to be right, right? We all cant have the same perspective and you can't call someone a liar for holding views that is different from yours. That is a bizarre mentality to have.
As I stated in my post, that content I made was a rebuttal to the Taekook theories running around on the internet alleging JK glared at Tae when he pulled on his shoulder because he was jealous Tae and Jin were having fun behind him. He wasn't. He was worried Tae was gonna expose him and JM holding hands behind Suga.
If you don't think they were holding hands then Taekookers were right and his reaction was because he was Jealous of Taejin I guess...
But thats your truth. That's not my truth. I don't believe Taekook is real. JK isn't jealous of Taejin he is not Twelve- but then again he was sneaking around behind Suga holding his boyfriend's hands so I guess he is twelve? Lol. Jikook!
Do you.
But please stop the evil malicious attacks and seek immediate help. There is such a thing as right and wrong and this is just plain wrong. Your Karma and chakra are in the negative nodes and you need to fix it. It is not funny anymore.
Thank you to everyone who has shown genuine concerns for me in the past few days and thank you so much for trying to stand up for me. There are good people on here and I have met and interacted with a lot of them and thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and insightful discussions.
I don't hate people because of our differences in thoughts, beliefs, opinions. There's always room for dissenting opinions in every sphere. At the very least, we can agree to disagree and shake on it. But You can't make up shit about people just to prove your opinion is right and their opinions and views which differ from yours are 'wrong.
I am not a victim though, and they are not bullies, psst. They are just vile pathetic human beings exposing the greens of their insides. What you do says more about who you are as a person and human being. And this is who they are.
Just be a nice decent human being. That's what this world needs. Fix whatever is broken inside of you and free your mind and spirit. Hate is never the answer.
I'm going to be away for a while because I have studies, work and other interests I want to pursue at the moment- it's just my AADD flaring up so if you see me henceforth raving about Nana at least you'd know why. Lol. She's wrecking my Jimin bias. Lmho.
Spread positivity, do the right thing, stand up for a good cause and keep supporting Jikook. Jikook is real.
Until we meet again.
Signed,
GOLDY

with the two spunch bop episodes being pulled and making them kind of "lost" episodes even though there's gonna be dvds still with them or pirate streaming sites so i don't think they will truly be lost media one day but anyways lost media in general always interested me remember the whole debate on whether or not "a day with spongebob" was real or not lol i am glad in this day and age it's easy to upload and save media content and that even if they do get pulled there will be a copy looming
Yeah! I find it funny how people act like it'll become lost media just because it's not on streaming services. Its still gonna be aired on cable, on dvds, and the internet! Things these days are less likely to become lost media because of the internet which I'm thankful for. Things like all the episodes of astrology with squidward tho is actually lost forever.
I too also watched videos about if "a day was spongebob" was real. I've always seen the promo pic floating on the internet. It's great how we have youtube and other people who are willing to dig into that. Kinda sad it never actually got made and remained just an idea. But at least we know the bottom of it! It feels fun finding out these things with other people. That's what makes the internet fun!
Though I've heard we are living in a digital darkage right now. A lot of media and information is stored on the internet. Only accessed with the devices we currently have. Sometime in the future, there might be an issue where people need the specific devices we use right now to access out information. That's going to be an issue. Then this stuff will become lost media lol
Personally, lost media I'm really interested in (that's not spongebob related) is the original jimmy two shoes pilot. Apparently the show was supposed to be for adults and officially set in hell instead of miseryville. And I need to see it?? Sadly it seems like it's gonna stay as permanent lost media until an investor has a copy of the pilot and is willing to cough it up.
Or these weird shorts that used to come on during the summer when I was a little kid. One was someone fishing in an ice pond and the thing becomes really trippy and surreal. It felt like a fever dream. Another was a short about a cat that was down to their last life and some other animal has this split personality that wants to end the cats life, but also save it. Another about a dog who causes chaos by thinking they're smarter than everyone else. They were all fever dream creepy and I want to know if they exist out there. Somewhere.
That's a mystery for another day.

not the same anon but i also have a culture question. In regards to the poll discourse (lol), I'm not saying people can't post salt or that people reading said salt can't respond to it. my question is, is it really that serious? like really. it genuinely baffles me. it's the same thing with ship hate or sending mean anon messages. does this plague people so severely they have to pick fights with others on the internet over it? why does fandom have this effect on people? psychologically speaking.
I’ve learned a lot about fandom culture this week from the poll discourse. The most important being that yes, it is serious. After having many conversations, some comforting some damning, I think I want to address this.
First things first, if you read this post, read it closely. Think about it. Do not have a knee jerk reaction to it. And for the love of all things good in this world, DO NOT SEND HATE TO THE OP.
It’s going to be a long post, so consider these conditions seriously. If you agree, by all means, read on…
I was baffled by the poll post as well. I’ve been doing a monthly poll since chapter 87. That’s a year and a half and more time and energy than I care to admit. In my mind it was something like the Reddit SnK Status Chart, something cheeky, fun, off color at times, but a monthly highlight and tradition that many fans enjoy.
Fact 1: I was successful in this. The vast majority have loved the poll and appreciate the time and effort that has gone into it. It’s a monthly highlight for many people. Fact 2: The bulk of poll respondents are from reddit and discord servers where I am a nobody.Fact 3: It has alienated and angered some people. The OP being one of those people but she is not alone.
I’m going to link to the OP post via a reblog that best expresses how I feel about it. It will save me from addressing each and every point of it.
Let me add that while the original post blasts the poll, I know that the poll is not the real issue in it. The OPs feelings are rooted in a character debate that has nothing to do with me or my poll.
Was the OP wrong to write this post and tag it as Eruri? A friend of mine likened it to wrapping herself in raw meat and throwing herself into a pack of wolves.
Did she have the right to do it? Sure.
Right or wrong, does it speak to a larger issue of fandom culture? Yes. And that’s what I want to talk about.
Let me get this over with as well. I was hurt. I was angry. Hell, I created a room in my discord server called “pet me feed me love me” because I selfishly and humanly needed some unconditional love and support from long time friends who were not a part of the eruri fandom.
Fact 1: I have gotten a huge amount of love and support over this from all corners of the fandom. I am blessed to have the friends I do.Fact 2: If you send me support I will read it and appreciate it but if it is anon I will probably not reply to it because I don’t want to feed this debate further.Fact 3: If you send anon hate or any hate at all to the OP you are making her life worse, my life worse, and further cementing the fandom culture thing that this post exposed me to. It is this:
“Cool blogs” can influence a fandom and alienate people who do not find such bloggers cool.
This is the fandom culture phenomenon that I was made aware of through the poll discourse. @valisi-clark‘s reblog addresses the nuts and bolts of that concept and provides many good thoughts about it.
While not true of me, the fact remains that fandom gatekeepers, overlords and BNFs do exist and some use their power in a harmful way. That is a conversation for another day.
Fact 1: I am considered a big name fan in the snk fandom.Fact 2: This didn’t happen through coercion or voodoo. People like and respect me because I am friendly and reasonable and put a lot of time into the community. Fact 3: While I have not seen it, I have been told that the OP is getting hate because of my BNF status.
A friend of mine told me this recently:
“there’s a lot of emotional content in what you write–since you write in a friendly and casual way–and so there’s a sense of you being, well, fandom’s mom. or a figure a little bit like that.
This was part of a conversation about “parasocial relationships” which is not exactly related to this, but maybe speaks to the need of people who feel the need to defend me.
Defending me is humanly understandable. When my friends are unfairly targeted, I too see red. My first instinct is to eviscerate the person who has hurt someone I love. But whether op was right or wrong, whether such a reaction is human or not, sending hate over something like this is not ok. It only serves to further emphasize the perception that BNFs do exist, that challenging them is “brave”, and that having an opinion contrary to them can be isolating and make you the target of fandom bullies and minions of the BNF.
What I am personally struggling with at this moment of my fandom existence is how do I express my thoughts but not influence the conversation in such a way that it hurts people.
Fact 1: I can’t. Perception is as powerful as reality.Fact 2: I have tried so very hard for this exact scenario not to happen.Fact 3: It has happened.
I’ve been aware of my status and influence in the fandom since my summer hiatus. While not perfect, I’ve tried to use it for good. As one dear friend put it:
Yeah, you’re popular. You’re a BNF. But you’re a fucking person first, and the responsibilities of the former have made you neglect the latter….in my respectful opinion. and now I have pizza to eat so typing is hard
(side note: this need of mine to make people happy, while a nice quality in general, and how it relates to the time I spend of tumblr is something I should probably explore at a later date 👀 I’m gonna drop this post on Obsession and Fandom into the “things to think about” category as well.)
I love this fandom and wanted to do my part to make it a happier place. I feel like was largely successful in that but let me quote the vast wisdom of Armin Alert, because this is an snk blog after all.
Meta writers can be mistaken as authorities. The reality is that some people take my posts as gospel truth. There exist people who believe, “well momtaku said this and she is respected so she must be correct. If I feel differently I must be wrong.” There also exist people who see things differently than me and feel isolated by it.
Fact 1: THIS IS TERRIFYING.Fact 2: I can’t stop it from happening.
So the decision is now how to live with it. Can I accept that my posts and my fandom contributions can serve (have served?) to hurt and alienate some people? I don’t know. It’s weighing heavy on my mind.
I’m stopping here. I don’t know if it’s because I’m tired of writing or if I’ve said what I want to say. I will address the existence of the poll at some point. I have two weeks to decide about that.
Thank you for reading this!
#Anonymous#chatting with friends#snk polls#snk poll#fandom culture#welp here goes nothing#you'd think I'd understand that you cant please everyone at this point in my life#why this is news to me now is funny#but not pleasing people is different than actively hurting them#whether its 1 or 100 people I am hurting people#despite my intent not to#and thus is the nature of fandom
